I wanted dip nails and got them. The dip starting chipping in a week. The tech was nice to let me come back and redo the service for me. This time; the dip started chipping off like press on nails; in 24hrs and in 48hrs the dip on all 10 fingers were off. I then tried to notify the technician and all of my text went ignored.

I would HIGHLY recommend finding another nail salon. The owner was my nail tech, she was completely unprofessional, rude and loud. AirPods in/watching a show on her phone, not respectful of my nail appt, and complained about the time it took (2 hours) to get my acrylics nails on. A tense environment that was equally overpriced for the service.

Im extremely disappointed with my nails. The shape, all the paint smeared, the acrylic underneath snagging on everything & the overall experience. If I didnt want extravagant nails, I wouldve went to the sweatshops. I came from 25 miles away. Flying out today going to an event & literally want to cry. The owner Rudy came over to assist after she drew zebra strips. But all she did was put a flower on & walked away. I kept trying to coach & tell her but it was no use. I booked based on the name Royalti. I showed her a pic & this is nowhere near what I showed her. I tried to be nice. Im a businesswoman so I just dont get it. I dont even know the girl name that did it, I think Jasmin CarmelizedbyJ. The other ppl in the shop are probably good, just avoid her. She is not ready to run with Rudy or carry the Royalti name. Im sorry! What I asked for bottom right what she gave me bottom left.

Since day one Mrs. Rudy and her staff have been amazing to my daughter, her friends and myself! The atmosphere is always welcoming and very professional. I love that I can just sit down in Rudy’s chair and she just works her magic. I’ve never left unsatisfied nor disappointed. She is truly gifted and amazing at her craft, a real artist. My nail tech is Rudy she is very professional and very informative about nail care, I scheduled my appointment for a specific time and when I arrived she was ready to put me in the chair I went to 6 nail shops before I found Rudy and now she will forever have a faithful client. I highly recommend Royalti Nails for all your hair care needs.

I was very satisfied and pleased each time Rudy has done my nails. She has never disappointed me, my nails will last 5weeks without any lifting, all my nails still be on until my next appointment and all my stones still be in the spot she placed them. I was really nervous bout finding someone different but I’m glad I found her. She is very talented and sweet, great environment to get ur nails done. I love her work always something different, y’all my want to change y’all nail tech if ur not with Rudy.....

Promise did my nails and I must say this experience was much worst than the last first and foremost they dont greet their clients as they come in having an appointment time did not even play a factor in this visit I stayed there well over an hour and a half he ate lunch and then started on my nails which lunch breaks are understandable but dont agree to an appt time if you have to take time out to eat and make your client wait he did not apologize for being late had someone else to come greet his client after I had already sat there for 10-15min and he talked on the phone/to the nail tech sitting next to him the ENTIRE TIME I did not feel welcomed nor appreciated as a client save yourself some time and go somewhere that is worth spending your money/time!

75 dollars for my nails 2 pop rite off. My tech had a horrible attitude. No customer service at all. To show his attitude, he would do my nails then stop 2 use his phone. Slick comments about paper towels when clearly theres a sign. Maybe invest in towels. Wish I could get my money back 2 donate 2 the less fortunate cause visiting here made me realize how much of a big deal nails are not! Returnnn? Neva!

Royalti Nails is one of the best places i have visited. I think the thing that sets this place apart is the ability to book my appointment and walk in with no wait. I’ve also experienced that if i do need to walk-in, i will have to wait. but the wait was my fault because i didn’t book.the service is immaculate. my nails be flyyyyyyyyyy. and i always get compliments on my set. i’m very happy with the service i receive.

Just had the worst 5 minute experience I booked in the beginning of the month for a full set with design plus nail art. The website was extremely hard to book on but it had a section to explain what you want which I did. I never heard anything back from the person I booked with but got to confirmation emails one for my deposit and one for my appointment time at 3pm today. I got there early with naked nails as was requested in the email. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with pure rudeness for whatever reason, then I was asked to show her my confirmation email as if I was lying about the time and services of my booked appointment that I paid a deposit for. I went for the milk bath service which I searched high and low for on the booking site page but didnt see after I told her thats what service I would like and I put that in my initial booking email where it asked for details about what service you would like she responded with I never read those and I dont have time to do those Then was told they are a way different price then what service I booked for and I couldnt get them. Or at least not the full 10 fingers which I was going to be fine with because I understand I didnt book the correct service, but the unprofessionalism and rudeness just made me not want to spend any money with her at all. Her work looks incredible but the customer service sucks!!!! Royalti Nails

Walked in to see one person working (assuming the owner) on her phone swearing while doing her customers nails.... and I never once was acknowledged or even greeted. So I left. And I’ll never come back. Pathetic.

I was looking for a nail tech in Nashville and settled on Royalti Nails mainly due to their location. I consistently get my nails done and don’t have a problem paying a nail tech for the work and artistry they bring to the table. My experience at Royalti Nails was not what I was expecting. Lack of communication and professionalism were pervasive. It was difficult communicating with the nail tech due to her completing various tasks throughout my nail service, ie., listening to music in ear buds, leaving the premises and texting. It is also worth mentioning her overwhelmingly distasteful and rude demeanor soured each and every service. I began searching for a new nail tech because if I am being charged top shelf prices I should be provided top shelf service. It is nothing like spending your money with someone who has a bad attitude every time you see them. I don’t need to be besties with my nail tech but we should have a open flow of communication sans condescension, dismissiveness and ambivalence. Needless to say, I moved on from Royalti Nails. During my appointment at a new nail salon the nail tech asked if I got my nails done at a chop shop and I advised them I did not. Four nails had lifting and I was left with a parting gift of the “greenies.” I am certain my experience at Royalti Nails isn’t unique but I am hopeful the majority of their clients receive better customer service than I did.

Very Poor Customer Service! As a touring Brand Ambassador Ive been to MANY nail shops across the country. Ive had my share of not so good experiences but thus far this had to be the WORST nail shop experience Ive had! To start the lady doing my nails was rude, she tried on two pair of shoes and purchased a pair in the middle of doing my nails, she kept pausing answering her phone and texting, like SERIOUSLY! Very unprofessional! I didnt like the shape of my nails so I asked if I could do something different, she told me I was wasting her tips meanwhile another technician gets up and tells me Im doing too much. Not only that but as I chose to pay by card she charges me an extra $2 without even telling me, I see she charged me $47 instead of the $45, which was the original price she told me, so when i asked why it was $47 she told me it was a card fee. So family, do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here, it isnt worth it
