Very Professional. Easy to work with. My sons car finally died on us...(RIP Blueberry!) We needed a tow plus we needed to sell the car for salvage. I called three salvage yards. M&M Towing was hands down the easiest to get in touch with. Also, they kept us in the loop throughout the process.

Fast service and will come pick your car up the same day you call. They are very nice and very professional, also competitive with prices. So lets say u tell them another place told you a price more than theirs they will try and negotiate a price.

I bought a engine for my 2013 nissian altima they garunteed it to be a good motor after the motor was put in by a shop in middletown it still did not start after taking it to another shop the computer had to be reprogrammed for the key fob to work and a coil pack and a starter was put on. Soon as I got it back it ran hot and antifreeze bubbled back to the resovoir after changing both thermostats the top one had all the interior guts stripped from it which means before it was sold to m and m it had a blown head gasket. I contacted them and they never offered a refund or anything for selling me a bad motor after they guaranteed it to be a good motor after I asked before they pulled it if I could see it run first so be careful dont be out 2000 dollars and no running vehicle because they dont honor their motors obviously they dont make sure their good before sell them to people and dont purchase anything major because they dont back their parts their towing service is good though.

Was needing an engine for a car. Seen on online. Called them to verify they had it. Was told it was pulled sitting on a skid. Drove 45 minutes out of my way. Sat there for an hour for them to tell me they couldnt find it. Very unorganized . Wont ever go back.

Called asking for prices on parts for a car and if they would ship. Worked out sending an email with my parts list to make it easier to deal with. Got no reply. Had to call on two separate days just get a reply to my email. email reply consisted of 6 poorly formatted pictures of things I didnt ask for (including two sets of two duplicates) and zero information on any prices which was the thing I wanted to know in the first place. Had to call back a third time to get info on why I got useless emails with no information I asked for. Got told I would be on hold while prices were looked up, which meant getting hung up on without any warning. Called back to see what happened, got told theyd call me back instead of having me on hold. They finally called back, only to let me know that they wouldnt ship anything I would ask about. Only giving 1 star because it wouldnt let me leave 0 stars. Cannot believe I put as much effort and time into sending a clear email with parts required as I did, on top of waiting over a week and having to be the one to initiate contact multiple times, only to get told after five minutes of looking at the parts that they wont ship them. Absolute waste of my time and energy.

I needed parts for my f150. Steven the parts guy was great and prices were very reasonable. All the other guys out in the yard were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend M&M to anyone.

I purchased a 2012 Ford escape passenger fender only had a quarter size dent when we looked at it in the yard before they removed it from the vehicle whoever removed it broke and bent the fender and you couldn’t tell until we mounted it onto the vehicle so it’s not lining up with the bumper or the door because it’s out of whack Disappointing that we drove 50 minutes in a waste of $95 because now we have to purchase a new one also I asked for information to get a 2014 Ford focus hood was told I would be called back and still yet has never returned a call just very disappointed that whoever took it off didn’t know how to do their job the fender was held on by a couple screws and some foam that is attached it was just jerked off there because the fender was bentBut you can’t tell until it was on the vehicle

Called to buy motor. Gave all info. And deposit. Got call back asking for more. He asked my last name I told him. He asked me to spell it I spelled i got told he knows how to spell and dont need that then proceed to tell me I must have bad phone cause my phone is breaking up to much so I just hung up.

Called this place to see if they would buy my junk Taurus. The guy asked if the title was in my name. I told the guy that it was in my mothers name and it wouldnt be a problem to get it switched over. This guy says, Okay, well once it is, give us a call back. AND THEN HANGS UP ON ME!!! I try to call back, and get no answer. I will never call this place back.

The radiator went bad on my car a few months back when I was driving through Monroe. I Had MandM come and pick up my car up to scrap. I specifically told them to mail me my license plate and the check. They told me they would get to it to me after I sent them the title in the mail. 2 weeks after mailing the title I did not find a check or license plate in the mail. I called them and got a hold of one of the secretary’s and she said she would call me back after she finds out what’s going on. No call back. So then I called the next day and and was transferred to a guy who told me that they couldn’t find my license plate. I then got heated with him because it had been 2 weeks and he told me he was eating lunch and needed to call me back. Wasn’t buying that so I called 20 minutes later and they finally told me what happened and they had just mailed the check to me. Very poor service. If you want them to pick your car up make sure they pay you before they take your car if you can. It was a pain in the rear end having to deal with them.

Drove 20 miles to haul off junk metal. Was told $60a ton. Got there and they said the market crashed. I looked it up and the market value was$80 a ton. Flat out told me a lie. Not even paying market value. I will turn them in to the BBB. Good luck M&M.

This is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional salvage yard that Ive ever been to. I spent 3 hours thereby myself because they were simply too busy to help me get the tires and rims, sound upset but then nobody would help me purchase them... as far as being a professional business its an absolute joke and I cannot believe that theyre still in business

I called to order a part. The man that answered was short and rude with me. Took my business elsewhere.

I was stranded on the side of the highway in the pouring rain and desperately needed a tow. I didnt have much money to spend on this unexpected expense, so i called around to find a fair price. After shopping around I called M&M towing and they got to me in less than 20 minutes. The driver was very kind and empathetic to my situation and the price was right!!! I highly recommend them. They will save you time and $$$.

My navigator air compressor went out, it was sitting very low in the back. M&M was called for AAA to tow it. When they pulled it up on the tow truck my tail pipe was dragged against the bed. Im sure it was dragged worse coming off of the truck when delivering it to Sumerel. Now the muffler rattles at low rpm.

I would not recommend calling this yard for parts. I called looking for a door handle and was given a price of $40. The guy said he would check the paint code and call me back. He never called back. I called today and he once again said hed check the code and call me back in 10 min. I had to call back 45 min later, only to find out it wasnt my color and the price went up to $75. Customer service is great by the girl that answered the phone but not by the guys in the back that seem to be able to make up whatever price they want. Unorganized and full of excuses and very little drive to be helpful is the best way to describe this business from my experience.

This is the most up beat family owed and operated business in the city up front down to earth people always fair never ones to cut corners.

This place was actually pretty great. My girlfriend called and the lady who answered was very nice, and helped her find where she even was. She had a tire pop and I got to the scene only a few moments before the towing truck, which got there in about 40mins. That was actually reasonable because Ive heard of people waiting hours, and that seems common. The towing guy saw it was just the tire, so rather than tow it he just pooped on the donut, which saved us some money compared to a tow. He did it quick and was a nice guy. The other place my girlfriend called tried to have her call a tire place (that they seemed to be partnered with) and see if they had a tire for her car, then to call the towing company back and they estimated an hour wait for a truck. So compared to a kickback operation, M&M towing was great.

AAA STOP USING THIS COMPANY!!!Called AAA and was told 20 to 30 minutes and the tow truck driver/technician would call. After 20 minutes I had not recirece a phone call and called AAA and was assured they would be there soon2.5 hours later no phone call and no tow truck, aftrty 4th call to AAA again I was told they were only a few minutes away, luckily some one pulled into the parking lot and I was able to get a jump.
