This apartment complex is beautiful. The landscaping is kept up with very well, and is definitely always peaceful to come home to. Pricing is also very affordable! The maintenance staff is very quick and usually comes to fix problems by the next day. Love living here!

I lived here before I moved away and when I returned I decided to go back. I think the grounds are beautiful---all the trees and plantings make it a lovely place to walk. Its relatively quiet and I feel very safe. The only drawback is Ive always been able to hear people moving around upstairs--but since I am a good sleeper it doesnt make a difference to me. I am delighted with the saltwater pools and fitness center and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I do wish they would do some updates and get rid of the vertical blinds and popcorn ceilings but, for the cost, Gazebo Apts are a wonderful value and a fantastic location--only 15 minutes from Vanderbilt, Belmont.

My husband and I absolutely loved living at Gazebo. Our unit was awesome, the grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are really nice. We were so convenient to everything, too. These are just a few of the things that made our time there so wonderful. The best part is the people. Gazebo is a special group of neighbors, and the management, leasing, and maintenance staff really care about taking care of you and it shows. We loved the fun events and the tight community feel. Highly recommend Gazebo!!

I lived here for about two years, and overall really enjoyed it. Living by myself, I felt safe in the gated community and had plenty of space to walk around. The workout classes/facility were great and the apartment itself was really nice.The two cons for me were the thin walls and I had similar bug issues as other reviewers. I was even on the third floor, but regularly had brown recluses and even had a bug problem that I had to call several times about to get resolved. I also had a problem with the apartment below me getting upset at my every move. So I think the severity of these issues depends on your location/what floor you live on.So not perfect, but I would live there again if I still lived in town.

Everything is so great at Gazebo, the amenities are fulfilling, the greenery is mesmerizing, the peace and quiet is completely unmatched!BUT the maintenance really needs to match those standards as it really affects the experience of the stay for the residents at Gazebo! I might not have had such an experience if my window was leak-proof, but unfortunately it isnt, and I have been putting in a complaint for it almost every other day since 4 months and the problem has not been solved yet. I have been hearing the same answer over and over again but no solutions till now. I really hope that the staff and maintenance really take this aspect of living in Gazebo seriously. Today its me, tomorrow it would be someone else and so on but more the people who face such unresolved issues, more the number of customers Gazebo risks of losing!Despite of such an experience, I would still recommend this place but before finalizing do make sure that the windows and roof is leak-proof because later on it might never be fixed!

I have had a wonderful experience with Gazebo during my stay here while in college! It was conveniently located to Belmont, only 15 minutes away, and it was reasonably priced. Everyone at this complex is super nice and welcoming! My leasing agent (Aubrey) was SUPER helpful throughout the entire process of looking at apartments, applying, and moving in! The few maintenance issues have been addressed extremely quickly! Would recommend Gazebo in a heartbeat!

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years and I have to say, this one stands out. Is it absolutely pristine and perfect? No, of course not. It’s an older complex, but they’ve done a pretty good job of keeping things together. They have a really nice fitness center, indoor bike storage, 3 pools, tennis court, dog park, etc., but what stands out to me above everything else is the management.They really do go the extra mile for you and their follow up is unlike any other place I’ve been. I had some requests for repairs and they were literally taken care of within an hour. I had questions about some things and while they couldn’t be answered right away, I got a follow up call within 24 hours.I know it sounds corny, but they do actually care about their reputation. Tonya is an all-star and the best manager I’ve ever had. Hands down, this is the best apartment complex I’ll probably ever live in.

We have had a really good experience with Gazebo during our three-year stay. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced with great amenities. The gym and pools are always very clean, and we love all the green outdoor space in the complex. Our few maintenance issues have been addressed very quickly, and the staff in the office are all very eager to assist residents in any way. Personally, we have had no issues with stolen packages or feeling unsafe in our apartment. My only complaint is how easily you can hear surrounding neighbors, even when they arent being that loud, but sometimes that is just a part of living in older buildings.

Lived here with two roommates back in 89 and 90 while attending Belmont. Man...those were the days! I cant recall how many keggers we had in our building, everyone bouncing back and forth between 4 or 5 different units, music playing, lots of cute college girls everywhere, etc. Not sure what living there is like now, but at that time...lots of fun! Where have the years gone?

Started great, ended terribly. My roommate and I lived at Gazebo for 2 years and for the most part we had no issues - moving out was a nightmare.More below, but the TLDR is: Management is unprofessional and disorganized. When you decide to move out they will not treat you with respect and they will gaslight you. And if you work with Gaige, ask for a different leasing agent. There are plenty of other places in Nashville with similar proximity to the city, go there instead.1. While moving out, we mainly dealt with leasing agent Gaige, because the leasing agent we had initially signed out lease with was no longer working with Gazebo. Unfortunately Gaige he was extremely unprofessional. I had to follow up with him via email multiple times when he did not respond, and he told us he had sent an email answering our questions when, in fact, he hadnt sent anything.2. My roommate had initially planned to stay in the apartment and found a new roommate to take my place. They office told her they would send her an application. My roommate asked for the application four more times via phone and email, and it was still never sent to her. The new roommate moved on, and my roommate was forced to move out.3. Gazebo made us pay for an extra months rent because we gave notice we were leaving less than 60 days out---our late notice was due to the fact that my roommate was trying to stay in the apt, so we didnt NEED to give notice until the new roommate fell through (after we asked for an application 4 times). When we asked if they could still let us move out on time, since they had never sent a new application, they denied our request.4. This one makes me laugh a little - they lost our forwarding address after we moved out!! We had sent our addresses via email literally less than 3 months ago, how are they not in an email inbox somewhere?? Oh, and they also mixed up my phone number and my roommates, after they had the correct contact information on file for over 2 years.

Top notch move-in experience!! The staff (Josie) was professional and made the application process easy for my daughter and her roommates. On move-in day everyone was so welcoming and the community is beautiful and well kept. My daughter has an easy commute to school and loves all the amenities. Thank you Josie and Gazebo for making me a happy mom!

The buildings are a bit older, BUT for the price it’s the best complex this close to Nashville.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! Be careful with this place when you need to transfer to another unit within the apartment. They will charge you a lot of money (over $500) for ridiculous fees which they make up. They always try to get money out of your pocket as much as possible!!!!

The apartments are nice and it is a quiet community l. I wish that the residents were able to rent out the clubhouse for events like, birthday parties and meetings.

While I ultimately didnt decide to start a lease at Gazebo apartments, the service that Gaige provided was unparalleled through the course of 7 apartment tours. He catered to my every need while being sure to explain everything in detail leaving little room for confusion or interpretation. I greatly appreciate his attentiveness during the entirety of the tour. While the apartment itself didnt 100% fit my needs, the service that Gaige provided was outstanding.

Great location, nice amenities, and safe/quiet. Im editing my review after some resolution to a previous issue - they were able to help us with a 1 month extension (albeit more expensive), and we are thankful. Josie in the office is very friendly and helpful, so I would highly recommend contacting her with any questions. The maintenance staff are very nice and they process requests very quickly. The complex seems to be very interested in keeping amenities up to date, and they are continuously trying to improve. They have lots of perks for dog owners which is nice. Overall, I would rent from Gazebo again and i have enjoyed my time here.

WONDERFUL! The company is very responsive of the residents. I recommended they provide wipes for the laundry facility since COVID19 became prevalent and they did! Also it is very quiet. And many active residents give a sense of community. There is also a very new nice gym, free of charge. I’ve lived here for a year and it has been amazing .

From the maintenance guys’ to the front office staff, they truly make everyone feel at home. The actual apartments are very clean kept, and have great features, even for being an older building. I’m so glad I’ve found Gazebo!

I have been a resident since December 2015, and there isnt an apartment I could recommend more in Nashville. Each year, my roommates and I would search for a new location to see how Gazebo would compare. We have yet to find anything that came close on price, proximity to downtown, amenities, etc. Anytime weve needed a maintenance request, it was completed promptly and usually within the same day. Gazebo just opened a new 3800sqft gym with top of the line equipment. Summer time at Gazebo is a blast, especially at the two pools in the back. Its a 12 minute drive to downtown without traffic, and usually 20-30 on a bad day. The location is right between several highways and interstates, so its easy to get around town no matter which direction you need to go. The landscape is beautiful and fantastic for late night walks. Weve really enjoyed the monthly community events, free food and drinks are hard to pass up. I have met several residents at these events that are good friends of mine now. I hate to be leaving the apartment complex, but Ill always remember my stint here. Be sure to ask for Josie if you are interested in a lease, shes been so helpful throughout my time here.

Gazebo is an awesome place to live! Great price for the amenities and location (only a few miles from downtown). Nothing is ever perfect, but the staff and maintenance are responsive and solved any issue in a timely manner. Josie is super helpful and my go to at the office. I highly recommend!!!!!

Josie is awesome and so helpful and the rest of the office staff are so nice as well! The community is well maintained and so close to groceries stores and great food places. At night there is plenty of lighting in the amenities and parking areas are very visible. I love my new home!

At first, Gazebo was a great place to live. The buildings are definitely older, walls/ceilings are very thin so you can pretty much hear your neighbors conversations and activities. If youre okay with that or a deep sleeper, then itll be okay for you. Summertime also has significantly more bugs/spiders.Maintenance is so friendly and great!Amenities are great, especially the new gym + 3 pools. They did great dealing with COVID risks.Management is why I would give this place 2 stars (ask for Josie if you need help, she was always the most helpful!!) At first, they were so great and accommodating, but as the year progressed they got worse and worse. First, we had upstairs neighbors that were VERY LOUD at all times of the day and night. Sent in a noise complaint with video proof and that was ignored. Called a few days later and they said they couldnt open the video so they didnt reply. I resent the video to their email and never got confirmation they received it and they never dealt with the noise complaint. Luckily, the neighbors moved out a week or two later but no thanks to management.We also had a fire alarm go off at 9pm one day in the entire building. We smelled smoke and all the neighbors evacuated. Nobody ever showed up to help and after 15 minutes, fire alarms suddenly shut back off. Called next day to ask them what happened or if there are any concerns. Was told I didnt get report on that. Made me feel uneasy and unsafe .. why would a fire alarm go off at night and nothing was done or known about it?Its a nice gated community and if you dont mind inconsistent management, then its a great deal for the space you get!

Absolutely loved the apartment, everything we needed, lovely layout. Would recommend. Location is so close to everything yet quiet enough to get some sleep. Communication with the staff is great. Very helpful and nice neighborhood. This apartment is pet friendly and probably one of the best apartments I lived in!

The staff is nice for the most part and it’s a beautiful complex, kept up well out the outside. However, there were lots of problems inside the apartment. I had a huge issue with brown recluses that i brought to the offices attention multiple times- they sprayed and bombed for it but nothing ever helped... I literally took a bag of sticky traps that had 17 brown recluse spiders caught over a 2 week span and although they had my apartment bombed, but nothing worked and I couldn’t break lease which was disappointing since I had a pet and those are dangerous to me and them. Also, I had minor leaks and the floor buckled, and I was afraid to step foot outside my balcony, 1) because of a major wasp problem and 2) because I was afraid the thing would just fall out from under me, it was very poorly kept up and seemed extremely unsafe. There were multiple reports of theft while I lived there. Then shortly after I moved an issue with a “peeping tom” came to light so security was not very great. This place has good amenities and is close to downtown and had a good staff that will work with you as best they can to keep you happy, so I hate that I didn’t have a great experience here, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to anyone because of all the problems I had.

Gazebo Apartments have been great! I have received great service from the leasing agents and the maintenance team. Havent had any major issues with anything. The location is convenient and safe. I was shocked to find something so nice for this price!

Gazebo is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice and spacious to go along with it. With 3 pools, a gym, and tennis courts there is plenty to do. They also host a lot of great events like my favorite Goat Yoga. And lastly the staff is amazing! Super helpful and friendly! Great place all around!

Ive been living in the Gazebo Apartments for a year and a half. I have had a fantastic experience. I have a ~730 sq.ft. 1 bedroom apartment. I have had no issues with any appliances or bugs. My neighbors are peaceful and I always have a parking spot next to my building regardless of when i come home.The best part of the Gazebo has to be the 3 pools. At least one pool will have people playing music having fun if you are looking for that vibe and then another pool will be have residents quietly lounging and reading. You can always find a spot for a summer hang out.Gazebo has been putting a lot of effort into planting trees, adding to the landscaping and improving lighting. It was a great touch and its gives the entire neighborhood a homely feel.Only reason I am leaving is because I am moving in with my fiancee and we need more space for our, well...her, stuff. I highly recommend the Gazebo to anyone looking a comfortable and affordable place to live.

At first this place was great. I’ve been staying here for about 2 years but now I am just about fed up with them. Pay attention to the other reviews that mention how squeaky and disturbing it is to live on the bottom floor. I am woken up at night from every little step from the person above. Secondly, the gate is always broken. Prepare to have your loved ones be stuck in a giant line at the gate at the most inconvenient times. Lastly, there are no accommodations for loyalty. Like I said i have been leasing here for two years because it is really close to my school and hospitals. I tried to renew my lease and they are basically kicking me out. They can’t accommodate a 3 month lease until I graduate. I either have to move out or renew for 9 months. Just really shocked that they would do that to someone who overlooked so many issues with the apartments. I’m a student and they put me in a horrible position.

The people here are really friendly, and Gazebo frequently hosts fun events that are great ways to meet the other people who live there. It’s very clean and quiet, and it’s usually 15 or less minutes away from any place you’d want to go!

Gazebo apartments has been a great place to live this past year. I love how kind and helpful the staff is. I also love that we have monthly events (with food or crafts) to get to bond with each other and relax. I always feel safe on Gazebo’s campus because of the gated community aspect and I love walking around and being able to see how beautiful it really is.

I just moved to Nashville from Detroit and I was very overwhelmed when it came to finding g a place to stay. Gazebo made it super easy to apply for and the staff was beyond helpful in making sure I had a nice, safe place to live. The complex is beautiful and has all the amenities you’d ever need! Gazebo is the best! They have great office staff and are super nice! I am so glad I decided to go with Gazebo! Also, it’s only a few minutes away from downtown Nashville! You can’t beat their great prices! There are even 3 saltwater pools, a new gym, and fun resident events!

I lived at Gazebo for a year and recently just moved out. Overall good apartment complex with good community events. I had no issues with the staff and didnt have any major issues needing maintenance while I was there. I would recommend that they should think about installing ceiling fans in their units. Security and neighborhood was okay as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to at least tour the place especially the unit you will be moving in to and not the staged one.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! From day 1 we’ve had a huge bug problem. We’ve lived here for a few months and have contacted maintenance multiple time and and it still hasn’t been fixed. Our sliding door had a hole in it and it wasn’t fixed until 2 weeks after they had “made it their top priority.” We have every bug you can think of, brown recluses, roaches, wolf spiders, crickets, centipedes. Just now I called maintenance for what seems like the millionth time and he hung up on me. The times where they did come in and spray, they entered without wearing a mask. This has already been such a horrible experience and I am already looking to break the lease. If you don’t believe me you can look at the pictures of the collection of bugs we’ve gathered (and this isn’t even half of them.) Save your money and stress and stay far away from this place.

I wish I could give this place more stars. I’ve been living here for about 3 months...I have one complaint for this place but it is such a big issue I have to write about it. If you decide to live here make sure you are on the top floor. The floors are so squeaky and loud it will keep you up all night (especially if you have neighbors like mine which seem to walk around their room’s for hours at 3 am). I am constantly being woken up from the squeaking floors (at least 4 times a week). I have never had an issue like this at my past apartments. Although the complex is quiet your actual apartment is not. I’d rather deal with noise outside than noise that’s directly in my room. I’ve tried contacting the front office about this issue and I am being ignored, which has led me to writing this review on Google. Hope this helps with any future residence’s decisions.

I will say I do quite enjoy living at Gazebo. The walls/ceilings are quite thin, or those who live home are giants, but I think it’s the former. Also, it seems like the pool is always closed even during the hours it’s supposed to be open. Sometimes it also takes maintenance a WHILE to arrive. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.

Close to downtown, and easy commute to Indian store, Walmart .Maintenance staff is very quick to respond on services, Front desk is really helpful and they go above and beyond to help you out with any questions or concerns .Overall its been a great experience since last 1 year . I have lived at Gazebo for 2 years. Gazebo is great with handling maintenance in a timely manner. It’s a beautiful location with fun neighborhood mixers. However, neighbors are rude, controlling, entitled, and invasive. They have no sense of privacy or courtesy. The office staff is extremely rude as well. Whoever manage’s this complex clearly does not know how to hire office staff that understand customer service and hospitality. The only person consistently nice in the office is Stewart.

Love it here. The management and maintenance team are always so friendly and quick to respond. The apartments are clean and very spacious. Biggest living room and bedroom we’ve seen in all apartments we’ve looked at. The location is perfect. Super close to downtown Nashville for date night and close to Brentwood and Franklin as well. Compared to other apartments in this area this was our favorite and definitely the best choice (and we did a lot of research). If this is one of your options I recommend you choose Gazebo!!

I love living at Gazebo. I have a nice two bedroom townhouse with plenty of parking. The neighborhood is filled with young people and they allow pets and even have a small dog park. I love that there are three pools and a gym and they constantly host free events. The Gazebo staff is friendly and helpful and the rent here is reasonable. I highly recommend living here.

Don’t live here. The apartments are run down and there are always issues with the building. The gates break frequently and they randomly shut the water off without notice almost once a month for “maintenace” and they water can be down for days. The staff here is terrible. They don’t care about you no matter how long you have been staying there. I have lived in several apartments in a few different cities and this is one has been the worst. You’re just a $ to these people and that money doesn’t seem to go back into the building.

I am so happy that I chose to make a home at Gazebo Apartments. They were very accommodative to my boyfriend and I, which means a lot as a young couple straight out of school! I loved sitting poolside working from home this summer and getting in for a relaxing swim as well. We have lived here about three months now and have had very few minor issues that the staff was quick to assist with! It is comforting to know that Gazebo is such a safe, gated community with so many resources and amenities to enjoy. Our new puppy sure is thankful for the mini dog park in the facility and all of the spacious walking paths. It was very reassuring to know that adopting a puppy would not change our lifestyle in our new home-- everything we need for the pup is right here! The location has been ideal for a short commute to each of our workplaces and the price for the location really cant be beat!

I have been living at the Gazebo Apartments for almost a year, and will most certainly NOT be renewing my lease. Initially, I had only minor issues - screaming neighbors and a wasp nest on my deck that maintenance did nothing about. However, a pest issue arose that I have now been dealing with for 2 months. Maintenance was initially unresponsive. I contacted management about the issue, and was told that maintenance would again be sent to check it out. A week later I was told that maintenance could not due anything about the issue, and they would need to get an external contractor which could take a few weeks. Even after the contractor came out, the pest issue has continued. Numerous attempts have been made to speak with different members of management and maintenance, and I have not received any promising responses. I was even told at one point that there was nothing that could be done, and this is a common issue...very concerning. Overall, management has shown little to no concern for me as a resident. Horrible experience and very disappointing.

My husband and I moved to Nashville last year and chose Gazebo without even checking out the complex in person. I saw many great reviews and the website was very helpful with information. Nicole was a huge reason we decided to go with Gazebo. She was very prompt with returning my emails and calls. She was great! Since being here we have come to love the quietness of the area but still being so close to downtown! My only complaint would be the noise of hearing our upstairs neighbors. Which we understand being on the 1st level. Otherwise it’s a great community!

Been living here for several months. Beautiful landscaping and staff is always pleasant and helpful! Any and all maintenance issues are fixed within 24 hours (typically less than that) and they always have activities going on for residents. Lots of parking, always feel safe, and close to everything! Really enjoy living here.

I’ve lived at Gazebo for almost 3 years. It’s a great community in a very convenient location. Love how much land it is on.

I notified Gazebo Apartments a week and a half ago about finding a brown recluse in my apartment. Brown recluses are venomous spiders known to pose a serious threat to human health. It took Gazebo 5 days just to send an exterminator to inspect. It is still unclear as to whether or not Gazebo has treated my apartment.The past two days, I have found two more brown recluses. I called maintenance asking them for help and they responded Brown recluses are not an urgent matter. I called my own exterminator and they expressed otherwise. They offered to come by within 2 hours and warned me that this breed of spiders is especially dangerous.At this point, I have not been living in my apartment for two weeks. My school has allowed me to move back on campus given the emergency I am currently experiencing. Despite my apartment not being livable, Gazebo still expects me to pay rent for the next 60 days. I would NEVER recommend Gazebo apartments to anyone after this situation.

This was my first apartment. Maintenance has been great, and its a good deal for the price. Love the pool, and all the landscaping. Only complaint is the location, but thats really a personal preference thing based on what kind of shopping, etc. youre looking for.

This complex is a bit hidden away in South Nash in an area called Glencliff. It looks like a nice, yet simple place to live, even though you can tell its a bit old. The rents are starting to look surprisingly high though, mine included, given that its not in any key location, its not walking distance to anything, and the apartments are, as stated, just renovated old. They are very spacious though.They are pet friendly, assuming you pay the non-refundable pet deposit of 225. There is no noise from highway 24, even though its right next to it by car. However, you are right behind a school, and yes, their events will be very loud and you WILL hear them. Also, insects can get in to the apartment through vents even if you never open your windows, so the apartments arent sealed too well to be honest. The gate is very often broken, so cars tailgate often, and can even do so when it is there if theyre quick.Overall, very average complex with a decent amount of simple problems, a bit high on the rent, and location is alright. Nothing that would make it a bad place though. Just keep in mind they require a 60 days notice to move out.

Strange bugs all over the apartment. Management is not able to fix that issue. Aside from nasty spiders and scary bugs taking over the place things are great!

So far so good! Truth be told, we havent exactly moved in yet — weve been in the process of moving to Nashville from the Twin Cities. But Gazebo has been so, so accommodating as we prepare to move and get situated at our new apartment! We have nothing but excitement for our new place to call home.

The staff has been great with my entire move in process! They have made it so easy to get all our ducks in a row, and the apartments are perfect as well! Great size and they have been renovated and updated inside. The location is also great in relation to the downtown area!

The complex is safe and pretty, and theres plenty of parking. Most of the residents are college students, but it is surprisingly quiet.The rent has went up with the demand in Nashville, but it has quick access to each part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

Im not sure what the 1 star reviews with no comments are about, however, this property and this team would not have the awards or the performance it has if it was not run by top notch people and if it did not have management and ownership that was dedicated to constantly improving the property and the community. I hope Google will take action.

Gazebo Apartments are really great! Since last one year I am staying here with my family, and its wonderful experience. The maintenance staff members are fast to respond to any issues, including emergencies in non-business hours, and the buildings are well-maintained.

I was a resident at Gazebo for a little over two years, and it was an excellent experience. The complex is located in a residential area of south Nashville making it a relatively quiet escape form the hustle and bustle of downtown. The facilities were great with three pools, two tennis courts, and plenty of grassy areas for dog walking. A bigger gym with a few more equipment options is a much needed upgrade, however it was manageable in slower hours of the day.My biggest takeaway from my time there was the friendly staff and management. Stuart, my leasing agent, was very accommodating at both move and move out making both transitions a breeze. He was also always quick to resolve any issues I had come up. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Overall I cannot complain. I wish they did a better job about keeping my apartment up to date though. We definitely need new carpet and they never ask us about things like that.

Non refundable pet fees are a joke and bad customer service. I had to keep repeating myself via email, very frustrating and my questions were never answered I was just directed to apply and then find out, more than once. Found someone great at another rental quick and easy!

I lived at Gazebo Apartments 35 years ago. I moved back because I sold my house and wanted to live in a nice place. The grounds are still well kept. When ever I need assistance at my apartment, I just call the office and the situation is taken care of within 30 minutes top. I asked that my handicap sign be moved to a different location and within 30 minutes it was done.

Excellent management and maintenance staff. Nice apartment could do with some new cabinets. Also really enjoy all the wonderful landscaping, just wish the rent wouldnt keep going up.

The whole process was fast and easy. We chose Gazebo after we had an extremely disappointing experience at competing apartment complex. If we had known about Gazebo sooner, it would have been first on our list. We are very happy to call Gazebo home.

When I first signed my lease I asked them if they ever had reports of brown recluse spiders and they told me no. Well the pictures I have posted here will show another story. After contacting the office several times they keep offering the same thing, to have pest control come and spray my apartment on Wednesday. I guess I need to be bitten and in the emergency room for them to consider this urgent. When I spoke with the property manager she simply says, “I have brown recluse in my house too”. I understand brown recluse spiders will be found in the mid TN area but is it normal to find OVER TEN IN ONE WEEK?! In one of the pictures you will see 5 of them crawling around in my light fixture, alive, how did they get in there?!

Gazebo Apartments are great! I rent a 2 bedroom townhouse with my husband and our son, and its perfect (especially the fact that there are laundry machines in the unit). The maintenance staff members are fast to respond to any issues, including emergencies in non-business hours, and the buildings are well-maintained. The complex is safe and pretty, and theres plenty of parking and a guest apartment for out-of-town visitors to stay in ($85/night). Most of the residents are college students, so there arent very many other families around, but thats OK. The sound proofing between units is excellent - we never hear our neighbors, and dont have to worry about watching TV in our own unit and bothering someone. The rent is a bit higher than youd pay for a place with fewer features, but for as pleasant as its been to live here, its worth it.

Nice environment is overshadowed by the fact that this staff is absolutely amateur. They will give you attitude and purposely make it more difficult for you to end the lease on its scheduled date. They will report any and all hiccups on your end to the next place you try to rent out, as petty and small as they may be, with what I assume is the intention to make it harder for you to leave. I am currently pursuing legal action with this complex due to lack of full disclosure, under truth in lending because of an event where my girlfriend and I were set to move out when our lease was up, but our roommate wanted to stay and had found someone to replace us. Gazebo had us come into the office to make an addition to the lease (the new girl) so that all four of us would be on the lease before it was up (i now know this was because they were illegally trying to cheese our income numbers) PURPOSELY not letting us know that the papers we were about to sign would technically renew the lease in our name. This was written in pen by the way and they illegally ADDED information to it after we were signed (in pen again). I know this because I had to go in and get copies for evidence. Long story short the girl did not end up getting approved because of a previous eviction. This entire time, me and my girlfriend had been told that the papers we had signed would add her to the lease and drop us off, so we have our next place to live ready to go, and SURPRISE, we are not approved because gazebo wont release us from the lease that we never agreed to signing. This has cost us over 500 dollars at this point. I would recommend 100% finding another place to go as these units are ultimately overpriced for what they provide. This is a place full of college kids that are loud and party all night long. The staff will do little to nothing about it. The units are basically ghetto-rigged to look nice but are flimsy and fall apart. The pool is full of people who do not even live here, and even though there are three, only one will ever be open. This is bar none the worst, most frustrating place Ive ever lived in my life. I am not a person who ever leaves reviews, good or bad. Its astonishing even to me that Ive been brought to this point. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I lived at Gazebo for nearly 6 years, and I can honestly say that I could not have been happier with our choice to move here. The location is convenient to most of Nashville with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. The office staff was always fantastic to us and very responsive, including through the move-out process. Maintenance was always prompt. The entire complex is a wonderful place to come home to as the landscaping is top notch and well tended all through the year (including scraping parking lots after snow and ice). The gate is repaired promptly when someone breaks the arm with a vehicle (which happened often), and I never felt uncomfortable running at night. Although the rent increased quite a bit during our time here, the units and the complex as a whole also received many noticeable upgrades. I was sad to leave when we moved out. We had a wonderful overall experience, and, if I were to continue to live in an apartment, I would not hesitate to move back to Gazebo.

Gazebo apartments are in the perfect location, have great amenities, and are super affordable. If youre a student in the Nashville Area, this is the perfect place for you. Look no further!

I love living here! The location is great, especially if you are a college student because you dont have to take the highway to school. Theres always events going on and the people are very friendly!

The Gazebo apartments are a wonderful place to live. My townhouse is in great condition after recent renovations and is very spacious. I never hear the neighbors, and any maintenance problems are quickly resolved. My only complaints are about the loud air conditioning unit and the cockroach problem. However, most places in the area have the same bug problem, so I dont really think this is indicative of the complex itself. At least they come around and spray every couple of months.

I have lived at Gazebo for roughly a month and a half. I have really enjoyed living here thus far. I love the community and the people Ive me have been very friendly. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. Maintenance might take a few days to come, but they will do a good job. The apartments are closely located to a Kroger, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, One Hundred Oaks Mall, and more restaurants than you can count. Overall one of the best apartment complexes that I have lived in.

Lived here for 2 years. This was the first apartment Ive lived in that has not made me regret living there. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to problems and the property itself is well maintained. Never had a problem with neighbors as well. It is also very pet friendly. My only con about this place is the rent as its been steadily getting higher each year (but thats a problem with Nashville as a whole lately).

Convenient location, quiet and homey environment, and tons of trees. Laundry on-site, pet-friendly, and great faculty (quick communicators!).

Been here for years, its always getting better and better. 3 pools, tons of courts and gyms, dog parks and dog wash, gated, friendly residents and staff, monthly free parties and drinks, and so many families. Also, its 5 minutes to the hip neighborhoods and affordable for students and singles.

The front office and maintenance staff are great. The grounds are kept very nice. My only complaint is that the pool areas are not always clean.

Pretty excited for my lease to end. The list of cons is definitely longer than the this of pros. The biggest being the lack of parking around my building. If you get home later than 7/8 pm you have to park way far away or line up parked illegally. But there’s no towing or ticketing. There’s no assigned parking so that means visitors and residents share so it’s 100% always full. Having to walk a pretty far distance at night when there’s always random people just standing around outside is not comfortable in the slightest. The entrance gate is fine but the exit gate only works half the time. I’ve had to back up and go all the way to the other side of the property to that exit gate many times.Biggest issue overall is one I deal with every day and night. The people above me are SO LOUD, I can hear every footstep at all hours of the day and night. I seriously don’t know how they don’t leave or sleep. They run their laundry machines at 3 am, etc. I’ve called the courtesy officer twice, had someone in management send them notices, and it never gets better.Location is not ideal for any type of shopping, downtown, etc. Pretty much anything is at least 15 minutes no traffic away.Room size is decent. Maintence was prompt but we’ve had to call them too many times. Dishwasher broke twice, issues with water heater leaking. It’s just too expensive for what it is.

Love my place here, enjoyed the whole summer and now looking forward for the fun of the fall and winter!
