I was spoken to rudely and repeatedly told the prices of the services that I was getting, as though I could not read the price list or afford the total expense. I also noted that almost every other customer in the shop had a complimentary drink of some sort, but nothing was ever offered to me. This poor customer service will result in me taking my business elsewhere.
Stopped here when in town for a wedding. Has an assembly line feel - like you are being processed not pampered. Mani chipped in three days (usually lasts 2 weeks). Pedi nails cut too short, cuticles not pushed back. All for twice the price I pay at home.
Normally my toes last 2 weeks and beyond. Day 4 my second toe polish chipped off near the cuticle. I love my spring water blue color. I always request a flower painted on my big toes and this time, Tracy did an awesome flower. Love, love, love my big toes. Thanks Tracy!! You rock on design!!!
My nails and toes look great. However, a gel acrylic manicure was $80. I have never paid more than $65 in any other salon in Nashville, and I’ve been here 7 years. My toes were $35. Good service, just overpriced in my opinion! Everyone was very nice + they did a good job. Will not go back though since I know I can get the same mani for $20-30 cheaper at the same quality. No problems except w the price.
The service was nice as far as the quality of my nails and manicure. But me and my husband decided to both get our feet done, and one of the ladies that was doing his flirted a little too much. It wasn’t a friendly kind of thing. She was rude to me but calling him handsome, tall and sexy infront of my face. It was very weird vibes.
I loved that they were open until 8 pm, but I wish I’d just gone elsewhere. I paid $115 for a pedicure (just polish) and a manicure (dip powder). I’ve paid a little over half that at other nail salons. My friend and I needed to get our nails done before a wedding we’re in, and we needed an evening appointment. The shape of my nails is different on every nail. The bottom of my nails is a little jagged. I had to keep asking them to adjust the length to the photo I showed them. They were nice enough, but it felt like I was nickel and dimes for just an okay service.
Oh my God I just left thi place and had the experience of a lifetime The man who did my nails was a perfectionist. His name is Nugyen Tran.. After working long hours at work and dozing off on him several times he was so patient and continued to do my nails in the most professional way. HE WAS THE BEST NAIL TECH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.!!!!The Ambiance in this place is Awesome and Super Clean. The owner is super friendly!!!! I can never go anywhere else.
Great clean facility with techs who are expert at providing manicures and pedicures. Finished nails are beautiful, professional and last if you make sure to take care not to damage great work!
I was here for 20 minutes before being greeted. I come here often and I feel like each time the quality is poorer.
Ive been here a few times and I really like it!! Its big and they have plenty of people working so there is no need to make an appointment. Ive never had to wait! They do good quality work and Im in and out! They are friendly and they take precautions for Covid19
Always enjoy my pedicure at signature..very clean n professional n friendly
If I could give this place a rating lower than 1 star I truly would. It is a big salon but not well ran. We were passed over when we were seated first and they TRY to get over on customers. How can you charge $10 extra for coffin shaped nails, but only $5 for length? Their pricing menu said $30 for a full set but if you get short natural they charge you $35. Mimi something was the one to do my nails. After she said she was charging $15 extra I told her I did not want them anymore. I guess she was upset because she didnt even fully take off the tip and glue all over my nails, she stopped asking for my hand and would TRY to snatch them. The picture of my hands show how ugly she left them. This is not good customer service and I will never go to this place again or recommend this place for a friend.
I went here for the first time today and I will never go back again. I got the nail tech by the name Jenniffer and she is as RUDE as they come. After letting her know what I wanted she made some recommendations and I agreed. After getting the overlay off she then proceeded to get her drill out. I informed her that I can’t have the drill used on my nail bed because they were already weak and it would cause them to burn. She told me that if she had to use a file then it would take all day and that’s not something she’s going to do. So I stood up and thanked her for her time and say I’ll just find somewhere else to have them done. Then she goes to talking in another language to her other coworkers..She agreed to use the file and I sat back down. I told her let’s just keep it simple and I’ll get the gel polish. She then recommended the dip and gave me a bunch of colors to choose from. After picking my color she then tell me oh it’s $85 for that color on my regular nails for just polish ONLY. So I tell her to just give me the gel polish like I originally asked for. I paid $40 for someone to polish my nails. So throughout me being serviced everything was spoken in another languageI pay for my services then let them know that she was rude and she argued with me about not being. We went back and forth and I told Pam I would never come to them again. Pam however tried to make thing right but I’m going to find somewhere else to service me.
Great place for a quick manicure. They seem to have unlimited manpower and I rarely wait to get in a chair. Its a little cold and drafty this time of year and the parking is competitive at lunch, so plan around that.Update: After a years of going here I received verbal lashing from one their employees. It was so embarrassing I decided it was best to find a new salon. One of my gel nails fell off the day after my manicure and I returned to see if they could fix it. The woman started yelling saying she remembered me and it was my fault if fell off because I didnt let her grind my nail down to nothing when it started hurting She would not stop talking and the women on either side of me were making wow faces. I got the nail fixed and she followed me to the door to remind me it was my fault the nail fell off as I walked out the door. I switched to Soiree across the street and it has been a much better experience for me and the employees who seem to be treated better.
Best Nail Salon Ever
The staff was very welcoming and quick to get me in & out while doing a great job in the process. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing. One of my top 3 places to get my nails done!
Absolutely obnoxiously overpriced! They try to upcharge you for every single thing and they dont even tell you! Until you get the bill, and and then Services which would normally cost $50 are $90 at this place. This means replacing a few nails and a gel polish! Will never go here again. There are so many better options out there. BUYER BEWARE
I called the nail shop in advance to make sure they would be open after i got off work. The man said come right on over after work. We will do you right and you will be happy. Becky did my nails with the powder dip. I asked for the application not be too thick. When she was done they were excellent. I took a chance after reading the reviews. Im glad my experience was great.
The nail polish colors are pretty but that is about it. i got acrylics (which were uneven) and in one week three of them broke doing simple activities such as: peeling an orange, opening the fridge, and zipping my pants. when i called to ask for a refund or a free refill they said there was nothing they could do. my friend got her nails done at venetian and hers have lasted for a month. i recommend you go there instead.
I go here all the time for gel manicures. The quality of the manicure is great and the prices are reasonable. Its not the friendliest environment, but you can relax easily enough. Its really dependent upon who you get that day as to whether or not youll talk much. I will say I almost never have to wait, which is awesome.
I went and got acrylics and on their website it says acrylics are $45 and they charged me $55. i asked at the reception desk and they said it was because my acrylics were long, but when i compared them to my friend’s (who payed $45 in cash) mine were shorter. i recommend that if you go here, do not pay with a card. however, venetian spas nails last longer and the staff doesn’t try to scam you.
My husband and I got pedicures here the other weekend and had a great experience. So many nail technicians and 20+ pedicure seats/placements. Theyre quick and do a good job.
I have been coming here since the week you opened. Always nice customer service & great job on my nails. Currently a regular with Ellen and LOVE her. Thank you.
I’ve been several times now and only had one ‘okay’ pedicure (paint was on the skin on every toe). Kelly and Twan give THE BEST manicures. The attention to detail is amazing. Best manicures I’ve had.
Services are good, but they are expensive.
Love the wine option! The technicians are generally kind and efficient. Polish choices are vast! *Sometimes the leg and foot massage are too short.
This place has been the best in town forever. Stay away on Prom weekends!!!
I have recently moved to Colorado. I love my new home but hate that I cant find a Signature Nails. No salon compares! Best service and staff anywhere! Leel was amazing! Thank you
Love this place! Always get timely and efficient service with a friendly smile. Staff are helpful and they always do a great job! =)
Love this place. Ive gone to other places and always come back because the service is so good!
What a wonderful experience. Very relaxing environment. Loan did a fine job and gave me a fantastic massage. Feeling really great thanks to you.
Did not have an appointment in about eight of us girls walked in, they took care of us just as well as I would’ve if we had one. Or nails were done to perfection. Great experience
The nail tech was very professional and sweet. He had a great attitude. I will come again.
Really appreciate all the steps they take to protect clients and staff during this time!
Service is good - only complaint is when I’m told mani pedi will be $55 I got home and saw I was charged $65- gave her cash $20 tip in advance of billing so should have been the $55 I was told
Have been going here for years and they do a great job. I drive from Brentwood to Green Hills because anywhere else I do the gel doesn’t last as long or peels right off after a week. They know me by name and treat customers well.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Becky, who most often does my nails is professional and always helpful. All the staff who have helped me have been great. Thank you.
Poor service. As a customer, just don’t feel appreciated by management; simply feel like a number. Don’t expect to be in and out here. You will sit there waiting to be serviced for 20+ minutes until you get up and ask someone at the front counter if anyone will be over to get started. I have seen this time and time again and have experienced this several times. Today was my last day going here after experiencing this yet again. After sitting there waiting for 25 minutes, I finally just got up and went down the street to Allure Nails, which was great. And management didn’t care either. I have been using the same family-owned salon for years where management truly will attempt to get to know your name if they’ve noticed you coming in several times; this is not the experience that you should expect at Signature, even if you’ve given them thousands of dollars of business over the years; you are simply a number. Another downside is if you’re getting a gel manicure, they only have colors available on a wheel so it becomes hard and obnoxious trying to choose between colors when you can’t really pull the color out and set it aside. I just felt rushed every time I went in. Glad I’m done going there; imo it was nothing to write home about.
Wonderful customer service! Consistent and excellent job each time I come! Would Highly recommend!
Went there for a walk-in dip gel manicure with tips. Had a an absolutely wonderful experience. Helen was super personable and fun, even letting me partially change color. Will definitely be back!
They charged $50 for a fill-in on my toes. No pedicure, no lotion, no nail art. The lady that serviced me even told me that her co-worker/manager advised her to tell me the price BEFORE she started, but, she didnt because she assumed I had been there before. When I pulled up their prices on THEIR website, she then said the site was old. Never again.
Ive been here for acrylic fills/sets twice and its been bad both times. First time my nails were super uneven and lumpy but I thought maybe it was a one-off. Got a set of nails yesterday and my cuticles have cuts all over them from the drill and there is acrylic up underneath all of my cuticles around the entire finger. The tech cut me pretty deeply and then immediately told me that it was my fault for having a stiff hand. Maybe its stiff because it wasnt the first time she had cut me and I knew it was going to happen again?
Minh Nguyen was fantastic and thorough. I haven’t had a pedicure experience this good in quite some time. Most places skimp on the amount of quality exfoliation and foot massage. Thank you, Minh!
Loved my first time at Signature Nails! Everyone was so sweet, especially Wanda. She did such a great job on my pedicure and dip manicure! Will definitely be back!
Wanda she’s the best she did my nails excatly like I want 😍 I loveeee my nails thank you so much ❤️❤️
1 good thing 1 bad thing. They get you in and out fast and efficient; BUT their prices are outrageous. I got a fill in for the price of a FULL SET. I will not be back due to get the prices. I can get a pedi and full set for the same amount somewhere else that I just get a full set here.
This place is crazy . They started off telling me that to paint my nails was simply $10 then ask me is I wanted a fill. which would be 20 for a regular fill or 25 for pink and they were going to charge me extra because my nails were longer. after that I asked how much would a pedicure be and the extra charge for my real nails being longer. Told me to have a seat and we will see. What the heck is that. No tell me now.
Tully was great. I did an organic manicure and pedicure. It was extremely relaxing. While the pedicure was great, it was by far the best pedicure I had ever had.
My toenails look great and I love the color. But I also have a bacteria infection now in two spots on one nail and one spot on the other. This means they cant be practicing healthy cleaning and sanitizing procedures. It really sucks and is causing a lot of discomfort. So I wouldnt choose this nail salon at all.
I wanted a nice color for engagement photo shoot. I was definitely on the picky side of choosing a color, probably spent 5 minute total on deciding. The employee kept rushing me and eventually told me I was wasting her time. I said sorry for taking so long and that I would tip her. She did not care, just wanted to rush through.
Great job & really enjoyed. Clean & a wonderful experience!
Ivy is very personable and gives a great pedicure. i also appreciate the help in selecting a nail polish. the salon is very clean and relaxing
Courteous people. Dont have to wait. A relaxing experience. I have been coming here for years!
Great service, one of the best manicures in Nashville. Only thought would be to practice patience when we are choosing color =) Great job!
I think this place is nice and the people are friendly, however Ive gotten my nails done (gel manicure) twice now from them. Each time, the gel lasted tops one week. After a couple days, the polish was peeling off where usually it would have lasted 2-3 weeks! Ive had friends go there recently and say the same - the gel is peeling off after a couple days - week. Not sure if its the products theyre using but they should really look into it as theyve lost quite a few client because of this issue.
I have gotten my nails done a million times and have never in my life had a bad experience... BUT this place has me so heated about my first and MOST DEFINITELY last trip here. I made an appointment for myself, my flower girl, and two bridesmaids yet I still had to wait quite a while before they came. Which I didnt mind at first because sitting still was a relief. They rushed through my pedicure and I had to point out that she skipped half the stuff on the list. Then she rushed through my nails so bad my nails were burning. (I have never had that happen) She clipped my nails so crooked and even after I pointed it out she told me it would look better when I came back in two weeks to get a fill. I will not be returning obviously. I tried to stay calm and point out the mess ups and she just continued to say it would look better later. Im not one for making a scene and having people look at me, so I left without drying them and will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have them fixed. Absolutely disgusted at this experience.
Solid 2 stars. I went there before my wedding (mentioned that it was my wedding as well) and they did an average job. It wasnt crowded but they rushed us in and out and did a really poor job on my toes. Just to be clear, I never get my nails done. Like once every 3 years. So I knew I wasnt being super picky - the gel manicure was great, but the toes smudged even 5 hours post pedicure. The real reason it gets 2 stars (and should prob get less) is because of the waxing services. I could let go of the sub par nail experience, but my sister got her legs and bikini wax and it took 1.5 hours. The women was extremely slow, extremely painful, and my sister got super intense and dark rashes after the wax. We considered going back to show them the rashes and get a refund, but we had to head to Memphis for my wedding. Would maybe go back for a manicure, but I wish they just focused on that and didnt offer waxing.
Ive been going to Signature Nails about every three weeks (because they lasted that long) for a gel manicure for over a year. While the place is definitely a nail factory - they have an enormous amount of stations packed into a relatively small space - I havent had a bad experience, until today. 8 days ago I got my typical gel manicure, as I was leaving a man I had never seen before told me to hold on to my receipt for two weeks because they would guarantee the service for that long. Yesterday, the gel on four of my nails peeled off completely - not just chip a little, but peel completely off, something that hasnt happened in the year Ive been going there. So I called and was told to come in so they could tell ME what happened. When I got there they said that they actually only guarantee the service for 13 days, and that because 11 (Im not sure where they got 11 days from because remember they peeled on day 7, I was there on day 8) was close to 13 and that they shouldnt have to fix them. When I reminded them what the gentleman said, she ushered me to a station. Once there they proceeded to tell me that they couldnt match the color they had done a week ago because I, somehow, changed the color so they could only do a best match. Now I look like I have easter eggs for nails because none of them match.I dont typically write reviews, but when I moved to Nashville a year ago I read other peoples reviews before I decided to try Signature Nails. Im not writing this because Im angry, I just think they provided a very poor service to a loyal customer who was asking them to fulfill their two week guarantee. Looks like Im back to reading reviews for a new nail place in Nashville.
Today was the last time I go to Signature Nail Spa. There is a nail tech there named Heather who stayed on her phone 70% of my first time she gave a pedicure/ nail dip. She kept me waiting while she text or took a phone call. So I explained that to the lady that is always at the front. Staff manager maybe. She went to talk to her I guess when I left.Four weeks later, I go back with my fiance and the staff manager pairs me up with this same nail tech. I thought I would give her another chance, maybe things were going bad for her that day. But NOPE, same thing. Her phone rang and she jumped up from the table and took her call. Pacing back and forth while I had one of my fingers halfway in the dip powder jar. My fiance was as amazed as I was when she sat down and started texting (several times) in between dipping my nails. She also kept hitting my cuticle with the buffer drill and then teased me in her language to another nail tech. The reason I know this is I know some of their language or will memorize the word and google translate.I was not only given poor service and teased about it but the staff manager didnt even ask if the service was better and I gave up on trying. So after two years of going to this location off and on, I give up. Find a better place in Green Hills this place is not what it use to be. Believe the 3.7 stars
I decided to try Signature because my manager had always had a wonderful experience here. When I went in, I said I wanted to try dip powder nails with tips, and the woman ushered me after her and sat me down at a station. A few minutes later, another lady came over and asked if I was being helped, but I hadnt actually been told anything, so I assumed she was my manicurist. At first, they were friendly and offered me a drink, and the initial experience was quite nice. However, exactly one week later, I was pulling tissue paper out of a shoe to try on, and one of my nails bent in half. All of my friends have dip powder and assured me that should not have happened. I immediately called Signature, told them what happened, and made an appointment for the following day at 10am to get it fixed. When I walked in, I explained that I needed a nail fixed and that I had made an appointment the night before, to which they said that they didnt have my appointment, and that they apparently dont make appointments for one nail. So who took my appointment?! Then they said that it would be $10 to fix it, but I said it shouldnt have happened and that I shouldnt have to pay to fix a poor job done by the salon. They responded that a broken nail was my fault and that it wasnt a chipped polish or whatnot (dip powder isnt polish!). They then said that there was no one available (so who would have taken me before?), and that Id have to wait for the manager, who wouldnt be in for an hour. So I decided to go sit in my car for an hour for the manager to get there. When I went back, the lady at the front desk immediately started talking to her coworkers in another language, but I dont have to speak it to know She was talking smack about me. They then ignored me for five minutes before someone finally told me she would let the manager know I was there and that I could sit and wait for him. Instead, I stood off to the side of the counter and watched them seat person after person as I waited. After 20 minutes, I asked her to remind the manager that I was waiting, at which point she said he wasnt even there and that I would have to wait for him. Another guy came over, and I asked if he could get the manager on the phone and get an eta, but he said the mgr wasnt available and that I would just have to wait. I asked if there was anyone else who could deal with this situation, and he said no and blamed my attitude!! Well, youve given me the run-around for an hour and a half, I wonder why?! I ended up having to go to a different salon, and they were able to get a near match, so now I have a slightly different party nail on my middle finger, which is exactly what I want to give to Signature.I work in a service-centered retail environment, and never before have I been treated, nor have I treated anyone I was helping as poorly as I was treated here. They blamed me for the poor job they did, then then tried to charge me extra to fix their error. If I could give negative starts, I would.
I usually go in and ask for Thao, she is a gem and does a flawless acrylic nail with gel top coat. But when I came in, she was not working and I had a couple nails that had fallen off. I was a walk in, and sometimes I feel like they put walk-ins with the worst aestheticians. From the get go, I knew getting my nails done with Chung(John) was going to be a bad experience. I showed him the nail shape I like(almond) and he proceeded to do a coffin shape until I stopped him, which left my nails much shorter than what I wanted. None of my nails are the same shape and one nail is crooked. Ive got gel polish all over on my skin and he didnt even bother to check if my nails were the same length to the other side. he kept looking over at his phone and was not interested in doing his job. I really dont know what I paid $65 for and tip... you guys should do a mandatory quality check with your employees to make sure they are not slacking. Also, it would be nice to break down the price and tell me what Im paying for on the receipt.
Ive been coming to Signature nails for almost eight years and have always been pleased by the friendliness and consistency of service. Beginning with Jade, then her brother Tony, and in his absence, Les. I have found a nail salon I enjoy returning to! 5 stars every time!
Sally is always very attentive and makes sure everything is just the way I like itMy favorite nail stylist!
Employees were so nice and they took time with me which is hard to find these days - my pedi looks awesome!
I never write reviews but this was the worst $70 I’ve ever spent in my life. Rushing, sloppy work, rough. Manicure was so bad the whole thing had to be re-done. I’ve never experienced that before in years of getting my nails done. I tried to talk to a manager but she had gone home. Cannot believe how busy this place was for the work they do.
Worked here for a summer and they treat workers terribly. Felt like a sweatshop. The woman owner is bitter at times and takes it out on employees. DONT go here. They just want your money.
Wonderful service ; very friendly technicians ; always fun and relaxing for kids and adults!
I have had spa services here in the past and I can tell you it should take more than 60 minutes to do a good manicure and pedicure. I walked in at 6:48pm and walked out at 7:51pm. I was really disappointed because I have an event this evening and I was looking forward to wearing my new pumps but based on the pictures of my feet, I would not dare wear open toe shoes tonight. When Katie started working on my hands, I was shocked that she did not bring a clean towel to cover the table, instead she used napkins. Throughout the entire manicure, polish, filing my nails she kept using the napkin. I wanted to say something but at this point I was over the experience. She asked me if I wanted to use the razor on my feet and I declined as I watched her pull out her tools from her bag. No seal, no sterile pack nothing just from her pouch to my feet and nails. I was not impressed with this visit at all, as Katie rushed through my manicure and didnt spend any time at all on my pedicure Ill need to go back for a real pedicure tomorrow. I wish I had time to show the manager what I paid $80 for in person.
I went on Dec 23rd without an appointment and was greeted and helped immediately! Miss Becky took such great care of me on my Birthday. I got the delux ($40) pedi and the sugar scrubs and mud mask with the hot towels made my legs feel amazingly soft! I also got a dip powder manicure which was a first and she explained the process very well and asked me several times during the process if I was happy with the results. She didnt mind at all that I wanted my tips pretty long for the holiday. All around she was so friendly and talked with me about my upcoming trip for Net Years Eve and made me feel like a was her best friend. I would highly recommend Miss Becky again and will definitely be coming back to receive services from her in the future!
Ive never had a bad experience with this place. Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful interior as well. Could use some new massage chairs, but other than that...this place is great. Good environment.
I love getting a pedicure at signature nail spa. they are all so friendly. and do a fabulous job! thats why i have been going there for over 10 years. i would not go anywhere else. i suffer from neuropathy as a result of cancer chemo treatment in 2017. the bottom of my feet burn and there is numbness. the message of the feel feels really good and i hope its helping to restore those nerves.everyone needs to try signature nail spa. wonderful!
Im a frequent client, I always love their service, but this time I was a little disappointed. The guy was too rough and hurt my finger twice. Didnt even offered me a bottle of water! I paid more than $80 bucks for a spa treatment and received a $20 bucks service.
Their pedicures last until your nails grow out, usually. The gels are also high quality. Service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.
This is my favorite nail spa in Nashville they pay much attention to detail... I am very picky. Jennifer and the whole staff always exceed my expectations
Extremely rude employees, not eve close to customer friendly environment. They make you feel so uncomfortable and bad with their rude behavior.Their typical pedi is less than 10 min and they barely use any product for the feet. Literally nothing. They work so fast so they get to next customer that they can hurt you toes while clipping.Do your self a favor and find a place with nicer employees and better service.
They do a fantastic job. Super consistent.
Have come twice for a pedicure and both times have been very disappointed. I chose a more expensive pedicure because I thought I would have my calluses removed. They were not even touched both visits. The tech I had was not friendly either. The location is a nice salon and Almost never has a wait however in my opinion not worth the price.
5 stars. Everyone is very friendly everytime I come. Each time I come, the nail technicians pay close attention to detail and do a fantastic job!
Worth the money and the can do ombre dipped nails.
I always book my appointment with Tony. He is awesome! Very attentive and always makes sure Im comfortable and have everything I need to enjoy my experience here. I would never go anywhere else!
Terrible nail salon. The woman at the front was very rude. Nail tech did a horrible job on my mani/pedi and rushed through both. Nails chipped the next day. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
Save your time and money! I’ve enjoyed their service in the past, but my last two times have been terrible. This past time the manicurist did not paint all the way back to the cuticle, and it looked a week grown out!!! I came back a day later when I had another spare 60 minutes for them to fix it and I was sent away saying it was on me for not telling the manicurist that I wanted it all the way back. I’m sorry, who leaves wanting it already grown out!! Her words and tone were incredibly rude as she explained this absurd reasoning. Anyway, that was my last time going here; they’ve turned into a factory and clearly don’t care or treat their customers well.
We walked in and the lady said rudely: go pick a color. So we did and she tells us to go sit and we did. We wait for about 15 minutes and nobody said hello or offers us water or anything (this is what they are doing for other customers) by the point we are getting pretty mad. Many other people come in and they are served politely. The thing about those people is we did not look like any of them. We are kind of mad because the people serving the costumers next to us are staring at us and just smiling not doing anything. We started to walk out and a lady looking at us looks at us and smiles obviously knowing that they had not served us. This is the worst nail salon experience that I have ever had. I wish there was a rating below 1 Star because this does not deserve the rating that I gave it.
Ive been coming here for years and always have the best experience! I recommend this place to all my girlfriends. I even had my wedding party come before my wedding day and it was fabulous.
Great service, very friendly & reasonable prices. Richard always does a wonderful job on my nails!
I have come here for years, but will never go back. So many times, they have seated me immediately only to have me wait 15-20 minutes with no explanation or apology. I have found a technician I liked and made appointments, only to show up and be told she is with another customer and Ill have to wait 15-20 minutes for her to finish. Isnt that the point of an appointment? Again, no apologies. Ever. Why on earth have I continued to go back? I have acrylic nails a couple of weeks ago and did a fill in on a Friday. On Monday, one nail completely came off (the entire powder portion). I went in to have it fixed and was told it wasnt guaranteed because it was a fill in and not a full set. It would be $10 to repair the one nail. I inquired as to why it was $10 for one nail when a full set of new acrylics was $30. Why not $3 or $5? Again, no explaination and no apology. $10 to fix it. At some point they said that for regulars theyll do polish changes for free (Ive gone there for years)- but $10 for the repair. The ladies that do the actual work are lovely. The two ladies who manage it are horrible. No kindness. No service. A chop shop, pure and simple. I will never go back.
Best dip nail in Nashville!
Im on my feet all day, Im a harsh critic when it come to a good pedicure. This is the most relaxing pedicure Ive had in a while. Chi takes her time and does a great job. I will definitely be back.
All of your associates do excellent pedicures. I especially appreciate the foot massage.
Was very nice an clean. Will definitely start going there to get my nails done
Hit or miss. Most of the time they take their time and it is a wonderful, relaxing experience. More than once I have had a careless, distracted, and sloppy employee who makes you feel very disappointed to pay the pricey sum that Signature asks for their services. Try to avoid Kenny. He made my toes look like I had done them myself after a night of drinking on St Patricks Day.
I always love that I can get in right away, but quality of service varies based on who you happen to get. 4/5 times its great, but every ones in a while it misses the mark.
5 star! I have been here many times and will continue to come back. It is always an excellent experience
Had a great tip, dip and pedicure visit.Heather did a wonderful job. Thank you
This place upcharges for specific colors claiming it requires a basecoat + topcoat....ok.The lady then immediately puts on the color, no basecoat. I stop her. Wait, didnt this require a basecoat (Im paying extra for that). Then 3 people come over to explain she put basecoat on. Both ladies sitting to my sides, agreed with me.Another guy who works there comes over. I tell him. Im not trying to be difficult, I just want to make sure I am getting what I paid for. He says... Oh you are being very difficult.Anyone who knows me knows I am extraordinarily nice to service industry workers.....I tell him to please let us (the 3 others here) handle the situation. They continue to try to show me what the basecoat looks like when applied. I get it.....but it did not look the same and unless the woman is bionic, she had no time to do all ten nails. Finally they remove all polish and put basecoat on again. Great. Then another woman comes to inquire.I tell her. I just had surgery. I came here to relax and I do not feel relaxed. She explains my manicurist does not speak English very well and they were trying to help. I explained...the first 2 ladies were, yes...but the guy just escalated the issue.I wont be back.
