It was so bad. We took our toddler here for a trim. Our stylist Tracy D (I think) was right away annoyed or frustrated. Our toddler picked up on her energy and was not having it. She did an absolute horrible job, asked us to wait for a lady that had over an hour wait, I asked her to just even up the sides real quick and she cut twice more then asked someone else for help, that lady evened it and we left. Paid full price. I will never go back, we’re so bummed with the service. We have tons of friends that are barbers but couldn’t get in last minute so we took a chance on Sports Clips, of all salons, we chose them and regret it so bad. They are not good with kids at all.

First time visiting this business, was not pleased with the service. The haircut was fine, but the stylists were. SO. SLOW. There were at least 6 men ahead of us and the 2 stylists had no urgency in their movements. I was told it would only be about 30 minutes. Waited 2 hours. Highly recommend booking online.

I couldnt find a place to get me in. So I called to see if they do female hair cuts. They do! I went to Kellie and she did an amazing job. I got layers and a bang style. She took her time making sure the layers werent choppy. She was fun to talk to and very through. Best hair cut Ive ever received. And my hair was below my butt. I was scared to have it cut, but she definitely nailed it. Love her ❤

What an incredible place. My son is now 9 but for over a year we have been using this sports clips and he now checks himself in on the app when we’re getting close and I just sit in the truck. He knows how to go in and check in and tell them exactly what he wants and he just lets me know when he is done. As a busy mom I love seeing him be able to handle this on his own and enjoy it. He likes his haircuts so much that after the last one he asked me on a date to Olive Garden. ❤️

After checking on line. There was a scheduled 88 minute wait. Projected to have someone available at 535. Ran a coule of errands and checked in at ge stord at 530. Number 2 on tbe board. Estimayed wait 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, went in and was told i was next, board said another 10 minutes. Stylist who was cutting someones hair that checked in after me ssid ishe could get me next. Just told them to take me off the list after waiting nearly an hour after when i was supposed to see a stylist.

My go to spot. Friendly service. Easy to make appointments through the app. Thanks guys

Check-In online and even receive text updates about estimated time. Arrive at that time and told it would be 40 minutes longer because several of them get off soon. Doubt ownership will be able to keep it open long with employees that don’t care.

Was given the worst hair cut of my life. Ask for a bald fade and got a mess. Told the lady cutting my hair and she tried to fix but only made it worse. So the only way to fix it would be to take it all off, and Im not going to do that. Im requesting my money back but cant even seem to get that. Nightmare would not recommend them.

I am a female and love getting my hair cut here they do exactly what you say. The place is very clean and the girls are extremely nice. Its not a cheep hair cut but not the most expensive one either. I like there personal touch.

The woman that serviced me was short tempered, careless with how she was city my hair and snapped at me when I told her that she was taking too much off as it wasn’t to my preference. I, the customer got yelled at for being disappointed with her service and treatment! Uncalled for garbage service.

The store hours state they close at 7pm I left work in a hurry to get there before they closed and even scheduled on line . At 6:15 pm they canceled my reservation and I got there at 6:19 they had closed e store and the workers where still inside . I made a hand signal to ask if they were closed and the lady turned around and ignored me . At least have the courtesy to say “sorry we are closed” I found it really rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming here again and would not recommend!!!

I made an appt for my son (who’s 3) I called the store when I got there to be let known that the hair stylist I made an appt with was not there. so I said ok if someone else could do it that’d be great. She then proceeded to tell me as long as he knew what kind of haircut he wanted he could come in by himself with a mask on (who is again 3 years old) he doesn’t know how he wants his haircut and nor would I want him to go in by himself. Also since he wouldn’t keep on a mask he was also not allowed in although state mandate says kids under 10 did not have to wear one. Then said this is sports clips therefore sport clips rules. Needless to say they lost a customer for the rudeness of the person answering the phone.

My haircut always looks good and stays looking good for weeks. The stylists are friendly and pay attention to detail. The VIP with a massage and hot towel is an extra that takes you back to an old fashioned barber experience.

We finally made it our of the house for haircuts for me and my 2 year old. We arrived prechecked in and my wife and i wore masks and tried to get my son too and he just would not. The first girl took me back and started, the older lady with the broncos mask went upfort and asked he had a mask. Owe told her we did but he wouldnt wear it. She walk to the back (Iassumed to get ready) and just started cleaning. The girl cutting my hair told her it was whatever and no big deal. The older lady just sat in the back, when I finished I asked if he was going to get a cut or not and she said NOT. I can say in all my years alive I have never been treated like she did us. At least we could have gotten some communication from her, if I knew they wouldnt cut his hair I would have left. Now ii will never go back and I will make sure everyone I know down here in pueblo knows how they treated us. Plus they charge full price MVP and all you get is a basic cut, no toll or massage.

Instead for helping customers that come in and from what their door states “no appointment necessary” then you get turned away because they want to close and be out by 4pm instead of helping clients and then doing closing procedures would not recommend to anyone

We checked in online 45 minutes before closing. It said to be there at 4:30pm. When we arrived a few minutes before the required check in time there was one person ahead of us and 4 people cutting hair. When two of them were finished, not one greeted us (my son or I). We waited until 5 minutes until closing time and 3 other people had walked in to check in. During this time (30 minutes waiting) the girls continue to complain about not getting to leave at 5pm. When it was my sons turn, Laura, stylist yelled his name, and walked to the chair. Signaled for him to sit . Asked how short we were going. I said We would like a tapered fade with long enough to comb on the top . She said, I asked how short on the sides not what style. Thats when I pulled him out of the chair and said nope. Laura said with a smirk as if she was happy we were leaving have a good day.Thats a family of 4 that wont be back. Which is sad because my son really liked the hot towel and massage...

Very nice establishment. Friendly customer service. I got a great hair cut with a shoulder rub and shampoo. Great prices. I didnt have to wait to get seated on a random walk in but they have a computer to check in and sign up for what ever barber you want. It was an awesome system.

First time going to a Sport Clips likely wont be going back. $20 dollars for a basic hair cut of #3 on top & #2 on sides. No warm towels or massage. Didnt even blow or wipe off excess hair from me. Could of gone to my local barber if they were open for $12 and got a better haircut.

Took my 2 year old for a haircut on a Saturday. After being told he would be next, and being the last ones in the waiting area, we ended up waiting over 15 minutes, then two people entered, a d were immediately taken back. We ended up leaving. Very disappointed as I was looking for another good place to go, since I get my hair and beard trimmed monthly. Shouldnt have looked into switching from my family owned barbershop for a franchise.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Malcolm and Erica really made a man impact on a fathers first time taking his 15month old son for a dual haircut. Malcolm did a bang up job and my haircut and Erica took my son and they had an absolute blast together. Thank you again!

If you’ve never been to a Sport Clips before, now is your chance! I’ve been coming to Sport Clips for the past few years, and don’t see that changing any time soon. Being a new location, I expected some hiccups, but these ladies seem to have it all figured out.My stylist, Emmy, moved to this location from the Springs, so my business followed. Sure, I have a commute now, but you have to follow talent! If you have a few extra minutes, go for the MVP—you won’t regret it. Be sure to ask for the Tea Tree shampoo!

Called to see how busy they were. They said they could fit me in. Awesome. So I said to put me down and I would come right in. But I was told I had to sign in online. Which requires you to create an account. But....I WAS LITERALLY ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. So the fact that you made me hang up with one of your reps just to go online to do the same thing they could have done is obsurd. They seem to be able to take my name when I walk in, why not on the phone? Why do I have to create an account? For you to sell my info? No thanks twatwaffles.

Online check in is a joke. (0 wait time) I was 1 min away, I checked in online, got there 1 min later (still said 0 wait time), & had 2 people in front of me waiting. Not cool, this has happened twice. I walked out.

The start of it i sign up,then had a seat to be called on,swears excited and I felt like I was on the side lines of a basketball Game,then I was called,so I went to the hair stylist she said first how u want me to cut that hair,I said how with a pic to match and plam she said k first a wash and head message, then a lather and rinse with the awesome condition of main too brand hygiene products and to top it off the clip cut sports feeling was sweet and she was very polite with the equipment,Id rate a ten if I could but all in do time perfection for sures,but my team will be back since four of us went the same day,all had no bad things to say all positive talk about sports clips

On Sunday March 18, 2018 I received a coupon for a free haircut at your Pueblo store. I walked in and was blown away by Mia. I have never been treated that good getting a haircut in my 30+ years.

I signed in at the kiosk inside the store and was 2nd on the list. Well, after the first guy was called they called the guy who was 3rd on the que so I left and went elsewhere. Whats the point of signing up when they dont stay true to it. Dont give me that B.S. that he signed for a stylist. He was a walk in. He said so himself.

I had a very good experience here today. I got a free haircut, which was also a really good haircut plus I enjoyed watching the Winter Olympics and chatting with Emmy. There were also other excellent promotions at the time of my visit.

The place caters to men and boys. That being said my son immensely enjoyed his first professional haircut here.

Was an awesome place to get a hair cut when they first opened. Now its under staffed and 3 out of the four employees would rather gossip about ther own hair instead of cutting hair and being concerned about the full waiting area.waited 50 min before I had enough and walked out.

Update: they have definitely stepped up there game. The atmosphere in the shop is way better now.

I used to work for sportclips and I must say the owner of this one has no clue what to do in this demographic nor did he hire the type of people that could handle a town like this.. I also worked for sportclips in Stapleton and that was an amazing store the manager Stephanie is beyond the example of what a good manager is and the owner hes a great guy who has a smart business mind compassion for his fellow man and a strong tie in the community. its sad to say that after my experience in my own hometown I will not recommend sportclips to anyone as a future employee or a place to get a cut.
