I moved into Bellevue West about a month ago and I am extremely satisfied with my decision. The staff at Bellevue West is phenomenal! They really made me feel like they care. It was a much different experience than I had had with other apartment communities. Matthew Grant was so helpful in assisting me find my new home. He gave me a thorough tour of the community and showed me several layouts until I picked the one best suited for me. He stayed in contact with me the entire time I was getting ready to move in. He was always available to answer any questions I had and responded back to me promptly. I am very happy here at Bellevue West!

I’m in the process of moving to Nashville in two months so I took a weekend trip to take a look at some places to live. I have viewed several and it’s been exhausting to say the least. I just have to see how easy the staff at Bellevue West made it for me to take a look at a couple of their openings. Still can’t believe they have that many pools either! The grounds were kept super clean and nice.I couldn’t have been more impressed. Huge thanks to Matt for being so helpful in answering all my crazy questions. Also, thank you for recommending the amazing sushi spot down the street. Lunch was great!Overall, great neighborhood and so close to everything I would need. I can’t wait for this next chapter in life!!!

Management is a hot mess. Maintenance request we put in at the beginning of our lease in August hasn’t been fixed ( now in May). AC broken since April 7 hasn’t been fixed ( May 11). They only care about taking your money. Don’t go there. They left me without running water in the kitchen for more than a week and I was paying full rent.never missed their rent payment. I don’t normally do reviews but I’m doing this cos I want to save your money and your well-being.

Bellevue West was great when I first moved in but I’ve noticed lately a huge change. When things break they are often times ignored or cheap fixes are made. There is bird and dog feces all over the grounds. There are visible broken appliances and hazards around. For the cost of rent being what it is; the level of care should be way more. While the ladies in the office are super friendly and the maintenance workers very kind the management of the property seems to be getting more strategic on how to stretch a dollar in slimy ways.

The place is peaceful. I didn’t have any neighbor issues but did experience bugs and outside cats. Since, I don’t like cats at all, the property cats were an issue for me and the flying outdoor bugs. However the staff is great Steve and Bridget were accommodating. The maintenance staff is friendly and made sure my issues were taking care of while there. If you are a cat lover you will like living here and there’s a dog park. This place was my first choice to live in Nashville bc of the peaceful area.

I lived here for close to two years with one of my best friends. The folks at Bellevue West were so good to us. First of all, the complex is a really beautiful spot, nestled in the hills. There are some great amenities like a pool area with a grill, hot tub, ping pong table and workout room. The rooms are nice too. Clean and modern looking, and easy to personalize. If we ever had a maintenance issue, there was a maintenance man out to service it within 1 day, and a few times, 2 days. They were always on it and quick to get back to us. Big shout out to our leasing agent Stephen Wyatt. Stephen is the man, and he was extremely accommodating and helpful in getting me setup in my first apartment. The team here is just a really amiable, helpful group of people.

They pay their residents for positive reviews. Indoor pool closed forever. All pools and hot tub have been closed since October 2017. The staff is worthless and incompetent. $500 light bills. $80 water bills. They nickel and dime you everywhere. Infested with roaches. Not at all as advertised. Everything on their website is a lie. I’m actually going to seek legal relief from them because I had to move because the maintenance was incompetent. I had one of their maintenance staff who was supposed to be hvac certified and he worked on the wrong ac unit outside for 3 hours before he gave up and then I pointed out he was working on the wrong one. This place is a joke everyone there should be fired. Not to mention residents getting robbed at gun point cars broken into and zero security. They will not renew your lease if you complain. So it’s best to never sign a lease here. All the 5 star reviews on every platform are from former employees or current one. Avoid Lincoln properties nationwide and ridge lake property investors. They don’t care at all. Once you’ve signed your lease it’s over. They will at best offer to allow you to move. Which of course is a joke. Who wants to pack up and move again.

First of all, it’s the roaches for me. I dont know if the renovated apartments have roaches, but the unrenovated ones have roaches & spiders, often. They are wood roaches & the staff is aware that they are attracted to the trees & your deck. They also come in through the fireplace. So I’m breaking my lease early. I cant. ALSO?! Not for people with phobias. I am deathly afraid of cats & there are at least 12 cats that will roam around your breezeway. Never again. When I first moved in, some man made me wait hours to move in my apartment. He’s weird. I’ll have to find his name, but Bridget & Sherri are nice & professional. That’s the only nice thing I can say.

First off they have ROACHES. I request the pest control every week & they claim it’s a 2 week process to clear the roaches. They been saying this since JULY!! I’m so happy that my lease is up in January.. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES.. Then they don’t allow you to Smoke in your house where you pay bills! & please don’t get me started on the 10 minute hot showers.. Showers literally only hot for about a good 8 minutes. In the master bedroom I complained about the air not working at least 5 times.. They basically insisted I move my bed directly under the air vent. This was my first apartment and worse. Over charged! I’ve seen newer better looking apartments right around the corner priced way lower.

Avoid. I wish I took the time to read other reviews (look at yelp) before moving here. We didn’t have water for a week because our pipes were frozen and nothing was done to help us. We were repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do. Our heat has never been set below 60 degrees. But because of how poorly these apartments were built and how old they are, there is barely any instillation. I woke up this morning to the temperature being 49 degrees downstairs!! I have a video I would love to provide if you want. The photos were taken seconds apart and shows how it’s set to 60, heat on mode but is only 49 degrees inside....Electricity bill was over $400 this month. It’s so high because the heat is constantly running but barely gets above 60 when it’s cold out. It shouldn’t matter if it’s 80 degrees outside or below 0... all units should be able to properly regulate heat. It’s “cheaper” out here but you make up for it in utilities, I promise you can find a better apartment.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I’ve been at Bellevue West for 1.7 years. It was the worst experience ever. Spiders, Roaches, centipedes, Raccoons, Possiums everywhere. Outside and inside it didn’t matter. My neighbor had 7 cats just roaming around the breezeways. The people in the office do not care about anything but money. They don’t care about maintenance, it took them 5 months and me putting in 6 maintenance requests for the same issue. My front door was basically open to the public for months and any bugs that wanted to come in. I can’t forget about the spiders dangling from above your head once you enter the garage or breezeways. Also, I had a huge hole above the garage where birds would nest and fly out whenever I needed to get into my vehicle. I would even call they would say “we’re having someone come look at it”. I had to go above regional manger to resolve the issue. They always figure out a way to cheat and beat tenants. Utilities will be high consistently. If I could give this place a negative star I would. It’s not worth the price or headaches. Save yourself the trouble. DONT do it. You’ve been warned.Btw don’t pay no mind to some of those “great reviews”. They pay people to say great responses by offering “rewards”.

I have lived here for almost a year now and overall is a good place (first apartment too). The maintenance team has done pretty well overall and will definitely be there for you if have an emergency (leak/no AC ect.)We have had roaches throughout our stay in the lower level of the townhome (were very clean), but pest control keeps them away for up to 3-4 weeks. Its a generally quiet place (unless you have noisy neighbors like I do that smoke inside - it lofts over through the ventilation system...) Leasing center wont do much about it since smoking is allowed in the apartments. However, they do an excellent job at answering the phones (no out sourced phone center here). Al and Bridget are the best leasers cause they get your needs met, Rosemary not so much, plus she has an attitude.Having to move because I cant afford the raised rent, but would have leased again if I couldve afforded it!

Every time maintenance fixed something that was broken in my townhouse the next thing broke. My heat didn’t work for about 5 months prior to moving in and nothing was done. Parking is unrealistic! Spider webs everywhere! There’s a grave yard near the office. Peoples cars getting broke into. Extremely high utility bills. My light bill was 300 and above every time. I could go on and on. Many of the residents in my 600 building were loud, disrespectful, didnt make their children behave and more... not to mention the constant weed smoking, and no one acknowledging my various complaints about the issues. My above neighbors smoked constantly, and it leaked through my air vents. I reported it to maintenance and management numerous times for 2 YEARS, and my response was never dealt with in any capacity. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Plus the constant HUGE roaches. No, thanks. Maintenance was quick to do some general repairs, but thats it. No one ever answered the office phone. Took 9+ months for the back parking lot to be repaved, and for additional security lighting to be put outside. $1,400 per month. What a joke. Do not ever consider living here. I lived there for 15 months and it was a living nightmare. We arrived to move in on the date that was listed on our paperwork only to be told that the apartment wasnt ready and that we would have to move in the next day. Then they told us that we couldnt move in until late evening the next day. When we moved in there was a giant hole in the wall of my bedroom because the doorstop was missing and the master bathroom was missing a door. They told us that they would have it fixed by the end of the week. In reality, it took 3 months to get the hole in my wall patched and they NEVER replaced the bathroom door, despite us calling, emailing, and showing up at the office about it repeatedly. These apartments also have a SERIOUS bug problem. Our apartment was sprayed for bugs every single time it was available, yet we had everything from giant centipedes to cockroaches to spiders. They also have foundation problems- we were on the first floor of our building, but the floor was completely uneven. There were dips in the floor all over the apartment. The office staff was awful, and getting maintenance done was either impossible or took months to get resolved. It wasnt worth the price then, and it certainly wouldnt be worth the obscene prices they are offering now.

I lived here for 2 years and just moved out. I had a professional cleaning company clean the apartment after I moved out to avoid any unnecessary charges. Still they charged me 750 dollars to put new carpets in because my pet had caused damage. My pet had never once had an accident in the apartment and literally the only thing wrong with any of the carpet could be that they needed to re-stretch it because I worked from home and my computer chair bunched it up under my desk from rolling back and forth. Oh and lets not forget I also paid 2 years worth of pet-rent to cover something like this that apparently didnt actually do anything but go directly into the pockets of whomever owns the place. Also was told winter before last that they were looking at many solutions on how to get the townhomes to actually have the heat come out all the vents since many people like myself lived in a 2 story townhome and the bottom floor was always freezing (where the living area and kitchen are). The real solution would have been not to use the same HVAC as they use in the 1 level and 1 bedroom for the larger units, but instead of that they just did NOTHING for 2 YEARS despite me putting in several work orders and talking to management multiple times.Im dead serious on this, your heating and cooling bills will be 300+ because the thermostat is on the bottom floor and heat rises, but the heat only comes out of the vents on the top floors. I also had to run a windowed AC unit in the summer if i wanted to not be naked and sweating in my living area.I will avoid a 1 star review because the place was quiet and safe, but holy hell I am now living in a 3 bedroom house that I own paying less than what I paid in rent to live at this scam-hole. They are about maximizing profits at the expense of the people who live there. They have hiked the rent up every year by hundreds with no added features and with more than half the units being in my mind not even fit to live in. Sorry but having Heat and AC is legal requirement in this state and just because it turns on means nothing if you are still hot in the summer or cold in the winter... but theyll never spend money on new HVACs... I guess if they ever do and 2k a month is a good deal for you for a 2BR then go ahead and go, but otherwise find somewhere better to live.

It should be reported as fraud based on the huge discrepancies between what they advertise and what is reality. Slums of Bellevue.Maintenance requests must be submitted multiple times via all means necessary before anyone will come and address an issue--but that doesnt mean theyll actually fix it. Sometimes they just leave a report about how they cant fix it because they need someone else in maintenance to come out who apparently isntThe common grounds are poorly maintained--spiders and webs all over stair ways. During the winter, they took no precautions to plan for ice. So exiting my apartment to take my dog for a walk meant risking my life as the stairs were constantly iced over.Memorial Day weekend, when highs were in the upper 80s/low 90s, my A/C went out and according to emergency maintenance it could be days before they get to my unit.Walk way leading to the pool is covered in cobwebs.Oh and the tile in the bathroom is stapled to the ground.

DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE!!! It is a pig with lipstick my wife and I lived there for 13 months and it is the worst experience Ive ever had. The amount youll pay in water over a lease term could actually be a down payment on a house. AC units are from the 70s and very insufficient so they go out frequently and cost you a fortune in power bills. Dont let them fool you with the amenities either the pools are never clean the indoor pool was shut down for the ENTIRE 13 months I leased there, even though I continued to have to pay full rent for something I never got to use, the front office staff does not give a flying f*** about the residents or any complaints they may have, the ENTIRE property is over run with wild geese, you cant walk to your car without being hissed at by these abominations, and speaking of cars the parking is joke youd think a property with 80 acres of space wouldve accounted more for parking, but nope good luck finding a spot within 200 yards from your actual building! Oh but be careful if you do have to make the long uphill walk to your unit at night because there has been a steadily increasing amount of robberies on the property that the staff clearly does not care about, but hey why would they, they dont live there so it doesnt affect them. The only decent thing I have to say about the property is about the maintenance staff who are very over worked and under paid. Theyre nice guys who do the best they can with what the company gives them, but be warned if you do decide to go ahead and lease a unit here be ready for a winter without water, because as soon as it gets cold your water is being shut off every other day due to the sh**** plumbing not being able to handle freezing weather. Its no wonder they have a brand new leasing and maintenance staff every few months, If they treat their employees the way they treat their residents then Id quit too. SCREW BELLEVUE WEST!

Let us start with pros. Nice views, good environment, huge closet and plenty of parking lots…all these parts make it a fantastic resort-style place to spend a few nights in. However, your nightmare will come if you plan to stay for a longer time. The problems mainly lie in their terrible management. It took them more than three months to fix the basketball backboard. Considering that not everyone has a habit of playing basketball, fine, I can understand it, but things drive you crazy when it comes to your daily needs. Everytime you request a maintanence, you need to be prepared to wait for over a month before someone finally comes to have a look at it. This happened to the breakdown of our refridgerator and a/c. It seems that they have too few maintanence staff to work on so many maintanence requests. Thanks to their inefficiency, we could not use a/c for the whole July when the inner temperature is as high as 90. Life is like hell!!!I move out as soon as I can after that. I am hoping that you all won’t have to face what I experienced. So please reconsider it. Sincerely.

This place has been an absolute nightmare since I moved in last October. My washer is broken and still hasnt been fixed after multiple requests, they finally replaced my broken stove after four requests, and my A/C has gone out twice in the past month leaving the apartment at 90 degrees and not allowing me to stay there in this heat. The first time it broke completely I had to call them over and over and was told it would be fixed just to pacify me, no one actually cared or showed up for several days. I was told I would be called back numerous times but wasnt. This past time they sent the A/C techs out and they took the entire outdoor unit apart and just left it that way so again I came home to a hot apartment and a panting dog stuck inside. Ive never had an apartment management company treat tenants with such outright disrespect and carelessness in my life. Id like to add that Ive been more than patient up until this point and I will not be staying here once my lease is up, in which case I would have to pay the 300 dollar electric bills that stack up monthly in the Winter due to poor insulation in the building. Its also a pretty big letdown that as of this month there are signs posted in the previously 24 hour gym on site that if anyone is caught in said gym after 9PM they will be charged for criminal trespassing. Thats really nice verbiage to your tenants who pay a ridiculous amount of money to live in your subpar apartment complex.

Bellevue West Apartments are a JOKE! The management here changes every other month so no one knows what is going on. Maintenance issues are never fixed. I have lived here for 10 months now and this has been the worst complex I have ever lived at. Water bill is over $70 each month they charge $50+ to pay your rent online. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. Beware of moving here.

Actually there should be option of giving no stars at all! You have to raise multiple requests to get maintenance issues resolved and yet have to adjust with some temporary fix, then again new request in no time And this cycle goes on!!!! And yes if you review on google then only you get reply from this management. So yeah think again before renting apartment here!!!

Moved in one month ago, had a non working shower and non working toilet for a month. Called and emailed everyday, nobody ever come to fix it.Updated: it is APT 855. Spoke with assistant manager, spoke with maintenance guys in person, been requested it by email, by phone calls.......Moved in 3 months, nobody ever come to fix it. Very disappointment.
