I really wanted to try this place out from the reviews and to support a black owned business, however, the unprofessionalism was mind boggling. If I could give a zero star, I would, because unfortunately I didn’t get to try and was basically stood up two days in a row by the owner!I booked a gel manicure for Wednesday at 5:30pm. The appointment was confirmed via text and email. I show up at the appointment time and she claims she didnt get it and cant do it because shes about to do a talk show. Cool, no problem, I understand issues come about so we reschedule for the very next day at the same exact time, 5:30pm. Again, receiving the confirmation email and text. I get there the following day and the door is locked and all lights are off! Such a waste of my time and extremely unprofessional! I call and leave a voicemail inquiring about what happened. No follow up/call back/apology... NOTHING!
