Great and clean gym. Friendly staff and all the equipment you need. Dumbbells, barbells, racks, machines, treadmills and even some personal training and classes.

Has everything you need for any type of regiment you have. Nice employees. I have had no issues honestly and have not utilized the facility to it max. I like it none the less.

Nice gym, spacious, and clean. They have a small grocery store in the front. Convenient for throwing together a quick dinner after a workout if you need to. Bathrooms are clean and smell good. Protein shake bar and you can even order your drink before your workout so that you will have it upon leaving. Your debit card can be saved on file as well so you dont have to bring it inside for safety purposes. The only thing that kept me from rating it a five star, is that the ladies up front didnt seem to fit the gym atmosphere. They were very quiet and didnt seem to fancy small talk.

They do not update their website. I have come here several times only to find their times changed. I dont appreciate this. Next I will be canceling my membership. No one answers calls when you call to verify hours of operation.

Great locally owned gym. The staff is super nice, and it’s not a judgy environment at all.Having 24/7 access is nice. Their machines are all in great shape and kept clean.Their group fitness classes are a blast!!

The staff is verrrrrry knowledgeable about the products including their shakes and protein powders. It is a verrrrry clean gym membership price is good for what you get.

Great place to workout at, but watch out when registering. They have made it so difficult just to cancel your membership here its not even funny. Gym time has their own website but apparently you need to go to a completely different website for your account info. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

I feel comfortable going inside of gym time everyone doing a great job sanitize the gym is always I didnt cancel my membership during the pandemic although I havent been inside until now working off the pandemic fluff.

Great place to work out!

The gym is convenient and clean with plenty of equipment at a price that nearly budget can handle. Personal training staff are the true champions here! Ryan and Bethany are my two go-to persons and I couldnt ask for better.

I do not recommend this establishment, For one with everything going on with the COVID19 virus they are closed and still charge monthly so I cancelled and they charged $29 and then charged me the next month again! They don’t care about people struggling, also they do not enforce any cleaning when you have multiple young men using equipment and employees watching and being friendly they do nothing to enforce good hygiene. The size has now been outgrown by the amount of memberships they have signed up, again, they do not show they care about anything other than taking your membership dues.

I’ve been at gym time for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. The equipment is clean, the staff is beyond friendly and so are the other gym goers. I either go by myself or with my boyfriend, and we are able to complete our workouts without having to wait for weights or cables. If you are in this area, this is definitely a gym that you should check out!

Great equipment, lacks only a couple items I wish they had. Place has a ton of cardio equipment. Its busy is my only real complaint. Sometimes I gotta change up what body part I intended to work.

The gym is good. It has a good amount of free weights and machine weights. You cant beat the 15 bucks a month plan. The staff there always says hi or something similar when I enter the place. A simple hi puts a smile on peoples faces.

Nice staff, great equipment, and facilities. I love that it is open 24 hours, but I really wish there was a couple’s rate or family plan. All memberships are for one person. Other than that I have no complaints so far.

Its a good place to train mainly because its economic ($15). Staff is good, equipment is ok but limited. It gets overcrowded quite often as it is a small joint. The biggest drawback is that it only has 1 squat rack so you will have to wait or do something else if you want to use it. Agree with someone elses review that it has too many treadmills and not enough free weights. Overall decent and economic.

Its very comfortable for my children, they like a lot exercise there.

Its a great gym for your money. I like that the cheapest option does not require a contract. I wish it was a little cooler in there, but thats a small complaint. Staff is wonderful, machines are plentiful, and everyone is super nice.

Brand new...just opened this week. The place is huge! Definitely the best gym in the Alabaster / Pelham area. Tons of free weight equipment.

I enjoy it b cause its all local folks, in varying degrees of fitness. It has a large free weight section, so even though there are a lot of people that like this gym, I can still go grab some weights and have room to lift. I also like that there are sooo many treadmills so I can always do cardio when I want to.

Great place with lots of equipment. Early in the morning they have nothing but infomercials on their TVs and they could use a second squat rack, but other than that its a great place.

My husband cancelled his membership because we moved and whoever “helped” him didn’t do it. We got charged another monthly fee and $88 for I’m guessing yearly maintenance when we won’t even be going there
