My daughter and I came for a girls trip to Nashville and were looking for a place to get our nails done close to our hotel (we are staying at the Gaylord Opryland). Due to their highly rated reviews we decided to give Nail Stop a try and we are SO HAPPY we did!!! These sisters were AMAZING...best nail salon I have ever had visited. They were so unbelievably kind and wanted my daughter and I to LOVE our experience and nails (which we did!!). I so wish we lived closer so we could go here all the time. I cannot recommend these ladies and their services enough!! They made our girls trip soooo special!!!

Love love this nail spot ! These two sisters do amazing work, they make you feel so welcome and invited... there work is incredible. They will do whatever to make YOU happy, they love to chat with you about life and it’s almost like a detox while your there, it’s so nice to have someone to always talk to while I’m there. My long and endless search for the best pedicure has finally ended! I am so thankful I found The Nail Spot!!! Fiza is the bomb!!!! For the first time in my life I actually got a pedicure, instead of a foot massage!I have always gotten gel polish on my toes because I have had the polish chip off more than it stays on… and Fiza talked me into just doing regular polish, because she told me it was all about the application, not the polish. I was skeptical, but two weeks later after traveling, being at the beach, waking with no socks in my tennis shoes, my polish is still holding up!Fiza is so sweet and funny and kind, I feel like I had known her my whole life in just 10 mins of talking with her!The Nail Spot is the spot!Charlee

I have been coming here for about 2-3 years. The girls are amazing. They take good care of their customers needs and wants. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service. My nails always last up to a month or more. Best nail salon I have been too in this area. Alfeya is the best for dip powder nails. Her work is phenomenal. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I was in Nashville for work and decided to give this place a try. Faiza did a wonderful job with the pedicure and I enjoyed having a conversation with her, and that fact that she took her time and it did not feel rushed. Broke a nail on my flight in at 7am. Was happy to see they were open so early. Didnt have an appointment, but the squeezed me in. Ended up getting a fill and no chip color change! They were super nice and welcoming. When I come in town I will definitely be stopping again!

The Nail Spot is the only place Ive trusted with my nails for over a year now. The quality of the products used, the cleanliness, and overall quality of service is unmatched by any nail spa Ive visited in Nashville, Hermitage, or Mt. Juliet. Appointments are necessary but you definitely get the VIP treatment. The prices are reasonable and she stands behind her work. I feel beautiful all the time now thanks to my mani pedi! Faiza and her sister are a dream team!

I got my nails done on Saturday (12/28/19) and a week later, my nails still look fabulous! This was my first time getting acrilics and the woman who did my nails was very gentle and polite. I love Faiza! She gives the best pedicure. The shop is small but it’s cute and comfortable. The shop is clean. They are really friendly and take an interest in what you’re looking for. She cares about you as a person as well, which is sweet. She’s very knowledgeable and will let you know how to take care of your feet in between appointments. The location has plenty of parking. She is one of the best nail technicians I have seen. The pedicure is very reasonably priced considering how much she does for you. My feet felt awesome after leaving and I am so happy that I went.

Faiza did an amazing job. Im from out of town, I chose this shop based on the rating and reviews and I wasnt disappointed. The conversation and recommendations were as good as the service.She discovered an ingrown nail that I didnt know was developing. I wouldve been in so much pain for the rest of my vacation if she hadnt gotten it out. Talk about relief!If Im ever in town again I will definitely return.

I went for the first time about a month ago and had a great experience! Ive been out of town and wasnt able to get my nails done and after 4 weeks they still look great. Im so hard on my nails, but theyre holding up for the first time ever!! Highly recommend!

Randomly decided to get my nails done on my lunch break and saw this place pop up. I like to support local business and so i went to see this place since i haven’t had much luck with other chain salons. Faiza did an amazing job on my pink n white French nails! It was a very comfortable atmosphere and she was very personable. She respected me as a client bt also took the time to get to know me which made for natural discussion and relatability. I will definitely being going back.

I have never felt like nail salons were really my kind of places. I only occassionally would get my nails done and the techs always seemed to prefer their regular customers. Not true at The Nail Spot! Even though I only occassionally get an appointment and I dont have long complicated fancy nails, Faiza always treats me like I matter. She is relaxed and comfortable and open and caring. She is a very hard working woman and my nails look fabulous!

Faiza continues to impress me. No matter what challenge I have, she comes up with creative and effective solutions! pecently, I needed to get a pre-surgery manicure with no polish (yikes). Rita came up with the most ingenious idea of how to put at least a little bit of sheen on my nails so they didnt feel (naked). She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and an all around delightful person. I just had the best morning at The Nail Spot with Faiza! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and I’m so happy with my experience! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and that continued throughout the whole visit. Faiza is so easy to talk to, it was almost like I was just there to hang out with a friend. But she also did an amazing job with my nails! They’re absolutely beautiful! She pays such close attention to detail. The shop was super clean, cute, and comfortable. I wanted to like Faiza so bad. I thought Id found my go-to nail tech. Boy was I wrong. I will say that Faiza ONLY has such good reviews because of her demographic of clientele. Theres nothing wrong w/that, but its pretty hard to mess up the type of basic manicures they tend to get. Now for women like me who are used to beautiful, long, acrylic, coffin nails w/designs and a perfect shape, avoid Faiza at all costs.I was so happy to find a nail tech with such great reviews. She seemed personable and about her business. Until I walked in. The shop has dirty wine glasses out, one nail station & two pedicure chairs, one that was broken. Girl. Even though I had an appointment, I still waited 15-20 mins for Faiza to finish her other client. She immediately started asking me a bunch of personal questions, telling me how she was in a rush to meet her husband, telling me about her kids, talking about former clients, etc. I told her I wanted to soak my nails off for a fresh new set. But she didnt feel it was necessary so we did a fill. That was a huge mistake to which she admitted in the end and apologized profusely for her mistake. My nails were cut way too short and she cannot shape nails. I showed her pics to try to guide her, but that didnt help. The polish also started to chip within two days. When I sent her pictures & explained this to her professionally, but firm in my dissatisfaction, she agreed to fix her mistakes at first. When I texted her a couple days later to actually schedule the appointment, she got rude and indignant. You just want a free set and youre not going to get it. I have to laugh. I have paid upward of $150+ for a good set of nails with designs. I dont mind paying for quality. I do mind paying for awful nails in addition to being subjected to offensive language and unprofessionalism.Faiza is one of the most unprofessional nail techs Ive ever been to in any state Ive ever lived. And thats saying a lot bc I lived in NYC for years. I wouldnt mind how much she forces the client to talk to her if she was good at what she does, but shes not. I also find it highly unprofessional that she was so comfortable talking about some of her former clients who she called crackheads. If she talks about former clients like that, shell talk about you like that. She also made disparaging remarks about the African-American community and the ghetto. I wouldve chalked up my terrible nails as a L, never wrote this review and just wouldve not gone back to her. But when you add in her rudeness, unprofessionalism & offensive comments, I decided to write this.Basically, Faiza has mostly good reviews from a very specific clientele. They are not an indication of skill level, at least not in my experience. If you want a nail tech who doesnt respect boundaries, talks your ears off, gets an attitude w/you because she messed up, makes slick comments, talks on her phone, makes racially insensitive comments then is shocked that your nails are horrible, Faizas the nail tech for you! As you can see from the pics below, the work speaks for itself. This was two days after getting a fill. Never again.

My wife and I went to the nail spot based on the 5 star ratings on both yelp and google. As fellow Donelson small business owners we try to patronize local whenever possible. Faiza is great! She gave me an appointment after closing even though she had been there since 5:30am. When she was running slightly behind, she called so We wouldn’t have to wait.Faiza is extremely personable. We had great conversation and would consider her a new friend. Her service came with education to extend “the life” of skin and nails. Faiza is knowledgable, talented and passionate about her work. I failed to mention that she guarantees her work. I believe once you go to Faiza, you will never go to another nail tech.Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!
