I had made an appt online and got numerous calls to confirm which was awesome as I always get nervous about booking online. My appt was booked for 2 and I was in the chair with my nails started by 2:10! Kimmy was awesome and went beyond my expectations!!! I have already booked my next appointment too.

Michelle is awesome!! She does my brows perfectly and always makes me feel welcome. I have her do the gel on my toes with a french and my nails with acrylic and french and they look great each time. If your looking for someone you can count on to do it right go to Ideal.

Made an appointment and was asked to push it back by 15 minutes. No problem, not that big of a deal. I come in on time and have to wait another 15 minutes & then was asked to see a different nail tech. Very disappointed & felt incredibly rushed. This is the second time I have made an appointment & have had to wait and now I can’t even see the nail tech I want? What’s the point of an appointment then. If this happens during my next visit I will NOT be returning. I shouldn’t have to wait and wait and wait for an appointment I made a week ago. I came to Ideal because my old salon rushed through my manicure & now here I am - having the exact same experience. I understand Saturdays get busy but I have a full time job & am unable to come in during the week. Even the one time I came in on a weekday, I STILL had to wait almost 30 minutes. 30 minutes for an appointment I had scheduled plenty in advance. Very very disappointed with the service I received today & it was apparent that both the nail tech/front desk were trying to make it up to me. The best way you could make it up to me would be to let me get my nails done on time with the nail tech I want. Unbelievable!!!!!! My nails aren’t the shape I wanted because the nail tech I got was rushing to finish me before she had to do a pedicure for someone else. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was today with the service I received. I hope next time will be better but I am not thrilled.

Would not recommend. First of all it took an hour and a half almost to put on a set of acrylics. She used no base coat on my nails. On top of that they assumed a $5 tip when they took my card, I said thats fine but I want to pay it in cash. Then the manicurist as she was finishing up my nails demanding $5 more dollars. Now the set costs $36 and I wouldve gladly tipped 20% had they not literally forced me to tip. I ended up paying more then 20% of a tip because I was forced. On top of that the manicurist called over several other girls to gawk at my self injury scars on my arm and made me feel super uncomfortable. Overall terrible experience would not recommend.

This is my first time going for a pedicure and I absolutely loved it it was very relaxing I can say that my lady was Helen when she was told she had a pedicure she kinda gave a face like she didn’t want too I was a little offended and the lady at the front desk laughed and said look at her face time went on and she asked me if I wanted a manicure I kindly declined she proceeded to ask me and eventually I just said okay cause she kept pressuring me into it she told me she was just going to cut my nails and cuticles she did a hot wax treatment without me asking which cost me extra and on top of that I wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails painted so I basically paid for it and didn’t get what I paid for my fiancé called the nail salon to get a better understanding of what I paid for and was told that I paid $27 for the wax and when they were told I wasn’t asked about it they had nothing to say and the lady on the phone also said I was definitely asked if I wanted my nails painted but I was not otherwise I 100% would of got them done I was robbed out of my money and I will not be returning which is very unfortunate

After I moved from Mass, I been trying to find a good nail salon because I didnt wanna drive 45 min to my former nail salon. and after trying several expensive places that didnt meet my expectations. FINALLY, I found TRACY at Ideal nails, 15min away from my house. SHE’S SO TALENTED, and professional, she took her time to make my nails perfect!! I loved how they came out and I’ll be going there from now on. I also got my pedicure with Shulee (not sure if thats how you write her name) but she did a good job too. Coming from a picky costumer I LOVED MY NAILS. 💕💕

I got a manicure and Michelle was my nail Tech. She did such a great job. She kept making sure I liked the size, shape and length of my nails. She had suggestions for design and she was all around very kind and talented.

Not on time, waited 25 mins. And the nail color didn’t last 10 hrs and all peeled off . Not professional at all. Just save your money and go to another nail salon.

I drove up to New Hampshire from Rhode Island to visit my daughter Brittany & family. I wanted her and I to go and get pampered with a pedicure,she is new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go considering we are still dealing with Covid-19. We decided to call Ideal Nails, made our appointments. We walked in and were welcomed by a very sweet receptionist who took our info, we sanitized our hands and stepped into a beautiful spa area which was newly renovated, very clean and beautifully decorated ! Missy and Lee Lee introduced themselves and started our pedicures.We had some laughs while we enjoyed our wonderful, relaxing thorough pedicures! The owner came over who is very personable, introduced himself and chatted for a few mins thanking us for coming in 😊 I highly recommend you try there nail salon and they take walk-in!!!

I come to this nail salon to see Kimmy regularly. Ive recommended many family members and i typically go with my cousin every 2-3 weeks. My family members used to go to a different salon but Kimmy and the atmosphere at ideal nails is so amazing they have switched. Kimmy really takes her time and does not rush. She does an amazing job and when I am too busy to go I can wait 3 weeks and my nails will still be in good shape. Ive gone to MANY nail salons and have been let down I think the longest Ive ever stayed at one salon is with ideal nails and kimmy is the best! I would recommend anyone to go here. I have gotten pedicures from other people and everyone is really friendly!

My experience was SO rough. From the beginning we weren’t sure what to do upon walking in because we weren’t given much direction. Then, I make a request for a design and this is where the mess starts. I have about three people talking about the design I want to do, which is a somewhat complex design so I mean I’m being very understanding because it’s of course something I can’t do myself, that’s why I’m coming to a salon to have it done. Well, they take my phone and show the other employees without asking MULTIPLE times, one when I wasn’t even at my chair (I went to wash my hands and she went to pick colors). I’m there for so so long, they had to wipe the design off so many times on one hand, meanwhile I’m frying my other hand under the UV light for 5 minutes because she keeps telling me to put it back in, and plus the design looked nothing like what I had asked for. She told me it wouldn’t be exact but I had NO idea how off it would be. If the design is too complex please just tell me and we can do something simpler like that’s literally fine, I don’t like making a fuss. She was so rough with the nail file that she made my index finger BLEED :( like it’s pretty f’ed up along with a few other of my fingers, and some of the nails are crooked and don’t really fit the span of my fingernail. I didn’t complain about the pain or anything really during my time there because of how long she was taking and the struggle, but it really was a bad experience. I felt so anxious because at one point FOUR different employees are surrounding me long after my friend is done with her nails (I went with someone else) because they couldn’t complete the design with one person. It really was horrible and I won’t be going back. I just hope this doesn’t happen to other people because my fingers are really sore, and I ended up painting over them because I really couldn’t wear them like that.

The salon was very clean and followed the proper guidelines regarding sanitation. My pedicure and full set came out amazing. I had a special service that was required with my pedicure and I was given exactly what I needed! Tracy did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and polite and had great service. I dont live around the salon but would most likely go back. Amazing!

To start, I’ve been here 4 times now at the recommendation of someone from a community Facebook group. I get dip every 2 weeks and the tech I usually see, Anthony, does a really good job. What has really bothered me on my visits is the front desk staff. I always like to arrive a few minutes early to look at the color swatches and decide what I want. It’s my process, and when I say “my” process, I mean I like to do it alone and don’t want help. The girl working the front desk is INSANELY pushy. She’ll ask probing questions about what color you want and then try to keep you from looking and she’ll just show you swatches herself. I try to be as nice as possible and tell her that I would really just like to take a few minutes and look myself. But she continues to stand there, hover, and is constantly interrupting me while I’m looking. Today I chose a color I really liked, she then tells me they’ve been having trouble with that brand and she’ll grab something similar in another brand. She brings a color over that does not look like it but she insisted vehemently that it will dry looking like the one I wanted. Given I was ready to just get my service started and really didn’t want to talk to her anymore, I agreed. Needless to say, the color was not what I wanted. On top of that, Anthony got held up so they asked me if I minded going with a different tech. I agreed since I had to leave by a certain time. Normally Anthony takes about 45 minutes to do my dip. It took the other tech 90 minutes today. I just don’t think I can return.

Horrible. I got a powered dip. Less than 48 hours they started popping off. Literally just coming right off my nails. I went in the next day. They fixed the nails that had popped off. I expressed concern over the other nails, but they just waved it off. Three days later the other nails started coming off. Once again I went in, they showed no concern. Told me that Id have to wait an hour and that it was probably due to the oils in my nails. The lady even laugh it off, no one apologized, or even showed any type of care. To them it was nothing. Needless to say I left, went somewhere else and got better service for the same price. I will not be going back. Specifically due to the treatment that I received. Having to go twice in one week after getting them done in my mind is unacceptable. Even more so the lack of care that they showed. I refuse to pay for bad services! I get that things happen, but the treatment should have been better!

Having my nails done here makes it worth while since they make them last as theyre supposed to. Kimmy makes them exactly how you would like them, making suggestions, as well as taking her time to ensure they look how you would like them too.

Guarantees gel one week, powder two weeks any issues repair free. Soft jazzy background music soothing and uplifting. Price point slightly higher than area average. Real manicure. Update when I make it to the two week mark. 🧐 Update: barely made it to the 1 week mark without chipping 😣. Update 2021 to crowded appears to be new owners, lack of appropriate safety sanitory procedures.

I went today for the first time to this salon after seeing their profile on Instagram. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a huge selection of colors. I went for a regular gel manicure and pedicure. The massage was great and my nails are looking amazing thanks to my nail technician Hannah (Kana), she didnt rushed and did an excellent job with my nails. The salon was very clean, they took my temperature when I arrived and they enforce hand washing. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much everyone including the nice lady at the front.

This is my go-to nail salon. They’ve done a terrific job ensuring sanitation and safety. They are very customer-oriented, making sure they organize appointments and deliver satisfaction. Their dip manis are top quality.

I went here at the recommendation of a friend and will NEVER go back. I went for a simple pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was fine, but the dip nails were a disaster.Im not sure if the lady who did my nails was new or something, but during the process of putting on the dip nails, she managed to make FOUR OF MY FINGERS BLEED. She didnt apologize or even acknowledge that my fingers were literally bleeding on the table. At one point, one of the male workers came and took over for her which I was relieved for, hoping that he would be better than she was. Unfortunately, I was let down again, as using only an emery board he managed to make ANOTHER one of my fingers bleed. I didnt even know that it was possible to make someone bleed with just an emery board. So all in all, 5 out of 10 fingers ended up bleeding which wasnt acknowledged or apologized for by anyone. And just to add insult to injury, it took almost AN HOUR AND A HALF for the dip massacre to happen. (For reference, dip nails should only take 45 minutes.) After this experience Im skeptical that this place really even has their nail tech licenses, as it is a pretty basic rule that you shouldnt be inflicting pain and injury on your clients.

Excellent pedicure, so-so hard gel manicure. I went for a pedicure and had a great experience. I had one of the premium pedis and loved it. Massage was wonderful and the polish looked great. I went back the next day to have a hard gel manicure with tips and my nails looked lumpy. Not the polish, the nails themselves. The dried polish had air bubbles in it. So I had to take off the polish when I got home, file or the lumps in the nails and then repaint them myself.

My mom gets her nails done here takes me every time I come to visit. I alway have a good experience when I come. Today Kimmy did my mani pedi and it was sheer perfection! Im very particular and detailed. Its rare I find a nail tech that can make me happy the first time I see them. I left not only smiling but very pleased. Ask for Kimmy, she will not disappoint you!Fong always does my moms nails and my mom loves him. So please also look for Fong.We are Christmas ready with our dip manicures!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon here! The workers are so nice and accommodating. I got a gel manicure for a great price and my nails have never looked better. The lady who did my nails was very detail oriented and made sure there were no imperfections. 100% recommend!

I came here from Worcester Mass because I didnt want to wait a couple more weeks because of coven 19. I saw that they had good reviews and it was clean from the pictures and I was not disappointed when I went in. I highly recommend Julie she was great I got my dip done and a pedicure and it was absolutely amazing.

Paid $80 ($65 plus tip) for a manicure that didn’t even hold up for a week and 3 days. I came at 9:30AM and my nail tech didn’t arrive on time so I waited until 10 and they moved my seat so another nail tech could do mine. I came recommended from a friend who’d been there once before. Being honest, I’ve paid almost half this price and have had a manicure last me 3 weeks! I called to notify, and also sent pictures to their Instagram. They called me back and didn’t even offer to fix them, they just said they’d give me $20 off next visit but I’d just rather not go back. Friendly staff, Shayna is awesome just unfortunately my mani was botched and I won’t be back. I left review on FB with photos.

I will never go anywhere else! I went in as a new customer on June 20th for a French dip manicure, for my wedding, so i was a bit nervous not knowing personally their work. I had an appointment for 5 pm a few minutes after I walked it I leaned so did 6 other people have the same appointment time. They had us waiting over a hour. This salon is not following all of the covid 19 procedures. When you walk in a sign says your temp will be taken well no ones was. The pedicure seats are not being cleaned after each person and they are not keeping customers 6ft apart. They are also very forceful with the add on like hot wax etc I should have to say no thank you over “5” times. When you check out they charge you $2 extra per service due to covid but it doesn’t make sense because they are NOT taking precautions.and lastly very forceful on the tip I literally heard the lady tell everyone to tip with their card and how much. Just money hungry . This place needs to take covid seriously !! Yes when you walk in the place looks clean but they are no disinfecting stations after each customer.

I would say this is an average nail salon with the average services. What scares is the dirt that you can see everywhere. Starting with the dusted counter, following the dirty pedicure chairs and ending up with suspicious manicure tools that are taken out of technician drawers (not sure if they were ever cleaned up.) I am giving this place 2 stars only because of a great massage that I got - the rest was not satisfying at all

Terrible terrible terrible experience! I spent over two hours getting a fill and ended up leaving with three open wounds and nails that are shorter than my finger tips. I told the manicurist three times I was unhappy with the length and he just continued anyway. He was sloppy with the design and didn’t wait for the paint to dry. He ended up smudging it and having someone else come over to redo the design. She said he misunderstood what I wanted because of the picture I had shown him. Well, her work was equally sloppy. The lines are not straight or even. It looks like I tried to do my own design with a white out pen. I will never go back and do NOT recommend this to anyone. They made it sound like they were giving me a deal by saying the design was free. Such TERRIBLE service!!!

Came here for a fill, trim and polish change as well as nail fix, was $23. Everyone was very friendly and they were talkative to what I assume are regulars. The place was clean and smelled like mint. I wouldve given 5 stars but the person doing my nails was so rough, my fingers were pretty torn up after but perhaps Im too sensitive. Would reccomend trying this place out.

The owner was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating for my daughter and her friend who were getting acrylics for the 1st time. The girls were concerned about some reviews they had seen online and he addressed them and guaranteed the work. The only problem my daughters friend had was that the person doing her nails accidentally cut her cuticle with the electric nail filing thingy. When this was brought to the owners attention he immediately looked at her hands to make sure she was ok, spoke to the nail tech, and gave us 2 $5 gift cards. (one for each of the girls) and was very apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this location! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful!!!

Not particularly happy with my visit. My manicure took almost two hours, two nails cracked later that day, and my right hand looks terrible. The technician was very nice, but she cut under one of my nails with the file. Painful and a good way to get an infection.

Anywho, this is a perfect Salon. I walked-in and they were able to seat me right away. The owner/manager is also very nice and accomodating. They always listen when I tell them what I want. Very happy with the results of my nails. All my experiences here were great. Will definitely be booking with them again.

I got my nails done this past weekend, it was my second time at Ideal, and I hate to say it but I had the most horrible experience. The first time I went to Ideal it was great. You can really tell that the owners care about their customers needs and take pride in the salon. However, this past weekend I got the older man and I have NEVER in my life had somebody be SO aggressive with the drill ever before. If the owners are reading this, you need to have a conversation with your employee. It hurt me so bad and the pressure he was putting on my nails with the nail drill was almost unbearable. I was honestly concerned when observing his face while he was using the drill on my nails. It seemed like he knew he was hurting me and the look on his face looked like he was enjoying the pain it gave me. I really wanted to love this nail salon but I don’t think I will be coming back unless he is no longer working there.

I have gone to Ideal Nail Spa over a dozen times now and am overall pretty satisfied with the quality of products and service. Took a star off for the fact that on a couple occasions I had an appointment and still had to wait 30+ minutes. They have a new system and seem to have more staff, so it hasn’t been an issue the last few visits, but I’m still wary. The gel products they use last a few weeks. I’ve gone to other local salons and have had chipping/peeling issues. Their pedicures are great. They line their tubs for sanitary purposes and offer a lot of different add-ons to make it as luxurious of an experience as you’d like. Their facility is large enough to accommodate bigger parties, which is nice. They had no issues handling 8 at once for mani/pedis. Everyone had always been very friendly and most importantly.... they usually have HGTV on lol.

Dont let the obviously fake/bought five star reviews on this salon fool you. Their services and not up to standard, and their prices are extremely high. On top of this, they will make you wait an hour plus, even if you have an appointment. There are so many nail salons near this location, go to another one.

I used to love coming here religiously with my mother and my friend. When it first opened, they cared so much about their customers and I was always so happy with the final result. Unfortunately, I dont think I will be coming back here. The last few times I have come in I have left very unsatisfied. The staff doesnt care about their customers anymore. I feel rushed and I often leave with poorly painted gel nails, only to chip a few days later. I went for a pedicure last week, it lasted about 20 minutes total and I was rushed out by the man who did my nails immediately after which resulted in me smudging the polish. Today, I went in with my mother and sister for a manicure and after an hour of waiting, they took my sister and I, but by the time we finished, they still had not gotten to my mom so she left. My nails are jagged and rough, he did not do my cuticles properly, I felt rushed, and my nail polish is uneven. So disappointing compared to what it used to be like :( Now we have to find a new salon to go to.

Very sad to write this post, but the service was so bad I feel I need to. After setting up an appointment for 1pm, they took my at after over an hour of wait. Will not be coming back. The person with me did not get any service after waiting 1.5 hours after their appointment

I showed the older lady a pic. I asked for acrylic but she did dip powder. It took almost 2 hours and I could tell she was talking about me to the other ladies, laughing, being rude and fake af. My nails looked so bad and the quality wasnt there. She charged me to take off my old nails. A full set was $60. The other employees are nice but the older lady was horrible, and she over charged me.

Good service and friendly

I went to this salon today for a manicure. I wanted the SNS because thats what I had before. My nails look terrible now. I never had a bad experience like this. I totally regret for going to this place.

Disappointing experience today at Ideal. After sitting down gentlemen did not speak more than 5 english words to me. He and his colleague spoke very loudly in Asian language most of our time there. They were so loud I could not hear my daughter. I liked this salon as they are usually caucasian friendly. Not today, very disappointing.

Ive tried going here multiple times. Made appointments with one tech only to be passed around to another when I arrived. Now, 2 nails have mold. Never again!

The bathroom is so filthy I could not use it.They can not keep the good technicians and the ones they have did such a bad job that we had to go somewhere else to re do our manicure and pedicure. A waste of time and money. Never again.
