Great service but their prices are extremely high..I would recommend if u dont care about paying 70 dollars for a full set! The picture is about 2 weeks in and there still not grown out. Amazing job but again just way to pricey

This set not sure of the guys name he did a good job. My first experience there was at their last facility and can I just say how beautiful the new place is….. I’m so I love with it. Also their customer service is great. My first time Amy did my nails and I can honestly say I loved the way she did my nails they looked so natural… this time around she was busy so I went with the next available and I’m not upset but I’m not excited either. Next time I will be making an appointment with Amy. Paul was great 🥰

I went in to have my nails touched up because 3 days prior I had a basic manicure and didn’t find the look to be quite to my liking. So after I shared this with them on a survey they had me come in get a touch up manicure and they gave me a gel coating which goes for $30 free of charge to make it right to me. And since I hadn’t asked for that to begin with I was astonished by their generosity and level of customer service they consistently strive for. A solid 5 stars in my book and I have been a regular customer for 3 years now!

Asked for medium length coffin with narrow tips. This was the result. I couldn’t request him to file anymore, the file technique was painful as the bulk of the acrylic was too much in general to hand file. Then the drill bit he attempted to use was fine grit, too fine to reduce bulk therefore resulting in a burning sensation.

Overall the place is very nice however my manicure lasted one day. I was in on Wednesday and by Friday most of my nails were chipped. The woman also cut my cuticle and did not shape my nails at all. Very poor work. I will not go back.

Phillip is the best nail tech I’ve had in years. He’s so kind and gentle. Very funny friendly and courteous too. Anna provides a very relaxing and thorough pedicure. Paul, the owner, is so welcoming and gracious. I can’t say enough. Tell them all that Nicole sent you!

It was my first visit to this nail salon and I brought my friend along for a girls day. Almost hesitant to go because of the reviews, but I wanted to give this place a chance. The place is really clean and just so beautiful when you walk in. We were greeted when we signed in and expected to wait because we didnt have an appointment.Lina did my pedicure and dipping manicure (I think thats what its called). It was the best. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Always made sure I was happy with nail length and color. She was just so polite and friendly.My friend and I will definitely be back again and will request the ladies we had this visit.

Was able to get an appointment same day and when I arrived they were ready for me. No waiting! Vicki was wonderful. She did a acrylic full set with hand painted French tips. They turned out PERFECT. I couldn’t be happier.

I would not go there again they made me bleed and they made fun my nail because I use my hands a lot I can’t help with that

Best nail salon BY FAR I have probably ever been too and I’m quite picky. Brand new, HUGE, clean. Most of all THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. I highly recommend. Definitely the best salon in Nashua and all of New Hampshire.

I went here because a friend got a manicure just before her vacation here that was nice, and we went together for me to get acrylics.The tech I saw rushed, refused to do the colors or design I wanted, did not listen to what I wanted for length or shape, and was generally unpleasant. Two of my nails were crooked, one was mishaped, and all were too thick.They also shuffled my friend all around the shop, from tech to tech, because all but one person refused to do her design.Maybe it was because they were busy. Maybe it was because they were all tired and overworked. Maybe a million excuses can be made.No matter, I will not be returning.

The new salon is huge and quite beautiful. I chose the basic pedi option today which felt far better than the word “basic” suggests!! The nail technician I had was friendly and thorough. I will be returning!

I have been coming to Pro Nails since last year when nail salons in MA were still closed due to COVID and NH opened first! Every single visit is always greeted with a smile and great service. Paul is really interactive with the clientele that comes through the door and all his staff. Although everyone is really pleasant to work with, I have had the pleasure of always working with Anna for my manicures/pedicures. Even though I live in central MA, a year later, my family and I still make the drive up to NH to get out nails done!! I would definitely recommend coming here!

I don’t see how other people have had a “bad experience” or that they “aren’t sanitary”. They’ve been nothing but wonderful, professional and provide great quality service especially during COVID-19. Paul, the owner, is always SUPER friendly and interactive with the clients. They never disappoint. Highly recommend this salon, you won’t be disappointed. In addition, I’m looking forward to their new location they are moving to in a month which looks stunning!

Went in for a fill. Absolutely terrible terrible service. I was rushed, almost given the wrong service, and they were not friendly at all. The table they sat me at was dirty. My sister got a pedi and her gel redone and they yelled at her for THE MANAGER not relaying what she wanted done. Not to mention her nails looked terrible. We will not be back.

Horrible place. First off they do not use sterilized instrument for each customer. Second off the charged me extra to shape my full set of acrilics... asked for change and gave me only $5 bills claiming they had no ones (for tip). Two of my nails are crooked. Now $50 later for a set they told me was $35 to which they add additional fees for shaping my nails is unheard of. Plus non sterilization per each customer is unacceptable. Not again!

I asked the lady to shorten my nails like four times and they still aren’t short enough, all nails are different lengths and SUPER thick, toe nails aren’t straight at all and paid for spa pedi and they didn’t do anything special, also didn’t lotion hands or arms with manicure. Will NOT be going back.

Every time Ive gotten my eyelashes filled here they end up charging me 20-30 dollars extra (and ask for cash payment) which makes me think they are just pocketing the money. Had 50% great work done 50% TERRIBLE. Ladies can be kind of rude and bossy

Moved to the area in August prior to coming here I tried a couple other spots. Now it’s my fav for EVERYTHING! I get my lashes, pedi’s, nails, and now my eyebrows (mind you I’ve been doing my own eyebrows for years).

I like coming here but anytime i pay and tip with my debt/ credit card, they always give me dirty looks and get upset

My favorite nail salon in Nashua. I have been going here for 3 years and now that I moved I still make the hour long drive. Everyone is always friendly, I have never had a bad experience. Also my nails are always perfect and last way longer than any other places. The owner is a doll, he checks in and makes sure you are happy with your service. I wont go anywhere else since finding Pro Nails.

If I could give zero stars I would ive been to pro nails to get my lashes done before with no issue but this last week I went and now I have an eye infection! So take that how you wanna take that this place is unsanitary and does not clean their tools and it’s the clients who have to suffer for this! Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been here a handful of times. I wanted to test out multiple nail salons before choosing my go to. This is my go to. I never have a problem here. Prices are reasonable. Staff is full and friendly. More color options than any other place too!!

I absolutely love Jason but everyone does a great job in my opinion. the owner always knows me by name even when I dont get my nails done for a couple months. I feel like my nails always come out wonderful and they last a really long time. I do recommend making it an appointment as the weekends get very busy.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you want a pedicure that looks like a 5 year old painted them then definitely come here. It was very clear that parts of my toe nails were not painted and they weren’t smooth at all. Asked the short hair woman to fix them and she didn’t see any problem with it.

Kathy did a great job on all 20 nails. And very comfortable eye brow wax and lip wax too

Ive been coming here for over 15 years and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. The tech and upset when I insisted I didnt want a gel manicure, I dont think the tools were clean, and she used cold water to soak my nails. You can see the uneven labels of polish and its already chipping. This isnt the first time Ive had bad service and Im not going to be going back again, its to bad because Paul does greet me and ask how Im doing.

First time here and will be the last. Went with a friend and her daughter and mine. Im super happy with the color but not happy with the way my nails look. My squares are not even, one finger on the corner is raised. Some of my nails are a little rough at the ends. Around my nails are stained with the dip powder (no act of tidying it up). The color isnt all the way up my nail (you can see a gap with most with the color and my cuticle line but the others are fine). At the end I asked the guy if he could run something along between the nail and the skin because it felt like dust or something was in between and he just looked at me like he didnt get what I was saying, like that was a strange request or something.My friends daughters hands look like the tech just did a fast job on them she seemed bothered that she was talking to her, she left and some other tech finished the job.One of the techs told my daughter to move out of the seat she was in for another customer even though my daughter who is five was a paying customer also (her name was also on the sign in sheet) to move to another seat to finally have her nails done which for her came out amazing.After checking other places and them being busy and finding this place that took us in right away I just wanted to leave and be done.

I had such an amazing experience here! The staff was very friendly and caring towards clients and other staff members. The woman who did my deluxe pedicure and gel acrylics was Kathy and she was just a doll. Extremely talented and beyond nice. She really made it a point to make sure I was comfortable, smiling through my entire service, and even got to know me a little. I would definitely recommend this nail salon and specifically Kathy, to anyone looking to get their nails done by a really friendly and experienced staff.

These guys were great. Was my first time taking my daughter to a nail salon and they explained the difference in the paints to me. My daughter was happy with the way her nails came out and said this place didnt make her cuticles bleed like the normal place she usually goes to.

Always very busy here but they provide great work from the massages to the paint jobs. I also had my eyelash extensions done here and they did a great job with that as well!

I only go to Pro Nails. The owner Paul makes sure everyone is treated well and leave happy. I love Jason and will wait for him. They take their time a are very proud of their trade. Tip for their time and the job they do

I got dip done twice here by 2 different women and my nail broke the next day. Didnt bother going back a third time

Every single time I come to this place I make an appointment and still wait so long to even get my nails started. It seems to me that this place doesn’t have a system where they are efficient with they’re customers time. They are not conscious of the fact that people have other priorities. The manager also hovers over people when they’re getting their nails done. And if you ask me it makes me uncomfortable as hell. It’s also a hit or miss. The quality of the way my nails look varies but is usually subpar. Don’t go to this place ever. Especially if you see it is busy, the employees will be very rude to you and your experience won’t be worth the overpriced nails you’re paying for.

Absolutely horrible. If all you want is an ok experience, this is the place for you. However it wasnt just the experience, the acrylic nails I got were horrible too. The reason I say that is because they had bubbles, they were huge and the tips of them werent rounded at all. Not only off all that but the male who did them used unclean tools which is actually against the law. Worst experience ever.

My friend and I both got gel acrylics. Hers were way too thick and she had to get them redone before her photo shoot. Mine were slightly too thick and my thumb wasnt put on straight.

Have been coming here for more than 8 years. All the staff are friendly and professional and always remember details about you - more than just your name. I am particular about the shape of my nails and Kathy always does a great job (extra thin gel and they never fall off or break) and her free hand nail designs never disappoint. I get compliments from complete strangers all the time. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Great service and good prices. Called last min to try and get a manicure, even tho they closed in 5 min. They still accepted my friend and I to both have manicures done. Very friendly, and the work was great. Would recommend to everyone.

I had been going here on and off for years purely out of the convenient location. They are rude, pretend they dont speak English. Paul is like a landlord. I like to request certain technicians and they just dont do it. My final straw was the Monday before Thanksgiving. I wanted my gel polish removed and a regular manicure. After waiting 30 minutes Pauls wife who was very rude applied the acetone. They left it on for 20 minutes Then sent over Amy who was extremely rude and very rough. She did the worst manicure I ever had. My nails were so damaged it has taken 2months to get them back to normal! I would avoid them. Also the place is like a warehouse and not very clean. Now I go to a real salon in Chelmsford. It is so sterile, appointments are required but so worth it. Everyone is very professional.

I am very sad that I have to write this review, I have been coming to this place for about 5 years but never again. The prices and services are good but the staff is very RUDE and unprofessional. I came in for a pedicure and their staff were making fun of my feet, the slaugh was so loud that the whole salon was looking at me, I had never felt so humiliated and embarassed in my life. It was not the first time they did this to me but I kept coming because I like their services but no more. I dont mind them speaking in their native language but you can tell when they are talking about you and specially when they are making fun of you. Very rude and unprofessional.

Been here a few times. The people are nice but they get the gel on your skin which is my biggest pet peeve. When it dries it feels like something is pulling or stuck under your nails. Also I got handed off twice yesterday so that the first technician could take care of someone they knew by name. I thought that was odd. Overall clean and affordable but have had some so-so times.

Total rip off. I got gel nails two days ago and they are already chipping!!! I’ve never had this issue with other places I’ve been to. I pay extra to get gel so that they won’t chip and I’m very upset that my nails are chipped. I also went with my friend and as she was getting her nails done she told the nail tech that she likes her nails short and he wouldn’t do them short and she had to repeat herself over 5 times to make them short and every time she said make them short he would ONLY DO THAT ONE NAIL SHORT!!! would not recommend this place to anyone, total waste of money and I’m not happy.

My first time at this salon, and I will never return.My pedicure was okay, Then I had Dip nails done. First of all, the tools were COVERED in powder from his other clients, nothing was sanitized. I wanted to keep my natural nail and he instantly took the nail clippers and cut ALL of my nails down to nothing. They are actually painful they are so short. He was rushing me as it was busy in there, he barely filed down the dip and now my nails look like thick bubbles. He also let me leave with the dip all over my skin and fingertips!I then went back to see if maybe they could put a tip on because my nails (thumbs especially) actually hurt and the woman basically laughed at me, made me feel so embarrassed, started talking loudly to her client about me, then went he went to fix my nails he told me i would have to pay again, but only half price. I left and went to another CLEANER, nicer salon to have my nails fixed. never again.
