There is only one physical therapist on payroll. The worst place ever. The person who stretches you is not a physical therapist. They stretched my left knee in 2017 and it has never been the same. There is only one physical therapist. Terrible place. They hurt my left knee and I am having lots of problems. Inside it feels like you are in a refrigerator.

NO STARS!! Everyone should know that ones you get your free sessions then theyll ask you to sign 3 month contract. When I came in for my very 1st appointment I was told Im not scheduled and basically do not have an appointment. What a waist of ti me and how unprofessional. Ofcourse I wanted all my money back and never wanted to go there again. Manager on duty told me he cannot give me refund but will cancel contract for the next 2 months. Moving foward...my 2nd appointment I cancelled myself. I called the office and advised them a drunk driver hit me and my car is totalled. When I get a new car I will call to reschedule. Well guess what?! That appointment ended up being used anyway. The manager on duty that day told me they never received my call and unfortunately theres nothing he can do. Basically a complete scam! I gave this company $200 and only got 1 hour stretch lesson out of it. Money hungry business!

WARNING this business does not care about you. Be wary of the contract they want you to sign. I was told “I could cancel anytime” when I was reviewing the contract so I went ahead and signed up for auto withdrawals from my credit card. Appointments started ok at first and then all of a sudden the available appointment spots were either full or at very inconvenient times (35 minute drive to get there). When I wanted to cancel my membership I was told by email I couldn’t according to the contract and was charged for the sessions that I don’t want and can’t use. I tried numerous times to call and email the manager but he ignores me and won’t return my calls. I wanted to explain I was no longer in the area since my mother-in-law fell and needed our care up North. This business seems to be a scam business that preys on older people in this area.

I first signed up about a year ago in September. Good news is the staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding stretching you out. The bad news is after the season started last year it was near impossible to schedule a convenient appointment that worked for me. Once the snow birds returned most early morning time slots were taken. More importantly, since I paid for sessions in advance (that I was unable to schedule) they disappeared after time on my mobile app. I called corporate about it and they were reinstated only to be mysteriously removed again later! A previous reviewer warned to get a hard copy of whatever you sign and I wholeheartedly concur!

I havent experienced anything like this! I came out feeling so relaxed, light and relieved! No matter of youre active or sedentary, everyone could use a good stretch.

Be careful when signing the agreement. Ask for a printed copy prior to signing. They will change the terms on you afterwards. Then when you attempt to speak to someone in the corporate office, they just ignore you. Definitely not a fan of their business practices.
