My waxing experiences there have been amazing. My haircuts not so much. The first time both Jessica and Melissa cut my hair I liked it. The second time Melissa cut it I had to cut some random long pieces on my own. The second time Jessica cut it I left and cried. I went back and stated I was not happy with it as it was way to short. The person at the desk whom I think was the owner tried to tell me it was that short when I came in. Jessica however did immediately refund my money. Im not going back but I think its possible to get an OK haircut and the staff is pleasant. I am super happy with the place that fixed my hair.

I have had many services from several of the stylists, including hair and makeup for my grand daughters wedding and also for a class reunion!! All the ladies at the salon are friendly and attentive! They really make you feel like you and your needs are the most important thing!! They are a full service salon and very reasonable prices!! I love About Face, the hairdressers Melissa and Jesse are beautiful people and do EXCELLENT work on the hair.I went to Megan at About Face for a massage, for a smaller person she does MARVELOUS work. I had to look at her several times to make sure SHE was doing the massage, instead of a man with large hands doing deep tissue work, she does REALLY good work.And Mary, oh my goodness, I cant say enough good about Mary. I go to her for MicroCurrent, she REALLY knows what shes doing. And she is such a beautiful and pleasant person to be around, I always look forward to our appointments.

It was my first time back since the new owners took over. I love the subtle changes that have taken place. Feels cozier. It was also my first time having a hydro facial. My skin feels clean, smooth and well hydrated. I havent noticed much of a reduction in clogged pores yet. I am, however, aware this requires a few treatments to reach that goal and then a maintenance routine. Britney was kind and taught me what I should be doing to maintain optimal health of my skin. She gave me samples of Elta products to try before purchasing several skincare products. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Every time I go here, Elaine does an absolutely amazing job. My hair was wrecked before I started going to her, and she pretty much brought it back to life! Love it here, plus the prices are phenomenal for the work that they do. Cannot say enough good things about her, I recommend her to all my fam and friends.

I dyed my hair bright purple here, and I couldnt be happier with it :) Vivid colors, sweet and enthusiastic staff with great advice. I live in NYC (am home for the holidays), & the service I had here is at least as good as the high-price boutiques in the city, if not better. (My moneys on better)
