Totally excited for our pool to be delivered by this company! I received notification that they have the pool! We have been waiting for months for this pool to be available! Hopefully they will deliver quickly! I am definitely going to tip the driver because these are hard times! Thank you SAIA for your future delivery of my item! Don’t use this company.The absolute worst.To ok 3 days to ship an attachment for my Excavator from Canada to Greenville NC.by another trucking company.Sat at Saia terminal for almost a week.They finally delivered it to Frisco NC.and they lost a $300.00 Steel pin.Cant use attachments without it.I had to buy another one and spend 1/2 day welding to make it like the one they lost.They told me they were looking for it for a month.Finally said they couldn’t find it.I asked them to refund my money.They said I had to fill out all these forms and then they would submit it.I called my contact there and left message but now they won’t return my call.I have called the company in Canada and they will not use them again.Screwed me out of my time and $300.00 because of their incompetence.Do not use them or you will be sorry.
