Clifton Condos HOA - Endeavor Condos - Ive owned my unit and lived here for 2 years and we initially used a different HOA selected by our builder and then moved to HND as we were able to negotiate much better terms to build our reserves. Our grounds are maintained and trash is collected regularly, no issues with HND vs our prior management company. I read the negative reviews others have written, many are related to issues that should have been worked out with their builders and arent related to management of the property. I just called my property managers cell phone and had a quick chat with her. Lori is super easy to get ahold of and were much better off with HND than we were before. HND has been really good for our community.

HND does nothing for their communities. The managers are less than helpful and very unprofessional and rude. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to emails. I was told this was because of covid. How does covid make it hard to respond? They have constantly breached their own contract and do not do what the contract that I have to pay monthly for days. There have been numerous complaints filed and requests for issues to be fixed and people have to fight tooth and nail to get it fixed. Maybe it’s legal in tennessee but how can the developer be in charge of the HOA, seems to be a conflict of interests and create issues such as these.

Do not rent from this company they are scammers very unprofessional and took my security deposit on a home I never got to see inside

Ive been dealing with HND for a couple of years now. Never had a problem getting issues resolved quickly. Friendly people and easy to get a hold of. Dana has been my contact person for about a year now; she has taken care of any problem Ive had in a timely manner and has always been friendly and professional.

This is certainly not the first and wont be the last bad review of this company. They have taken advantage of the red hot Nashville Tennessee housing market to operate with an absence of leadership, honesty and integrity. Buyer beware when dealing with this particular realty company. If you can do any business with any other realty company, you certainly could not do any worse than these people. Absolutely awful.

Great place to work. Everyone there gets along and helps each other out on a day-to-day basis. We love our customers and we are a locally owned company. We do everything in the Nashville area even our banking. The owners of our company or two amazing men that truly care about their employees and their customers

Update: no need to speak now. its too lateIf I could give them negative stars I would. Ideal with this SOBs for years and years and years. They are one of the if not the worstest management company in existence. I am so glad I dont have to deal with them anymore. Now I can sleep peacefully at night and not to worry about how Im going to deal with them the next day. Just make sure you have a very good insurance company to back you up.

I am a realtor and have investment properties handled by different property managers. HND is excellent, highly responsive and strive to manage properties professionally and accurately.

Hi: Just got a link to make a comment. May have been prompted by the maintenance request I submitted yesterday???Ive been here for 5 years and have another contract. Very simply I love it hear. My corner townhome gives me a very country atmosphere filled with peace and quite. My place fronts on a wooded area.My neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but are very friendly and open to impromptu conversation while walking. There are not a lot of youngsters. Never had a problem. A few of them visit this retired old geezer to say hello and receive my routine lecture to be careful hunting frogs that Copperheads sometimes hang around frogs although I have never seen one here. I show them a pic including babies with the yellow tip on their tails. They just cant escape from teachers.The grounds are well kept. My friends and family are always impressed when I send pics. Its very pleasant to sit on the porch in my rocker recliner. My favorite past time weather permitting. And, we have the best weather in Dickson. (just kidding)I briefly reviewed a couple comments and Im sorry to say IT IS NOT PERFECT. However, 5 years - no complaints.As far security, we are secluded and a couple neighbors park their police cruisers here. (not an eyesore for me, more would be fine) Ive felt as safe as I think I could be.My most valued condition here is management instills a high quality of living in our community. I recommend it highly.Oh yeah! The maintenance man knocked on my door within 20 minutes of sending my request. Of course I asked what took him so long which he laughed at. Problem fixed within the hour.Anyway, yall come visit now. (but, please be quiet, Im fussy)Will

Non-supportive of people with documented disabilities.They were horrible to us when we requested an Emotional Support Animal to live with us. My fiancé was diagnosed by a doctor, and we attempted to give them all proper documentation multiple times, but they would keep saying “well we never got any paperwork from you so...”. My Landlord (who was different from HND) was fully supportive of us getting it approved. Thankfully, my lease was almost up so we were able to go somewhere that much more accommodating than HND. Would not trust this company for property management.

This management company does not manage. They collect checks. They do not upkeep their buildings. They bully their tenants and try to force their tenants to do their job. My friends company was in one of their buildings. It was a nightmare. Their owner, Bill, is brash, rude and a bully. It was amazing to hear about how they bully their tenants to fix issues that were clearly the managements responsibility. They are worthless. Rent/Lease from someone else.

I have lived in my town home three years and have never had an issue with anything except the terrible and disgusting attitudes of the employers that HND has hired. Where I used to refer friends moving to Nashville to them, never again. For the amount of money we pay for townhomes we should be treated much better.

HND has been managing our property for nearly two years. They are leaps and bounds above our former management company. Sean is patient and helpful in all situations.

I can’t get my HOA manager to ever respond. This organization doesn’t communicate, respond to calls or emails, or care to do anything. Stay away!

Very disappointed in the way I was treated today by someone at the front office was a pretty happy resident until this point.

I live in the villager east. I reported the outside lights are out on October 3rd. November 3rd still out until 8pm. Negligence.
