This apartment complex is disgusting. There are bugs all over the place. Inside the apartment, you can literally find bugs on the wall, on the floor, in cabinets and drawers - it is awful. There are roaches, bed bugs, and insects I dont even recognize. The management does very little about it even when you try to get pest control to come. They also have mold issues; there is mold on the air vents and growing on the walls. The thermostat doesnt work well and can either be too cold, too hot, or too humid. Management is not good about fixing things even when you ask for help. If your stove is broken, it may just be broken forever! Most importantly, it also seems like theres a huge issue with racial discrimination at Stonebrook - they are currently kicking out certain tenants claiming its to renovate their unit and not offering or allowing leases to them for open, unleased apartments. I would not even consider living at Stonebrook if youre looking for an apartment complex!! Even if they are updating certain units (which may or may not get rid of their mold and bug issue), they still have the same horrible management team.

I am a current resident here and ive had nothing but a horrible experience. No one ever answers the phone when you try to call the office, no security, apartments are nasty, very loud tenants, and you have to be cautious of where you park or else someone will ding your car up either by hitting it or opening their door. have had a few times this has happened and management does not care one bit.

Stay far away from these apartments. Management is horrible. There’s no type of security. Someone shot at my building & they tell us it can happen anywhere & didn’t do nothing about it. They never get back to you or answer their phone. Things were already broken in the apartment. Its very cheap with roaches. People walk right in the apartments at night trying to get into your car. They put no type of money into these apartments but want you to pay high rent. Don’t be fooled by their kindness they do not care about their tenants, they just want your money.

Too much trash ever where.no sign or comment about cleaning the area. Too many roaches in the apartment,everytime we request for pest control they will charge us .

Roach infestation in our apartment and nothing has changed. We can barely use our kitchen and whatever maintenance is doing has been almost useless. Been here for well over a month and there are still roaches everywhere, even crawling in our kitchen drawers. Submitted over ten maintenance requests already.

First time sending a review. I have to say since Morgan Properties has taken over there have been some much needed changes. The property is much cleaner than before. The staff is wonderful but the most wonderful is our maintenance man Reggie. He always smiling and always goes beyond. He is like family to us. Stonebrook is lucky to have him. We are more lucky to have him as a maintenance man, friend, and adopted family member.

Stonebrook has been a pleasure of a place to live. The front office does great with communicating with us. The best the most outstanding part is any maintenance issue we’ve had the maintenance man named Taylor has always been out there immediately to handle and fix any issues that we needed fixed. He act professionally and promptly. Been a joy living here.

Had great run ins with Taylor one of the maintenance guys. He is very helpful when I need things fixed around the apartment. He gets here as soon as he can and has been able to fix everything so far.

Reggie is very social with kids and adults. He is very respectful and friendly. A very hard wok. He is very committed in doing his work. Once I saw him do one of the most generous thing. The ice cream truck stop and kids were getting ice cream this one boy didn’t have the money so he was sitting and staring at other kids and that’s when Reggie pasted by and show the kid and gave the little boy money to get ice cream I have never seen something as nice as what he did and it made the little boys day. Never saw a smile that big on the boys face and Reggie’s. He is a great person.

Good for the money. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance staff are great; and get work orders done quickly. Reggie is the best he is always smiling.

Nice apartments and the staff is all very nice. Had work orders put in and finished by Taylor. Everything he fixed for me looks very nice and works great. Management in the office are very sweet and helpful. The complex is clean and the place is affordable.

So far, loving the place. Minor maintenance issues here and there, but can truly tell management is working on the improvement.Safe and affordable. First time living alone and I haven’t had any sort of huge issues. The move in process was as easy as possible as well as lease signing. Only down side for me is the patient portal. The service fee is inconvenient when bills come around!

The apartments have been updated to a modern look. Flooring and appliances are new. The Property is accessible to Brentwood and Hickory Hollow area. Staff are always helpful and receptive.

Reggie has always been an excellent maintenace person who always fixes whatever is needed. He always follows-up with us to make sure we are satisfied and to see if we need anything else. He is like family to us!

I have lived a year in this complex. Dispite some quality cons in the building but the office staff made it really easy. The application is incredibly easy and the office staff are very friendly. A special thanks for Susan and kathryn for thier excellent customer service. In that time I have experienced two separate occasions in the summer, Susan was able to get it done as soon as posibble. I would recommend visiting thier office and take a closer look at the the buildings.Thank you

The place has the most unprofessional people in the office ever. The worst apartment I have ever lived in, inside AC is molding with bad filters and I toke pictures and sent it to them, it is the second week Nobody came to look at it. Treble experience with office staff, when you call them instead of solving the issues they will hung up on you. It has been 2 months I have been living in these apartments and I personally hate it.Please don’t get an apartment here. Very bad!

Horrible experience. Susan and the assistant manager were both terrible to work with. They took my daughters application money knowing she wouldnt be approved. They could have looked at her application and known not to take her money by looking at the paperwork. Another classic example of poor management. At the end of the day I was happy she didnt get in. After a visual look at the property I soon realized that this was not a decent place.

We are very satisfied with this community especially after Sakvan Bamerni started working here The area is cleaner, the work orders are done daily Our maintenance crew is a professional and thinks all of that what they can do for us

Worst place to ever live and that includes a cardboard boxes. Managers are 2 faced, happy to your face then 2 days later they try to evict you. They are the most racist place Ive ever been. Yes I am white and yes Im one of maybe 8 in the whole complex. And to get something fixed well I hope u know someone handy cause they dont.same eye on my stove been broken for a yr. Place is a disgrace.

Great place to call home.

This place is full of racist, rude, unprofessional people. The only reason to stay here is if you have absolutely no other option and even then motel 6 would be a better option. I wouldn’t stay in this place if I was paid to. I hope they get shut down. Not to mention they will find any reason to evict you or charge you for something. Some one in the complex left furniture outside on the downstairs level and they left a note on my door saying that I would get charged if it’s not removed but didn’t even ask if it was mine. When I called and said it wasn’t mine they claimed to have left the note on everyone’s door which is a lie because I followed up with all my neighbors. Maintenance bust in my apartment one day while I was half naked with absolutely NO warning.

Very unprofessional stuff. Very bad place to rent from them, the disposal in my apartment doesn’t work and I put a service request for it, they put it on complete status but never fix it. Everything is old and almost broken in the apartment. Please do not put yourself in this situation. This is an awful place.

Very unprofessional.. When I moved in there was ton on roaches, Very discussing. I had no choice but to move in because I had to be out of my place. I would definitely not recommend nobody moving into this place and Im happy i dont live there anymore.

It is an excellent place and very friendly office staff,

I live here since November 2017, 45am beginning excellent. But since April 2018 it has been a nightmare, the neighbors park in double parking, they block my car, they have scratched my car and my cousins, you talk to them and the administration ignores you. They tell you to call the police, that they cant do anything. The managers of the complex are very rude, the picona is closed every time some people are going to use it until the assigned manager comes, you cannot use it. Etc. Etc. I already want to move.

My wife leaked in the parking lot and a worker at the apartments got rid of groceries and went to the office to report it to the manager Imecorrio. from the office with me is posa and my children are very racist

I would like them to put no smoking signs in the corridors or the stands if each tenant can do it on their balcony but they leave the dirty in front of them, and cigarette smoke is harmful to health, that smoke is more harmful to those who are not smokers
