I love East Coast Muscle! Great gym with great people! I get the best workouts here! It’s packed with tons of good quality equipment. Lots of cardio machines, weights and much more! Nice, clean gym. Staff is awesome, inviting and super helpful. There’s so much equipment that there’s something for everyone. It’s also 24/7! I highly recommend joining!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Love the new Hudson location. The gym is clean and filled with a variety of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. I have never had to wait to use a machine which is a plus. The staff are always friendly. Nothing like the generic chain gyms in the area.

Honestly I am a very large dude, 430 pounds when I started coming here. Everyone was very welcoming, they took me in and was very humbling to say the least. It’s where I go to further change my life.
