This place is amazing! My nails are done my Kim and shes very friendly and nice. My nails are done every three weeks and often have mine done by Kim, which has been doing my nails for a long time now. Overall this place is great, highly recommendable, and is worth your money!

Highly recommend! I got dip done by Angel and she was absolutely 💯 amazing. She made me feel comfortable and made sure my nails where perfect. Did an amazing nail designs. My daughter got gel done and loved it as well!! Love love my nails thank you Angel! Youre amazing!

Ive been going here for years and honestly I adore this location. Its convenient, everyone is very friendly and there are lots of options including some new spa options that were added recently. I love that there is a little piece of heaven in my backyard and on a hectic day I can drop in. Excellent color selection and quality work!!

I came in on a Saturday and my nails (acrylic) were done in 30 minutes. On Sunday I notice my nails start to lift from the sides. It is Tuesday and I come in and a man does my nails and let me just say he SUCKED. My nails are bubbly and my French tip looks like it was done by a child. I don’t recommend this place at all.

All of the professionals are so nice, everytime I come in they all greet me. Ive never had a bad service. I usually just do walk in appointments and Ive never had to wait more than 30 mins. The prices are good and they do a great job on my nails as well as making me feel relaxed. The only nail salon Ill go to!

For whatever reason my mom likes this place.. but please do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews. It is not worth your money. I had a manicure and pedicure, my toes are sloppy and they added no top coat to them and they chose not to even clean under my nails? Also I didnt want color on my hands but they didnt even offer a Clear coat which is what I expected to get with a manicure.. I have no words to adequately express how horrible this experience was.

On December 13th, I went to Ava Nails per the recommendation of my friend. Four of us went and the three of us that hadn’t previously been there agreed we were disappointed with the misleading prices for credit vs. cash. From my exiting the salon, I noticed the dip was transparent enough that I could see my natural nail beneath it. My dip manicure lasted only a week before it chipped and they began popping off like acrylics. Very disappointed with the quality of application to result in premature cracking and removal.

Nice people, decent nail job but lazy manicure. Okay for something close by. A little pricier than it should be for the area. Sloppy job on paraffin wax wearing it on my pants. But I might try it again in a pinch. But Id have to be really busy to try it. 2.5

Bad experience, no lotion at all on my feet. Massage only one minute 30 seconds. Very very rushed. Bad paint job, all over skin. I can still see dead skin everywhere. Very disappointing after waiting like 7 months for a pedicure 😔 he answered the phone more times than he looked at my feet. I could have clipped and painted my nails with my eyes closed myself and saved myself 30 dollars.

I had a great experience today here!!! Me and my sister went to get our nails done for the holidays and they came out amazing!!! I will be going back there again.

I used to stop here for gel manicures, but they would peel off in less than a week. Every time. Thursday I gave a dip manicure a try for the first time. By Saturday the gel layer had peeled off and I was left with horrid, rough nail polish. Sunday into Monday that chipped off. The people here are pleasant, but the finished product is a big disappointment. I dont recommend for a lasting manicure.

EYEBROW WAXAngel is absolutely hands-down the best at grooming eyebrows. She doesn’t just wax them and send you out the door. She takes her time to tweeze them, trim them, and really shape them. They always come out fantastic. I’ve tried places closer to my house, but in the end I decided to take the 25 minute drive to Ava because it really is worth it! I also have had my nails done here in the past and was always happy with how they turned out.

Didn’t follow sanitation post covid requirements. Saw them seat clients in the pedicure chair I was in without cleaning. Also brought me to the manicure station where another persons trash laid. Not the nicest. AllMy nails were un even and all different shapes. Worst pedicure ever didn’t even give a massage or scrub or shape my nails. My nails aren’t even fully painted on the edges. Don’t get ur nailsDone here

First time there. Will never go back. Had to wait 1/2 hour to get in the door when I had an appointment set for a pedi. There is more polish on my toes than on my toe nails. After waiting months and so excited to finally get a pedi, my feet are just as rough as when I walked in. Was told one price over the phone and was charged more after the service. Already considering finding another place for a polish change. Very disappointing for what I paid.

I was a walk-in customer and it was my first visit. It is a huge place but was nearly empty the weekday afternoon that I dropped by to get a pedicure. The man who did mine did a great job. I dont have gel or acrylic nails on fingers, so had a natural nail manicure. They take credit cards for services except tips must be cash, and you get a discount on services if you pay cash.I didnt give 5 stars because I noticed other male nail service provider chewing on his own nails while waiting for his customer to arrive and he didnt wash his hands before beginning her nail care.

This is the worst place to have your nails done! One of the guys that did my nails filled them and they only lasted a week when anywhere else I go lasts me 2 weeks. Also one of the lady’s there that did my nails made my nails so thin and shaped weird and didn’t have me wash my hands like every other nail salon does says she does everything her way and was very rude to me and was rough when she did my nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE!!!! Also she tried telling me I need a full set which I had just gotten one last time.

Julie is hands down the best nail tech ever! So sweet and knows exactly what she’s doing. It took me so long to find someone who could do my nails correctly, they never break!! Absolutely love her!

Highly recommend eyelashes here but not so much nails unless you get the right person. The girl who does eyelashes does exceptionally well job and at good price.

Went in around 4:25pm to try and get dip nail polish taken off my nails. One guy working and there is one lady in the place getting a pedicure. The guy tells me they are already closed, even after I mentioned they dont close until 5pm which I looked up on the website and saw on the door as I am walking into the place. I tell him all I would like is for the nail polish taken off, that is it! He could have made a quick $20 for nail polish removal thats it and he still says No we are closed, come back tomorrow. So disappointed with the customer service, I will never be going back there again!

I wish that i could rate this place a zero star because this is by far the most dreadful nail salon i have ever been to. Terrible would be an understatement. I called in and made an appointment come to learn that my appointment was pushed 30 minutes past the appointment time. I waited patiently my turn even though i was promised an earlier time and when i was brought to my seat the man was being rude when i was deciding which color i wanted. I asked them how much what i wanted to get would cost and it seemed as if they didn’t want me to get what i wanted and tried to convince me to get something else by telling me it would be more expensive so it would save him less time. Already i was greeted with such pushy and impatient service, in addition to this, i am a Vietnamese speaking woman and the entire time i overhear him and the other nail techs talking trash about me. They were all asking him what was going on and convincing him to rush and hurry up with me and to get me out of the door so they didn’t need to do acrylic nails or anything that i was asking . The woman who was running the place is the most obnoxious and disgusting woman i have ever met. She kept telling him to Rush his clients and calling the customers mean names. She was so obnoxious i literally was appalled in my seat. My male nail tech kept convincing me to get what they wanted me to get to save them the hassle. It was as if they didn’t care nor wanted good business. I had just been sitting there for not even five minutes and this is all happening in front of my eyes. The lady even referred to me while asking him about me as a witch. She’s asked him In Vietnamese to “tell witch not to get that done and to just get it colored so you can get her out”. I have never had such terrible service in my entire life and to be talked down on by a bunch of strangers who are suppose to be professionals and didn’t even know me or were givenAny reason to be treated the way that i was today. These people were very disrespectfulAnd they were not professionalsIn any manner. I sat in my seat while my male tech was cleaning my feet for a pedicure in Vietnamese to stop because i was leaving the establishment so that they didn’t have to put upWith me any longer since my presence and business was not welcomed.Before i left i told him that if there ever was future customers they didn’t want to give their business to, to spare them their time and give them someRespect to reject them rather than accept their business and ridicule them during their experiences. I then walked out after paying when i definitely shouldn’t have. I didn’t get an apology or any regard for their terrible services. I’m never coming back.

I’ve been here a few times, each time I end up going home and fixing the mistakes. The acrylic left wayyy too thick in some places, some nails being longer than others and even the shape (almond) needed fixing. I know Im not the only girl who likes her nails close to perfection!Also- one of the employees I’ve sat with is very very rough with the filing. They kept going back and filing the same spot even after I flinch and say that it hurts there. Luckily the drill usage wasnt out of hand. Those hand held files hurt like hell sometimes!! They obviously should know that. Someone there made my friend bleed the other day, that’s the main reason why I decided to finally write a review. I wish them all the best though. I mean no disrespect to any of the employees.

Went in for a mani/pedi.. pedicure was great but I was talked in to the dip manicure by one of the techs even after I told her no a few times. I give in and say yes fine let’s do it. The girl tells me my nails need to be shorter for it, she cut them so short that my fingertips are sensitive. Then she starts dipping my nails but I didn’t understand because I needed a manicure first. She told me that it is done after and it doesn’t work that way so I believe and trust the nail tech and let her keep going. Afterward when she tells me I’m done I asked why my cuticles and shaping of my nails wasn’t done she said that is $15 extra to the $36 I was already paying for the dip. I told her that’s what I was expecting to be done and she said it’s too late but can do a little for $5 more. I said no then said she would do it for free but she didn’t do anything, my nails looked horrible. The dip itself was nice if it was on my longer, manicured nails. I didn’t want to cause a scene there but the owner and nail tech obviously saw I was upset and brushed it off. I called back for a refund because I left very upset as I have big plans for the weekend and wanted my nails to look nice. Quinn unfortunately was the one who answered the phone and said if I come back tomorrow he can fix them which I think he meant give me a manicure and redo the dip. This morning my nails were so sensitive because of the shortness and I decided I just wanted a refund not to mess with them anymore. When going there today Quinn helped take the dip off in order to give me the refund which turns out comes out of his pay. He wasn’t even the one who mislead me or messed up! He was very nice and I felt terrible taking the money back knowing it was from him. The owner was a coward and ignored me the whole time, wouldn’t say anything knowing how upset I was. I truly feel taken advantage of and for the owner to have this poor employee handle it is sad. It’s unfair putting me in that situation.

DO NOT USE!!! The wife did a great job on my gel manicure the first time. I had to have the husband the next time. He filed 2 nails so roughly they were raw when I left, and bled. I had to have 2 fixed as they chipped in under a week, and he was kinda nasty. Then about a week later 2 more chipped, and this time (they’re supposed to last 3 weeks) after he had started fixing them he told me he was charging me $5. I said ok but was thinking I would not use them again. As I didn’t have the cash I charged it, and $10 was taken out of my account!!!

This has always been my favorite nail salon however the quality keeps getting worse and worse. Ive had a lot of bad pedicures but also a lot of good ones so I kept going.Today was the final straw. Brought my daughter there this morning. Her nails barely have a coat of paint. Terrible job. The girl was so fast and extremely unfriendly to a small child. My toenails are painted super sloppy. Paint is thick and bubbling. My pedicure was literally a polish change. No massage or anything else. Beyond disappointed and will not be returning. I wanted to say something to the owner but nobody asked how my service was. We were rushed in and rushed out. AND we had an appointment. Terrible quality and terrible service. So sad because they used to be the best.

I had the worst pedicure at Ava. The male attendantjust cut my nails and did not file or smooth my toe nails. Not acceptable!I will never go back. Yikes! Spend your good money at another salon. This was my second bad experience. I will again.

Wont be going back!! They slopped on my shellac messily and it was all over my skin!! It peeled off the next day. All of my friends went there for a special occasion after me and got gel. It did not stay on for even 48 hours. We were all so disappointed!! I have gotten shellac nails at other salons that have stayed on for a month! This was terrible.

Listed a price for a service, yet charged a different price..a significantly higher price. He said he hasnt updated the price list yet. I just dont think thats right. You list a price, you should honor that price. Not a good busines practice. I wont be back.

I have been to this place 3 different times giving them the benefit of the bout. This time however 6 of my nails fell off in 3 days, they were not personable. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND GOING TO THIS NAIL PLACE. they also over book Appointments and seem to not care about the people that they are taking care of.

Ive been going to Ava nails for almost 3 years...love it.

Customer service is horrible my nails were not even dry and they told me I was all set than they chipped. I asked for a design and they never did it. It was just a plain color. They didnt even paint them right.

Not nice people. Only do a so-so job.

Was not impressed! Man that did my nails was like a Neanderthal - just grunted and hit my feet when he wanted me to move them. Left polish smudged on my toe and cut my skin when trimming the nails. Is it just me but does it annoy anyone else when theyre talking in their native language to the other workers there? So rude! This was the first time there but will not go back!!

Wish I could not leave a star. I went there today to use a gift certificate I got and asked how much it would cost to get my nails done, the lady asked how I am going to pay, so I asked why does that matter, she responded cash would be $20 and then she saw the certificate and she said $29 if pay with that... I said have a nice day and walked out. I was very disappointed!!!
