I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep returning bc it’s convenient! But I was just here for 2 hrs yesterday && these are my nails today! Poor quality products! && now I have to Sit & Wait again for one freakin nail to be fixed! Ridiculous!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been going to the same nail salon for three years but today they weren’t able to get me in so I came here. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and the male nail technician told me that he could do it. He applied the acrylic nail on then cut my nails down. That was a little painful.. normally they cut down the nail before applying the acrylic. He then proceeded to file my nails VERY aggressively. I told him several times that he was hurting me. I left my phone open next to him so he could see the picture of the design that I wanted. He started to paint my nails the complete opposite of what was on the picture. I wanted pink ombré with clear on the bottom. He painted my whole nail pink and applied orange on top. I told him numerous times that that’s not how the picture is. He kept telling me that he knew what he was doing. I kept telling him that I didn’t like that at all. Eventually he just took off the polish. I asked him if he could put rhinestones on and he told me he had them but wasn’t going to put them on me. He said I might not like them and he would have to take them off. He rushed to finish painting my nails. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I will not be returning.

Love it here! my appointment was on time and there was no wait. the lady that did my nails was super nice and did my nails quickly and easy. they’re gorgeous! i would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ❤️

I got my nails done on a Friday and 3 broke by that following Monday. I did not hit them hard on anything ever to cause them to break either, I would just happened to look at my hands and a nail would be broken. Very disappointed especially after the price I paid.

Loved the kids chair. Just wish they could relocate them closer to the front.

The lady that did my Mani and Pedi was washing her equipment or things that she used on my feet off in my water while doing my pedicure. 🥴

I woke up late on my off day as I work third shift and couldn’t make it to my regular nail salon in Jeff on time, being that I live in New Albany so decided to give this salon a try. I was a walk in and didn’t wait long. Lee did a great job and she made my nails look so much better. Glad I found a great place in New Albany as Pretty Nails gave me an ingrown toenail from a pedicure and gorgeous nails gave me uneven nails

The most horrible salon ... paid 57 dollars the nails were crooked, not the correct shape and they didnt even paint the side I also paid extra for decals and they applied them incorrectly....We talked to the Mgr. A lady who told us we would have to wait until Monday to have them redone. Do we went back Monday they were rude again about repainting them and charged and additional 10 dollars to reshape them the way I asked and another 5 to reapply the decals....I will never use this salon again and I dont recommend anyone else use them either.

I had to request news to be turned off TV and to play soft music in order to create the spa experience I was wanting. Plus charged $2.00 more per person thank was quoted at sign in.

Its not a really good place when I got there they had kids everywhere riding on hoverboards and when she was taking off my nails she kept poking my skin and the part underneath my nail and she made me bleed on 6 different fingers

I went a few days ago to get a manicure wirh regular polish, i.e non gel. After nicely advising that I did not want gel, they continued to say ok we will use gel and after 5 times they got the hint.Today my daughter went to do the same thing. K**** was rude and basically refused to do regular polish. Made her pay in advance and went she went to use a card, he said he would only take cash. She said it says you will take a card but it has to be $15 and she was going to leave a tip. He said she had to pay cash. Fast forward an hour and a half later after her nails dried and still waiting for her hands to dip, she said she was leaving. He then told her she couldnt leave three times and she said I am leaving and yiu have been paid. I cant wait any longer and I have already paid so I am leaving. He then went on to talk about her and she could not understand what he was sayingAlso, to the other customers that decided they needed to go before her and showed up afterwards. Not sure who to be upset with. I will never go back.

I got my nails done today and haven’t gotten them done in so many years! They guy who did them was nice but I feel he was in a rush because all of my fingers were bleeding when he was done and they are pretty sore! Not to mention this can cause possible infection, but it hurts and doesn’t looks pleasant. Probably won’t be back...

This place is amazing, and worth the wait and price. Got fill in and a deluxe pedicure. My nails look amazing and natural and when it was time for my pedicure OMG, he did an amazing job and took the time to actually make me feel good as I am 7 months pregnant, so thank you.

Took my daughter here the other day and was very impressed with the nail shop.huge space, lots of work stations.very cleam.you walk in and sign in then must immediately wash and sanitize hands before going to waiting area.and my daughter loved her nails.did a great job.

This isn’t the first time I have had a manicure here. The First Lady, older lady, did a great job. The main man working there did my manicure the last time. It took over 45 minutes for the manicure and that was after another lady had already glued my nails on! He was rough, hurt on several of the nails when he was working on them. He twisted my arthritic finger and ouch! He got nail polish on the inside of a few of the nails and left one corner razor sharp. I came home, went to scratch my face and hurt myself with the nail. Two of my fingers hurt for a day after because he was too rough with them. If I go back, he will not do my nails again!

First time going here and it will be my last. Currently sitting in a pedicure chair that I’ve been sitting in for an hour now just waiting. The staff pick and choose who they want to do next, rather than picking the next person in line. Staff are very rude.

I got a full set and didn’t mean have them a week and they all came off😡 they were really rough didnt really wear a mask. Never going again

I’m never going anywhere else when I’m working in Louisville again. They were AMAZING. Good pricing, reasonable, quick, kind, GREAT SERVICE. And the manicure came with a wax hand covering and massage and these heating pad thingies it was AWESOME. I got probably the most boring option you could get, a nude gel manicure, yet my hands and nails look so oddly amazing. LOVE it!

Horrible service. Took my daughter, niece and a friend. Was there for over three hours and they kept taking new people in over my kids. They made my daughter wait for an hour to get her nails painted after she had the set put on. I will never be back here again. I understand you being busy and everything but you should completely finish with one costumer before moving on to the next.

I had THE BEST experience! I bite my nails and they are very short. David put on acrylics that look beautiful and natural. He even mixed a set of polishes to ensure that I got the look I wanted. I will be back and highly recommend!

I set an appointment for my girlfriend waited 30 minutes longer than we should have. Short on staff for a weekend night. Paint two fingernails for $5 so make sure you have plenty of time. My girlfriend loved it.

Worst nail experience ever. Ive been getting powder dip for over a year and had to go somewhere other than my normal place Saturday. The man filed my nail bed down so far I could feel the heat from the dremmel. I finally had to tell him to stop filing. Its been 2 days and 2 of my nails have already broke off! Ive never had one chip before .Definitely will never return here.

The first time I went was amazing! I had an acrylic removal, plus a new set. David, I believe thats his name, did a spectacular job! But when I went back later for a fill-in and pedicure, it was outrageously priced... 2 weeks before I went in for a removal in a new set and it was $50. When I went back for a fill in for my nails, it was $47.Plus the 40 for my pedicure, which wasnt problem. In the 2 weeks after my fill in, I had three nails break, and 4 hewels fall off. They did replace the mishaps for free. But in a very sloppily way. I offered to pay every time that I went back...I wish they had more pride in their work, because it could be a much better place if they did!!

I was looking for a new 💅 salon when I came across this place, so I gave em a try. SO glad I did!! I drive 40 min to get there but its worth it!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They make sure youre satisfied before you leave, they actually talk instead of doing the awkward silent thing like most nail places, do one hell of a job! I love this place!

First time getting nails done here, and I will definitely not be back. I am not one who writes reviews normally, but the person doing my nails rushed me through the process. After just five days, two of my nails (SNS) have already broken. I had to go here because the salons in KY were not open yet, so very glad that I will have other options. During the pedi, the technician actually sprayed bleach on my friends feet. Huge waste of money.

I have been coming to this salon consistently for 6 months. I have tried every salon around and no one compares to them. They are gentle and I have never been more pleased with there work. I am able to relax with out worrying about them doing a good job. They are super fast and so friendly I can’t say enough about this shop! Love it!!!

I have been going here for manicures and pedicures for at least the last 3 years. I have been very happy with the quality. I receive MANY compliments on my nails. The employees are polite and friendly. Occasionally, I have gone to other nail shops when out of town; however, I have yet to find one that comes close to this Nail Pro.

First time here and had an amazing pedicure. She took her time and I definitely didn’t feel rushed even when she had a lady waiting for her. I will return!

Very friendly .Do a great job. I have brought other family members and friends. They all like the people and the job they do. You go to relax and come out feeling pretty and relaxed. I always ask for Lee but I have had Kim and David they are all great.

My girlfriend did not get the nails she had requested. The stylist then told her she wasnt going to do the nails she wanted because they wouldnt look good. Which is her own opinion not what we requested. She also made a mess out of the paint and acrylic which was all over her finger nails. Not to mention some of the acrylics didnt even cover her whole nail and none of them are identical lengths to the opposing hand.

The service was quick. It wasnt a wait and the workers listened to my details. I had surgery on my foot and I had to tell them how to handle my foot. The listened and did ok.

I went with my friend & my friend had a good experience. The nail artist who did my nails had really short hair (I can’t remember her name). She told me she didn’t know how to do the first style I asked for. She tried but I asked her to just go ahead and paint them regular because it was not right at all. I asked for coffin shaped nails- while she was shaping the sides she sliced the corner of my finger quite deep (hurt like hell). She apologized and laughed it off. It costed $47. For a new gel set. After she cutt my finger and laughed it off.

I had never been to this salon, but saw the great reviews and decided to give it a chance. I want to be very clear- the lady who did my nails was nice enough and my nails were done well, but they are not what I asked for. I was trying to achieve a very specific look so I called ahead to see if they could do holographic ombré dip nails. They told me they could after I specifically asked if they had “holographic” powder. Great. I came right in and talked to several people, but it was clear they had no idea what I wanted even after I showed them several pictures. First, the powder I picked out was not the color I actually got. I picked out a nude but I got grayish brown. Second, I asked to see the holographic powders and was told they did NOT have anything like that so I had to settle for a gel topcoat. Third, the woman who did my nails used dip powder but applied it like acrylic. This is not what I asked for. To achieve the ombré look you have to utilize the dip powder process. I was also told a price and then that price jumped up $20 towards the end of my appointment! That really upset me. I felt like it was intentional especially because we had a whole discussion over price. That alone earns the two star rating. There isn’t a menu so I didn’t understood why I had to pay more when nothing changed after I was given the first total. If you want acrylic or gel nails this salon will suffice. You should definitely go elsewhere for dip....

Dont get me wrong. I love this place... sometimes. It really depends on who does your nails. The most recent time I went she rushed and my nails looked like garbage. Other times I love the place.Never had a problem before now :(

I wanted to take my 4-year-old daughter to a nail salon for the first time to get her nails painted for special mommy/daughter time. After researching salons and reviews, I decided to take her to Nail Pro. I had a TERRIBLE experience!!!! The woman working with me giggled incessantly while talking with the other workers. She ignored me almost the entire time and probably giggled over half the time we were there. It was annoying and I almost felt as if she was poking fun at my daughter and I (since I don’t know her language, I have no idea what they were talking about). The woman working with my daughter hardly looked at her. She had, what I would call, a mixture between a look of indifference and a scowl on her face. It seemed as though she was inconvenienced by my daughter.When my nails were finished, the woman motioned me over to another area in the salon. It turns out, she was taking me to the paraffin. Before I had time to even think about taking my wedding ring off, she grabbed my hand and dipped it into the paraffin bath! I had to go home and clean the prongs which were full of paraffin.The only positive thing about this experience was that my daughter was so happy to be getting her nails painted purple that she didn’t notice any of this. The next time I take her to a nail salon, I will try to make sure I find someone who will be kind to her and to me. The people at Nail Pro were extremely unprofessional. When I leave a nail salon, I want to feel pampered, not anxious. This was NOT the experience I hoped to have during my special time with my daughter!

I had Kvin and I tried to get coffin shaped acrylic nails with a marble design. The coffin was not a coffin on my thumb on side of it was coffin the other was square. Also when they started to do the marble design she drew lines and said it was done then she tried again and she did the same thing. 10/10 wouldn’t go back.

I am always very happy with the service. Everything is clean and sanitary. Everyone is very friendly, especially Kim and Lee. They never let me dip my face in the peach parrafin dip, but that might a health code thing.

The only good thing is the seats. She messed up on my nails and when I told her she got mad. I left with messed up nails and a high bill. They didnt even want to speak. If you are in a rush and dont mind having messed up nails this is the place to go!

This place SUCKS, came here with my mom and sister to hopefully find a place that actually gives a good pedicure.. They took 5 minutes to complete a pedicure when the massage alone should be 5 minutes per foot and left the “crusty” on our feet! POOR SERVICE HOW YALL ARE RATED 4.9/5 I DONT UNDERSTAND!!!!
