I been living here for 13 years. Its very convinient close to downtown and several stores. Office staff very friendly.

Since the administration started everything has been much cleaner and organized. I want to congratulate Cintia and Pamela.

I am very happy with this place and the office staff is very friendly, specially when I stop by to the office and Pamela and Cintia help me giving me always a solution. I feel very comfortable with new administration.

Do not live here. I’ve had nothing but problems since moving here and now they towed my truck without any warning from a marked parking space. Do not recommend

Management is terrible. They dont respond to emails or calls. The laundry facilities are poorly maintained and you can only reload your laundry card when the office is open. The maintenance crew is incredibly rude. Just dont do this to yourself.Edit: they dont open laundry rooms consistently, they havent mopped my hall in over a month, and there is broken glass everywhere. The broken glass on the sidewalk was there for weeks.

The management is only nice because the place is atrocious. Cockroaches popping out every second. Appliances are outdated & broken. Its FILTHY!!! Arent there health codes against some of this stuff?? NOT A SAFE PLACE TO RAISE KIDS. If theres was a petition to close down this disgusting place; my name would be first on the list. YUUUCK!!

The people in the office were always friendly. I never had any problems with them. Had a huge issue with cockroaches after the bathroom flooded from above and caused water damage. Maintenance never showed up to check it out after I asked several times. I could also hear everything going on in the apartments around me. From couples fighting to a very loudly singing neighbor. Not to mention being in an unsafe area. And having to park at the back of the complex with no lighting because there was never any parking near my building. If you have another option take it. I didn’t take the reviews seriously when I moved in and really wish I would have. Save yourself the trouble of having to move twice and find something safer and cleaner with maintenance that does their job.

Friendly/helpful people in the office! The apartments themselves however... Cockroaches galore. Some buildings worse than others. The apartments are in serious need of renovation, though given the area its in, doubtful itll happen anytime soon. Extremely noisy. Seems like the walls are paper thin (and the floors, as you can hear people below you walking around). Parking is terrible; spots frequently fill up and force you to park in weird places, then you get towed for parking in said places. The lots need serious resurfacing, not to mention speed bumps from hell! If you just need somewhere temporarily, or really have no other option, then it will do.

The appliances are outdated and dangerously broken: we have to leave the knob on our oven at 350 degrees for it to be off, because at 0 degrees it’s actually 350. There are a disgusting amount of roaches that never run out and will appear anywhere at anytime! So many that nighttime is not enough for them. I would not recommend moving here, unless you are fascinated with antiquities and pests.

Friendliest management ever! My husband has lived in these apartments for three years, Ive lived here for a year with him, and we just renewed for another year. Since weve been here for so long, we still live in one of the units that isnt renovated, but Ive seen inside some of the renovated units and the team here has done a great job of sprucing up the place! Even living in one of the older units, my husband and I both agree that the affordability and easy commute to our jobs downtown make it more than worth it. Weve only ever had to complain about a neighbor once in our time here, and any time we need help or accommodations with a problem weve encountered, Kevin and his staff are friendly and receptive. Weve also had great experiences with on-call maintenance over the weekend and after hours - quick to respond and, as always, very friendly and accommodating. These are some of the most affordable apartments in Nashville Ive seen - would definitely recommend!

Since the new management took over i have seen alot of changes unfortunately i had to move out of state. But i truly recommend this place is close to everything and the office staff are very friendly.. Thanks to all

Worst place after Scott,new manager is mean, maintenance never comes you have to call 10 times before they come,always having issue with my AC/HEAT yet I have to call servals times before they come yesterday I call they send the new maintenance guy he comes done something and left the AC still not working and guess what me and my family slept in the house without AC I try to call in the morning guess what the call not going through!!!!!why?????? Because they block my number :-/, house I know that I try calling from my son phone and guess what it went through:~{ woooooooooow I never heard or seen any apartments who dose that but union on Thompson)thankfully this is my last month here can not wait to move out of this hell

Worst complex to live in Nashville, Tennessee. The apartments are rundown and over priced. The apartments have bugs and the interior is decaying. The Apartments have been poorly renovated and a literally falling apart. DON’T MOVE THERE! You will regret it!

I HAVE LEAVE HERE FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS, THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAVE NO LISTENING HEAR, YOU CAN NOT TRUST OR DEPEND ON THEM, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WILL FAIL YOU AND WHEN YOU GO BACK TO THEM, THEY GET ANNOY, YOU ARE ONLY WELCOME IN THEIR OFFICE WHEN YOU ARE PAYING YOUR RENT, THEY DONT LIKE IT WHEN YOU CALL FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPORT RISK ISSUES, THEIR USUAL LANGUAGE IS GO WE WILL SEND SOMEONE TO YOUR APARTMENTS AND THEY WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE.I REPORT AN RISK RELATED ISSUE TO THEM SINCE 3MONTHS AGO, YET NOTHING IS BEEN DONE TILL NOW, I WENT TO REMIND THEM SEVERALLY BUT ALL MY EFFORTS WAS PROVE ABORTIVE, I ALSO WENT THEIR 4DAYS AGO TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A STRANGE THINGS LOOKING POISONOUS I MET IN MY SINK WHEN I RETURNED FROM WORK, THEIR BOSS CAME OUT OF HIS OFFICE AND ASKED ME TO GO THAT HE WILL SEND SOMEONE DOWN TO CHECK WHAT IT IS, I LOOKED AT HIM THIS TIME AND I ASKED HIM IF HE KNOW MY APARTMENT NUMBER, TO MY GREATEST SURPRISE, HE NEVER NEW THE APPARTMENT NUMBER HE PROMISED TO SEND SOMEONE TO, UPTIL NOW NO ONE SHOW UP DESPITE MY SEVERAL CALLS AFTER REPORTING.MY FRIEND HOUSE WAS FLOODED ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, HE CALLED THE OFFICE SEVERELY, THEY KEEP TELLING HIM THEY ARE COMING FOR DAYS, UNTIL HE CALL 911 BEFORE THEY RECTIFIED THE ISSUE.I KEEP WONDERING IF THEY ARE CONDUCTING BACKGROUND ON THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE BRINGING IN, EVERYTHING IS NOW UNUSUAL, TRASH EVERYWHERE, ALCOHOL BOTTLES ALL OVER THE PLACE, IN APARTMENT THAT HAVE NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA, THINGS ARE TOTALLY WORSE. I STILL WISH TO CONTINUE STAYING HERE IF THE MANAGEMENT START DOING THEIR JOB AND RESPECT WE THE RESIDENCE .

When I moved here I was trying to lease a studio apartment. There were none available. I was told I would have to take a one bedroom for more money, but that it would have all new cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and appliances. I was shown a renovated apartment and was told that it would be what I would be similar to what I would be leasing. What I got was not even remotely similar. The unit I got had never been touched. I was furious. The appliances are all old and rigged to barely work, the cabinets are rotting and full of painted over cockroaches, there is mold coming through the paint everywhere. Since I’ve moved in here’s an extensive list of everything I’ve experienced and haven’t lived a single day in peace or gotten my money’s worth out of rent once:• Cockroach infestation since move in day, I’m not talking about a few here or there I’m talking about seeing so many at once you couldn’t possibly try to squish them or catch them all.- Their solution: Having a man dressed up as pest control barge into your apartment after one knock whether you’re sleeping, in the shower, decent or indecent with no notice of entry at all, putting silicone inside your cabinet doors.• At least once a week I put in work orders for appliances. So far I’ve lost over $300 of groceries due to not having running water, cockroach contamination, not being provided a working stove, and refrigerator outages. The garbage disposal always spits things back out at me so I don’t use it, the sink leaks, the bathtub drain continually gets clogged with mold between uses, the toilet has never flushed properly and usually have to plunge it every time it’s used.- So far not a single thing has been fixed properly, it’s all rigged and janky. I’m personally more capable of making these repairs than their “maintenance” men and it’s ridiculous that I have to put up with this.• I was promised that there would be security on the grounds but I’ve never seen them and anyone can just walk right into the building or up to you. I’ve been panhandled on multiple occasions, had strange men watch me, and even though none of them saw which apartment I walked in. I have strange men knocking on my door all hours of the day and night and I refuse to answer it, because I fear for my life after seeing one of my neighbors get robbed outside and one of my neighbors arguments getting so out of hand it knocked all of my paintings off the adjoining wall and I had to call the police.-Their solution: Pretending we have security and that everything is safe.On one occasion I managed to fall down an entire flight of metal stairs in the rain due to zero safety precautions to make the stair slip resistant. I didn’t break anything but I dislocated my hip and missed a lot of days of work because of it.On another occasion office staff barged into my unit without notice while I was in the shower looking for smoke or a fire. For another hour after that I was terrorized by then and the fire department in search of smoke or a fire. Someone down the hall from me had burned their dinner.Literally this place has ruined my sanity and peace of mind while trying to occupy “my space” here that’s over run with cockroaches, nothing works decently, there is no safety or privacy.The office staff is horrible and very unresponsive to tenants needs. They only care if we hand them our money on time. And the office closes for no reason all the time so it makes putting in maintenance requests difficult.Every time I’ve mentioned a lawyer they’ve either told me “You’re an adult and you signed this lease and you’re responsible for it.” Basically telling me I’m irresponsible because of my age when I’ve never paid rent late. Or I’ve been told to read the portion my lease where I’m responsible for all legal fees if I choose to sue them.This is just the tip of the iceberg. I’ve lived so many better places than this. I’m over it at this point. I’ll be having my lawyer deal with all of this very soon. Please DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I usto life at terrace hill apartment i was there when elmington took over and merge 3 properties in one. I can say i seen a good changes since they took over.

I have lived in Texas and here in Nashville and have to say this is the worst place I have ever lived in my 34 years. I have had a pest infestation since April with no assistance from the leasing office. Not only that I have had water intrusion issues appliances not working and all I get from the leasing center is the run around. Had the new manager of two months come to my unit saying they would fix things but still nothing. I have left messages at the corporate office but cant even get a phone call from them. But I bet if anyone was late on their rent we would get called. Horrible customer service deplorable living condition. Dont ever move here. Actually have contacted the health department and hopefully that will light a fire under management to take care of items we all need that live here

The staff is nice it’s just the apartment it self is run down it’s over priced for no reason it’s in a high crime ever it’s people breaking into people cars it’s my second year here and I’m so ready to move out .

Do not I repeat do not stay here it’s not worth your time and money Customer service sucks you can’t get nothing fixed the only time they want to deal with you is when you pay your rent the maintenance guys don’t do anything but ride around on gulf carts all day you can’t swim the pool don’t work the place is decaying and they have bugs the pictures they have on there website is false information just don’t do it

Was going to rent here but they wouldnt let me view the apartment without a 200 fall or none refundable deposit, when I peeked in I found out why, very gross and poorly maintained, I think they have a bad mold problem as well

Ive been here almost a year and only had a mailbox for 2 months. The mailbox got broken in and they fix everyone mailbox except mines. Remind you I am black all the other tenants are Mexican or Hispanic all their mailbox are fixed but me mine is not every time I go tell them they still refuse to fix it and just raise my rent to 960 and this is not worth it when they cant fix a mailbox in the apartments look like project housing

I lived at the crestview I met the new supervisor Kevin very kind and the secretaries are very kind. They helped me a lot and any questions I had were always very helpful to me. Thanks to the Union team

Living five years on the property I never had a problem if I tell you that the only problem I had was parking.

They had us in a great waiting period to rent an apartment and in the end they didnt come out with anything, most likely they only stole the money from our application.
