I recently moved into the Residences at Capitol View in Nashville TN from out of State. Carly is incredible! She helped me through the whole process so smoothly and answered all my questions. I am so appreciative of her as she continues to be amazing! Carly, Tobi, maintenance, all of the staff has been very nice and helpful! I am looking forward to exploring and learning more about all of the wonderful amenities they have to offer, and the great places that are so conveniently located just right outside the door! Everyone I have met has been so friendly! I know this is going to be a great place to live!

We have really enjoyed our time living at capital view so far. Carly has been a tremendous help walking us through the process of picking an apartment and constantly ensuring we are comfortable during our time as residence. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating and you truly feel part of a special community at capital view. The amenities are top notch and they even have a wrapping station! Great location. We absolutely love our apartment here at Residences at Capitol View. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! We moved from the Northeast and they have been such a tremendous help with such a long move. The apartment complex is filled with really nice people and amenities are like nowhere Ive lived before. We are so happy living here!

We have lived at Capitol View since they finished building it. Out of the four downtown Nashville complexes we have lived in, this one is by far the best. Amenities, staff, proximity to the interstate, downtown, the Gulch, and Midtown make it hard to beat. The only reason we are leaving is because we are purchasing our first home. This place is only going to continue to get better with the restaurants and other businesses that are currently being built on the street level! Thank you CV for an incredible 2.5 years.

I just moved into Capitol View and it was an amazing decision. The overall property and facilities are top-notch. Ashley & Adam were extremely helpful and moving in was very easy with the freight elevator and loading dock. The pool, locker room, gym, lounges, and many other amenities are extraordinary compared to other places that I have lived. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spot in Nashville. I am a Nashville native, researched many properties in the city, and ended up making the decision to live at CV. The convenience of the Publix & restaurants downstairs is unparalleled. Moreover, the close proximity to Broadway, yet far enough away to be quiet, is a major plus.

There are so many reasons I love living here! The amenities and resident events are great, Darci was super helpful throughout the leasing process and Tobi is a top-notch concierge that always makes me feel at home! Seriously, she is so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating!Overall this is a wonderful place to live and is generally what I expected with the exception of 2 things: 1. You should definitely pay for a reserved parking spot (a regular spot comes with your lease but you may have to circle the garage a few times before finding a spot when you come home from work), 2. There is now a $25/hr. charge to rent office spaces. Just some things to factor in if you’re cost-conscious.

Capitol View is the best. It’s so convenient I never want to leave. The staff are great and have made living here a great joy. I’d recommend living here to anyone. They also have the best maintenance team ever!

Love living at Capitol View! One of my favorite things about living here is Tobi Blocker! She’s the best concierge in the city and my fur baby feels the same way. A friendly face to greet us every time we come home. Tobi is the best and living here wouldn’t be the same without her.

I have absolutely loved living at Capitol View. It’s a quick 1 walking mile to downtown, Germantown, Midtown, and the main Gulch. The dog park is so convenient! The staff is amazing, especially Tobi! She greets you every time you walk in the door and wants to say hi to your pup. The amenities and resident events are awesome too. Not enough good things to say about it! :)

Carly Aldoretta is the absolute best, and I would highly recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new apartment community. She is super nice, responsive, and helpful. I needed to sign a lease quickly as my move in date was just three days away. With her help, I was able to get all required documentation and lease completed same day. When I originally toured the property, I loved all of the amenities and the apartment, but it was ultimately Carlys responsiveness and help that solidified my decision. She has continued to check in on me after I moved in and answers all of my questions as Im brand new to Nashville. The location is nice and pet friendly, the amenities are extensive along with several events throughout the week, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious with luxury finishings throughout. Im so happy that I chose Residences at Capital View!

I leased with Capitol View without even visiting the complex because I was moving across the country. It was slightly terrifying leasing somewhere so costly without ever having been there. With the help of Darci and the other staff all of my questions were answered promptly and professionally and my anxiety was put at ease. This is by far the best leasing team that I talked to. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I wanted in an apartment and that I was satisfied. They also made the move flawless by equipping me with carts to move my belongings. I ended up with a one bedroom that has a bathtub and a balcony. The bathtub is amazing and more comfortable than my full Jacuzzi tub that I had at home. The balcony faces one of the grassy courtyards and I cannot hear the train or traffic from the street which is incredible. This place is completely silent, I have never heard my neighbors once. The complex is clean and in the perfect location. The amenities are incredible from the outdoor pool to indoor pool and gym. I really could not have picked a better place to live. This place although pricey really is worth every penny, I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Great security as well!

I’ve been living at Capitol View since early October and it’s been amazing! I initially moved from Chicago to Nashville and since I wasn’t able to see the complex before moving, Darci was extremely helpful with answering and addressing any questions or concerns. The staff is extremely responsive to their residents and Tobi (our front desk concierge) has gone above and beyond with various situations! Love it here and appreciate the staff and all their hard work!

Truly the most amazing leasing office staff that create a phenomenal sense of community. The amenities are unparalleled and truly make this place feel like a resort. The location is perfect- walking distance to most anything downtown but far enough away to not be in the heart of the chaos. With shops, coffee, hair salon, food, workout facilities, massage spa, and a dog park downstairs... there really isnt much more you could ask for. My dog and I love calling this place home!

Ive lived here for two years now and just renewed my lease for a third year. The location is perfect as it isnt in the heart of downtown with all the tourists and noise but also not too far away that you cant enjoy a quick walk to all the hotspots.Management is quick to respond with updating the residents on upcoming events, amenity closures, etc. Maintenance has fulfilled any request Ive ever needed within 24 hours. The leasing agents, Darci and Carly, are always there to greet you with a smile and hello when you enter the building. Our concierge, Toby, is always on top of things with any after business hour needs. There is a dog park less than a block away for your furry friends and two gyms across the street for your fitness needs. Would highly recommend.

Weve lived at Capitol View for just over a year now and have loved every minute of it. In fact, we just resigned our lease for another year. We came from a property that didnt have the best property management team, getting in touch with them was impossible, and the property was always a mess, but we just accepted it knowing that apartment life can be that way. But when we moved to Capitol View we were pleasantly surprised with the staff and their timeliness in responding to any inquiries. The amenities are amazing and you cant beat the location. The residents are also super friendly. Our apartment itself is spacious and well insulated. Were close to the train which sucks because it can get loud but you have to expect noise when living in such a developing city like Nashville. Overall we love our home at Capitol View!

Wow! Capitol View was so beautiful and well-designed but what was most impressive is the kindness shown from the staff. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with excitement and our tour was given by Adam who was AWESOME! Life at Residences at Capitol View is super awesome! Incredible amenities--that pool--those meeting areas--and so much more! Its in a fantastic location and the neighbors are really nice ===all this on top of a wonderful apartment! My apartment is spacious and has so many nice touches (the finishes are gorgeous) and the closets are huge!!! Carly made the entire process (from viewing apartments to signing a lease and moving in) very easy. Its a wonderful place to live.

I have had a great experience so far at the Residences at Capitol View. I relocated from Dallas, TX for work back at the beginning of August and only had a day to tour a few places before needing to pull the trigger. This place had the most amenities and best value by far in my opinion over any of the other places I was looking at in the area. I use the pool, workout center, yoga studio, business center, golf simulator, etc. constantly. There are also a lot of little perks that arent obvious until you move in - food trucks, weekly resident events, discounts in the area. This was also the most pet friendly place I found in the area which was very important for me and my golden retriever. There is a huge dog park and walking trail directly behind the complex. Carly Aldoretta was my leasing professional and I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you are interested in moving here.

I had an amazing experience at Capital View today. I was tired and my girlfriend insisted that we stop for a tour on our way home. I quickly became so pleased with the professionalism, hospitality, and quality of the property. Adam Warfield was a tremendous host, people person, and leader. From his ability to relate to our favorite music choices, to his understanding of our needs, to his knowledge about the property, he created the most amazing apartment hunting experience i have ever had! Kudos to Adam, the Real MVP!

It’s so wonderful living here at Capitol View! I absolutely love the convenience of the location, especially with a Publix being just steps away -shopping has never been so easy before! The amenities were a huge selling factor for me. If you have any fur babies theres a doggy park close by and doggy run on the 3rd floor of the building that makes it so easy to fit into any lifestyle. The staff here are so welcoming here! I personally worked with Carly during the tour of the property, and she was always ahead of things and keeping me updated before I made my decision. This was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made deciding to call this place home!

While the amenities alone are excellent at Capitol View, what really makes theapartment is the excellent staff. Darci and Tobi in particular were very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions as we searched for the right home. If you want a place that puts as much care into who works with their residents as their bells and whistles, this is it!

I have been looking to move for several months now and have been dealing with Carly at CV and she has been nothing, but amazing! As a brand new resident to Nashville, I pursued the apartment search process entirely virtually. Darci and her team were exceptional in working with me on finding the perfect unit and answered all of my questions (and I always have a lot) with meticulous detail, consideration, and kindness. She even sent videos of a couple units so I could get a better feel for the options! I felt like part of the family long before I moved in. It was a no brainer to live at Capitol View and the building itself is luxurious, warm, and inviting. Great amenities and the units themselves are the best floorplans I have seen. Highly recommend!

I must say what an excellent place to live! Excellent amenities, wonderful staff, beautiful apartments, fair rent and great maintenance. Its very clean, neighbors are super nice, and the walls are thick so its very quiet. I cant say this enougj but the staff at the front office are wonderful! They have been super helpful to me during my 4 months here. I have yet to have any issues living here and its so totally worth it!! I wouldnt live anywhere else downtown in Nashville! The 5 minute walk to the gulch is nice and I must say the convinance of living here is so wonderful. Living above both a publix and urgent care where you walk out of the elevators and youre there is wonderful! I cant say this enough but living here is A M A Z I N G!!

About as much a joke as you can get. Dirty when we moved in, amenities/elevators are constantly broken or something is going wrong. Every common area smell like sewage, and that hasn’t changed since we moved in. The security guard does absolutely nothing to prevent the cars from being broken into. We pay a fortune for a 1 bedroom to feel like we are controlled rather than feeling like we can live freely. Pick any other place to live. Complete rip off for the price you pay.The only positive thing about this place is Darci.

We have lived at Capitol View for over a year now, and from signing our lease without physically seeing the apartment, to constant lease renewals due to our situation, the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. We love living here and the amenities are just the icing on the cake!

Ive been here for about 9 months, and the apartment and staff are great. The amenities are terrific, staff is very helpful and professional, maintenance is responsive, and location cant be beat. I very rarely hear my neighbors, especially compared to every other apartment that I have lived in.

The Residences at Capitol View is a beautiful building in the heart of Downtown Nashville. Although it is downtown, there is a small community feel to the area. Tons of great dining options and a grocery store are within walking distance. Ive worked with Katie in their office and would recommend working with her to anyone. The Residences at Capitol View would be a great place for anyone to call home!

I had the pleasure of taking a tour at Residences of Capitol View with Katie. She was so friendly and passionate about Capitol View that it was hard not to fall in love with it as well! It was such a beautiful complex. Its right in the heart of downtown with access to grocery stores, workout facilities, restaurants and shopping. Anyone would be lucky to move in to Capitol View, as its obvious that the staff will treat you like family.

Capital View has been an exceptional apartment complex since moving in March of 2019. The staff (Katie, Darcy, Emmie, and Ashley) all are great to work with and take care of any issues that may arise. I would highly recommend leasing if you are looking for a great place to live with all the amenities within the complex and surrounding area.You may read of the fire alarm issues and construction noises which have in fact occurred but you have to consider it is a brand new complex in a growing part of town. The staff ensured the issues were diligently dealt with and they are no longer be an issue as of late 2019. Also, dont blame the management and leasing agents!

Capitol View is a really friendly community. The leasing staff is really nice and accommodating. With a grocery store and a dog park in the building, I never even have to leave! :) The outdoor yoga deck and the sauna are my favorite amenities. Would definitely recommend leasing here!

I’ve been here for a year and I have to say this complex has some of the best quality apartments and amenities in the city. It’s in a great location where anything you need or want to do is within walking distance or a 2 minute Uber ride. The staff has been awesome. Make sure to talk to Ashley who has been very accommodating if you need something.

The Office Team and this Community.........oh my goodness! Incredible! My oldest daughter moved in about a month ago and her unit is spectacular! The Residences look more like a high end condominium rather than an apartment. Everyone on the team is wonderful but I cant say enough about how amazing Emmie, The Community Director is - she is tops and is never too busy to greet us and find a kind word . Katie has also gone above and beyond - she took awesome care of my daughter from beginning to end and always asks us what she can do to help!I can wholeheartedly recommend The Residences at Capital View if youre looking for a place to call home!

I have lived here for just over a year now and if I had to do it again I would pick a different place. They dont have your best interest in mind and there are better deals elsewhere. Location is decent other than the traintracks in your backyard going by every 30 mins or so, ALL DAY. Been in downtown Nashville for 5 years now and wish I choose a different spot. We were in a scramble to find a place after losing our apartment at Vista due to the tornado. The staff at Capitol View were kind, courteous, and kept us in great spirits. With that - and the awesome amenities - it was a no-brainer to sign a lease here. So far, we have loved every minute here!

My heart was set on Capitol View from the first time I toured! Not only are the amenities AMAZING, but the staff are extremely welcoming and professional. In particular, Emmie did an amazing job by going above and beyond to find the floor plan and unit that was the perfect fit. She listened and remembered the little things I loved about the places we toured and kept all of those in mind. She was very quick and thorough at communicating and made me feel like family! I cant wait to live at Capitol View!

BEWARE.There are a lot of 5 star reviews but I have a feeling they were left before people lived here very long, if at all. I’ve been here about 10 months and cannot wait to move out. Between the constant fire alarm issues and the construction noises that we were told would only happen occasionally for the first few months but for most of the time here have started well before 6am and continued throughout the day and still do to this day it’s miserable living here. And after the 2am fire alarm the other night that lasted for over an hour, it seems like most residents are under the same consensus. I haven’t met a single person that wants to renew.And yeah, the amenities are great but the pool has been closed on multiple occasions for days at a time for “maintenance.” Not to mention, that you can only have 2 guests per unit. We literally just got free coffee in the club room but it’s always out of supplies. There’s no concierge so you have to go down and get every guest, delivery, etc. No one can be buzzed up and that wasn’t communicated to us while touring. It’s weird because we do have call boxes, they are just pointless. There’s also rarely any resident events like you see at many luxury apartments in the area. The office staff just doesn’t care. Their blasé emails about the inconveniences are direct proof of that. “Sorry, we are trying our best.” Apparently not, if it’s going on 6 months later.I hate to bash something so much but with how much we pay in rent, it’s unacceptable and inexcusable to have the issues we have for the entire time I’ve lived here. They sent an email out in February about the sprinkler system issues and they still have yet to be fixed apparently. In the last 2 months, the alarms have gone off like 8 times?? So DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I’ve lived at quite a few luxury buildings in this town and have never experienced anything remotely like this.

I was in town this past week, and I stopped by Residences at Capitol View. Sara Burke gave me a tour of the entire property and all of the amenities. She was so personable and friendly. The hallways were extremely wide, and the property was the cleanest that I have seen thus far when touring. Also, the furniture in the Club Room was absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend this property when searching for an apartment home!

This community has the most character and quality of any community in town. Gorgeous interior finishes you can’t find anywhere else. True luxury here. Location is central and walkable and the immediate neighborhood has lots of exciting new businesses in store. The staff is top notch. Look no further!

We have lived here for 5 months. Front office folks are super helpful and always respond in a timely manner. This is a quiet neighborhood for a downtown apartment. These are brand new apartments, so all amenities are now open and super nice.

Capital View is in a great location and has amazing amenities! Ashley in the office is also very friendly and is a great communicator. North Gulch is the next up and coming neighborhood, with awesome residents and corporate offices nearby.

I have been a resident since Oct. Continue to tell my friends about it, great amenities, fast and friendly maintenance crew and girls in the office are always nice and ready to help. Katie even went through all lockers to find a lost package that the delivery person tracked in wrong locker. Have lived in a few places in Nashville - the customer service here is better than anywhere I have experienced.

After touring Capitol View, my fiance and I quickly knew we wanted to live here. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have taken care of our every need with excellent customer service. I must give a shout out to Alyssa as she has been a joy to work with. She shows professionalism in everything she does all while making it feel as if youre right at home. She is just great! Great place to live if you want multiple false fire alarms to wake you in the middle of the night.I’ve lived here for almost 4 months and once or twice a month in the middle of the night the fire alarms go off for no apparent reason. Never have I lived in a place that this happens. I’m not alone in this frustration as you no longer see people leave the building. Everyone sits on their patios as no one believes the alarms anymore since they go off so often.Please do something about this.Front office is incredible though.

Luxury apartments in the new Capitol View district of Nashville. Staff is friendly and informed. Floor plans seem to be a bit larger than comparably priced units nearby. Very large windows in most floor plans. Apartment finishes are modern with thoughtful inclusions like quiet-close cabinetry and dimmer light switches. From the moment I toured to the day I signed (and now having lived here for 2 months) Ive been very pleased with the apartments overall. Any services requests have been taken care of within 3-4 days of notice. Almost all amenities are open as of the date Im posting this. After having toured several other higher-end apartments in Nashville, The Residences at Capitol View definitely offer some of the best amenities, staff and apartment units that Ive come across. Very happy with my decision to rent here.

These apartments are amazing! The touring process was great. Alyssa is a fantastic leasing agent. She listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us options to accommodate us; ultimately showing us a fantastic apartment we are going to love. Its in a great up-and-coming area, centrally located to everything and anything, and only a couple minute Uber ride to wherever you want to go. I definitely recommend touring here.

When I toured Capital View, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. The Manager, Emmie, gave me the tour and she listened to all of my needs, was so kind and showed me the perfect space for me! I was also highly impressed with all of their social gathering spaces especially the virtual golfing! Excited for this to hopefully be my new home!

My husband and I are moving from NY and looked at many places. Residences at Capital View was the last one we were looking at. We met with Alyssa and she took us on a tour of many of their apartments because we weren’t sure if we wanted a 2 or 3 bedroom. I have to say the attention to detail in the bathroom and kitchen area were beautiful!! Slow closing cabinets, double sinks in both bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows and a HUGE shower in the Master Bathroom just to name a few. We also like the 3 outdoor living spaces. Alyssa spent A LOT of time with us. She answered our many questions and I’m happy to say we found the perfect apartment!!! We can’t wait to move in :) Thank You Alyssa!!!

What a gorgeous building! Capitol View is so close to all my favorite spots in Nashville and the fact that a Publix is going to open underneath the building is a game changer... there will be no need to spend $$$$$ on grocery delivery because itll be so convenient to pop down to the store real quick! The vibe of where I live is very important to me and you just get a good feeling when you walk into the building... especially from Sara! She gave me a great tour and was so sweet and patient with me as I asked a million questions! I can just tell that she actually really cares about helping me find the perfect apartment and that means a lot. :)

I am loving Capitol and looking at a cross country move. I am pending my application results, really want to move there, but Alyssa deserves the review no matter what. She has made this a good experience, and I have been dealing with multiple complexes. So hoping to up this to 5 star once I get my approval :D

Sara Burke with the leasing team toured me this past Wednesday of the entire property. I was greeted with a genuine smile and offered something to drink. I was so impressed with the overall design of the leasing office/ morale-very professional. I cannot get over the built in shelving in the model apartment! If you are looking for a complex with well thought-out, pristine amenities; this is the place! With a barre room, billard room, and more- you are 100% getting your moneys worth especially with the location of beautiful downtown Nashville. Sara was warm and friendly and very informative about the area as I know this was a newer property. This will be at the top of my list when looking for a new home!

Just moved here all the way from Baltimore. Apartment is awesome, great layout and beautiful new appliances. Our bathroom is huge and so is our balcony, which we have a pretty awesome view. I would have rated 5 stars but most of the amenities are not open yet. There are nice restaurants across the street, and there are businesses to open on the first floor including a Publix which will definitely make life easier.The staff have been so awesome with helping us move nearly 1,000 miles away which was super stressful. Alyssa and Emmie are amazing!

Capitol View is a stunning new community in Nashville, with a fantastic walkable location close to downtown and the Gulch. The staff is amazing to work with - especially Alyssa, who is extremely knowledgeable and makes her tours super fun and memorable. The interior finishes are high end and stunning, with custom touches like built in wine racks that you wont see in other communities. The amenities are going to be top of the line, and I cant wait to see them after completion!

My husband and I love living here! Great location with unmatched amenities and very pet-friendly. Alyssa has been a pleasure to work with and maintenance requests are always addressed very quickly. It’s a great place to call home.

My roommate and I have relocated from Alabama in November. I never viewed our apartment prior to moving in. The day I had picked up keys was the first time I viewed our apartment, I was blown away with what my roommate had selected. Alyssa was polite and even walked us to our apartment home! I never experienced that, for all the places I lived this is by far the best place to call home in Nashville. The finishes in the apartment were not was I was expecting, my apartment had exceeded my expectations! The amenities have opened to the community, and I could not begin to describe how amazing it is to just walk down the hall to work out in the fitness center, literally a breeze!

The Residences at Capitol View is an awesome place to be. The quality of the finishes are great. I may have asked too many questions prior to signing the lease, but Alyssa was able to assist it all the way through. I recommend this apartment to anyone whos looking for a brand new place with hotel concierge-like atmosphere!

These apartments are absolutely stunning! I have moved every year and I ended up signing a longer lease term here because I love it so much! The amenities do not compare to any other apartment in Nashville. Alyssa has been fabulous to work with and I highly recommend Residences at Capitol View!

I came to view the apartments with the help of Nashville Apartment Locators and met with Alyssa. I told her exactly what I wanted and she showed me exactly what I was looking for, barn doors! I had to confide in my roommate prior to making the selection and we both agreed on our 2A layout. We moved in about November and had to wait a little for the amenities to open, but it was worth the wait! There is no apartment that I had looked at during my search that has amenities like Capitol View. Anyone looking for an apartment NEEDS to live here and see Alyssa- tell her what you’re searching for and she’ll deliver!

Beautiful building with unmatched amenities! The thing that has impressed me the most thus far though, is the responsiveness of the maintenance staff. The folks at the Residences truly care, and it is a great place to call home!

I love living at Capitol View! So many great things to mention- The leasing and management staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, I LOVE the convenience of having Publix downstairs, and the common amenities are top notch.

Scheduled a tour on a whim and absolutely fell in love with the property. The staff were astoundingly friendly and really knew the surrounding area(looking from out of town so this was a huge plus)

I withdrew my application and they refunded me everything very quickly and entirely. Even though I think they would benefit with some diversity training (especially the property manager) I believe overall they are trying to be good

I have relocated from FL and have been apartment searching for about two weeks now. I currently stay in Downtown, and the activity is insane. Although after touring the communities within the area, I have found that Capitol View is the destination I am going to call home. The office staff is polite, and very helpful. There was no pressure as they asked what I was searching for! Thank you Alyssa, Sara, and Emmie.

The building and location are amazing. The management is terrible. The worst management company in town. Both with terrible attitudes and just lazy. Be careful with the glowing reviews you see. The management company has been hiding and deleting bad reviews. They have also blocked residents on their Instagram page that are pointing out the fact that they are advertising amenities which arent even open. There are too many other great options in town. Do not waste your time or money at Capital View.

The apartment location is second to none. The amenities are also great and I’m excited for when all of them are available. Alyssa is the Ma’am! She always takes care of us.

The management is terrible. The communication you get from the front office its subpar at best. All the good units with a view are taken and things after not completed. There are far nicer areas of town. A train also drives by all the time. Its all you hear.

Found 5 nails in my back 2 tires, had to replace the one tire. wanted to post on the resident portal wall if anyone else had any issues with nails in tires and they blocked my post. they have blocked multiple residents posts about problems because they are trying to hide issues and the fact that its not just one occurrence.Ecstatic to be moving out in 2 days. For a parting gift they gave me one more night of a 2 am fire alarm. So many issues with the building/ staff (besides Katie - love her) pool was closed 3 separate times this summer with issues - constant middle of the night fire alarms. Most residents have same issues and put out complaints but the building has done nothing to make the residents happy or satisfied. Poor communication. If I had to do it all over again I would have picked another apt building.

When I say the Residence at Capitol View is a hidden treasure, I am not joking. First, the entire staff is “Holy-Awesome Batman!” I must give a Special “Thanks’ to Emmie and Alyssa, they were on top of every step of the application process, nothing short of excellent communication. I rented this apartment sight unseen, and Emmie and Alyssa ensured me that everything would be in place once I arrive. Every time I had a question someone always sent a reply. The Residence at Capitol View is in the best location, not too far from the interstate, TN Capitol, TSU, and many other State buildings. No matter what’s your appetite, there’s a place within walking distance. Although I signed a short-term lease, I am highly considering making this my permanent residence in Nashville “The Gulch” area.

I absolutely love my apartment and their Amenities Everyone is so nice down stairs Alyssa, Katie, Sara helped me with my moved from Indianapolis. Made me feel at home and welcomed me to Nashville looking forward to the summer time here and all the fun events and things to do at the apartments make me not want to leave. Sauna gym hot tub 🔥 work chanels everything is amazing you must check these out!!! If youre looking for upscale luxary living downtown this is the place to be.

I visited over 5 communities during my apartment hunt and my search stopped after touring Residence at Capitol View. I was blown away! Emmie asked what I was looking for in a home and really listened to my preferences. The interior finishes are beautiful. Its a quality you dont often see in an apartment community. The amenities sold me. Who doesnt love saunas? Parking garage, a grocery coming and friendly staff. Capitol View is a must see!

Capitol View is in a prime location for Nashville. This community is stunning and filled with character. The staff has been nothing short of amazing to work with and we look forward to a great relationship with this community. Welcome to Nashville Northwood Ravin!

Amenities are limited to two guests per household. I guess if you have family or more than 2 friends visiting, you are out of luck! No coffee in the lobby. Fire alarms go off all the time in the middle of the night!

Overall, this is a good community- a few small things are needed for it to be amazing.I’ve lived here since December and my rent is super reasonable because the amenities weren’t open yet. the prices seem to have gone up substantially since then. 100% would recommend at my rent, would likely still recommend for what I think rent is now.Pros:-the amenities are pretty kickass. the pool is gorgeous (though it’s true you can technically only have two guests), the fitness center is solid (though it needs some mats for ab work). beautiful courtyards with spaces for gathering, awesome business/co-working space.-maintenance has been super fast for the two minor issues i’ve had.-overall very few noise issues. i’m on the courtyard so I don’t get the train noise, the apartments are pretty well soundproofed- not a sound from units above/below/beside.-convenient location. i regularly walk to TPAC, farmers market, the gulch. the greenway will be amazing to have when it’s finished too. LOVE the local businesses- SVM boutique, ML Rose, Clean Juice esp. by the time the area is done i’ll never have to leave.-really nice fixtures. I love my “party shower” and the huge windows are amazing. the finishes are much prettier than a lot of places around. (does seem like the builder was a little sloppy with painting/caulking in some areas.)cons:-the elevators are a disaster- the walls were scratched up just a few months after move-ins started, and the white tile floors (why?!) are broken and constantly dirty.-some areas look unfinished, like they stopped focusing on the apartments once they got them mostly rented and started spending money on the other business tenants instead.some floors have art and seating in the hallways, others have nothing. there’s an electrical box with exposed wires in the elevator lobby still, etc.-dogs EVERYWHERE. I love dogs, like a lot, but it seems like literally everyone here has one and some are super aggressive. the barking can be annoying from the courtyard, and the whole area near the resident elevator (and frequently in the elevators themselves) smells like pee. not the best first impression for guests.-no after-hours phone number for noise complaints, etc. there have been a few times where people have been partying it up in the courtyard at 3am and there’s really nothing you can do.

Not impressed with the front offices. Wasnt shown the pool. All I hear are trains. North gulch is not the same as the true gulch neighborhood. All up hill walk into downtown, as well. Probably the worst location in Nashville if you want to access the city
