I’m from Michigan & on my visit I took my daughter to get their nails done. My daughter had a bad experience in my home town but here she had a great experience. She loved her nails. The gentleman did what she wanted & asked if she was happy with every move before he went into the next. I was looking at other people’s nail & all of them were beautiful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Serena did my pedicure and my toes have never looked better. She took time and paid attention to detailed as far as “cleaning up” my toenails.Suzy worked on my boyfriend who received a deluxe spa pedicure. He was in foot massage heaven and she kept asking him if he was okay to insure he was enjoying himself!These two did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend either one of them.

I brought my two year old to get her nails painted here .. I got gel polish so it last longer ! The next day her pinky came off I came back to get it re painted and they waited 20 mins for them to tell me I have to wait another 10 ! Almost 30 mins for a nail to be re painted ! That should have been done correctly in the first place ! Never again

I have come to Brand Nails for a few years. I made an appointment one day and waited 45 mins and still didnt get in for my pedicure. I made an appointment for the next day and waited again for 45 mins. So, sadly I left and went across the street and got right in. They are really good but way too busy for the small space.

I would recommend this place. I have not been to any other shops.

Got a new set put on and the same day the gel polish started peeling off. One of the nails broke the next day and then 3 more peeled off. I paid 55 and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed cause if I went back then it probably wouldnt have been any better. Will not be returning.

No wait time, they worked with me to make sure the nails looked perfect. Only complaints were they cut my 2 of my fingers. Also my nails became very sore after from when they shaped the nail.

Decided to try somewhere new. Technicians were nice, didn’t talk much or try to be personal. I am disappointed. Felt rushed through. Nail polish on the cuticles. Prefers cash and charges a $1 for using debit cards. I understand tipping in cash but fees for using card is tacky.Edited 10/25 Gel polish starting to peel off and wet underneath. Called salon and manager will fix it.10/27 Got the polish fixed free of charge but a day later another nail is peeling and still wet underneath.

Always get good service. They open early. Open on Sundays.

I usually go to Nail Pro on Veterans Parkway but was running short on time so I stopped here. I asked for oval nails and got claws, it took an insane amount of time, was more expensive than where I normally go, all the employees were talking to the guy doing my nails so he was yelling in a different language across the room, he stopped doing my nails to watch a video on this girls phone and he didn’t let me wash my hands until after he painted my nails so my hands were covered in dust the whole time. I highly recommend saving your money and going to a better nail salon.

Did a wonderful job on my nails. Nice clean shop a little pricey but was worth it.

It wasnt bad I had a specific design for a pedicure in mind but the Nelson couldnt do the design and I wanted so I felt kind of bad but my nails turned out fabulous

Why does no one know how to cut out an ingrown toe nail?

I love this place. I have always been treated kindly and taken care of quickly. I usually get dip on my nails and it stays on for 3-4 weeks. I have not had my dip manicure last that long at other nail salons.I had a gel manicure before and the polished chipped off. I went back to pay for a repair and they repaired my nail and put an extra top coat on all for free.This business is very professional and family oriented. I will not go anywhere else.

The service is super nice. i usually get my regular manicure done by Emily or Bebe, they are both super nice and always make my nails look nice. they are very gentle with removing hangnails and pay attention to detail. if you ask them to shape your nails round, square, or oval, they’ll make sure they do it right and ask you if it looks fine instead of proceeding without your opinion. they have lots of colors to choose from. very nice people, barely any wait time.

Horrible!! Will never go back! I had 2 nails break just 24 hours after having them done there! So I had to go right back an of course they charged me for both nails an acted like it was my fault, He said I needed to be more careful! Which i don’t know how I coulda been more careful I’m not working right now and do nothing at all that could make 2 nails break like that. Well guess what? 2 more of my nails broke an I refuse to go back there so that was 35$ down the drain! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I came in Friday May 15th to gat a mani-pedi the total was $83 plus a $15 tip I looked at my bank statement Sunday and I had TWO charges I called them to inform them I was charged two now 3 weeks later I have gone to the salon 3 times with no refund and the owner threading to call the police because I was trying to get my money back! If I could give them zero stars I would and will NEVER BE RETURNING!!!

Yesterday I got a dip manicure here. I brought my own dip so didn’t even have to use theirs. I wanted to try one of the colors I brought and the man that did my nails told me no, I couldn’t unless I was sure because he “doesn’t want to take It off” if I didn’t like it. After that, I just did my normal pink. Then, he asked if I wanted dip top coat gel and I said gel. When I checked out It was $5 more than they told me It would be and when I asked why he said “gel top is $5”. He never mentioned that when he put them on. Additionally, it’s been 24 hours and the gel topcoat that was an extra $5 is chipping off.Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I been going here for about a year now. I’m very picky about my nails. I get dipped nails and I usually see Jenny she was on vacation today and Emily took care of me. She did a great job as well! Thanks Brand Nails for always doing a great job.

They didnt get my feet as smooth as I like. I got a gel French manicure. Some of my nails are thick in places and some are thin and he didnt even mess with my cuticles just pushed them back. They were too rushed! Sorry but I will not go back.

They have a booking schedule but fails to go by it. I got here at 920 they supposed to ooen at 930 they got here at 940. Then everyone gets assistance prior to appointment. Stopped by here yeserday for the first time. I am very impressed with my nails!! I came in around 7:00ish to get a full set I was honestly expecting to be rushed snice they close at 8:00. But that was not the case!!The man doing them took his time making sure they were done perfect. Will definitely be going back!

My new place - the staff was so kind to me and did a phenomenal job on my nails. I have pretty sensitive cuticles and pick at my hangnails and they did a great job, absolutely no pain!

I have been going here for years with the same guy, Eric. He does the best job out of every nail place Ive ever been to. Ive gone to every nail place in Floyds Knobs, New Albany, Louisville, and Clarksville. Eric Texas time, but isnt super slow. He actually make sure to start a conversation and is very friendly. He does the best job and Ive never had a crooked nail since Ive been going here. Ive never broken a nail when Ive gotten my nails done here, and the paint has never chipped. Super friendly staff very speedy and good prices

I just left about 30 mins ago and I’m not happy at all. The lady who did my feet was rushing and wasn’t watching while she did it and has polish in my skin and more importantly, she took my skin off. So much blood was coming out. She took the right measures cleaning but it still burns even now. I didn’t realize until I left how bad it and deep it was. I could tell while i was there bc the lighting wasn’t great and I can’t see that well, but the burning didn’t stop. The water wasn’t warm enough and I wanted to tell her but didn’t think it was worth it after she walked away for 10 mins to eat while I sat there with no one to tell.When it came to my nails, the man was handling me really rough and rushing as well. I got there at 6 and they close at 8 so there wasn’t a need to rush. I’ve been there before and was really happy with the results prior to that. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands or anything. My main concern is him handling my nails too rough.At the end when it was time to pay, I was charged the full price even after I mentioned that I wasn’t happy and you could obviously tell . I would have even been okay with half off, since half my skin is off. Or a gift certificate for next time if I decided to come back. It wasn’t handled over all professionally. Usually it’s great but idk what the issue is tonight . All they offered was a bandaid..over white wet white polish.No help or professionalism at all

Very clean facility and probably the best salon in New Albany. They always have the latest OPI collection. They dont really listen to your requests though. I have had great mani/pedis here and I have had some that I didnt even want to pay for. It is a hit or miss, just like most salons. But based on the competition in the area, its the best youll get.

This nail solan is my favorite ever! I have been to around 10 places in Clarksville/new Albany area, and this one is the best! They dont discriminate because Im a guy who gets my nails done, and they are super cool! Im really cool with the owners Eric and Jenny and theur staff is incredible! I can not recommend this place heavily enough!

So far their nails arent holding up, get them cut extra short an still one brakes within a day maybe 2, Im roungh but dang not that rough an there finger tip short, come people lol
