Really well maintained facilities. Some machines get tagged out for long periods awaiting repairs but for the low cost and the overall quality I cant complain.

Zero stars! I have lost a valuable item here at this gym, and I called the staff to keep my item in the lost & found. The staff mentioned that there would be a sticky note with my name, and number on it. Since, I was going to pick it up the next day. When I went back to pick up my item, the staff couldnt find it. The staff never reported to the manager, and the manager had no idea. Dont lose your belongings in this gym because the staff isnt going to be responsible with your stuff. The staff isnt going to care! Poor communication and irresponsible. Staff training needs to be improved.

Was on a 36 mile round trip from Ayer to Nashua on the Nashua River Rail Trail . While in Nashua I hit Planet Fitness for a 1.5 hour workout. Nice gym, super clean ! Loved it !

Lots of space & equipment includingThree 15 footer ceiling fans to cover the whole gym, theyre always on even in the winter youd need to wear your winter clothes when working out, thinking about quitting since the staff dont care.

This gym has been nothing but AMAZING!!!! the staff is always so friendly and helpful even over the phone also!Someone is almost always cleaning everything and I felt very happy with my experiences at this gym and I believe Chris (is his name?) was beyond helpful to me over the phone with all the questions I had!!Thank you planet fitness!!!

Contactless check-in via their app. Masks required when walking around but not when exercising. Disinfecting stations to get paper towels and spray to clean the machine you just used. Staff also go around cleaning equipment. Some machines blocked off so people can be socially distant. Many tvs with all different channels on. Music plays. Everyone respectful of distance and they follow the rules. Good safe workout!

The place is always dirty at night. Mens locker room is very unsanitary with trash barrels over flowing. Always have to inform the desk staff of empty spray bottles or paper towels. There is usually only one person on at night. Andy the general manager needs to step up to the plate and help out. The staff members cant do it alone. This place needs a surprise visit at night from upper management to see what is actually going on here. Tried calling Andy a couple times but he is not always in. I like how staff members had to tape the emergency lights up that fell from the ceiling. Maybe a call to the fire Marshall is needed too. This place needs help and the current manager doesnt seam to make it a priority thats for sure. Lets keep the creepy male employee with the facial hair who should be invested by your human resources department for harassment to other employees. Upper management needs to open their eyes and help out and show up unexpectedly so they can see exactly what is going on here. Maybe close the place for a day and get all staff members brought in for a cleaning day and get this place back up to par.

I took pictures of the lady’s bathroom and complained about the cleaning for the manager..week later still the same .. smells good doesn’t mean that they are clean.

Crew members are rude....seems to be common trend in the other reviews on here. Had a poor experience at this location, staff threatened to call the police for no reason...also seems to be a trend in other Facebook comments....? I made a formal complaint to the Club Manager and CEO and all Ive heard in reply is crickets. I WOULD NOT recommend this location. Luckily there are others available in Nashua and nearby. This one is run by high school kids with no management and minimal to training. The gym is in disrepair. Theres always something broken in the locker rooms or on the workout areas.....another common trend in other comments. Seems poorly managed for being a corporate/flagship location. Ive seen franchised locations in better shape. I wish I didnt have to write this review, if only management had replied to my complaint...and I didnt need social media to get their attention. $10/month gets you full use of the gym 24 hours a day. Great environment. Clean showers and locker rooms. Help is available at all times. For another $5. you can work independently with a trainer.

I love this gym! Super clean and with plenty of equipment. The cut flowers in the bathroom and up front are a nice touch that I appreciate. Can’t beat the price; what a deal!

Staff does a poor job enforcing facemasks - which is required in Nashua. They dont have the TRX machine most other facilities do. Plenty of cardio machines and they do have a seated arm cycle machine which is unique. No bottle fill option and restrooms are adequately clean but not spectacular.

If you try to cancel your membership they will charge you to cancel and continue to charge you and you will not receive any refunds. I was thinking of going to that location to work out, but after reading the reviews I was in doubt. . it is normal to have someone dissatisfied, but in this case there are many negative reviews.

I absolutely love this gym ! They have and hire amazing workers which makes my experience even better. I appreciate that planet fitness hires so many awesome, awesome people !! 👏👏👏 I personally am not on their structured workouts but I have seen so many people join and their progress is encouraging!! Love just stepping in here almost twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. Areas are clean locker rooms are clean, nice equipment you can get a really good workout. staff is great and interacts as little or as much as you want. They dont have a scale, I dont get it. But I do like the place. Update: if they get a scale it would be a total 5 🌟 I mean youre not judging just weighing the benefits 🌠

Great gym, great staff. However, they are missing some machines. It will perfect if this 2020 they add new machine, ropes, and things like.

It really is one of the best ways to stay in shape. Very convenient and great machines. Its also a nice place to meet people. I have been looking around at other clubs and even the private ones dont compare when you put all the value you got. The only thing Id love to see is a sauna!

I love their business model. And wether you have the basic or s Black Card membership both are great values at their respective price points.

A lot of equipment to use. Even when they are busy, there is still a lot of space to have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They offer tanning, massage chairs and beds as well as a hair salon. Its always clean and the bathrooms are impeccable. My only wish is that they had a few true rowing machines (like Concept II). Other than that little thing, I love it.

What can I say, I pick things up and put them down, and I am not judged for that either. I am a black member who travels, and uses the gym all around. I must say this particular location is very nice to be at 😎

They said on advertising there place is cleaner then ever well guess what its not cleaner its actually dirtier then it was 5 months ago . People stopped cleaning and all the barrels are full of trash.

Terrible customer service. The people who answer the phones are extremely rude and unprofessional and refused several times to let me speak to a manager and have even hung up on me twice!! They swindle you out of money! Do not become member and if you do decide to give that company your money definitely dont sign up at this location.

I have been going here for over a month now. They gym it self is great. Love it. However I use the tanning there and twice now I have had a member of the staff try opening the door on me. Like thank god I lock the door. Today I signed up for tanning was given the door tag and room I was assigned to. the kid a guy in his 20’s that gave me the room tried opening the door jiggled the door handle realized it was locked then knocked I quickly opened the door and said can I help you. He said oh no Srry to bother you. Now what would happen if I forgot to lock the door he would have walked right in on me.what was he trying to do. Like didn’t he know that someone was in there because he was the one that gave the door tag and room to go in.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. Had one for about a year and a half, when I went to cancel, they charged me $39, because they bumped up my annual fee, and said it was due the day i cancelled, despite the guy at the front counter telling me I would not be charged anymore, then getting charged AFTER I cancelled. Called, and they didnt care, told me I had to call corporate, even though its privately owned, and corporate doesnt give refunds; manager in Nashua was just telling me their policy, and tried to get me off the phone, talk about NO BALLS. ILL NEVER JOIN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Complete BS! NEVER AGAIN!! BUNCH OF WEASELS!!!!

This is my wifes first gym and my second. Its a clean and well run facility and the staff are very welcoming. I do wish they had more weight machines as it can get crowded. I also wish they had a time limit on certain types of machines to discourage texters but overall Im very satisfied.

This is my favorite planet fitness Ive been to. The staff is really nice and so helpful. Its very clean and its the one with a rowing machine.

The facility itself is nice clean and good environment to work out in but the place lacks any knowledgeable employees. When went there to join not one person there was able to answer any of my questions regarding memberships. All they could say is I dont know. And I will have to talk to a manager. Hiring a knowledgeable staff would make it a much better experience.

Went in to do legs, one of the machines I really wanted to use was out of service so that was a little disappointing. Overall, love the gym and the fact that it is truly open 24/7 whereas ones closer to me are only 24/5. Great bathrooms, very clean overall.

Facility is always clean when I go. Hairstylist on staff here is friendly and wonderful. If youve got the black card, youve gotta check out the hydro massage. Never do the tanning booth, but there is one there.

All of the employees are kids, cant even write down a correct appointment. I walk in and I see them studying and doing their homework instead of doing their job and clean the dirty place.P.S. I hold my breath when Im at the mens locker room. Gross.

Always clean, and staff was always pleasant and helpful when I was a member. Was able to cancel my membership with ease each time I moved (which happened twice in Nashua and once in Providence), which apparently is huge since every time I go to join a different gym closer to home and read the reviews they all seem to have a bunch of reviews of people who were unable, no matter how hard they tried, to cancel their membership. Just has your typical basic variety of gym equipment, but lots of treadmills & ellipticals. A great value for the price.

Ive been a member for about a month, and I can say it is well worth it. 20 dollars a month is a small price to pay for unlimited access to a gym, haircuts, monthly food, fitness training, and a tanning/massage salon.

Horrible staff. I shouldn’t need to wait upfront for more than 20 minutes for someone to be able to approve the time for a hydro massage or a tanning booth and whenever they do end up showing up they have a ride attuide. This location provides exactly what I was looking for, a quick run and shower. The staff is friendly and seems to keep things clean and in order. Id like to see more benches in the locker room. No comments on other equipment/services as I only go for the treadmills.

Best gym ive ever been too. Its quiet. There are tvs were u can listen with headphones right on the machine ur on. The crew is very nice and quick to answer any questions.

I came to planet fitness as a guest with a friend and after our workout I was told because I wasnt a member I could not use the message chairs... I came last winter with my friend and never had a problem.

Music is awful. Sometimes I can hear two streams of music coming from the sound system. Also, staff doesnt enforce the cell phone policy so people take calls in the workout area all the time. Recently theres been people playing music from their phones instead of using headphones. Staff doesnt enforce any of the rules. People still come in muscle shirts and gallons of water.Luckily theres plenty of equipment and the price is cheap.

Ive been to this location twice. I havent seen any reviews for the salon, but lets just say the two stars are for the stylist because she was awesome. My hair came out great and she was very friendly and made me feel right at home.The staff in the gym however, are not properly trained, and the manager was rude. I had inquired a while back about the black card haircut program and later called to make an appointment, and at no point was I told that it was for Nashua members only? When I arrived for my appointment the manager tried to turn me away. It was pretty embrarassing.The stylist was nice enough to see me, but Im still not impressed with the gym staff, or the manager I encountered today.

Cheap fans that recirculate air on to other gym goers

I have been going to Planet Fitness off and on for over a decade. Back in November I went into this location to cancel my membership. The employees helping me were two very young boys. They took my Info and canceled my membership. I asked if I was all set and I was told yes. Its been cancelled. Its been 5 months and I noticed a charge for $21.99 on my bank transactions when checking to see if a check cleared. (shame on me for not noticing earlier but an amount that small isnt exactly a red flag difference) I called to see what this is about. I was told that my account was still active. They cancelled the wrong account. I then asked to cancel my account and asked what they will do to fix this mistake. I was asked if I had proof. (they canceled the wrong account so no i dont have proof) I was then told that there is no way to believe me and that there is nothing they can do. I was SOL. The employee on the phone told me he was sorry that those specific employees screwed me over but there is nothing he can do to make this right but cancel my account today. I was extreamly stocked by this experience. I usually activate and cancel my pf membership constantly since I was 15 years old. Im sad to say this terrible customer service has lost me as a future customer. Long story short. Make sure you work with well trained employees and ALWAYS ask for paper confirmations. Do not give this corporation your business. They do not value thier decade long loyal customerd

Getting better all the time...

Frankly the condescending attitude, rude tone of voice and lack of professionalism demonstrated by one of the staff at this location was completely uncalled for and very off putting. In all honesty, I will not go back to this location and will instead provide gas money to my workout partners so that they can more easily afford to drive out to the Amherst Street location where I usually work out. Additionally, when my current contract is up, I will be seriously considering changing gyms.

Been a member for 3 years. The trainer Vlad is the best one so far and hes actually lasted longer than the previous 5. Vlad has been instrumental in helping me work the muscle groups with success.The problem Ive complained about before (to NO avail) is people placing the workout mats next to the stretching bars and we cannot use the stretching bars in the stretching area. Theyve added more equipment to that area as well, thus making it more difficult for stretching. Ive noticed some members just stepping over them and using the bars anyway. Perhaps Ill try that before canceling my membership.Spoke to a young blond rep today and my impression was thats the way it is and its not going to change. She didnt seem to think there was a problem and there was no effort to address my concern whatsoever. Obviously losing a couple of memberships will not really matter.

Honestly, cant complain. There are Always lots of open machines in good working order, a helpful staff (always busy cleaning if they are not providing advice if you ask) lots of TVs, a low price, clean restrooms/showers, whats not too like? Some people need a drill Sargent style training regimen, others are self motivated and self paced. If you are self paced, and self motivated, this type of location is for you. Sure, items like free haircuts, tanning beds, massage chairs, and a hydrotherapy bed are great extras if you get a black membership. Was Leary of joining due to some reviews of folks at some facilities having issues, but this location is a corporate owned as opposed to a franchise location, so it seems to try to set the standard system wide.Yes, this particular site is huge, but than can be a great advantage IMO.Sure, there are things that people find odd for a gym, like free pizza or bagels on some days, but its the carrot to try to lure some people into the gym.For the $$ it is hard to not get your $$$ worth IMO.

Its planet fitness, theres no mystery or surprises here you get the basics for a cheap price

I went there to get a membership and greeted front desk person and extended my hand for a handshake and that gentleman folded his hands and kept it away and pretended that I wasnt there. That was very disrespectful. I instantly left that place and never going to come back. I hope you employ better people who know how to greet your customers.March 8th 5:45 pm.
