Had to keep telling the nail tech that he was missing spots. He did a half job on my deluxe pedicure the second highest pedicure they offer and this was my second pedicure with this tech. When I told the lady that’s always at the front desk she just said ok next time we can have another nail tech work with you, not even a sorry we’ll go over some more training with him. They were good 3 years ago when I 1st started coming but they have been doing lazy work lately.

Went for my first nail dip and was not disappointed. So many colors to choose from. Nice staff.Update***have been to this place many times now and have not been disappointed 😁

They do a really good job.. my one issue is that there isnt a price chart posted anywhere.

Ruined my nails! I went for a pedicure & manicure and that ended up being $60. I wish I could upload a photo along with this review but they absolutely destroyed my real nails!! The guy shaved them down so thin that they are so sensitive to touch and so thin that it went down to my actual skin under the nail. I’m left with no nails basically. This is because he made the acrylic so THICK and TEXTURED that there was still acrylic stuck to my skin underneath, the nails were so uneven that you could look at them and tell. NOT PLEASED extremely disappointed. I looked at the reviews and thought it would be a good place to go since it’s clean and beautiful inside but no, bring your money elsewhere!

Been to Marianos many times, but never noticed this place tucked in the strip. Came in today without an appt for a dip manicure, and they accommodated me rt away. Not many places do dip manis, & of those that do, not many do a good one. The gentleman who did my manicure did an incredible job - very thorough, not too thick, smooth and natural. He really took his time, even though one of his clients with an appt came in while he was finishing up - he didnt rush me out the door, he was meticulous. 3 weeks later, my manicure is STILL going strong - even after washing my hands a thousand times, packing, doing dishes & scrubbing floors - if my nails didnt grow out, I wouldnt need another mani yet! The customer sitting next to me (6 ft apart) asked if it was my first time there and i said, yes. She said, well, it wont be your last. Shes right. Im so impressed with this salon, Im going back for another dip mani & pedi. Ill update my review after.

I love that this place is so gorgeous! Theremodel and decor looks amazing and they always have new colors to chose from. They play good music so it makes the experience that much better. Its not somewhere you walk into and the first thing you hear is people talking in a different language. I can appreciate that! Their service is always great & I never feel rushed.

Short staffed but trying hard to keep up.

I highly recommend trying Bella Nails! Have been getting my nails treated for over two years now. They offer a variety of services and have multiple color choices. They are a very clean / sanitary salon. The workers provide friendly customer service! I also enjoy their creative side when doing designs or providing more color. I will continue to share a long to my friends / family and new customers to try Bella Nails. Once again, I highly recommend this salon!

They are very good at dip. They are not interested in regular manicures. I love this place, but they seem to forget you are there for the experience. The cuticles, hand massage, and to not spend the whole day waiting to be rushed. I want to keep loving them, but they are letting me down.

I experienced this place for the first time. Feel the space is very clean & comfortable. The way girls work is very hard. and have great color designs on my hands. I highly recommend this place

It pains me to have to leave this review but the treatment I received yesterday cannot be ignored. I have been coming to Bella nails for shy of 2 years. When I moved to the area I thought I had found my spot, until yesterday Sunday morning!I brought my daughter Saturday morning to get her nails done. They were completely dry when we left. Throughout the day her polish kept popping off, not chipping, complete nails shedding off. By bedtime all her polish was gone. I figured I’d take her in the next morning as soon and tell them what happened. Tammy the owner immediately was annoyed and said we didn’t wait long enough for them to dry. I said no they were dry they were perfect it wasn’t a smudge it literally fell off like shedding skin. We grab a color sit down and she’s examining my daughters’ nails tugging at her and starts yelling at me and accusing me of taking the polish off. I said I did not do that I need to get my daughter to her dance recital the last thing I needed was an extra thing on my morning routine that’s why we came yesterday. She calls her husband Jason (owner as well) over and they are tugging at my daughters’ nails talking amongst them saying that I took it; talking like I’m not there. I stood up and said that is it are you serious? Are you fixing it or not? I’m telling you I did not I would have ruined my own nails using acetone if you think I took them off. They said yes but we know nails you did this. I said I can bring my husband and my neighbors that were with me yesterday they will tell you how her polish just kept popping off. Jason, the owner, gets straight in my face and starts angrily yelling at me “bring the president, bring gangsters, bring anybody, I’m not afraid I don’t care” At this point I had already dialed my husband whom was on the line and could hear what was happening and could not believe how they were treating me. He told me I know you, you come here a lot and you’re not welcomed after today. I said don’t worry if this is how you treat a repeat customer you recognize I wonder how you treat other customers. I arrived home in tears and mortified my daughter had to experience this. Needless to say, I no longer recommend this salon.

The girls in this place are very professional and happy about how to communicate. Help me love this place and I promise Ill come back.

They are very unprofessional, didnt recieve the service I I payed for . They dont know the proper way to do the full set acrylic no chip soak-off without hurting the client! I had to tell her the process, even after that she did a poor service. And still there is lots of acrylic left on my nails which is clearly seen and Im still struggling with that, surely I aint coming back!

I am saddened to say, I have been going to Bella for several years. The owners are always so nice, but on Tuesday I asked if they had a new product, because I had 6 broken nails. Usually—none broken. The girl who did them was evidentially very mad that I asked. She was rough —- and fast—-trying to get rid of me as fast as she could. At one point she sad,”Don’t look at me! You watch TV. You do your thing and I’ll do mine.” I still can’t believe it. My nails are short and lumpy—-they look terrible and the edges hurt. So disappointed !

This salon has had a lot of staff changes. The prices seem to go up everytime I go in. Many of the employees seem annoyed that you have come in. They rarely acknowledge gratuity. Today I had one one the worst pedicures I have ever had. There was no foot massage or smoothing of rough spots, just a ton of lotion slathered on my legs. When he was done, I had to ask him to clean all of the polish off of my skin. After using this salon for 3 years, I will not go back.

Highly recommend anyone who wants manicures and pedicures in a luxurious setting. Perfection is always the goal.

I had a terrible experience at Bella nails. I got my nails done on a Friday. The whole time I was getting my nails done the lady kept answering the phone every 5/10 minutes. Then during my manicure she kept cutting me and it hurt so bad I had to pull my hand away. Instead of saying sorry she just looked up at the ceiling like I was an inconvenience to her. Also, my nail length, she never asked me how long I wanted it she just cut it. After getting my nails done, even after three days my nails were hurting so I wanted to get them cut shorter. I went in and asked them to cut it shorter, and the guy told me it was my fault my nails were hurting. And they could cut them but they wouldn’t paint the nails and fix them.They are so rude and unprofessional. The fact that he was going to make me pay all over again after I just came in 3 days prior is ridiculous. I have had an experience where my nails were to long and they fixed them for me right away and gave great customer service. Bella nails customer service is terrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have found my new regular nail salon! Im new to the area, this is the fourth place Ive tried. Its clean, pleasant, and the nail technicians are thorough - I appreciate the attention to detail. Prices are reasonable too.

I’ve never written a review before but I couldn’t let this go. I went in for a pedicure and a dip manicure and I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. I could probably let that go if it weren’t for the fact that it was the worst pedicure and dip I’ve ever had. If I’m going to be there for almost three hours my nails better look flawless. Instead, they’re lumpy, some parts of my nail don even have polish on them and you can’t even tell I had my toenails freshly painted he did such a horrible job. I kept asking or eluding to the fact that it was taking so long but he said if I want it to look good, you can’t rush. I spent $77 for literally nothing because I’m on my way to Zeda in Bolingbrook to have them redone.

Amazing prizes for great work. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. I always get the dip for my fingernails!

My girlfriend went in today and she left unhappy with her nails. they tried to fix them by filing down but still ended up thick and uneven, very lumpy. my dog could of done better and he’s blind.

Went here for pedis and manicures. Both were done very well, new tools were opened for each client which I really check for when going to salons.

They did a great job on our nails and were very helpful and accepting of bringing in a 3 year old for her to have her nails done. They put on a movie for her while we were finishing our nails.

Please beware, their estimated wait times are double the time they quote. The two times Ive been there i was told no wait when I called in and once I got there had to wait over 15 min. One star due to bad service. If needing your nails done go to NP nails that is across the street.

This was hands down the worst experience ive had at a salon. I came to get a fill in. I explained to Vi that I wanted to get a fill in and just a regular nail polish. She asked if I had no chip on my nails and I said yes. She told me it was $5 extra to take off. MIND YOU you have to file down the nail regardless of me having no chip on there. Thats apart of the service when you get a a fill in or any nails at that. I waited 10 mins to get serviced. ( There were only two people and they were getting pedicures)The guy was outside smoking.(Reeked when he came home.) Vi came over filed down on nail and left again. The guy sat down didnt say much to me. He told me it was another $5 dollars to cut down my nails. I said no thank. Youre already over charging me for a service thats included. It was really aggressive with my nails and hands. After, coating my nails twice., I asked if he could paint the tips of the nail. He ignored me, I asked again and he told me NO! I, then told them that I wanted the painted he sloppily painted just a few of them and told me to go dry. I had to physically grab the nail polish myself and repaint the tips. Vi, asked to help and painted the others. Needless to say no tip and never coming back to this salon. The owner did not even apologize for the terrible service of her employee. Very unprofessional. (UPDATE: This was on Thursday Aug 4, and two nails have chipped and polish is tarnished.)

Ive been going here for over 3 or 4 years. i only trust them with my nails, great color selection, detailed designs and amazing nail techs who i like to reffer to as my therapists :p

Went with my Mom for manis and petis. I was less than impressed with my peticure. Itwas very rushed and completed in less than 15 mins, not worth the $30 for the Spring special. I decided to forgo the mani. My Mom had a better experience though. No returning anytime soon.
