I love this gym! The machines, the rooms, the classes! Everything is great!Except when we go in the mornings, we get there at 4:50am. And NOONE ever re racks the weights!Weight plates all on the floor. On the machines. And it just gets frustrating.But other then that we love it !

The owners of the gym were so unprofessional and rude. It wasn’t surprising because the reception was horrific. My husband tried to correct the situation. A successful CFO and consummate professional, he was astounded. His advice to me was to leave ASAP. When communication fails red flags fly. Just a word of caution to all those who value customer service. The customer is always “wrong” in this establishment.

This place is amazing. From the machines. To the staff to everything. I love it here. The price is amazing for what you get. Better than Anytime down the road (trash).

Not a member but I loved the gym, lost of machines clean and spacious- but didnt like the cancellation clause in this case there where 2 of us wanting to join- the cost was climbing for the 2 of us- specially with all the fees this gym has. but ok. what I really didnt like was that they dont prorate you in the event that something happens and you cant continue to attend- you actually have to pay them $100 extra to cancel and they keep the rest of the money that is left over from your year contract which when you consider all the fees this is the best choice for saving some cash.but over all this gym has nice clean equipment and lots of it compared to other local gyms-Im giving the gym 5 stars for the amount of stuff they have and how clean and friendly the staff is.and 0 stars for the rules of the contract and all the fees that they have.

This is a decent gym but its not cheap and management is sketchy. They make it very difficult to terminate membership and even charge after the fact. Proceed with caution or find a more upstanding gym.

This gym is exemplary. I’m a life long fitness junkie and have worked out in gyms from NYC to Bangkok’s famous Muscle Factory. Athletica is the BEST of them all. The customer service team, led by Nicole, Whatson, Sandy and the owners Carlos and Ryan, is phenomenal. Carlos in particular will impress you as the most personable and sincere guy you’ve ever met. The facility is consistently spotless and the equipment is state of the art in a super large space complete with an amazing functional area and high tech massage beds which are perfect for your workout dessert. THIS IS THE GYM FOR NAPLES FLORIDA.

Such a great gym! Wish I could take it back to Michigan! So clean and full of the best equipment! Hopefully next year there will be a few more female trainers! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for members like myself!

Great atmosphere, the very high-tech machines will let you do a fantastic workout. I recommend the no peak hours to train the beast. 🏋️

The gym was ok but management was repeatedly rude and unethical. In the end they wouldnt allow cancelation via phone, which is wrong, so my son had to go in and sign a form. They made it difficult, and then talked him into freezing his account for free. They then charged an extra month the following week even though he already left for college. I called to cancel again and supposedly they did it, but they refused to remove the fraudulent charge. They lied about sons comments and the dates involved, and they didnt share the freeze form they tricked him into signing. Beware of this place.

Seasonal resident in Naples, Florida...When I got fully vaccinated, got back to the gym...my niece recommended Athletica...15 minutes from my condo...new and clean...Nicole was so very helpful! She seemed to be the “go to” person from signing me up, helping me with virtual spin to virtual dance class...seems she even keeps bathrooms in tip top shape...great disposition and competent...great traits when working with the public...I’ll be back next season for sure!

Open 24 hours and lots of square footage. The only thing that I hate is how loud they put the music from 11pm on. It is extremely loud to the point that even with the AirPods plus you can still hear it.

I have been with this gym since it opened and LOVE it!! Lots of equipment for various workouts and good classes. There are 2 classes in particular that I think are well worth the time. Nancy Raes stability and mobility on Tuesday and Thursday. Nancy is a teacher, not just an instructor or class leader. She clearly demonstrates the exercise then walks around, giving coaching, to make sure that you are doing them correctly, so as to not hurt yourself. She changes the class monthly, so that by the time you get to the end of the month, you WILL notice your improvement. Nicks abs class on Monday. He puts you to the test for sure, but is aware of your abilities. He, like Nancy, clearly demonstrates the exercise, then walks around giving coaching to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. Both of these instructor/trainers are an asset to this gym. Brothers Ryan and Carlos have made a very nice and workable facitlty.

I’ve been a member at a few gyms in the area but none can compare to Athletica. It’s always clean in the locker rooms, always have paper towel throughout the gym, and if you are familiar with the area always have running clean water. The service at the front desk is impeccable, especially from Sandy. Sandy is always smiling and in a good mood. She treats not only me but everybody that I’ve seen her serve with respect. I totally recommend this gym

This is the best gym in Naples. All of the equipment that I need and then some. No pool though. 1 HUGE perk is the 24/7 access. Early 6am Saturday and Sunday workouts have completely opened up my weekend. Like most other gyms, avoid the after-work peak hours of 4pm to 8pm during the week. Anytime between 4am to 7am, I’m running through my planned workout routine.

The staff need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service. To many people that go there so there is also no room to do what you want.

I especially enjoy Sandy’s customer service skills, she’s one of the best employees out there. She works so hard and always provides positive feedback, as well as great energy. She’s great with all members. I love coming to the facility because of her..

I’ve been a member for over a year now and I’ve always been satisfied with this gym, they make it a priority that everything stays clean, they have everything you need to get a full workout done. Staff is great especially Sandy! Sandy always checks up on me if I need anything and I always see Sandy doing her part on making sure the gym is nice and clean and re-rack!

The facility is great and very well managed. All equipments are wiped down effectively after each use- that’s very important especially the times we’re living in right now. Special shout out to Sandy! She is always welcoming and is very good at her job!

This is a very great and aesthetically pleasing gym. Has lots of options from a massage room, to a mini indoor bar and even a sauna. It’s always kept clean and one of the staff members, Sandy does a great job of picking up after loose weights. An overall very great lifting environment and I’m proud to be a member of it.

The service here is amazing! The equipment is also in very good condition and there is tons of space to get by without feeing cramped! Also the manager, Sandy was very nice to us! She is probably the reason I renewed my membership with Athletica! So nice and caring, they really care about your fitness here at Athletica!

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Sandy was very energetic. The process of signing up did not take as long as other gyms. She made me feel good to be apart of the Athletica family.

Dont let them in to your checkbook because once their in its a nightmare to stop them from taking your money. As a highly compromised individual when the virus hit I went on hold and asked them to keep me on until I was comfortable returning. They were fine for six months then they started debiting my account and its been HELL trying to get rid of them. I SENT AN EMAIL AND CALLED THEM TO CANCEL THIS ORGANIZATION WILL NEVER STOP HARASSING YOU IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL!!! So today I will file a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office and see if I can get rid of them once and for all. One star is too high a rating for this place!

I really enjoy Nancy Rae. She is a great teacher. She is a big plus to the gym. I never miss her classes.

I enjoy attending athlerica health & fitness, mostly because of their staff sandy. As soon as I come into the facility she greets me with a warm welcome and on top of that she has a great smile. I will say the gym needs to add in more weight machines but overall this is a great gym.

I definitely enjoy athletica a lot better than my old gym. The whole staff is super chill especially Sandy, always recommending the best flavor for the supplements.

Outstanding in every aspect. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this the best and the most friendly gym in Naples. From the new equipment, juice bar, classes and cardio to 3veryone on the customer service team everything is top notch.

Amazing place to exercise my kids love the kids center and I really love the stuff. They are so kind and always so sweet to my kids. The equipment are fantastic, after a month my body already see drastic change. Thanks for open this gym here at Naples !!!!

Love this gym! Great kids center, classes and equipment! I wish they would do a few more classes and also space them out a bit more so I can go from one to another without missing half of a class but besides that I love it. Also, for whoever is complaining about masks, please go somewhere else. No one is forcing you to go here and no one wants to wear a mask while working out.

Its clean, new, and the equipment is very nice. Sadly, there is just not enough equipment or weight to make this an everyday gym. If you come just a couple of times per week, this is a great choice. Otherwise, not enough variety.

Joined yesterday and did two classes today. Enjoyed class and impressed with both instructors! Lisa for yoga was fabulous and lovely woman!! Cindy worked us hard but it will be worth the effort!! Clean and lots of equipment for men. I am into classes!! Lindab

The gym is nice, but some of the staff are not capable to treat good the customers, in my case there was one employee who was laughing at me because my english is not good enough and it was another situation where I was asking about the WiFi and she knew the reason I couldn’t connect and instead of helping me, she just said let me know if you realize what is the issue, with an attitude that she knows what’s the problem, so I had to figure out by my own. If the owner is reading this can send me an email to [email protected] to give the description of the employee.

It started out good, specially because it was open 24hrs. Now they changed the hours and its more expensive, on Fridays they now close at 9p.m.

At the time I am writing this review, it is not open yet. However, it looks like it is 1 to 2 weeks away. I have walked the facility and seen the equipment. Everything is brand new ... no refurbished equipment. The owner is super nice and is really proud of the work they are doing there. They are definitely trying to provide a top-notch experience. Cant wait for it to open!

Excellent Gym for the price, just don’t go after 6pm on weekdays to lift weight because they are all taken.

I am disappointed to say that this gym is not for me. To be fair, it is clean, it has nice equipment, the building is nice and I think there is a lot here to be proud of. I understand not every gym can cater to everybody. I am a very big, strong guy. There is simply not enough weight in the gym and there are too few pieces of equipment. For bodybuilders, power lifters, or just serious workout people ... I think you are going to find that this place is too limited. I do wish these guys well however, there is a wide segment of the population that will be happy here.
