Allison and Whitney are two of the most fun/genuine/honest people! I looked at/contacted more than a dozen different places around Nashville over the last 2 months, they were the only ones who made me feel at home! Thanks ladies, yall are the best!

So far so good! Moved in last week without a hitch. Had a few maintenance issues, but Whitney was super nice about it and put in a work order right away. One thing that I would like to see in the future renovations are room lights. There are no room lights in our unit.

Great location and well renovated interiors. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They are extremely responsive and accommodate requests as much as possible. Maintenance requests are resolved very efficient and timely fashion.Safe, clean and peaceful complex at an affordable price.My wife says -Whitney and Allison are the most amazing staff in all of Nashville, super friendly and helpful. They are always a delight to talk to: be it over the phone or in person. She still remembers the first conversation with Whitney over the phone. 😀 Definitely 5 🌟

Disappointed. I moved out from apartment last year, still havent got my security deposit.

Ive lived here about 6 months and I couldnt be happier with the service Ive been provided and the cutest apartment ever. Of course theres going to be issues when living in apartments, but as long as the issue is brought to staffs attention its fixed insanely fast. Ive put in tickets and theyre handled within 24 hours. The apartments are pet friendly and the office staff, Whitney and Allison, are exceptional people. Love living here!!!

I would recommend Park Hill to anyone. From the moment Whitney answered every question I had and gave such wonderful information about the property. I was almost giving up hope on calling anymore properties, as we had been turned down by so many other facilities due to our current financial situation, but Allison and Whitney made us feel welcome. I am so thankful she answered the phone, otherwise we would still be searching instead of finding a new home for our family. I am excited to start this new chapter in our lives with the wonderful people at Park West!!

Park West is in a great location, next to Costco, Target, etc. Allison and Whitney are amazing and very friendly. One-bedroom is very affordable and clean! Gym/Laundry Room also has very fast internet.

Quality landscaping, looks great. No noise on property. My dog loves the dog park! Great customer service from the office. The maintenance guy on property, I believe his name is DJ, always gets the things fixed in a timely manner and is very polite. Easy 5 stars.

Just moved in one of my friends today and the office staff (Emily) was incredible. She was warm, professional and hospitable and the entire process was smooth and seamless. She let little welcome gifts in the apartment and made my friend feel like they are truly happy to have him. Not to mention the property is beautiful and so well kept! Highly recommend!

Whitney and Allison were the best to work with! Allison is the best property manager that I have ever worked with! I would not go anywhere else, they have been so good to me!

Nashville rents are high and most affordable either wont take a big dog or are scary. Park West still has affordable rates, renovated interior and a friendly staff. They are pet friendly, accept big dogs, and its close to everything. For your options in West Nashville, this is a great one!

AC and Hot water went out within the first week of moving in. Upon move out our ceiling had a leak and eventual hole in the living room ceiling that was there for the last couple months. No attempts or offers made to compensate financially. Would not recommend. I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and kind! It is always so quiet in the courtyard, it really makes you forget you are in the middle of the city! The dog park is great and the staff is super friendly!! Definitely a great place to stay!

Really like this place. Ive lived here for 2 years and have always seen reinvestment into the property by management (ie new windows in every apt, putting in a dog park, new furniture/landscaping for courtyard, enclosing dumpsters behind privacy fencing). The remodels have given the interiors a very modern appearance; bathrooms and kitchens especially. Also, unlike many apartments, the courtyards and grill areas are actually pleasant and used often by the residents - its really a great community hidden right off Charlotte. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that the floors can be a little squeaky in some spots.

The greatest living experience in an apartment complex Ive had so far. The friendly staff and management at Parkwest are the absolute perfect blend of outgoing, personable and professional. I would recommend Parkwest to friends and family. 5 Stars.

I have lived here for many years. The current management company and staff are the best yet!! They are very perceptive and super kind. I come and get a cup of coffee at least once a day just to chat with them.

Ive lived here for close to a year and the place is great. Management is easy to work with and they have a great dog park with friendly people. Easy access to I40, all sorts of shops, and quick to downtown.

The leasing office almost always opens late and closes early. Also, a few days ago I went into the leasing office and overheard the person at the front desk saying “I hate people who don’t speak English” after getting off the phone with someone.That aside, about a year ago the ceiling in the breezeway of my building totally collapsed. It was lucky that no one got hurt. They cleaned up the mess within a week or two, but there was never any apology or even an acknowledgment that such an incident ever occurred, and management never conducted any inspections to ensure the ceilings wouldn’t collapse within the units themselves.9-12-19: Park West, have these concerns been addressed with the Community Director yet? I have yet to hear anything from management.

We love our time at Park West so far! Its so pet friendly and the staff has been incredible. The grounds are clean and the apartments are new - couldnt ask for much more.

We love living here so much! The court yard is beautiful and creates an oasis off of Charlotte. The people are respectful and friendly.

Very spacious and modern apartments. Almost everything is redone and we have never had any issues contacting the staff/office after hours for anything. 5 Stars!

Was excited to go check out these apartments until they wanted to charge my roommate and I nearly $300 in application/administrative fees. Be aware that to even apply for an apartment, you will need to pay these fees.

This is an awesome place to live! Management is courteous and maintenance guy is very professional and quick to respond.

It has always been a nightmare trying to get the office to return calls. We have no water pressure. Have been there since fall of 2014 and everything has been a struggle. The air filters are never changed. There used to be two people in the office now there is one, maybe, and sometimes the door is just locked and no one is there to cover. The rent is affordable but not worth the savings. We are also on our 4th Manager....and very happily leaving .

My brother and I lived here for 2 years. We moved out 7/15/18 but had paid rent for the entire month of July so we could slowly move all of our things into our new place. We came back to the apartment several days before our lease expired and our personal property had been thrown away and they had begun remodeling. When we complained and asked for reimbursement for our property, they gave several excuses (all unfounded) including saying that we terminated our lease early and that we still had an unpaid balance remaining on our account. Both of these excuses were found to be false after further investigation. They finally agreed to refund my brother and I for our property and we received our check over a month later after they sent it to our old apartment instead of to their office. Other than the terrible experience at the end of our lease, it was a pretty nice place to live. We did have our cars broken into a couple times, but other than that it was fairly quiet and a convenient location. The staff were usually very friendly.

We love it at Park West. The apartment itself is so nice, and the staff has been nothing but hospitable and kind to us. Not to mention its a great location and we feel so safe here.
