This gym is amazing! You’ll fall in love with the workout and see results fast! The coaches are talented and know what they are talking about and will help you along the way!

I absolutely love this gym. Give the coaches a hour of your time and make the decision to change your life. Id suggest one of Alex or Glens class, Tuesday night Kickboxing is my favorite.

I haven’t been able to go in yet due to having a stomach bug but the people I’ve worked with over the phone have been absolutely phenomenal and so understanding with me having to move my class multiple times!Exceptional customer service off the bat!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB: They are untrustworthy since the pandemic. Repeatedly charged me wrong on my account (first a fee, then my monthly fee when I was repetitively told my account would remain frozen), it took weeks to get refunded. They care nothing about customer satisfaction. Since new management took over, they are HORRID. General staff are friendly, but nothing gets done. Go somewhere else where customers are valued and not seen as a dollar sign $.Managers who were unhelpful include Mike and Shelly.

EDIT: reduced to 1 star after dealing with new manager ‘Jesse’.If this was a year ago I’d be leaving a 5 star review, but unfortunately things have been declining and FAST. The new ownership has ruined everything about the club and the community.

Beware of this place. I signed up for a two month trial for $180.00 and they charged me an extra $90.00They say the 180 is for first and last month but signing up for a TWO MONTH trial is first and last and they still charged me an extra 90 knowing that I only signed up for two months. I know this is just how gyms are that are money hungry but that is complete BS. Also when I called to have it figured out the woman who owns the gym said to me, I know that is how your brain is thinking about it but thats not right like I am a legit idiot or something. Great way to talk to a customer!! Save your money and your aggravation honestly it is not worth it. Get your workouts on demand or on YouTube. This place is not worth your money.

The workouts are 45 minutes long but because of the way they are broken up, time flies. I also appreciate that the Nashua trainers have really taken the time to get to know me and will call me out in a positive way if I’m not giving it 100%. I need someone to keep an eye on me and tell me to push harder when I’m tired. They are constantly reciting motivational mantras that I have adopted as well (can’t doesnt live here, you can do anything in the world for 10 seconds, all work easy work, etc). I am at 8 classes/ pt sessions a week so Title Nashua has become a home away a from home for me and a place that I willingly wake up at 4:30am to go to.

Awful, awful customer service. While I had enjoyed my time boxing there, once my year membership was complete I did not wish to renew. However, they never share that they will continuously bill you regardless. No one is ever available at the club to discuss, it took me over a week to get in contact with someone, and they were extremely rude. Would definitely not recommend, they will trick you and are not forthcoming as to what you are signing up for.

Jay (Coach Spazz) is what makes Title Boxing stand out from the rest. The knowledge and energy he brought to the workout really makes his work special. You really get a vibe from him that he loves sharing his knowledge.

After experiencing 6mo at the Cary, NC location, this place falls flat. Too small, the classes arent as challenging, and the community is not as welcoming. They have horrible customer service when you experss discontent, and theyre sneaky about charging you continuously month by month after your contract ends. If they have to screw customers over to make money, they shouldnt be in business.

Kick Boxing, Standard Boxing or a gym to train in… this is the place. A Five Star all class full service facility with like minded athletes that help, teach & learn from you…
