AMAZING!! Was super quick to get to us. I locked my keys in my car, and was quick to get my car unlocked. He even showed my 3 yr old the tow truck and all the things it does, it really made my 3 year old so happy. Doug was insanely helpful. My little brother and I broke down on the side of the highway and he came super quickly. He called to confirm my location with me directly, and then was super prompt and kind. He towed us to our hotel, and then towed my car to the repair shop the next morning. He was a mechanic for 40 years before becoming a tow truck driver, and even helped me take a look at it real quick and talked through the problem with me. Would definitely recommend this company!!

We were traveling to our sons wedding from North Dakota to Idaho. we broke down in Livingston, MT. our insurance contacted Anderson and they dispatched there driver Trent. Right from the start Trent went above and beyond to help us. We were in our 3/4 ton truck towing our 5th wheel. Not only did he get there in a great time after our contacting the insurance company. After this, he helped us find a camp ground to set our camper while we try and find a shop. he provided a few recommendations to help us with our repairs and get us back on the road. He even cam back after to help us reinstall our Anderson Hitch receiver. I truly recommend this company, they understand customer service and know what it means to help out someone in need.

Exceptional as far as time and service !!Got a flat tire on the interstate and had a couple lug nuts that could not be busted with the provided wrench. I Called these gentleman and they were there within minutes(location dependent) with all equipment needed to get my spare on for the time being! Biggest thing when you need a tow is an honest company. YOU CANT TRUST ANDERSON TO DO WHAT THEYLL SAY. PERIOD. I called Anderson for a trailer tow and they were like sure, well be there in a little bit. Payed them money, they obviously insisted on $600 up front, and left for home (100 miles away). Called hours later when no delivery was made and she straight lied to me on the phone, oh, we had to switch drivers but its on the way for sure the driver will call you to check in. Lol. Lies. About an hour later I get a call saying they dont have a truck capable of towing my small box trailer. Which is BS, either they have a flatbed or they dont. We werent towing the space shuttle. They were at one point almost there but they hadnt even been to the tow site yet. Lie .You have to AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY. YOU CANT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY AND IF YOU WERE STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ONE OF THEIR LIES COULD REALLY SCREW YOU UP. Bad form. Bad business.They might be slightly cheaper but who knows if theyll even show up.

If I could give him 10 stars I would!We hit a deer on returning from Red Lodge and needed assist to get my friends newly purchased Subaru to the Subaru Dealer in Billings.Cameron was Punctual on getting to us, towing the vehicle and transporting all passengers safely and timely to the Dealership so we could get a loaner car until the repairs were made. His Prices are reasonable! If in the unfortunate event we may have to get another tow we will call up Anderson Towing/Cameron again! Great Job! My first experience was them towing my truck to the repair shop and they were amazing, he asked what was wrong with my truck so he knew how to tow it without further damaging it.My second experience was a lockout and I was originally told 90 minutes but they arrived in less than 60 minutes and only took a couple minutes to get my door open and keys out.

Dre from Anderson Towing was amazing tonight. He came out in the freezing weather for what should have been a routine tire change. Unfortunately the key to my locking lug nuts was the wrong one. Thus, it turned into an unexpected tow service. He performed above and beyond the call of duty for this old military veteran. I would use their service again and would recommend to my roadside assistance program to use them as often as possible. I will be calling them for all my towing needs from this point on.

I pulled in to get breakfast and a nice gentleman let me know my back right tire was completely flat. Through my car insurance, I asked for my flat to be changed. In less than 10 minute, John came by and had my flat tire changed to my spare. He gave me recommendations that my tire was in still good condition; and probably just needed to be patched up. The tow truck driver was great. Im a delivery driver and have had my fair share of tows during my time and he by far treated me the best. It was very clear that he made safety a top concern and he got my car back to my house safely and with absolutely no damage. He was professional and offered advice on what my problem could be.
