Came here for the first time and they did not disappoint!! they were able to take me and my two friends in for an afternoon appointment right away. other salons we called were booked until late afternoon. this nail salon was very nice and clean. & my nail tech went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the shape, color, and design. the price was reasonable and i couldnt be more happy to have come across this place. if you have children, they even have these adorable little chairs for them to get a pedicure along with mommy. i will definitely be coming back!!! :)

I have been going here since they opened and my nails always look awesome !! They have a ton of colors to pick from. They offer Acrylic, gel, dip and regular nail polish. They have it all. They are happy to add designs to your nails. I have an awesome experience every time I go.

I have been going to Galaxy since they opened and continue to go even now that I moved. I still drive about an hour because Galaxy is one of the few places my dip will actually last 3-4 weeks, no chipping or breaking. The salon is nicely set up and always clean. I enjoy watching tv while getting my nails done and just relaxing. The techs know me by name and are always friendly to me. I am always happy with my nails when I leave!

I won’t go to any other nail salon after my experience here! The staff is very friendly, fast, and accurate. I get dip replacements every 2-3 weeks and am in and out within 45 minutes. Love this place and recommend it to all my friends.

Ive been going here for about a year and don’t plan on going anywhere else! My dip nails last me a minimum of 3 weeks and my gel pedis around a month. The employees are very professional and will gladly tend to any concerns. Probably the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to, to top it off.

I cant understand all of these 5 star reviews. Most of the techs were pretty unfriendly. One gal took my gel polish off and left my nails chipped and uneven. There was one guy who was very kind and personable but overall I was not impressed.

All I can say is FANTASTIC. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail place. I ended up at this place by chance and I can honestly say I think I’ve found my new place. It was clean, smelled amazing and not like chemicals, and the chairs were insanely comfortable. They did a full set of acrylics for me on very short notice and I could really tell my nail tech took his time and it SHOWS. My nails look probably the best they ever have. I wanted a teal blue with a white sparkly accent nail and he worked with me to create exactly the look I wanted. The nails are the perfect thickness that they’re not cumbersome but I know they won’t be breaking. I also read through the other reviews and they have a warranty period?! What a deal!!! That brings me to the fantastic prices. I paid less than I did up in Manchester and my nails came out BETTER! I will be coming here for a long time. Looking forward to getting a pedicure sometime this week.

I called and made a last minute appointment for a mani/pedi as I was about to go on a vacation.ladys who did my nails - she was super sweet, gentle and did a great job!! I LOVE my gel nails and it’s now been two weeks and they are still chip free! I will only be removing the polish today because my nails are growing too long

Beautiful clean and relaxing spa! The people were lovely the services were great and they meet the average price point for the area. The soft background music will put you at ease. I met Nancy who gives an awesome manicure and hand massage! Congratulations 🎉 on their opening. Ill update if it meets the two week mark for gel. 😊 Looks promising. The design was chunky and not what I asked for, the dip was done so many times making my nails super thick and heavy; I have natural nails and it took longer than my friend who got fake nails

I was greeted by Hoang who soaked my old acrylic set off then Kim did my nails. They were both so nice and my nails came out great. I only wish they had some solid glitter gel polishes and nail art samples or someone that could do more intricate designs because I’m used to getting crazy nail art! Lol! Salon is very clean and has a zen feeling to it! I would highly recommend!

What a lovely establishment. Fair pricing and policies, comfortable welcoming atmosphere, and truly talented nail artists. My manicurist was not only masterful in her curation and execution of my design but also meticulous about the health, shape, and strength of my nails. My manicurist is patient, kind, and has a keen eye for detail.

Is it possible to love a nail salon? yes it is. they go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great time while getting pampered and they do an amazing job. this is my favorite place to go to and since it opened I am haven’t gone anywhere else because they do such an amazing job no other nail salon can hold a candle to this place. the staff and owner is incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful.

After leaving an appointment with nails I wasnt too happy with, I contacted Galaxy Nails and they got back to me almost immediately. They were very kind and understanding about my concerns about my nails. Worked with me to get an appointment to have them fixed at my convenience. I appreciate good customer service and that is it to me. Just left my appointment with Henry and I love, love, love my nails and him as a technician! Highly recommended.I look forward to coming back for my fill!

I work close by a decided to treat myself to a 70$ pedicure. I told the lady that I get ingrown nails easily and to be careful. Then she proceeded to cut my nails way over and of course I now have two ingrowns! And to top it off it’s been 5 days since my pedicure and the gel is already coming off my nails. So disappointed. Never going back there.

This place really hit it out of the park! I ended up getting Mani/pedi. It was worth it! Full set still in tact going on 5 weeks. Clearly I need a fill, but Im very surprised. They have survived all the hand washing as well as dish washing. This is for sure my new nail salon!

I visited yesterday to get manicures and pedicures, however, it was horrible it took them 20 minutes to do both. Of course, the quality was so bad I went home and had to fix it myself until I get to go somewhere else.I dont recommend this place they are rushing through and trying to make things happened in less than 20 minute.

I went to galaxy nails for the first time around my birthday! They were very quick and welcominv. The guy who did my nails was so friendly and funny! He really listened to what I asked for and continuously checked in to make sure everyt looked okay to me. My nails came out better than I had even hoped and I will be going back asap!!!!

Went in for a pedicure and manicure for the first time today. The service was great! I had a spa pedicure and French dip manicure and loved it. The stuff is very friendly and professional. The place is clean and welcoming. The lady who did my nails did a great job. She took her time and made sure I enjoyed my time there and that Im satisfied with her work.Updated: Ive been going to this place since they opened and lately its been a hit or miss. The last few times I havent been happy with their work. As long as you go when theyre not busy at all and dont rush through the job you most likely will be satisfied with the job they do.I will be taking a break from this nail salon for now. I really enjoyed going here but the work theyve done lately is very unsatisfying.

If you want to get acrylics go to Henry AND ONLY HENRY. There is another lady there that does acrylics and does NOT do a good job. I got a brand new set by her and by the second week they were already lifting near my cuticles and some of my nails looked like they were 2 weeks old and some looked one week. Ive been getting my nails done for 5 years and they have never looked that bad by the end of the second week. Also while she was doing my nails she constantly kept looking around so she ending up cutting my thumb nail too short and when I kept telling her it was too short and didnt match the other nails she kept insisting that she needed to file it and then it would look better. She asked me three different times if it looked okay and I kept telling her no its too short. She had to refill my thumb to match the rest of nails. Last thing there have been times i have called ahead and booked an appointment with henry and when i showed up for my appointment he was with someone else. That was annoying. What is the point of booking an appointment if i have to wait 20-30 minutes for you to finish with someone else and someone else started working in me which I did not want.

Clean salon, staff was super nice and paid attention to detail. I was passed around to different technicians but it was no big deal. I got a stunning set of nails for a great price. My main nail lady was very kind and cared about my nails. Her work was awesome, clean and crisp, super satisfied :-)

No acrylic, they use dip powder, which is a thousand times better than acrylic they also do the gel polishes, manicures, pedicure and eye brow waxing. Highly recommend.

I love it here! After a recommendation from a friends I tried the pedicure and it was fabulous, even got to choose from a menu of different options. I’ve been going back for about 6 weeks to get my acrylic nails done and Kim always does such a great job and she’s so friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve only had my nails done by one person, the younger gentleman there. So I can’t speak for any of the other technicians. But I’m always pleased to have my nails done by him! He does a wonderful job.

We were recommended to come here by a lady at the bank who said it was fantastic, and she was so right! The staff was incredibly friendly and so talented! They even stayed open late to finish our nails. The next day, when one of my boyfriends nails looked like it was coming up and not totally glued on perfectly, we came in and they fixed it for free with no hassle. Its been almost three weeks and our nails still look just as stunning as they did the evening we got them done!

Got a pedicure from Patrick and now I have a massive infection in my great toe that requires antibiotics! Thanks for digging!!!! Never again! Beware!!!!!

The woman doing my nails cut my cuticles on two of my fingers. She didn’t apply any alcohol to clean the cuts, I had to ask for the alcohol. She also nearly put cuticle oil on the cuts but I caught her ahead of time and told her not to apply it on those fingers. The only reason I am giving this place one star is because they did not charge me for the manicure after seeing how badly she cut me.

My friend and I just had wonderful first-time pedicures, massages and dip manicures! Kim and Michelle were SO nice and skilled. Galaxy nails is spacious, beautiful and very clean! We will be back.

Went to have my nails done there yesterday for the first time. The manager welcomed me at the door and he was very pleasant, even offered me drinks ( coffee, tea, water) as I got seated in. These reviews are insane idk how anyone thought this was a good experience. I went in for a gel mani and pedi. No cuticle cutting, NO massage what so ever.. the absolute bare minimum or less. The filing job on my nails was SOOO bad and uneven, I had to ask another tech to refile them (he did a good job). The paint job was mediocre. Whole thing took less than an hour?? Do not come here it’s horrible.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoy the environment and the rewards you can earn. However, I would not return because I chose the metallic gel for my acrylic nails, and AFTER my nails were finished and I was paying for the service, I was told to becareful with my nails. I was explained that the metallic I chose does not last on the nails. If I would have been told this beforehand, I would have chose a different polish. I felt like they were sneaky telling me after, considering the metallic costs extra. I payed $50 plus tip for my nails to start significantly chipping only 2 days later.

This place has talented nails techs, but unfortunately they won’t always do the best job.. you can see how hard they are rushing to finish you up sometimes. It’s understandable that there will be times where the salon will be busy and you will have to pick up pace but don’t let it affect your work. Also there are like 3 nails techs who have a habit of constantly readjusting your hand and giving it little slaps?? but the rest work perfectly fine. Also they do a bad job at hiding that they talk about the customer (because they will stare right you and awkwardly smile at you when you make eye contact) Also last 3x i’ve been there at least one of my acrylics falls of. Clean salon though.

My first visit here and can I just say what a different experience. Kim (booth 7) was great, she shaped my natural nails perfectly, and her attention to detail on the design was impeccable. Very clean, nice environment and I for once felt valued as a customer. They just gained 3 new clients because my 2 daughters usually accompany me on my nail day (my littlest one will be eccstatic when she sees the little pedi chairs) looking forward to my next visit

This place is fanatic I am definitely going back! It was such great service and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. The only thing I would have to say something about is the charged me an extra 5 for just a little glitter on my big toe, it wasn’t really a design and some places wouldn’t charge for that but the service was amazing.

Henry was awesome! Great attention to details. No cut cuticles, no hang nails, hands look great even after 1 week. Going for a pedicure next.

I usually do not get my nails done, honestly. I do have a hard time with the thought of something over my natural nail because I feel like my nails cant breath. But either way, I needed my nails to be done and I needed them to be a light color. My nail tech had tried to offer me all kids of different things like gel and dip that people dont usually get my type of nails. Wasnt a huge deal to me though, I just needed something. I was overall happy that I wasnt /forced/ to up-buy something BUT, I also can say I have never in my life had the TOPS of my acrylic nails turn yellow after 3 days. The bottoms of my nails are still white where the tip is, so it is not my fingers. That tells me that the acrylic is no good. I would have never noticed this if I had picked a darker color. I am sad that they are yellow. I do not smoke and I do not eat harshly dyed foods. Im not mad about it, only because I have no intentions of keeping them that long. But I am disappointed that I spent 30.00 plus a 10.00 tip for them to turn yellow in 3 days. So now I need to find a place that will take these off for me much sooner than the 2 weeks I intended on keeping them.
