I made a last minute appt for a full set and a pedi. They were time efficient and friendly. I had a good 1st time experience!

NEVER again will I go to Pretty Nails in New Albany! NEVER!!! I’ve been going there for 10 years and with an inability to keep appointments and diluting polishes to the point my last pedicure with polish (July 1) started chipping off the day after (July 2) and continued to chip off while on vacation, I still wanted to give them another try. Even after their prices increased when they re-opened after the Coronavirus shut down and they charge you to use a credit/debit card. This morning when I went to get a polish change at no charge after returning home, they wouldn’t even let me finish why I was there.....just told me to call....when I was already there. I shouldn’t have to wait to have them fix what I already had an appointment for on July 1. Should’ve known when half their staff left to open another salon. The place continues to go down hill and has no sense of customer satisfaction.

Got my nails done on a Sunday and was already chipping the next day. By Thursday half of the gel polish is already off. Will not go again

My Mom and I went today to get a pedi. Lena did mine. She did a great job, was friendly, and the only reason I didnt give less stars. The other girl, who was very young, talked on the phone the entire time she was with my mother. It was horrible. Didnt talk to her, look at her, or even acknowledge her until after she put her phone down to polish. She then continued to check messages between toes. I know way to much about her life. I do hope she enjoyed Storming Crab and Dark Pheonix with her friends. It had to be better than the boring chicken she had the night before....yes i learned this from her conversation. My mother was going to come back later this week to get her nails done, not now.
