Both me and my husband got a pedicure they did a wonderful job my husband I just recently stubbed his toe and broke the corner of it they were able to fix it and his toes look amazing see photo to follow

I really liked this place until I called to get a nail repaired and was told to come in....once I got there I washed my hands, was told to sit down and they would be right with me. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if I should come back the owner said no you sit we fix for you another 15 minutes of waiting and I was told we busy you come back later

My sister and I have been going here every four weeks for over two years now just to have our nails done by Vinh- he is the one person who we trust wholeheartedly with our hands. Staff shared pedicure tools with other staff, removed hangnail without asking me..hurt alot, was bleeding after..ouch!😫 Didnt wrap towel on legs, just laid on top, didnt massage legs, banged knees together?? 1st time at V& V. Will not be returning🤨 USA Nails is my normal salon, pedicures last 1 hr, legs massaged, wrapped in hot towels, pedicure never hurts, leave happy😊. V & V my pedicure was finished in 30 minutes.

Every time I come here to get my nails done they are chipping within 2-3 afterwards. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances because they’re a nice business, but poor quality acrylic nails. If you want to come here I’d suggest just getting a pedicure, never had any issues with them. One of the workers I’ve had 3 times to do a fill in for my acrylics and he makes them crooked and messy every time, although he is really nice just a waste of $45.

I had a great time at V&V nails. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them! Would totally recommend V&V nails to someone Eau Claire who wanted their nails done.

Came here for pedicure AND manicure with my Mom. Took them only half an hour to complete BOTH, somehow, and it felt like they were just rushing through the motions without really caring whether or not they were doing a good (or, for that matter, even decent) job.

Super friendly and very fast :) Brought my daughter in as a walk-in and were able to be see right away. The lady was very nice and did excellent job. My daughter just loves the color and cute little flowers. We will definitely be going back :)

So I went in for a fill and my nail technician was beyond amazing. I picked out a color that changes shades based on temperature and also glows in the dark. SO COOL. He was gentle with my hands and made sure that all of my nails were shaped/ filled evenly 10/10 will be back again.

They really do good work. Shout out to the technician who took on my rough, dirty, nature-loving feet. She went above and beyond, smoothing out my split toenail after I stubbed my toe and did major damage. The wound itself was all healed but the nail was still kind of gnarly. She worked really hard to make it look beautiful again.

I used to go to the mall to get my nails done, but they hurt me every time, so I stopped going. I wanted to get my nails done and happened to be near VV Nails, but I was skeptical. I went in anyway with my friend and I was amazed at how professional the employees were. They were gentle, whose doesnt happen often when going to a nail salon. I got knicked one time, but theyre human, it happens. The employee that did my nails actually talked to me the whole time. She didnt ignore me and talk with her coworkers the entire time, which is something that I find important. I dont enjoy being ignored when Im in a business thats one on one. I absolutely loved my experience here and i plan on going again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I came to V&V nails after having horrible service I love them

Made an appointment and was seen right away came back about two weeks later as a walk in and again was helped right away. They’re very nice and the guys who have done my nails did a great job and kept asking if I was liking the length and corners.

I’ve had acrylics on my nails for over a year now and this is the cheapest place I have found to get my fills. Sometimes they aren’t the greatest but I’ve had bad experiences at other shops also so I know it’s not just this shop that makes mistakes. They’re always very friendly to me and make sure I am happy with what I’ve got before I leave. Been visiting this shop every 3 to 4 weeks for about 10 months and plan on continuing to visit this shop every time I need my nails done.

Today was my first time going to V&V nails, I wont lie, I was a little nervous, since I read some pretty bad reviews about the place, but more good out weighed the bad. So I decided to give it a shot! And I dont regret a single thing! The cheapest place to get acrylics in my opinion, and I got matte on my nails which most places charge an extra $10-15 for! My total was $45 which is pretty good for only having to be there for a tops of maybe 15-20mins with a beautiful manicure and excellent, friendly service!

Pressured to get a full manicure when I told them I only had time for a gel polish change... Then I was given like 2 minutes to decide on a color. The guy I had tried to talk to me, but I couldnt understand a word he said for the life of me. Ive done a lot of traveling, so I would say that Im pretty good with understanding accents and stuff but he was mumbling so much. Then he would pick up his phone and text in the middle of working on my nails. Didnt file my nails well at all and I have dried gel polish hanging off creating a really rough edge. He also was rushing so much that he didnt let my polish dry properly between coats and he ended up denting one of them (which I didnt notice until I left.) Overall really sloppy thick coats. It almost looks like I have acrylic nails or something... just horrible.

I got a full set of acrylics. The lady that did my nails pressured me to get gel polish even though I said I wanted regular polish on my acrylic nails. The polish job was very sloppy and uneven, with brush marks, streaks, and bubbles. She kept telling me not to touch anything even though she was bumping my nails with her own hand. In addition, the clipping and filing job was bad but I got the impression she did not want me to say anything. I believe she purposefully did a bad job because I asked for the cheaper regular polish option. I paid before the nails were painted, but I would not have tipped if I had paid after. Very disappointed and upset with this job.

The guy who did my nails cut me and filed my cuticle of with the nail grinder thing. One of my nails broke the same day I got them done and more continue to break on the daily. I do not recommend going here if you want quality nails.

I loved everything about this nail salon. All the girls are very nice. The only thing that sucked was that my massage chair didnt work very well. But besides that everything was great! I even messed up my flowers on my toes from my pedicure, went back the next day and they fixed them for free!

I got acrylics and I was not happy. If you want shapes other than square or square rounded you need to pay extra. I asked for square rounded and was given square. And the person doing my acrylics made me bleed on three different fingers

The woman who did my manicure didnt understand what I was asking for at all. Not only was it not what I wanted at the end but looked terrible. She cut the cuticles after painting, its been less than a week and it already needs to be filled.

This is probably the 10th time Ive been here, and I always get a gel manicure and they always do a fantastic job. They work quickly in a neat manner, they always turn out perfect and last a good 3 weeks.

Employees were very hard to understand. Was sad when I left. Went for manicure and nail color. I was feeling excited about getting my nails done after a month of getting them to grow out and the first thing the guy did was cut my nails to the point where my fingers stick past my nails. They didnt need cutting, just shaping. UGH!!! Very disappointed!!!

Via my mother, Suppose to be great, not so. I knew what i wanted and the women kept telling me i wanted something diffrent. I relented as i was exhausted and just wanted to get it over. My manicure nails were so thick it looked ridiculous. The color ahe picked was ugly The pedicare was horrible. The woman kept talking to the person next to her in another language and kept nipping my skin. My mom and i do not recommend this place anymore. Gone downhill

I am not very pickiest person when i got my nails done;, This is my second time i come to this nails salon with a friend of mine last saturday; . The guy i spoke with told me waiting 20>25 minutes, and then he was so busy talked on the phone about football and then he stand up rubbing his belly walk back and forward with his tattoo all over his body & acting so rude unprofessional manner, he was joked with other guy loud voice and making fun of us, then i turn around asking the lady sit next to him, i ask her what is your business hours today? she stare her eye looked at me and chewing her mouth not response give me answer my question, but she keep talking back to me when her mouth chewing or eating something and i didnt understand what the hell she was talking about, and her face doesnt looked friendly at all.; I think this place is very bad services and the staff working here dont know how to communicate with customer and rude...I wont ever return to this place ever..& never again.....

Visited yesterday for a pedicure. This was the second time I have been here. First time I found the guy who did my pedicure rude and decided to use my flip flop to kill a fly. I laughed it off at the time but felt it was not right because he left fly guts on the bottom of my flip flop. Decided to go back yesterday with a friend and thinking what are the chances of me getting the same guy, but with my luck I did. Rude again! My friend and I were told to get the luxurious pedicure spa package. I said no thank you but they kept on and on and I could see their attitude towards me change because I denied the package. While chatting with my friend a rather large spider came down from the ceiling in front of my face and I smacked it down to the ground. I get it’s nature but first a fly now a spider?While driying my polish on my toes forever I noticed a smudge. I wasn’t going to say anything because I just wanted to get out of there but one of the women working there asked if everything was ok to my friend and I, I brought my smudge to her attention and she kept telling me “this is why you do gel”. I’ve had my toes done many times at other places and never had a problem. I let my toes dry again for another 20 minutes. In the evening I noticed my two big toes the nail polish was lumpy and still soft. The problem is they put too heavy of a coat on and top coat on top and never completely dried. I will NOT be returning.

Ive gone here on a few different occasions and had different people every time. They have all been great and I especially like coming here for their pedicures.

Its been two years since I have had anything done with my nails. Lets just say I was quite the mess when I showed up today just before 3pm. 😂My feet and hands not only look amazing... but they feel amazing too! I was promptly set in a wonderful massage chair to have my feet worked on. The lady working on my self-neglected feet did a great job as well as the gentleman who took on the grueling task of managing my work-worn hands.A mani/pedi with gel polish was $68 and I was out within an hour. 😊

DO NOT GO HERE. Paid $90 for three extremely subpar pedicures. Did not adjust due to my feedback during the pedi. The man I had, pressed his thumbs hard into my ankle and forcefully put my feet up and down. It was uneven between feet and each person did not get the same service. I even brought one woman over after to show her the callus still on my foot, and she argued with me. Terrible service. Was charged $5 extra for sparkle nail polish that was old and goopy. I will not got back.

Did not listen to what I said I wanted. Never did the manicure. I had to sit around and wait for a long time even with an appointment. The guy did a very rushed and poor job on my acrylic nails.

Over priced... every time you go in there they give you a different price for the same thing you got done the last time...

I had them put on fake tips to make my nails longer, usually the technician gently buffs away the shine to do this, but she really dug into my nail, taking out a few layers, making them really thin, and fragile. On top of that they didnt speak much english and spoke to one another in thier native language, which l normally wouldnt mind however they wouldnt stop talking ang giggling. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK, AND I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE.

No customers there, and was rushed to get my nails done. Could not be patient and let me pick a color. Then was way too into his cell phone! Stopped doing my nails and picked up his phone and started texting! Im supposed to be paying you to do a nice job on my nails within a reasonable time. That would be hard when youre focused on your phone. Not impressed. Could not communicate with me. I wasnt even able to explain what i wanted, I felt like I just had to pick a color. ...When I came in once to get my toes done with my mother for this past mothersday, a woman would not leave us alone to relax. I showed her my acrylics I got done the other day from v&v the color changing nails. That was a mistake because I felt like she forced me to post a pic of them on their fb page and rate them well. I should not be told to do that, it should be something I want to do. And then she took my phone and took like 10 pictures of my nails on MY own phone. Horrible service on two different days. Do not recommend this place. Try going to the new one by Wal-Mart!!!! Havnt been there yet but in sure they probably have better service than here.
