Ask for LEE!!!!!!!!! She is absolutely amazing and it will cut any issues anyone may have had or may think they will have. She is the BEST! And Ive tried for years to finally find my amazing nail tech. Shes top notch yall! And takes her time w her work she is a legit PERFECTIONIST!!!!!! I have attached only a few pics that I could find at the moment but she really is amazing!

Don’t go to these people! Unless you want ugly nails for a high price then be my guest. I’ve been there before and never had a problem with them until now. I trusted them to do my nails for my birthday. I showed the lady these specific nails. She said she could do it. In the end result they were not even close to what I wanted. My cuticles had acrylic on them she cut into the cuticles so bad where I have blisters. So like I said if you really want bad nails from these people be my guest.( and I’m talking about the fat lady with black short hair.)

It was so difficult to communicate with the person who was incharge for my service. Told her I don’t need a special pedicure but she didn’t understand and then she just cut my toe nails without even asking! I was so calm still. Gel polish doesn’t look ms great with short toe nails. then when she was to do my gel polish on fingers I kept telling her I need a couple of more coats because it wears off easy, also told her I need square shaped nails. But no, she just shushed me and was like “no no, this is fine” on telling the manager during payment, she was like no they know better, this whole disastrous mani pedi costed me $85. Worst experience ever, never going there.

H O R R I B L EI will honestly never in my life get my nails done here again, when I got my nails done the first time I paid $75 for a full set which was fine, I got them long. I went back today for a fill and was charged $69...my nails aren’t filled...I was charged extra for the matte topcoat and extra for the length and shape of the nails I got done 2 weeks ago. The design is horrible and messy. There are streaks and bumps. When I went to pay, the 3 nail techs trying to figure out what to charge me for were extremely rude. I was originally told $62 and I told them to charge $75 to my card, she then proceeded to add $5 for the topcoat so I left paying $80. I never write reviews...good or bad...but this is beyond unacceptable. 5star is so that people will see this first.

Nails werent terrible but I will not be going here again esp for how much I spent on 3 full sets one lasting less then a week before nails fell off

I just started getting my nails done here recently and Ive been very happy with the results each time. Lyly did my flame & checkered nails and Im obsessed with them. Will definitely be going back again soon.

First time in. Brought my daughters for a girls beauty day out. We were asked to come back in an hour so they could make room for us as walk-ins. At our time we were taken in and seated right away. Each of us had our own nail tech. They were very professional. Took awesome care of my girls. We walked out of there with our nails looking great and what seemed like no time at all. We would definitely recommend Simply Nails inside the Pheasant Lane Mall lower level!! We will be back for sure. Perhaps next time will be for pedis.Oh I almost forgot they have a VIP card also. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I got a gel manicure here and I was very disappointed. The lady did not know what she was doing. She did not properly shape my nails, each finger had a different shape. The paint job was horrible it was extremely messy. The photo attached is right after she did my nails. They look like I’ve had them for weeks. I was very unsatisfied and will never go here again or recommend to anyone.

Very rushed service i went to get my nails done on sunday 3/14/21 the gal that did my nails was in so much rush coz there were other customers waiting,i went home broke 2nails i went back and she did a repair worst repair job i dont know why.as am writing this review am angry coz another nail just broke not going back.

I got my eyebrows waxed by a women named Jessica and she took skin off of the underneath, middle, and above both of my eyebrows. they look good but the pain isn’t worth it. very nice women, did get my money back, but lowkey wanna sue

Came here one night because everywhere was already closed and I wanted to get my nails done last minute. They did great! One of the best gel manicures I’ve gotten. Shaped them exactly how I wanted and took their time making them perfect, but was in and out within 25/30 minutes.

Great service the girls that work there are great I have been going there since they opened but there is a new guy there that is very disrespectful I hope when I go there next time he is not there.

I brought my girlfriend to the mall to do some shopping and she wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure so we tried out this place and she was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the salon is very clean. She said she was very relaxed and she would be coming back soon.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I’ve been getting my nails done for years but never quite had such a genuine and amazing experience as when I walked into this salon. Nana did my nails and not only was super positive and uplifting about life, she did a perfect job on my nails. I couldn’t be happier and I will be back as soon as possible!! :)

I came here a few days ago with my sister for a spa day and we were not disappointed. Nana, and Emma did a great job on our hands and feet. I wish they were closer to where I live, but when we visit the Nashua area we sure will be back.

Got a gel manicure, and it came out really pretty! Good attention to detail. Staff is friendly, and the salon is nice too.

Overall the staff is very nice and friendly. I typically only go to Sunny for a mani and pedi. He never disappoints.

Don’t bother wasting your money here. I came in for a fill and 1 repair, the lady who did my nails, Nana, was obviously unlicensed. She didn’t repair my one nail correctly, and she didn’t remove my lifts. Little do they know I’m a nail technician myself but I was desperate for a fill at the time. If you don’t remove lifts, you can get fungus because bacteria and moisture can get trapped in there. I was going to ask for the manager, who was there when I was getting service, but he seemed busy. I should have not gave them another chance because I first came in to get a fill but they were busy, so my friend got hers done and they told us to come back after shopping. After we shopped, we came back and sat for 10 minutes, then another lady told us they were closing so we had to leave and come back the next day. Never coming back.

Ive been going here for about 2 months. First time the gel nail polish came off 3 days in, so i called and talk w manager he was very nice and had me come back for a full manicure. Wen i came back after that i met Emma, she did a very nice job but only there on the weekends. But this last time i went back on a wed morning and some other girl did my nails. I didnt like how she keep calling me honey and took so long. By Friday the gel nail polish was already coming off. Went back on Saturday because i live an hour away told the manager (a woman this time) wat had happen and i was told i would have to pay $30 more for them to fix it. After talking w the manager after they where already taking the nail polish off. She wasnt going to fix the nails. I told her wat the other manager did the last time and she said ok just do it. (Finish her nails) so i will not be going back. I shouldnt stress out over my nails and if they will come out well. I get my nails done to make myself feel good.

The staff were very nice and we were seated in a fair amount of time. I got dip, and all though overall they turned out pretty well, there was a few offsets. First of all they didn’t clean up my cuticles or clean under my nail, making the finished result not as clean as it could’ve been. They also left the sides very lumpy and uneven to the point where I can feel the bumps. My lady didn’t massage my arms or put on any extra products besides a little bit of rushed lotion at the end which was kind of a let down, and she seemed rushed. The last thing is the way she cleaned up my nails. She didn’t brush off my nails before adding the final layer of polish so there was dust and even a sparkle under the top coat which was unpleasant. In the end it just felt rushed and like the amount that I payed wasn’t worth it.

Worst service, they don’t have patience for doing the service she felt as if she is doing it for free. They told a different price 48$ earlier before the taking service and charged 56$ later. Beware of them. The quality of the gel nail polish is disgusting and the service is hopeless. I’m Very upset.! Will never ever go back again.

Very bad service. Lady who worked on my nails was very patient and nice. However the other lady worked on my frnds nails was very rude to my frnd. Quality of nailpoish used was really bad. Price informed to us before taking the service was $48, but charged us $56. Not at all happy with the quality or the behavior with customers.

My daughter 8 yrs wants to do manicure they charged $10 for just coloring and the color came off next day . Very disappointed.
