After a pretty bad experience at the new place on DW Highway, I was thrilled with the work at Nails 2000.Not only were they able to repair what the other place did, but were able to do the design/colors I wanted.The entire staff was amazing and I will be returning again, and again!

Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. I was a walk-in for a pedicure and was able to get in right away. Anna was awesome, so friendly and really took great care with my pedicure. Paint perfection!! Reasonably priced too. I will be returning!

All the staff were friendly, certious, responsible, as well as well trained. The manager was a very funny man. Id highly recommend Nails 2000 to all my family and friends and to any other person seeking that service.

Nice people. Overall good service. Missed having an exfoliation scrub during pedicure, but would return again! They gave a really long leg massage which is half the reason I get a pedicure!

They do a good job on the nails. But I felt very uncomfortable because in the time I was there I did not see anyone cleaning what I touched or what someone else touched. There was nothing besides hand sanitizer to protect ourselves. They should a least add a clear shield on the manicure table. Also, they keep talking in another language and made me uncomfortable. When I was leaving a gave the tip and the lady complained: thats it?Technically, we are not obligated to tip.Very awarkard situation.

They are the greatest people,so sweet, and they do a great job as well. I will not go anywhere else.

Awesome services. Walked in to fix my nails from a previous hack job. They took me in, showed more empathy and care than the other place who screwed my nails. They were super friendly and my nails look FABULOUS!!! Great colour selection and great prices. Thank You so much. I look forward to going again!!!

First off I would love to point out how clean and how much time they take to wash everything down! But also how kind and welcoming they all make me feel. They are not at all pushy like other places. I have always jumped from nail place to nail place, and never actually had a place that I loved or wanted to go back to. Now I am happy to say I finally found the place I will always go to. I Love nails 2000 and all the employees there ! 💕

I’ve had a few of the nail techs. So far everyone has been pretty great. The male seems to be the best in my opinion. One of the ladies I was not the biggest fan of, nails were not shaped too great. Otherwise they are great. They are working at a better selection of dip which is exciting and they are fairly priced. Wish they were opened on sundays though.

I used to come here with my mother years ago but due to having 3 kids some luxuries left my budget. This past Saturday I went for a manicure pedicure after probably 4-5 years and when I walked in they remembered my name said hello so happy to see me made me feel like a celebrity. This place not only dies a fabulous job on my manicure and pedicure but always make you feel welcome and not burdened of a walk in. Absolutely recommend.

I started at this nail salon this spring and have not stopped going since. They are very clean and very accommodating. Not once have I called and not gotten an appointment. Working as a hygienist you’re not supposed to have long nails, but the way they do a French manicure, it makes them almost look like you do. They’re awesome!!! I highly recommend!

Went with my 28yr old niece who was getting her nails done & I was getting a pedicure. First off, they had our appts all mixed up. My experience was ok but hers however... They rushed hers, the nails were lumpy, had fuzz & hair stuck to them, just overall awful. & they were very rude to us both when we left (I tipped, she didnt & rightfully so) but still, no need for that kind of attitude. Were both very friendly people,especially her. They treated what seemed to be their regulars Great, however again, we were rushed & she left with nails my 2yr old niece couldve done better. Never going back thats for sure!

I was recommended this place by my best friend and let me just say - I am in love! I love nails 2000 so much! everyone is such a sweetheart and really care about you. Any design you want they will do. And they are so affordable! Hong and Jen have always done my nails and they turn out absolutely gorgeous! 1230/10 would recommend! 💜

The men that works there or the owner I dont know who he is really friendly really funny love it but the lady that did my feet did not did a good job and then she got upset when I was hunting her and on top of that she did not wait for me to give her a tip she asked for it and she asked for how much she wants my experience was not that great but maybe yours will be

Went here for the first time recently. They were very busy and I was a walk in and they still managed to squeeze me in. Nails came out great so i went back for a fill a few days ago. They came out amazing again and I will continue to go back in the future.

I have been going to Nails 2000 for 17 years. That should say it all. Great atmosphere; all the nail artists know every single customer by first name. Excellent jobs done on hands and pedicures.

I have not had a pedicure in 18 years so I decided to treat myself to a pedicure after a long week as a healthcare worker. A big mistake in hindsight. My feet began to itch and burn about 5 days post-pedicure and to my surprise I had contracted athletes foot from nails 2000. My toes looked beautiful but there is obviously a major problem they have with keeping their tubs and tools clean enough to prevent people from contracting fungal infections. It makes me cringe to think about the bacteria and blood borne pathogens that could also be contracted due to lack of precautions. It would not take much for them to prevent infections. They could use apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide or tea tree oil in the tub. Then massage you feet with coconut oil. Think twice before you trust these people with the health of your skin integrity. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority to them.

Ever since moving to Merrimack Ive been struggling to find a good salon to do my acrylics. I have very week nails so I need to have them. After the last place I tried last week went down in flames, leaving me embarrassed for anyone to see my hands, Saturday morning I was desperate for an urgent new set. I called them at 9am and explained that I have difficult nails and constant issues with lifting and would like to book with one of their best techs. They got me in at 1:00 with Jen.To make a long story short, Im VERY happy. She did the best job Ive ever had on my nails and Im now a permanent customer. Other then they look fabulous, I was also happy that she didnt over drill my nails like most other places. She had a very light touch and the equipment there is very modern. I highly recommend this salon!

I have been coming to this salon since 2015 following my favorite nail technician, Jen, and if she one day decided to change careers I would continue taking my business here. While it has always been a very relaxing environment they just renovated and it looks amazing; there are a few unique displays that I enjoy seeing when I walk in (you have to see what I mean for yourself!). Everyone who works there is super friendly and professional towards their customers and each other, and they are always so welcoming making me feel like family - I see the same treatment with all of their customers. Very fairly priced for the quality and service of their work, and they are always more than accommodating to work with my creative ideas. I cant speak more highly of their business, and (clearly) I would recommend them to anyone.

Nails 2000 is always an enjoyable experience but yesterday was the BEST! A lovely gal, Haley, gave me the best mani-pedi that I have ever had. She was not only very attentive and efficient but her personality was entertaining. It was a delight and Im thrilled to have a new favorite manicurist. I will always request Haley and I highly recommend her! Hung, you need to give Haley a raise!

I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issue, until today. I had a woman I’ve never seen before and I told her I wanted long coffin shape nails, she cut them the length I wanted then proceeded to almost cut that length in half! She put one nail on completely crooked and was doing such a terrible job someone else came over and had to try to fix them. Then she messed them up again I asked her to stop making them shorter and shorter and she argued with me telling me I’m wrong and they can’t be any longer without breaking, they’re literally half an inch long of ugly nubs! I get my nails done every week and have seen girls get theirs even longer than I normally do without any issue. I really could not believe she had the audacity to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong about how I like my own nails and refused to try to fix them or the situation. Now I have to spend my day going somewhere else and paying them to take my hideous nails off and redo them all over again after TWO HOURS. Really wish I could post a photo, will not be going back after this experience and I’ve been going for years.

Great pedicure and nice pedicure chairs (even with a USB port!) It was a little more pricey than I would like, but I was very happy with my pedicure.
