Absolutely terrible place to live. My aunts air has been out for THREE DAYS!! Its hot and she called multiple times! They said the guy working on them is not working on any today because he had an emergency. I understand people have emergencies but you are a company and should call someone else in!!! Its ridiculous to tell us that we have to wait when its up too 100 degrees outside. Someone have the corporate number?

Terrible. Parking is terrible. The grounds are gross. The people living there are wretched. Maintenance is unprofessional and takes months to complete a simple maintenance request like changing a lightbulb. A mouse got into the apartment and maintenance didn’t do anything but call the exterminator who walked in, left a note that said they were there, and left. I ended up catching the mouse myself. Then they tried to tack on a BS $200 charge on my way out the door. It’s hard to contact anyone and when someone IS contacted, they’re useless and unhelpful. They’ll say they’ll handle it but then you won’t hear from them for months, so you have to call them multiple times. This place is a nightmare. Go somewhere else.

Well managed property. Just getting better every day! New exterior and interior renovations are adding value and class to these homes and the residents and staff treat you like family.

The parking sucks no were to park and most of the cars here dont have parking stickers also i have had a request in for months to maintance to get something fixed and they still havent fixed it. Good luck on someone answering the phone! I will be very happy when my lease is up.UPDATE: THEY HAVE MADE CHANGES HERE AND IT IS A LITTLE BETTER THE PARKING IS A LOT BETTER THEY INSTALLED NEW TOILETS. BY ALL MEANS THE OFFICE LADY IS AWESOME!!!

I lived for almost 13 years there and everything was going fine until 2 years ago it went under new management and the system was out of control. They wouldnt fix anything stove never worked . Toilet wouldnt work I called and personally asked but they never bother to see it . Until one day they came and I had a bill of almost $200 saying I had to pay or I would be kicked out I ended up going to court and got kicked out just for not paying honestly I didnt understand what I was paying nothing was fixed and it looked exactly the same .

Worst customer service ever am leaving this comments from my experience I went thru this morning and the embarrassment. On my way to work this morning The gates closed real fast on my way going out of the apartment my car got stuck between the gates which damage my vehicle and pop one of my front wheel I could of been kill I was crying and freaking out I walk to the office and told the manager The incidente I which name is Juanita N show her prof that the gates don’t work and the damage it made and now my car is setting out there because all they did was move the car away from the gates so the rest of the residents won’t see what had happened or complain about the way out. After that they said they won’t pay for any damages and expect me to call gate service like am one of there workers that supposed to get the gates fix one of the women that works there I believe her name is carina laughed at me And try to say that it was all my fault and that I try to Force the gates or that I was making the whole story up very disrespectful I have pictures and videos of the damage and the gates don’t work I will give them one day to get a fair responds it was so unfair the way I was treated and laught at.

Great staff...very nice and helpful...Only minutes from the city !!!At this point I have had no issues with my apartment and the pool looks great.

Please don’t move here i’ve Been in this trash apartments and they have bugs and mice !! The outside is so gross and dirty the manager doesn’t send no one to fix NOTHING !! The pool is soo clean in the pictures but in reality it so dirty and gross .. little kids come halfway naked outside sometimes but Thier parents don’t bother. The manager be saying stuff like why you drinking in your car and then be saying you have to move in 1 month, but the park is the worst part it all broken but the manager couldn’t send no one to fix it and rathers getting a chid hurt, yesterday my cousin got hurt thier and has a really bad injury in her leg !! I am so happy I am moving.these apartments are trash !!

Worst appts ever, very disgusting, no communication through office, the neighborhood is horrible, this is a go to place if you have no other choice. Not a good neighborhood to for children either. pool area is disgusting and so is the playground area. over all nasty place. Office director as nasty as the place. was unable to post with out putting at least star but deserves no stars.

Damn Mexicans/Latinos over here breaking into peoples apartments and cars. Stole my wallet, couldnt just take the cash and leave the wallet with all my identity..had to take it all. Now im late on rent. Of course The Office people dont care. They just want the money. Recently had someone hit the back of my car because latinos are always drunk over here driving and of course they arent licensed.

These apartments are horrible . Can not wait to move!!! They lie about when somebody will be out to fix something, you’ll wait 3 months before you get a simple problem fixed . By the time that problem is handled it’ll be another one which means you’ll be waiting another 3 months .

Horrible customer service and the maintenance men can not fix a simple leak. Took me 6 months to get a stoce that works. Mold n bathroom ceiling only painted over the mold

This is a worst place I ever seen in my life.Manager is not good and very dirty place.when u move out they charge u a lot...They dont return my deposit money also and not enough parking.

Such an ugly place and more than months without fixing these types of problems. It flooded us and still they did nothing, they never answer the phones I had to rent a storage so that my things are not damaged I do not recommend this for housing

Again the air conditioning breaks down again and I had to buy my window AC because you go to the office and they only give you tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. It is understandable that there are few staff but they cannot provide you with a window AC as you would. You explain to your babies k dont cry k wait until tomorrow they will fix the air you can get tired of going to the office so much and it doesnt solve anything like k they just give you the plane. I have had to see how there are preferences x part of the staff is not fair k there are preferences. Hope they can work to improve. I would not recommend this place.

The truth is a very nice area you have everything around Latin stores so great supermarkets,,,,,,,, but maintenance is very small I have 2 years living here and we can not move because we could not find a house but the The group that work in the office is really a shame,,, in my opinion I do not recommend it to anyone,,, I do not understand how people who claim to have love for God can find out if they do not worship anything for the neighbor the Bible says that One of his work has to be done firstly by grading God and even if what we can see are arrogant people, I have more than 2 months reporting problems in my appartment and until today they have me waiting,,,,,, before these people there was a super friendly maintenance group, dont tell Ernesto, a man who really can be called Christian ... sorry if my commentary offends them but by the truth you died our God and we dont deceive you I hope this can help you a little and I wish you could change in every pair to be able to recommend them thank you and many blessings ......

Everything is okay with my aparment .. I have not problem. and the office they are nice. They try fix everything they can .. So i give them 5 star. .. Mine is all right. I have no problems with the apartment and they try to fix everything they can ... Mine is remodeling. So I am very good with mine.

It is to think when something goes wrong I am almost there for 3 months and my washing is not fixed and that if you go to the office it is the same.
