This place was absolutely awful. My nails have never looked worse. I paid $60 for the pink nails at berry hill. I was there for over 2 hours. The next day I had them taken off and put new ones on. I paid $50 for the blue nails at a different salon. They were nice sure but my nails were horrifying.After doing further research. My nails peeled off and were very very gooey. I learned that it could possibly be because they used something called “mma” which is illegal. Please NEVER GO HERE.

I went in asking for a regular pedicure. And she offered to put some stuff in my water for $5 which I didn’t think was a big deal. The pedicure took very long and they barely press down for the massage. When I was done the bill was $55 for a regular pedicure. I thought she may have meant $35 for how awful my nails were. The polish was all over my skin, and they filed my nails like diagonal. I could have probably done better snd they definitely overcharged me. I will never be back.

Berry Hill Nail Spa is terrible.My girlfriend had gone here to get a simple dip removal with gel manicure and pedicure done but the quality of the service was absolutely terrible.After two hours of horrendous service she reluctantly paid the $75 they charged her not wanting to start a big commotion but upon further inspection of her nails in the car, it was pretty clear how horrible of a job Berry Hill Nail Spa did.The hands were extremely messy. There were air bubbles present, there was polish all over the sides of her fingers. She was constantly having to remind the manicurist to make sure that the sides of the nails were also getting done. The pedicure was rushed. It was uneven. The top coat was done extremely sloppily. So sloppily and heavily, as a matter of fact, my girlfriend had thought the man doing her toes was applying cuticle oil when he began.My girlfriend decided to go back inside and ask for either a full or partial refund but Berry Hill Nail Spa denied it. Their reasoning was that the service was already done. What they did offer was to potentially redo the nails if my girlfriend wanted but that would mean having to wait an additional hour for another available nail tech to become available.Naturally this was incredibly disappointing for her to hear. She already spent 2 hours receiving terrible service and now she would have to wait an additional hour, almost as if she was the one inconveniencing Berry Hill Nail Spa. Based off the quality of work she did receive, there wasnt even a real guarantee that the redo would be any better either.My girlfriend refused and left Berry Hill Nail Spa in tears.See some of the photos attached for what my girlfriend feels is the worst manicure and pedicure shes ever received in her life.

Just dont go here! My friend went to get dip mani & regular pedi and they gave her the service you would receive from an untrained child. For starters, they didnt clean the edges. When she asked for a refund they refused. She tried a partial refund. They refused. They offered her to re-do them in about an hour, but who would willingly stay and waste another hour of their day to just get the same horrible service again? Whatever you do pick another salon!

The worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to. They’re extremely unprofessional and do a terrible job. Take your money and go somewhere else.

Worst pedicure in my life. Looks like a 5 year old did it. Didnt take off all of the previous polish. Uneven paint job. Cut nails uneven.

The nail tech had little no no experience. I got up and left in the middle of the service because the situation was hopeless. I have visited this salon several times and this is not the first bad experience. The owners sister from Brentwood is the only person in the salon that does good work. I will never vist Berry Hill Nail Spa again .

This is a new place right across the street from where I work. I went in with a couple of colleagues and we had a wonderful time. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. All of the staff is so friendly! Wendy did my dip powder service and the results are phenomenal! So excited to show off my nails!

Had wonderful sister time here when we went together. Very nice place. Friendly people. No wait when we went at noon on a Saturday. Will definitely be back.

This place is so nice for a moderate price. First: Theyre extremely sanitary. You xan tell the staff takes it seriously. Second: They do really good work. My nails ALWAYS look great and last a long time. ( Im very rough with my nails). The pedicures are everything. So relaxing. Its a nice spot. Check it out

Got the powder dip nails. Nails were chipping the next day, and 3 had flopped off in a week and a half. Such a waste of money - $60 for horrible quality. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Awesomeness

My daughter just had the dipping done and they cut her and she bled pretty bad. The tech did not apologize and told her not to wipe the blood on the towel. I’m not sure what she wanted her to do with the blood. Getting your nails done is a luxury and not to sit and worry if you are gonna feel pain from it. She was still bleeding when she got home. That was the first and last time either of us will go there.

Brand new salon with nice pedicure chairs! Super clean inside and the couple who own/operate are very kind and friendly. She literally said, how can I pamper you? So sweet! Did a nice job on my pedi and included a really nice massage. Their prices are very reasonable.

Had the greatest experiences here today. Wendy Nguyen is the sweetest! She did a terrific job on the mani pedi and made me feel so welcome. We talked the entire time I was there. It is obvious she enjoys what she does. I only wish I lived here so I could come here all the time. Will definitely be back when Im back in Nashville!

Had an amazing experience!!Family friendly environment, I had my 5 month old daughter with me and my boyfriend and they treated us with love like they done everyone else! Nails look amazing, young lady at the front desk as soon as you walked in done an amazing job!!!

Everyone at the spa is very friendly, caring, and professional. The clinicians are excellent, very gentle, and give terrific hand and leg massages with the manicures and pedicures.. It is very clean and hygienic.

Amazing experience. Awesome service, friendly and beautiful shop. All tools are sterilized. I’m all about hygiene. My job is hygienist so I’m all about clean clean. Highly recommended!!!

I had tips and dip powder nails done by Alysa she did an amazing job the location is immaculate with new pedicure chairs and the walls are lined with so many dip powders to choses from I cant wait to go back

Legit the nicest pedicure chairs I’ve ever sat in. Stopped in for a pedicure as a walk-in; they were able to get me right in and did a great job!
