Had L.A. Fitness back in NY so when I relocated it was a no brainer to join here. Located conveniently on Vanderbilt Beach Rd in Naples this gym has everything you need. The gym is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All the amenities I was used to but right here in Southwest Florida. One of the best gyms in the area and Collier County.

None of the sanitizer dispensers work and the one that works is empty and has been for over a week. This is unacceptable they must not care about the health and cleanliness of the club and its members. I wonder where the money all of us pay each month really goes. Have you seen the basketball court…

I really like this gym. I was greeted right away by Carolina. She is so friendly and has a great personality. She is great for customer service. The gym is very spacious and great lighting. I love the smoothie bar and the staff in there is very friendly . Overall, I have had a great experience and will keep coming back.

Ive never had such a great encounter at a gym before than I did here! I came to this LA Fitness while on vacation and Carol at the front desk was so nice and uplifting as she got me all signed in when I walked in! Shes so sweet, friendly, and just all around a great smiling face to have at this LA Fitness!

Extremely healthful and kind staff. Had all the equipment I was looking for and more!! We love Scott at the front desk, he’s super helpful and made signing up quick and painless! Would recommend this gym over all others in the area. Definitely best variety of equipment and most clean, never crowded.

I am new to the area and go to the gym all the time. Since I just moved here I thought I’d start looking around for a good gym to join. I called L.A. Fitness and the guy at the front desk (Osvaldo) told me over the phone I could go in and try out the gym for one day and that we could “make some sort of arrangement”. The whole thing seemed a little sketchy to me. When I got there it was as if we never spoke. He started throwing large numbers out to try to get me to sign up for a membership. I wouldn’t have come had i known this. It was a wasted trip, I wasn’t willing to commit to a $50+/month membership on the spot without being able to at least workout one time. i wouldn’t even had minded if I had to pay a few bucks to go in for one day. It just bothered me that i was told I could try out the gym and i ended up going home. The whole thing was a disaster and I will be looking elsewhere

I went into this gym as a guest of my boyfriend that I was down visiting. Jared was very kind, professional, and quick getting me set up. Also very informative. 5/5 for him.A lot of the equipment was dated (straps broken on all of the recumbent bikes, bikes have minimal programs) but everything was clean and functional. Great workout overall.

Great facility, has lots of equipment. Everything is nicely spaced out. Very friendly staff and clean. Only a hint of feet smell. Highly recommend!

Never felt more unwelcome in any gym in the world. Been to gyms on 5 continents. Nothing like this!! Why would there be a company policy against using a guest pass as a guest pass.

Carol is the most welcoming, wonderful person to see each time I get in the gym. She is always so nice and willing to help at the front desk. Literally my fitness inspo. Everything is always in order and ready for me to have the best workout. :))

Spacious and huge gym, free parking, tons of machines, clean restrooms, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the studio has a 15 minutes timer and lights go all out, leaving you in the dark and having to keep walking to welcome desk to ask them to re-start the timer. Someone will eventually be in the middle of an exercise and get hurt as a result of that system.

Exactly whatd you expect for a LA fitness. Stopped in when visiting from out of town to play basketball. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean.

This gym was awesome until I had to move away and cancel my membership. They told me all I had to do was send a copy of my new lease to corporate proving I had moved away to an area with no surrounding LA Fitness gyms.Been there done that and corporate assured me I would not receive any more charges. Ho boy. Woke up on my pay day that only happens twice a month to a DOUBLE charge, 2x 360 equaling a grand total of 720 DOLLARS stolen out of my paycheck.I have been calling this place for months and all I get is the run around and a “she’ll call you back later” response.The operations manager is a literal Karen and extremely rude. She basically says “It’s out of my hands” and acts as if she isn’t the one pocketing my money. She tells me it was an automatic electronic charge which I don’t believe for a second (really, two charges of 360?). Actually, they owe me a grand total of 725 because they previously charged me 5 dollars randomly (also an electronic charge? Even though I’ve never been charged 5 dollars in the lifetime of my membership?).These criminals will be hearing from my lawyer until that money is refunded.

This gym has got everything you need to have a great workout. The people are very nice and the staff is super helpful. I wish there were plates made to bounce for Olympic lifts such as clean and jerk, but that is a minor inconvenience. The front clerk, Juan is really welcoming, and he helped me add one of my friends to my plan very easily and seamlessly. He deserves a raise!!

Carol at the front desk is the most friendly and helpful worker to ever come into this gym!! She is the sweetest. I love seeing her bright smiling face every time I walk in! That girl deserves a raise!!

Awesome experience at LA Fitness Naples. Kevin hooked me up with a $0 enrollment $14.99 per month membership which I thought was a joke at first but to my surprise, there it was on the agreement. Club was super clean and pristine on my first visit. Plenty of weights and amenities that fits my needs. What really sold me was the fact that LA Fitness really made me feel like they care about my goals. They ran my body fat and BMI using this weird hand held machine and then created this whole timeline for me to show me how long it will take me to reach my goals. Now I feel very motivated to come 5x per week. Would highly recommend. Ask for Kevin for the great deals.

Great location right by the beach, Kevin, the GM helped get me a pass so I can be able to work out. Great guy, he was able to assist me so I can consistently keep on my with my workout routine, since I was just in the area for work.

I am appalled how many women, including myself, feel uncomfortable by one of the trainers, Kristjan. The VP, Todd, the Operations Manager, Rick, and corporate all know about it because we’ve complained many times yet they clearly do not care if we are safe or not.

I always have a great experience when I go to La Fitness, Kevin does an amazing job at customer service I am very happy to have this local gym close to home and love the fact that they have now opened the kids section because it makes my life so much easier knowing I can stop by everyday even just for an hour and my kids are safe.

Very large, well lighted facility. The pool area and lockers were clean. I took a star ⭐️ for cleanliness of the equipment, especially the steppers were covered in stains of dripping sweat. One ab machine I tried had a loose seat and the next had weights that stuck. Really need a bit of maintenance & cleaning but overall it was good. Loved the smoothie shop!!

They have loads of equipment so you will more than likely find what you need to work out. The showers could be a cleaner my opinion. I’ve been multiplications ride take a shower and there’s mold all on the shower curtain and in the shower stalls. Then a couple weeks later the showers are spotless! They just need to clean the showers more often. Other than that, this place is great!

Kevin the manager was a great help. The staff is very nice and helpful and are willing to give guests the best experience. Overall a great place to work out.

Don’t come here unless you want double charges and careless managers performing at the bare minimum. No sense of urgency on the LA fitness management team unless they are making a sale. They care about your wallet and that is all.

Decent gym while on vacation. Could use a deep cleaning and newer equipment.

Extremely disappointed with this gym and can not wait to cancel. I paid for a membership and all of the sign up fees etc. for 2 adults and 3 child care memberships and their sign up fees for that. I was told in may that child care should re-open by July. I never once have gotten to use the child care which means I can not go to the gym. It is now February and the child care STILL IS NOT open. I haven’t gotten to use the child care or my membership once. What was the point of telling me July if that was 10 months I have not used my membership once due to this. Of course I would love to cancel but I have to go down there and do I t in person... oh wait I tried and the ONE person who can cancel was out on lunch?! Rip off! YMCA here we come!!! Extremely disappointed
