I have been doing my nails for over 15 years and have never experienced such horrible service! I felt rushed, uncomfortable since there was another customer sitting next me who was rude making my nail tech annoyed and distracted plus she moved me to another seat because she could not deal with her. My end result was just awful! And to top it off paid $50 for nails that were not worth it! Needless to say I will never be back here again! If I could rate less than 1 I would.

Absolutely love this nail salon. Been going here for 10 yrs. All the staff is amazing. Debbie is my all time favorite nail tech. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Absolutely terrible experience. Started off in one chair with one gentleman then moved to another chair with a different woman to do my nails. The woman didn’t talk at all which is fine, but she got my thumb with the drill not once but twice. Finally I said enough is enough. She didn’t apologize either time just got up and walked away and left my nails like the photos. I then had to pay to have that monstrosity done because she took the gel off..The gentleman that started mine at least straightened them out after he finished another person.But seriously? I had an appointment too

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst nail salon in Nashua. I was charged $40 for a mediocre manicure and an extra $10 to remove previous polish. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and cleanliness is sub par in the midst of a pandemic. Never will be going back and recommend others avoid at all costs!

Absolutely amazing!! Early in my day I had a not so good experience at a different nail shop. My nails needed help.... when I walked in to Colorful Nails they not only fixed my nails so they looked amazing, they also were so nice and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed and my nails look beautiful now!!! I am now booked for another appointment and will only be going here! This is definitely by far my favorite place!! Wonderful customer service, nails and atmosphere is perfect!!!

Ive been going here for almost 2 years and the last 2 months have been bad!! I went and got french gel acrylics, and it cost me $50. Fine.. But a couple days later they turned black! I didnt get them fixed because I was out of state. Strike 1So I waited 2 weeks to go back and get my nailed filled and get a color. They charged me $30, even though a friend of mine - who was next to me, got charged $25. I didnt say anything again thinking maybe because I got gel (even though theyre sign says $25). Strike 2I went back again - giving them one more chance, and this was the worst! Went in got another gel color - this time it was a lighter color. They did not finish painting, they did a half job, the nails were super thick and just unprofessional. THEY CHARGED ME $35 THIS TIME. ALSO this is the OWNER of the store.. I was shocked and paid went to my car.. Waited about 15 minutes before going back in and telling them I didnt like my nails. They basically told me Too bad and I didnt leave until they fixed them completely. I got there at 11 am and didnt leave to 1:30 pm. I will never go back again.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday, came a little early today and got right in! Gel nails with tips and nail art came out better than expected!

The wait was really long, but it was worth it! My hands are symmetrical and I love it!

Awful awful awful!!! That’s all I can say. Had an acrylic fill and two days later the acrylic started to lift from 3 of my natural nails. Called to have them fixed. Went in and was treated like it was my fault!!! Repaired the 3 nails (polish didn’t match the original) got home and 2 more nails lifted and chipped. Save your money...Walmart does a better job than this place!! I’ll NEVER EVER go there again!!!

So apparently they are now charging customers $4.00 to help them cover the costs of sanitizer, soap and spray? On top of charging $10 just to remove gel polish. Absolutely ridiculous. The work done isn’t even worth it. Don’t bother coming here. This will most definitely be the last time.

I tried many places in Nashua and this by far is the best. I usually get shellac nails and this is one of very few places that still uses foil to take the old gel off,rather than soaking the entire hand in nail polish remover (which irritates my skin a lot).Besides the staff is always very accurate about their work, nails come out even and shellac lasts me over 3 weeks without chipping

I walked in about 15 minutes before closing time (I thought they closed an hour later than they did,) and even though I offered to come back another time, they insisted on taking care of me then, and no one made me feel like an inconvenience. They did not rush my shellac manicure at all, even though I was there for a good half hour past closing, and my nails came out beautifully.

Staff was kind and the place is clean and nice however the lady asked me if I wanted my natural nails cut twice. I said no. And she Proceeded to shape in drill my nails now they are short and thin! And the paint job is not 100%. The price for a man and Pedi $70 too much!

Originally went for the location, continue to return for the service, quality and deals! The salon is always clean, the staff is courteous, helpful and very detailed oriented. The salon is usually busy, so call to make an appointment, but I NEVER feel rushed and always love the way my nails come out. Also, the special they have on Gel set is wonderful, 45 for the initial full set with free french and then 25 for a fill after that. The Gel set has no chemicals, and therefore the salon does not smell nearly as bad as ones I have been in previously. 25 is comparable to other salons I have been for a shellac manicure, However, they dont care for shellac take off, like some salons do. I spoke with an employee there and she reported that it you bite or peel off the shellac it damages your nails, and they rather you soak it off. After every pedicure they clean the tub with bleach. Also as a side bonus, they always have good movies playing there! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

No wait and the best eyebrows Ive ever had! She did miss one small patch on my chin but overall very pleased with my results. I definitely will be back! Ask for Debbie for waxing.

Its okay for the price. $35 for a French gel manicure. I got cut, which is really the only reason I wont tip. They dont have a great air system, it smells very strongly of chemicals. They had me soaking in cold water. My nails came out uneven lengths (but the white tips were even). Great selection of colors, big selection of gels, decent selection of powder dips. They play romantic comedies and chick flick movies all day apparently, but their DVD player skips/stops frequently. Id rather it just be turned off but thats just personal preference I guess. They dont accept AMEX and they dont accept tip on card. Gets really busy within an hour of opening time.

This Salon is great! Ive been going there for over a year now and have had great experiences each time. Everyone is very friendly. The prices are reasonable. They listen to what you want and are aiming to please. They even play movies while your getting your nails done. Kyo, did an awesome job on my ombre! Deb, Danny, Ray, Tina... all you guys rock!

Poor quality. Dont expect anything with the manicure except a file, maybe cuticles, and paint. I requested a design on one finger, which they used a stencil for. I have no issues with people using stencils, but the stencil took off the polish and they didnt correct it. My pedicure was slightly better, but I think they cut the toe nails too short. Dont expect to only have one person doing your nails. We got bounced around to 3 different people in the middle of the process. To top it off, my friend and I got the same thing but charged her more. Never going back.

Okay depending on who you have. Meets the area average. Average manicure and pedicure. Always a good movie. Nothing to write home about.

Great salon and wonderful technicians however the owner is difficult. She is always rushing you and makes the visit uncomfortable. She is not a very good technician so I would suggest you request someone else if she tries to do your manicure. Color selection used to be really good but they run out of certain colors and never reorder them. They have not added any new colors in over a year - always the same. Price is reasonable.

Stopped going here when I noticed that they were using the same tools on everyone without sterilizing them in between. They use an autoclave package to store tools, but they have a small hole in the back to work the tools in and out of. Looks clean, is definitely not! Never had any problems, but I was pretty skeeved out. Also, some of them are pretty rude. If you ask them for one thing and they dont want to do it, forget it. Youre not getting it. Or, if they attempt it, theyll do a horrible job. Asked for a design and it came out like crap. Go to Stone House on Main Street.

Absolutely worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. I went in 3 days after I originally had the gel manicure to have them redo since they were all chipping. I got both but attitude and only fixed 2 nails....place is awful

Awful place. This is a hole in the wall type place. TV blasting, not relaxing at all. Made an appointment for a shellac manicure which took an hour an half between waiting to actually sit and start to finsh. Made me late for my next appointment and they could have cared less how irritated I was. For taking so long to do nails, it was an awful job done. Came up in about a week. There were hairs in my nails, it was just awful. Rudest guy who had no clue what he was doing, checking in and checking out clients. This is the valvoline of nail salons. I would never go here, I like to enjoy the experience of getting manicures.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have had them done in many different states and areas. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I am very spoiled and very picky and no one does a job that I am truly happy with except Colorful Nails. I now live an hour away and am happy to drive there. They are super clean! Everyone there is extremely friendly and work very hard to make sure everyone is happy. Prices are competitive and service is excellent. I believe the negative reviews were from the previous owners. The current owners and staff are wonderful! They completely remodeled the entire place. Its lovely! Great choice of polish colors and services. I have never had a better pedicure! Danny is amazing at gels nails! Debbie makes sure everyone leaves happy.

The last time I was in, Debbie, the manager was doing my nails AND 2 other womens nails at the same time. So, there was a lot of waiting. She doesnt do the cuticles, instead she puts on oil and tells you to rub it in. Then, she just rushes through. I had the dipping done. I have had it done for the last few visits. She asked me if I had them done here the last time. I said no, since I wasnt in the area I had them done at another place. She waited until I was all done to inform me that it would be 10.00 EXTRA to have the dip taken off before putting new on. I told her I have had it done here in the past. She said, no, because I had it done at another place it would be 10.00 on top of the 40.00!!!!!WHAT A RIPOFF!!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!

It depends who you get. Tuan is really good, my gel manicure lasted over 3 weeks without chipping. I booked an appointment with him again, and when I got there, he had a family emergency, so I had someone else, no problems, life happens!The young lady didnt speak a word of english, yet again, no problem! I had a Mani and pedi. The water for the pedi was barely luke warm, I asked if she could make it hotter, she tried, but it didnt happen. I was chilled all through my body. For someone with Fibromyalgia, this can lead to a flare up. My appointment was far from enjoyable or relaxing, I was freezing. I will go back, but only if I can get who I want.

I walked in for a mani and pedi on a Tuesday afternoon, not too busy so I didn’t make an appointment. Made me wait and then bounced me around with a couple people, it took them and hour and a half to do a mani with shellac so I didn’t even stay for a pedicure!!! Never going back!

They always do a terrific job and are very nice.

Called them around 715pm to see if they would take 2 pedicures, even though they closed at 8pm. They let us come and took care of us until all was finished- we did not feel rushed. We got deluxe pedicures and it was so nice! Definitely will recommend them. Also- Mrs Doubtfire was playing on the tv so that just made it even better!Only downfalls:- One of the employees could not speak english so I was asking questions about the differences in the types of pedicures and he looked at me blankly.- Can only tip cash, not on card if paying debit or credit
