Very happy to give a big thumbs up for Rebel! I was coming off knee surgery and a gain of 20+ pounds.I was previously very active and in shape but lost the drive to work out. Sean worked with me to identify some mechanical issues with my movements. This helped with the pain I was feeling with certain exercises. He developed a plan and workout that met the unique needs that I had. I have had great gains as a result and I am now able to motivate myself and continue forward with success similar to those prior to my surgery.

I attended rebel fit for the 16 week program. I highly recommend this gym and the people that run it. The owner Sean is very involved with everyone and does the classes, giving everyone individual attention as needed. It is clean and organized and pleasant to be at. I always felt like I could ask questions if I needed to, never feeling intimidated. It is a gym that you’d want to be at not just for the 16 week program but continually.I am unable to work out at the moment due to a bike injury but I plan to be back as soon as I can. I have reached out to Sean and he is actually helping me find a physical therapy place for help. The professionalism is over the top. I highly recommend this gym

I’ve been a member at Rebelfit for the past 9 months and it’s been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The owner and his partner have jumped through hoops to keep us active, even providing online workouts while the gym was closed due to covid. The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable, and quite helpful if you have questions or problem areas to work on. The classes are offered several times a day throughout the week and the workouts vary day to day. They are simple enough that nearly anyone can do them, but also effective for those with all levels of experience. As an added bonus, in my time at Rebelfit, they teamed up with two other local small businesses and offered members discounted rates on spa services and healthy prepared meals. When I joined the gym I was almost 3 months postpartum and my core muscles were shot. I am stronger now than I have been since high school (over a decade ago). I look and feel great, and I have the energy I need to keep up with my busy 11 month old. I generally make healthier choices now than I did last winter and I have Rebelfit to thank for being the catalyst I needed for that. Highly recommend this gym.

Great gym. The workouts are hard but tailored to each persons specific needs. I have been going regularly for 4-5 months now and each day the workout is different. A real focus on compound exercises. A real organic camaraderie too. Love this place.

As soon as I walked through the doors I felt comfortable. The owner and coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming. No matter what your level of fitness is they will make sure to get you where you want to be safely, as they take form and movement very seriously. The energy is great and the workouts are even better. Lots of different equipment to incorporate into your workout. No matter what I’m feeling when I walk through the doors, I always leave feeling stronger and happier. If you’re looking for a new gym, Rebelfit is definitely worth your time. It could change your life, it’s changed mine.

If youre looking for the kind of gym where upon entrance, you scan your tag while the kid at the desk doesnt look up from their phone to acknowledge you, this is not your gym. If youre looking for a gym filled with perfectly toned bodies and intimidation, this is not your gym. If youre looking for a gym where you are greeted by name--by the members and Sean, the owner, this IS your gym.I joined Millyard last September for a few reasons: it was a great summer filled with too much food and alcohol and I needed to get back on track; I was bored with the classes at the big gym; I needed a change and a challenge. I joined for a 6 week special and figured after that, Id just go back to my normal fitness routine....well, almost a year later, Im still there! I look forward to going each day- the workouts are always different and the people are beyond friendly, supportive and encouraging. At first, I was nervous about even contacting Sean and asking about the program, but he is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to about fitness, nutrition and health. Hes actually knowledgeable about how the body and muscles work and how to modify if you are injured.I simply cannot say enough about Millyard. It is different than any other workout Ive done or gym Ive ever been to. I am certainly stronger and I have surprised myself at what I can do physically since joining. Its not easy, but it IS worth it.

Although Sean is knowledgeable.. he can’t run a business. He is in his 4th or 5th location and not because the gym grew. Doors have been locked on him. He’s asked members to “borrow” money to pay for the rent. At one point members were working out in a park because he didn’t have a facility for members to workout in and those members were still being charged full monthly fees. I offered to work for him one summer and he offered to pay me what I would my other job and he never paid me. So although Sean the owner is knowledgeable I would not recommend going to this gym to work out.

I had a great time here today (8/2/18). I’m in the area training with work and was looking for a gym where i could do my usual bodybuilding routine, get a great sweat in and have some fun. Not only was i able to do that but it was a great atmosphere.

I’ve spent a lot of time looking for a place where I enjoy going and can accommodate my busy work schedule. It’s a great place built on a individual coaching ethos that makes it feel personal and family like. I’ve made great progress and tried new things that I’ve spent most of my exercise career avoiding. Sean does an exceptionally job of meeting you where you are at and encouraging you to push past your comfort zone safely but aggressively. All the right equipment, great workouts without all the depersonalization you see in other gyms.

No matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey, Sean will push you to the next level. Most people (like my dad) follow Sean’s unique daily workout schedules. I am more interested in bodybuilding, and Sean helped me develop a plan to revitalize my routine. I can’t say enough good things about Rebel Fit!!

I have been going to Millyard Strength and conditioning for over a year now and I couldnt be happier. I had been going to a big gym for some time but I always felt like I needed some direction and accountability. I saw and ad on Facebook for Millyard, I called and had an personal evaluation with Sean. Sean is a great trainer. He spends the time with you to make sure that you are doing everything correctly and ensures that you are challenging yourself. He modifies exercises for you based on your strength and ability. Ive seen him work with some high school sports teams and he works very well with them as well. He does a great job keeping them all engaged. This gym is different than the big gyms. Its much more personal, where you get to know everyone. All the members are very welcoming and supportive. It is a great environment whether you are lifting or in a group class. My only regret is that I didnt join years ago.

A little bit of inspiration for anyone who is just starting at the gym, or wants is thinking about joining. I started at my gym here in NY in March, and the second photo is now. Sean has been off and on helping me via email, phone, and messaging for a few years. You should really consider this place, hes one of the most dedicated and hard-working people I know. I would love to train at their gym, he really cares about his clients. Him and Courtney helped me get my life back, and believe me Im living proof of it. Almost 75 pounds lighter and Im 43 and in the best shape of my life. You can do it. Hard work plus dedication equals success 😉. Its a 💯 all in commitment👍

RebelFit is the place to go, regardless of what type of fitness goals you are hoping to achieve! I started noticing improvements within the first 2 weeks and have only gone up from there. The blended style of personal training and having the ability to do your own modifications to workouts is the perfect fit for me. I have learned new exercises, made new friends, and gotten closer to my goals all at the same time.

I was always an athlete, but Sean and the Millyard team have helped me take my fitness a new level.Im normally not very outgoing, but the community is so welcoming that I always feel comfortable when I walk in the door. Its so nice to be greeted by name when you walk in, I never feel like Im just a number. Ive been a member of Millyard Strength & Conditioning for about two months now, and have yet to be bored with the workouts! The owner, Sean, is motivating, and challenging in the best way possible. He offers great tips and advise on everything from fitness and nutrition to time management. I HIGHLY recommend joining, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Not much of a gym person here- so RebelFit was perfect for me. At first I wasnt sure because these workouts are HARD and sometimes seem impossible, but I just kept showing up. Working out sucks- especially if you havent done much of it over the course of your life- but it is much better when you have a familiar place to go, with the workouts already planned, and someone expecting you to be there. Just show up. RebelFit does the rest. Lost 15lbs so far, most success Ive ever had.

Seans gym was at the right place at the right time for me. I needed a place to workout for a couple of months while I was commuting to the area. The first time I dropped in to check it out, I loved it! Sean took the time to listen to my goals and assess my current fitness level. I have had a few injuries, and would have loved to hire a personal trainer, but it was just too expensive. Fortunately, at RebelFit, thats pretty much what you get anyway (and its much more affordable!). Sean was always around and available if any exercise felt off or triggered an old injury. He would make an adjustment to the exercise and I was good-to-go. The workouts are challenging, but worth it, and you cant beat the accountability!

I did crossfit for four years as my primary form of exercise before I started attending RebelFit. I loved crossfit but always felt as though I was missing something. RebelFit helped me to reach my goals and provide me with that additional layer of personalized training that I had been missing. I would recommend RebelFit to anyone regardless of current exercise level or body type. The gym is such a welcoming environment that anyone would feel comfortable attending which I find to be very important when starting a new gym.

I do not do many reviews, however this I needed to. I am an overweight 41 year old male that has a sit down desk job. I decided to find someone or someplace to help me get healthy. looked at a few places local and I found Millyard, after talking to Sean, I made the choice to use his facilities. I have only been working with him for a month and a half now but the changes are noticeable. I can run 2 laps now where when i started I could barely walk one, I do not hurt as bad as I did before I started, along with that the people there are friendly and easy to get along with. no judgments, no pressure. this is no fancy chain gym where you sit down to work out.... this is a commit and work your butt off type gym... Thank you Millyard! cant wait for the next before and after!

This coaching-style gym is the perfect cross between personal training and group exercise. You show up to the gym whenever you want to, and take a look at the several workouts that the coach, Sean, has put on a whiteboard. You discuss with him which one you should do to move closer to your goals, modify it to fit your individual level/pace, and then get to it. Sean is there every step of the way to fix your form, answer questions, or just have a hilarious chat to distract you from the pain. So, you get an individualized training experience; but, there are other people in the gym, some of them doing the same workout as you. The music isnt so loud that you cant talk to them, nor the environment so serious that you dont want to. Youll find a community at RebelFit - of people of all different fitness levels - to discuss your fitness journey, your dogs, your day... and to compliment you on all the progress youve made since youve been going to the gym.And I promise you, you will make progress if you go to RebelFit.

This is my first month. I am 47, 250 lbs and a desk jocky. Sean is kicking my ***, but he is a big-time motivator. I just left a few hours ago, I am sore as **** but cant wait until my next session. The one on one is amazing and the price is unbelievable. Thanks Sean!!! This is exactly what I needed to get my fat *** into shape.
