It is a pleasure to write a review for our experience renting from AHI with Kim Maheu as our representative.Coordinating our out-of-state move these past couple of months has been extremely challenging. Finding AHI and the community at Deerfield at Providence has been a true gift. The facilities are exceptional, the community is clean, safe, and very welcoming. Without the flexibility of AHI, we would be homeless as we wait for the administrative and material/labor obstacles that come with new construction to be resolved. More than that, Kim Maheu has been beyond accommodating. Everything from a question (after hours, mind you!) about keyless entry to sharing our familys needs has been addressed by Kim, usually within an hour or less. She is responsive, compassionate, and organized.I will recommend anyone I meet in need of temporary housing to AHI in the future.
I am usually not someone that spends time to write reviews. But, in this case, I just had to. My son, Brady, was diagnosed with leukemia on Dec. 24th, 2020. We have completed round 3 of chemo, and will be heading to Nashville in May for a bone marrow transplant. We had an unbelievably bad incident with a booking company. After investigating, I reach out to AHI Corporate Housing and I reached Nicole. Nicole with AHI was, without question, an absolute ANGEL and a true blessing to my family. We teach our children three things 1) Treat people as special, 2) Do more than what is expected, and 3) Have a good attitude. Nicole, without being prompted, did all 3 and we will forever be thankful. God bless you Nicole!
Honestly - this is the first time I have ever stayed in a Corporate Housing place. It was a wonderful experience!!!! Tim and the people at AHI made it so easy. They helped me with directions and guides to places of interest, which was greatly appreciated but not needed since everything I was looking to do was right out my door.My wife and I brought our beloved dog, Cini, on the trip. AHI provided a doggy food & water bowl, a puppy blanket, and even a cute (shaped like a bone) little poop bag dispenser. There was a park across the street that was set up perfectly for dogs. Cini made friends:-)The kitchen was fully furnished and we had everything we needed to make great meals at home before going out. We also had all we needed to do laundry and live comfortably with the amenities of home at our fingertips. The Cumberland on Church was located a block from the Ryman and all the excitement of Broadway. We were able to walk a few blocks and see so much.Again, I just cant express how much we appreciated the AHI team for putting together an amazing stay. Thank you!
As a corporate client, we have gladly used AHI in Nashville and Chattanooga Tennessee and keep coming back for their excellent service and can-do attitude toward delivering solutions that work. They make corporate housing an affordable and timely solution to our international employees coming to the U.S.
Great apartment complex. My daughter stayed at this location for two months during a summer internship. The complex had an attached parking garage with a safety system. There were many restaurants, bars and coffee shops plus a minor league baseball stadium in walking distance. The pool, patio and game room were nice and roomy. The workout room was small, but I never saw anyone there while I was using it.During the time that I spent there the complex was very quiet. The apartment my daughter stayed in was well kept with a large walk in closet. The furniture was well kept and the cable and WiFi worked well. No complaints. The location does not have mass transit, but it was about a half mile walk to the state house. The Nashville farmers market was about a quarter mile away.
We love the team and the teamwork that we receive when working with AHI Corporate Housing!
