I have now been a member for 11 months. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but I am now a true die hard believer. The 15 min programs on the treadmill and elliptical are varied and can be challenging. The strength machine programs are different every time you come in. I love that I can totally focus on my exercising not having to remember what exercise and reps I have to do

Increased my strength, defined muscle tone all at my own pace with a customized program. Club is super clean and has fit coaches who care. Definitely recommended for any fitness level at all ages.

Really interesting concept! I learned more about how to efficiently use an elliptical than I ever thought I would, and the machine workouts were well thought-out. I did the 30-day trial and unfortunately it was out of my price range once the trial was up.
