Ive been a resident here for 11 years. We have had several management changes in that time. This staff and maintenance team are the best weve seen yet. Any time I need something fixed Chris and David are very knowledgeable, and repairs are made quickly.
Being as though this is my first time being a tenant my leasing agent Anna has been nothing but understanding and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Also great location close to interstate and airport.
Recently renewed my lease and my account got messed up. James is always so nice and reassuring that he will have me taken care of. The ladies are also very nice but James is my go-to man any time I have an issue.
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
Annah has the best personality! She always makes us feel invited and appreciated. Everyday she goes above and beyond to ensure her tenants have the best experience. I highly recommend Creekstone apartment community to anyone searching for a perfect leasing/living experience.
My tour of Creekstone Apartments was nothing short of amazing! Annah has given me the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. She was very informative and professional.
Called and scheduled a tour of the property. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The location offers good amenities and is close by to anything you could need.
I am new to Nashville and have been apartment shopping for a while and I had the best experience today! Annah was such a sweetheart and answered all my questions and just all around great customer service! I can’t wait to sign our lease and move in. Thank you annah for making this so easy !
I had an AMAZING experience at Creekstone Apartments. The staff was great and the property is very kept up!!
Had a wonderful visit at Creekstone. Annah was extremely helpful and answered all our questions throughly. She gave us a pleasant and inviting experience!
Very nice place to live. Lovely neighbors and Jennifer in the office is just a peach.
The office team is very helpful and maintenance has been quick to respond. Floorplans are spacious.
I had an amazing experience at Creekstone Apartments! Annah was so helpful, informative and sweet. Her customer service skills are impecable. We cannot wait to sign our lease and move in. Thank you Annah!
Creekstone is the worst. If you don’t renew lease they charge double the rent for month to month and they don’t do anything or offer you anything to retain you as a tenant. Worst experience everTo bad there’s no negative stars as rating.
The customer service is unbeatable :)
Be Warned that this complex gives out prizes and gift cards to residents who leave five stars. Pay attention to the 1 - 3 star reviews, theyre a bit more accurate. High rent (1400) for mediocrity. Rent a house instead.....Thanks.
The office staff was so nice and attentive. I couldnt help but feel at home! Nice amenities
James and Jennifer are wonderful! If you want a great place to move and wonderful people to help you make easy transition to a beautiful new home, this is it!
We called Creekstone for an unscheduled tour at around 5:15pm assuming that we would have to wait until the next day since it was so late in the evening. Michael answered our call & was very polite, professional & said he would be ready for us in 10 minutes! Tonya gave us our tour and was very helpful and honest. The lobby area was also very clean and tidy.
This was the worst place Ive ever lived. First, they didnt have the apartment ready upon move-in so they gave us another unit. They lied and said it was newly renovated and when we went in, it wasnt. They then told us newly renovated meant the cabinets were recently painted. EVERYTHING in the apartment was broken. The sinks stopped working, the lights stopped working, the dish washer stopped working, the cabinets were water-logged, the plugs couldnt hold plugs anymore and some were dead. We talked to our neighbors and actually it was the least renovated in the entire building lot. They have a spider problem, a wasp problem, a fly problem, and other insect problems. Our dog got bit by a recluse the second month in and got hospitalized, it took 6 months for his face to recover after aggressive antibiotics. Immediately at the 30 day mark of our move-out we had a debt collector on us for $170 - without them contacting us first. Yes, theyre that mean. We had originally scheduled the payment with the portal and they took down our site and said we have to pay with a cashiers check instead - were out of state now and we dont trust to do this. This was literally the worst place we ever lived. We paid to break our lease early because we couldnt stand to live here anymore.
The browns were well kept in the apartments were larger than I had anticipated
Its okay, if youre looking for newly renovated for a large tax, great place. For a first time renter, not the place for you.
Great location and price. The leasing specialist Tonya had exceptional customer service and got me right in to see the apartment. The application process was fast and convenient.
$375 non-refundable pet fee per pet with additional pet rent on top of that and an additional $150 penalty per pet if you refuse to register them.Another reason not to move here and another reason we will not be resigning for a third year. :)If kids, who damage apartments more than pets, dont require an additional nonrefundable fee then my pets shouldnt require a $700 fine just to live in your trashy, mold infested, leaking, old, not updated apartments. Maybe Ill include the 30+ pictures of the dumpsters overflowing and people having to keep their trash bags on their porches 🤔
We looked at Creekstone a few days ago and visited a few other apartments beforehand. Creekstone was by far the best value for the money, with spacious apartments (updated kitchens!) and solid amenities. Kayla was really friendly and gracious.Creekstone is at the top of me and my husbands list!
Stay far away from this overpriced nasty trashy dump. This place needs to be closed . Its in awful shape on the inside of the apartments and you can easily see its trashy on the outside as well.
Creek stone was a great place for my first apartment with the help of James, Jennifer, and aanah. Great communication and help !
Great place to live. The location is perfect for all of your needs. Kayla and Tonya are the best, weve been through many staff changes the last couple of years and those two are the best Ive met so far! Maintenance is also very much improved. They get everything done efficiently and correctly the first time! Recommend to everyone that is considering living here!
The job keeps me on the road and I have to say my time spent here has been special and and an absolute pleasure.I spend a lot of time in a lot of places and it’s from that volume of experience that I can tell you, creek stone is where it’s at.If you’re fortunate enough to get in, enjoy it.
I’m excited to say I’ll be moving into my new apartment very soon. Tonya & Kayla both are extremely nice & very patient people. Specially when you have never done this process before. They helped me so much with getting my new apartment & answering all questions. With the positivity & energy they brought over the phone I’m even more excited to move in. Can’t wait to see my NEW home. 💜
This community is wonderful! Its close to everything! Plus the ladies in the office are amazing to work with. Also the maintenance staff is wonderful, they are always honest and quick to get it fixed. They are very friendly and talk me through the issue so I can actually understand. Both Daniel and Lazaro are so sweet and helpful!
We were out all day looking at apartments and our last stop of the day was Creekstone apartments. It was almost closing time and Kayla was more than happy to help us out and gave us the information we needed. She was very friendly and honest! She was able to answer all the MANY questions we had and was very attentive. So far, weve been moved in for a month and we love it! Also the front office staff and maintenance crew members are great!😊 Its very quiet, day or night around the entire apartment complex and theres never any unnecessary in and out traffic so thats a huge plus for me. Thanks again Kayla for everything!! We love our apartment and so glad we chose to go with Creekstone Apartments.
My fiancé and I had been looking for a place to stay and needed one quickly. We toured several apartments and Creekstone had the best rate. We love living in our apartment- especially one that lets us have our fur babies with us! Love Creekstone! Great location and great community.
I came to Creekstone in a bit of a mess with my apartment falling through last minute and Tonya was sooooo WONDERFUL! She took all the time and even consoled me in that rough time, she was such a blessing! Thank you Tonya so much I cant even explain how you helped me!
I would not advise moving here. We dealt with quite a bit of things that I would not want to deal with. We had brown recluse spiders, mold, poor maintenance, and murky water. The maintenance team is slow and works on whatever time they want. The front office is nice and I dont believe they were dealt the best hand. But you can find other apartments for a better price and more safe.
Had a tour yesterday, signed my lease today ! Jennifer was amazing. Made the process super easy.
Kayla is wonderful to work with; she cares for the residents and works hard to make sure complaints and issues are handled quickly. I have lived at Creekstone for 4 years now and have been through different management companies; Kayla shows her strength and her passion for the job she does. We could use more clean up around the complex however in my opinion if we all cleaned up after ourselves we wouldnt have that issue... I enjoy living at Creekstone and look forward to seeing the complex grow as a community.
Kayla and Tonya are the best!!! They both made my leasing experience the best! From the time that I walked into the door these young ladies assisted me with the ultimate level of professionalism and the highest level of customer service! Thank you ladies!!!
Everything about this place gets 5 stars and the new management made a great place even better! Highly recommend you come see for yourself.
I love living here!
Wonderful community. Kayla helped us get all settled in and she was an absolute delight! I’ve lived here for a couple years now and although management has changed a few times, I believe they’ve got some of the best people in the world up there right now. Would highly recommend!!
The staff at Creekstone is amazing! Shout out to Kayla and Tonya who have been so polite and engaged with my move in experience! They are both warm and totally on the ball. I felt very safe in their hands! Working with them has made moving (which is already a nightmare in itself) a breeze!
The new short lady Ulna, the receptionist assaulted me Saturday, and she is rude, and she hung up on me first, they put in false work orders, they have trash always everywhere, multiple people are complaining about mold, leaking roofs, and they r not fixing them, they were coming and taking my dryers apart instead eating the ducts, they charge for services not rendered, the pipes are leaking in the walls, the last receptionist was very rude and ghetto, I called corporate and they acted like the phone line wasnt working and hung up, and they never called back, and they havent cleaned the pools from them leaving the water in all winter, you can see the algae in the water, and they showed me an apartment with a fireplace, and the day of move in the apartment didnt have a fireplace, and the walls are paper thin so dont talk too loud or your info could out from the neighbors listening, and they dont clean the stairwells
Decent apartments slow fixing things but quiet community
I recently applied to Creekstone and I am overcome with joy! The leasing team is AMAZING and their property manager, Lauren, was very sweet and knowledgeable of the community as well as Nashville itself. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The layout is perfect and spacious! I already feel at home and look forward to a smooth move from Knoxville! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!
Living here has been great! Its a great location, and overall a great community. The new staff has been working diligently to get everything that was forgotten by previous management taken care of. The entire team is wonderful and very helpful! If youre looking for a great place to live look no farther!
I was there viewing an apartment, I believe Tonya was her name that helped me, she was very kind and helpful.
Even though I have decided not to rent at this property, I would say the level of professionalism from Ms. Tonya was stella. I had a lot of questions and it was late in the afternoon and she was very patient with me. She didnt rush me at all. Thanks Tonya for your help! You Rock! 🎸
I love living here. The new parcel lockers are fantastic and the pool looks amazing. My kids love the playground. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and maintenance issues are taken care of super fast.
The office staff is very friendly. I have been here since September and have not had any issues what so ever. It is very quiet, nice and clean. They even have a valet trash service, nice laundry room that accepts credit and debit cards. I would highly recommend Creekstone.
No security. Cars get broken into regularly. We pay for pest control monthly but theyve only come twice. Bugs, especially brown recluses, are getting worse. It always smells like weed in the air conditioning vents. Only one pool is open. They are overpriced and the updated apartments are nothing to brag about. Oh...and I got threatened with a lawsuit and eviction for starting a fb group page for the neighborhood. You would think that at a time of global crisis from the coronavirus pandemic, racial tensions, and the nationwide social distancing that has stripped us of our fellowships and interactions with one another, that the management here would embrace this group that is promoting community. Shame on you Creekstone! DO BETTER!
NO Star!! WARNING!!!! Apartment was broken into before Christmas. They still have not fixed my door. NO Security AT ALL. Management keeps changing. They replaced a light in my kitchen and left black holes in the ceiling. They are busy and will get to me soon!! JOKE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! No landscaping at all. Was told at Christmas that the owners are Jewish and there will be no Christmas celebration. IT ABOUT OWNERS MAKING MONEY!! They say they are raising the rent to match Market price. What a trailer park!!!! I do not feel safe and they will not let me out of my lease! Place is a nasty, dirty and scary!
Tonya was so much help, she guided us through everything and was so much help with prices and everything
The entire staff is wonderful! The ladies is the office are so sweet and helpful and maintenance is always quick and efficient! Great place to live and a great location!
FLEAS! be careful! This place from the outside doesnt look bad, and from a virtual perspective looks decent enough to live. When you actually move in you unfortunately get a whole other side. The communication of this place is poor, they do not update you on your concerns or tell you what actions they are planning to take to fix damages or concerns. When we moved in the apartment was dirty. The AC filter was never cleaned, exhaust fans were super dirty, sink handles were falling off, doors wouldnt shut, window leaks when it rains, tons of water damage that you can clearly see was patched, carpet super soiled (but stated it was cleaned before move in), spiders (which is common in TN), floor coming apart or caving in......dog park not maintenenced and stray cats galore. Advice: Get your dog a flea and tick prevention before moving to nashville. We learned the hard way and got a flea infestation in our apartment.....awful......I would not recommend living here at all.....its not worth the price........or do a thorough walk through before choosing this apartment.....we moved from AZ so we were unable to an in person walk through, but wouldnt have done must justice as they switched our apartment last min without informing us....after i had set up electric with the original apartment we were going to be in. Oh and one thing to note: when you tell the appliance company creekstone referred you, YOU do NOT get a discount.......Creekstone gets a referral bonus...so do not let them mislead you when they say give them my name and you will get a discount... LIES....
Kayla is such a pleasure to work with! She is always willing to go above and beyond and take care of her residents. She always has a smile on her face and tries to help in any way that she can. In a world full of greed and hatred, its nice to find someone who genuinely cares about people.
Keep in mind that the overwhelming positive reviews you see are the result of blatant bribery. Residents frequently receive emails stating, the first 25 people to leave a positive review earn a $25 gift card. For the price of living here ($1200 for a 2 bedroom plus hidden fees) you could rent a house that isnt mold infested or in dire need of an update from the 90s.
Ive been here several years, and during that time I definitely had experiences that make me understand how some of the other reviewers have felt. That said, recently management changed and the new office staff is completely different from what were used to, in the best sense possible! Lauren has been doing a great job of helping us with some issues that were ongoing but are no longer. There have always been good things about living here, thats why weve stayed. The new staff are making a sincere and positive effort to make a difference and I think they deserve notice for it!
Through the whole process Kayla kept me informed and it was smooth in transition through the process. I have been in many apartments costing more around Nashville. This has got to be the best experience thus far with customer service and no bait n switch tactics I ran into searching for a place to live. I am sadly disappointed in the Nashville apartment market with their greed and under handed play. Kayla, thank you.
Tonya and Kayla are the best! They are always so sweet and helpful! Best place to live in the area by a long shot! Highly recommend.
This was the first apartment complex I looked at when searching for a place to live in Nashville and I wish I never considered them as a viable option.I was on a time crunch for finding a place, so I put a security deposit down the same day. After looking at several other better quality apartments that were more affordable, I decided to sign with someone else.Since I made a security deposit with Creekstone, I called the same day that I made the deposit in order to get my refund ($150), which would be given in full if cancelled within 3 days. After explaining why I chose somewhere else after being asked, the demeanor of the women on the phone completely changed to being extremely rude.In a nasty tone, I was told that I would have my security deposit mailed back to me before being hung up on. Never received my security deposit refund. (My guess is she ended up just pocketing my money)From my firsthand experience with Creekstone, I highly recommend anyone considering them as their place of residence to reconsider.
Overpriced, run down, bad neighborhood, poor management, and lazy maintenance. Pest control is a joke. I pay $6 a month for pest control and in the two years I’ve lived here, they only came in one time and placed 2 sticky spider traps. $72 of pest control fees from me over two years and I get 2 sticky traps?? Took them 2 weeks to fix my AC in the middle of summer with over 90 degree temperatures. The office frequently sends out emails bribing residents for good reviews and recently sent a letter from their lawyer to shut down a resident run Facebook page threatening us with eviction. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Wonderful complex! The entire staff is kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to live look no farther!
Let me tell you. This is my first apartment moving out of student housing: At first I was overcome with joy. Now, I realize why this place has 3 stars. The freaking staff is rude and most importantly. This place is infested with spiders!!I understand no home will be absolutely clean of any insects. I can take them here and there. But when they’re y constantly showing up and little babies are falling from The ceiling onto you bed and body. It’s a major problem!Watch out before you spend your money here because it’s really not worth it because you may end up in the hospital from spider poisoning and that not just coming from me. But multiple people. I have proof.
I had the best experience with Tonya Lewis when searching for a new apartment home, she was so helpful and I appreciated her going out of her way for me so much! Great staff!
Kayla and Tanya have been so helpful and nice as I’m trying to help my Nephew find an apartment. Very easy to work with.
We love Kayla she takes care of anything within her ability. I had a lost package she went out of her way to find it and deliver it to me. Its the little things that make a big difference. Also, my daughter moved her from Michigan on sunday Kayla had her approved and moved in by Tuesday.
Creekstone is very professional and repsonsive on all service orders. They are very nice woman and I enjoy that they make it very easy and enjoyable to live at Creekstone apartments. Thanks ladies.
Great swimming.
Very high prices for a place that’s not even renovated. Changed my locks just because they didn’t have a spare key and did not notify me of this. Could have just asked for a spare or to make a copy instead of locking me out and me having to go to the office. Good thing I came home when it was open! Also they were towing cars so that they could fix the driveways and they thought it would be smart to tow our cars and then send us a letter about 5 days after the fact letting us know that this was being done. Well thanks for that because I spent about 15 minutes looking for my car. If I’m not mistaken you’re supposed to let someone know beforehand lol. This one older lady is very rude. I was asking her a question and she got smart with me (I’m Hispanic) and when a young white girl asked her a question she was happy to help her right away so I’m pretty sure they are racist or maybe it’s just her since she’s part of an older generation. They never fix anything you ask them to. New and old management both suck. Nothing different whatsoever. Glad I don’t live there anymore
This is a good place to live in general. The bad part was that when we first moved the apartment was completely dirty, the kitchen, the microwave, and the bathroom had been painted without cleaning so there was hair mixed with the paint and the dishwasher was old, dirty and not working well. Besides that unfortunate situation is a quiet place to live and neighbors are nice in general.
This place is wonderful. It’s more like a family! The ladies in the office are wonderful and very friendly. Maintenance staff are very communicative and are efficient.
Wonderful Place to live! Great Location! The new staff is wonderful and very helpful.
Quick approval time. Absolutely no issues getting my apartment. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very fast response for maintenance any time assistance for requests very quiet community and I am renewing again 1 more yet for my rental agreement very convenient for reaching out places like restaurants, shopping airportThanks for your service sure refer to my friends
I have been at Creekstone for about 3 years and of course they go up in prices every year stating its the market rate. However, they dont offer nearly what the market is offering. The apartments are very old. Appliances are old. Plumbing is a problem. However, it has not been addressed. Management changes often. Maintenance takes forever. My blinds fell over a week ago and still havent been fixed. I once had to go with a clogged sink for close to a month and management never has answers.
If you are searching for the perfect apartment in a prime location, Creekstone is the way to go! They are in a cozy, safe area with only a short drive to downtown Nashville. The staff is amazing and happy to help with anything you need. Definitely check them out!
The worst apartment Ive lived so far. Reported washer broken, after 2 month waiting, a emergency fix report for my garbage disposal and washer. Finally got someone called me this is not an emergency, we will take care it on Monday. I waited until Thursday someone sent me an email, stated he cant open my door (because of the lock is broken too). Replied the email waited again, until next Tuesday, someone showed up, fixed the door lock and garbage disposal, and told me manager will come today and take a look, see what to do next. Which I confirm several times with him please let manager know it gotta be today, I cant wait another single day. Well, now I think the manager decided to push to tomorrow again.(Today is 1/21/20)1/22/20 Update: No one call, no one shows up. Reported emergency again, told me contacting manager right now. Still Nothing.1/23/20 Apartment manager called, said will take care of it today.Washer been replaced, the dryer that comes with it, is a broken one. It buzzed out before half cycle. And also, turned washer to hot water has no water coming out.1/24/20 Dryer and washer haven been fixed, management emailed, confirmed there is still parts needs to be replaced.1/29/20 Issue resolved, with manager email confirmation
Awesome property! Kayla takes care of everything and is always such a pleasure to speak with!
A quiet place, will all the facilities!! Near to supermarkets and shopping.
Great location and central to all of Nashville. Property is receiving updates and is a safe quiet place to live. Management and staff are top notch, attentive and will answer any questions you may have. Great place to be!
I lived here for a year. During that time my husband was removed off the lease because we separated & I completed the obligations of the lease ALONE. When it was time for me to move & complete my walk through everything was good. .. Apartment was clean & all the fees were paid by ME. Only to find out they gave my security deposit to my ex that was NO LONGER ON THE LEASE. I have called & sent numerous emails for an explanation. I have had no luck. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS OR NO CALL BACK. Be aware. Even if do what is asked of you, they will do whatever & feel like its nothing to them. I worked had to complete this lease to keep good rental history....How can you give a security deposit to someone that is no longer on the lease?? I would not recommended this apartment complex to anyone. I paid my rent on time & to be railroaded like this is ridiculous!!!! Im not mad or bitter because I know Im right. BH management & Creekstone Apartment do better by good tenants!!!!
I definitely recommend these wonderful apartments! The location is convenient, the staff is so friendly and professional! They are under new management with a new maintenance crew and they are killing it!
Creekstone apartments is great place to call home!!! The staff Megan, Nikki, and Samantha are totally great and will help you out in your time in need. They even provided me with a directory of places to shop since Im from out of town. Everything is close by from grocery stores to shopping malls. The apartments are quiet, well kept, and plenty of parking.
This is not an apartment complex but a literal brown recluses spider nest. They threaten to sue anyone who speaks up about their slumlord horrible living conditions. Id give it 0 stars if possible.
I am not sure what the staff was like years prior but from what I have heard, the residents were not pleased. I do know the new management team that they have put in place at this property is changing the community drastically! Lauren Eakle, Heidi Swimmer and Taylor Sheaffer have been dedicating their time and souls to this company and putting in 100% of their efforts and beyond. It’s always nice to have your own apartment and have a friendly office staff you feel comfortable around. These women are compassionate and you can see that they go above and beyond in everything they do. It’s people like them that bring success to this world and inspire us to do the same! Residents went from not so happy to very pleased with what they are doing for this community. The one bedroom floor plans are absolutely adorable and fitting for one person, it’s like a cozy little safe haven. The largest two bedroom floor plan is my favorite, because it is very spacious and almost like your walking into a home instead of an apartment. It is an older community but has been well kept and has beautiful trees and scenery with walking trails and only five minutes from the lake! They have two pools and even allow LARGE dogs(YES!!!).Their prices are great and it’s a beautiful community that went from frowning faces to smiling residents because they actually take care of your needs and understand that it is your home.So least to say, you can’t go wrong getting an apartment there!!!
My friend lives here. The apartment deserves a zero rating, but not possible. The bathroom has terrible problems. Hole in floor where it meets wall, for one. Kitchen sink does not turn off. Management has been contacted and tenant is repeatedly lied to or postponed, but office still get that check every month without delay.Perhaps Creekstone could step up and be porfessional? Who owns Creekstone?
I share the same sentiments as all the other reviews. They are not exaggerating. Poor Maintenance response. I too have holes still in my ceiling from a light change that wasnt even needed. But emergency requests get ignored. There are better options out there. Management is always changing so they are very indifferent to your needs. AC works horribly, and there is trash throughout the property. Cant wait to move.
AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. The manager is there once a month, they NEVER reply to emails, they don’t care about residents at all, the hourly workers just refer everything to management who as I mentioned is NEVER there. Completely the laziest staff and they don’t care about anyone, THEY AREN’T EVEN HELPING PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN PUT OUT OF WORK DUE TO COVID. They are chomping at the bit for hundreds of people out of work due to the pandemic to pay late fees, court costs, attorney fees, and they are even pressing for evictions during this time. They claim it’s not their decision when it 100% is. DON’T GIVE THIS LAUGHING STOCK OF A STAFF YOUR MONEY OR TRUST. I’d rather live in a box.
This property has made a huge improvement over the last six months. the entire team is great and helpful.
Terrible customer service. Won’t return calls, emails, anything. I considered moving to this place and reached out to others who had lived there, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!
Very nice place to live. Love everything this complex has to offer. Nice residents overall, and great staff!
Update: My thoughts on the previous review still stand. Things have not improved so I am changing my rating to 1 star. I have sent in multiple requests for maintenance with no response. The apartments are old and in serious need of upgrades to provide at the minimum safe conditions for residents. Rather than acknowledging concerns of residents, threats have been made to terminate leases and evict people in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC!!! Please explore other properties. The management recently changed and thus far, I am not impressed. An appliance in my kitchen went out along with some cosmetic features needed to be fixed, and since management was transitioning, I went to the office and placed a maintenance request in person. Fast forward, one week and one day later, the issue has not been resolved. I went back to the office to see what would be causing the delay only to be given a response of emergency requests have caused my request to be delayed. With a holiday approaching, it would be nice to have my issues fixed before that time as I have already been inconvenienced enough. If this is how this new company treats tenants, I am not sure if I want to be a resident here for another lease term. Which sucks because this community is in a nice location....
Weve tried being patient but were done. Our patience has been exhausted by terrible maintenance, recluse spider infestation, and ineffectual management. I could go on but Ill keep this review brief. We are listening to our family and friends advice and will be looking for a new place to call home. I cannot recommend these apartments. Addendum: Since posting this review I have been in touch with management and they cannot move us to comparable unit that is spider free and they will not release us from the lease. We are being pressured to stay in a terribly dangerous unit. This is not right!
Super great place to live! Located close to the interstate. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful.
Nice staff, quick maintenance crew, reasonable prices and my grandkids love the playground when they come to visit!!
They never pick up the phone, the staff is so rude and unprofessional. They never respond to maintenance requests. On top of that, they keep increasing the payments for no reason. I have been living here for almost five years now. When I was renewing the lease contract I asked them to change the carpet. Instead, they promised to professionally clean it which they never did. I plan to move to move out if they keep providing very poor or no service at all. New comers, stay away from this place.
I have just recently moved in and I love my apartment so far! The location is perfect and very convenient. As far as rent it is a reasonable price for the location. All in all I would definitely recommend this community to a friend.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!Every unit has black mold growing in the walls, there is a rampant brown recluse problem, they rent out units that were previously flooded or caught on fire, hit you with hidden fees every month and their facilities are laughable. 6 washers and 6 dryers; only 4 of which work consistently for the entire complex.I would give 0 stars if I could. All I can say is that Im glad to be out of there and I hope no one rents here in the future.
