Super clean nail salon; gloves, plastic screens, lots of wiping down seats and surfaces, far apart seating, masks. This salon is normally very clean, but they are going above and beyond now. Great hand and foot massage, easy conversation, and super nice techs here. I had short natural nails and they were cleaned and shaped exceptionally. My mom got gels, and they were expertly shaped and painted. Cannot recommend enough!

I just moved to the area and needed to get my nails done. They did an amazing job! My nail tech took his time to make sure the acrylic nails were all shaped the same and his polish work was amazing! I am kind of particular about my nails and I can say these are the best I have had in 20 years! I won’t be going anywhere else.

I come here all the time and it’s always the same problem: the “no chip” I pay ($35 + tip), doesn’t last not even a week. Hence, they are good with fixing it but who has the time? And ya gotta know what color you used or else it’s a NO MATCH! Once you go in there (not all nail techs) rush to get you out of there and that’s why my no chip is good for only a couple of days. So, I just got my nails done Saturday and they’re al ready falling off. Look at picture 👇

I used to love this place bc they get you in and out. The pedicures are nice but they dont get how to do dip nails. They tore up my cuticles and used a UV light to cure the nails. Thats the whole point of doing dip nails is to avoid the UV light!

My friend dropped me off here to get my manicure done and she was raving about how this salon was just the best in the area. I went and a few things I notice was the salon was pretty clean. The prices were reasonable here for the results. (Saw a lot of the customers leaving pretty happy with what they got.) The techs are friendly and sociable. Everyone was laughing and chatting. When I was finally up next, the nail tech working on me was really good! She removed the cuticles from each of my nails like they were nothing! The rest she did really flawlessly! Didnt get cut once! My nails came out looking stunning after she was done!!

First and last time patronizing this establishment. The young man actually did well on my nails rushed but they look good. The woman at the front acknowledged and said good bye to everybody except me. This is how you loose good business.

They have the best deluxe manicure. i dont think any salons can beat them with customer service, because they have the best staffs. All of them are well trained and super nice to us customers. I like the massage part a lot. It was the bomb. I felt as if all my tiredness just disappear. Anyway the salon was decorated really nice as well, clean and also bright. Love to be back soon

They painted my nails the color they thought I should have. Then, they got mad at the fact that I didn’t want the color. I clearly said i DID NOT want white, the guy tried to convince me that it was not white and it was. I tried speaking with the lady in the front, she was rude and They did not my want to fix it. I will not be going back! Don’t waste your time or money, unless you getting something simple.

Decided to get a pedicure and no-chip manicure here after reading all the great reviews. I definitely understand why this would be a favorite. The gentlemen was very kind and took care of me throughout the whole process even with my super short nails Im trying to grow out. They give you personal attention. Definitely will be coming back.

First stop went for a pedi & i felt really relaxed. Its quiet and separated so you have your own space.Went for a no chip acrylic fill in. I always get coffin nail shape and not everyone does a good job. But i was so happy that my nail tech did an amazing job. I love this place and will continue to go back.

They have good prices but don’t be fooled, the employees are rude. I have had multiple encounters where I am rushed to pick my color, even if i don’t have an appointment. As well as last time i was there one of the nail techs told me i was “being to complicated” and proceeded to tell me he would charge an extra 5 dollars. They do an okay job but I always feel uncomfortable, can never relax and am rushed/ slightly disrespected there which is the opposite experience you want when you get your nails done. There are some nice employees but I would still rather go somewhere that I am respected by everyone. I went in to get acrylics and not to mention they RIPPED off my previous set with another nail and put me in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and never once ask me if i was okay. The guy doing my nails never talked to me outside of telling me he wild SUE ME for taking a picture of him, WHICH I DIDNT. and telling me he would charge extra for me being complimented. The audacity of the “staff” in this “salon” is unexpected and unexplanatory and i strongly advise you to another salon, even if it costs more. I also have a STRONG feeling that the guy doing my nails was talking about me to another technician by us because they would talk in another language and then proceed to STARE at me and laugh. unhappy.

Unfortunately there is no lower grade than this because they dont deserve this one star. Last year in May I went for a pedicure to treat myself for Mothers day I had their polish for about 3 weeks and decided to take it off because my nail was getting THICKER. As I was removing the polish I started seeing my nail dark green! I was horrified! Went to Dr. Because ive never seen anything like this before. He said that probably the tools in salon werent properly disinfected. Until todays day Ive been fighting toenail fungus and still didnt get rid of it. Prior to my unfortunate visit to this salon I used to have beautiful toenails. Such a shame, stay away from this place!

I went here to get a spa pedicure and it was pretty good. The lady who welcomed me has a nice smile and made me comforable being there for the first time. I wait about 5 mins and it was my turn to get a spa pedicure. I didnt make an appointment and they made it happen for me in 5 mins ! There were about 5 or 6 people doing nails and I thought I was going to wait for awhile which it wouldve been fine because I didnt make an appointment. lady was so great with her work. She did take her time doing spa pedicure which I really enjoyed and relaxed. We had great conversations and she was very nice. I Had great time while I was there and felt like time went past by quick. She did great with her work and I will go back here again!

I came in on Friday for an acrylic removal and regular manicure. The service was great and seamless. However, because of my nails thin and fragile state after the acrylic removal my nails chipped. I expected this and it was not a problem.I came into the business this afternoon expecting to pay a $3 repair fee and tip. Apon arriving, I had told one of the technicians I was in for a nail repair. Without me finishing my statement the man jumped to be defensive and said it was absolutely expected my nails could chip within the same day. I told him this was fine and I was expecting to pay the repair fee. However, he continued to be harsh and said he would not charge but I need to expect for all services. He continued this demeanor through the service and end. I feel like I was not heard as a customer. I feel his demeanor was rude, abrupt, unnecessary, and without explanation. I would have given him a great tip and paid for the service but instead I gave no tip and will not be coming back. If you don’t listen to your customers you will loose them. It’s better to give someone the benefit of the doubt than just to yell when they ask for a service.

I drive past several nail salons to come to this one because I always get consistent service. They are very nice here.

Where do I start? I drove 15 minutes to this establishment passing up many in my neighborhood due to having prior good service here. I walked in and the gentleman they placed with me didn’t speak when I spoke to him, he was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I asked him to open a bottle of polish and he just looked at me and open it as if I was irritating him. He then left and came back with a towel for across my legs and asked if water was ok I told him he wasn’t that friendly and next thing towel is thrown over my legs. He walks away to the owner and they chat and laugh then I receive another young lady. Nobody apologized or asked me what the problem was as if they cared. I will not be returning to this establishment. The reason they are receiving any stars is because both young ladies was nice who completed my pedicure and gel fill in.

Horrible place!! The staff is very rude and the owner is not just rude but has a lot of attitude. Even when they make mistakes they don’t want to accept it. In fact they get angry if you don’t like what they do.Avoid this place since there are tones of better places in Naperville!!! Its a clean salon with affordable pricing; however, make sure you get a female staffer. Ive had 3 different males doing my nails and each time they are extremely rude and do a poor job.

My go-to girl is Jenni, shes so nice and very efficient. She actually listens to what I want and goes with my preference. Jenni is the best! I would rate her 10 stars if I could. I am new to the area and went based on reviews to get a no-chip manicure here yesterday. Sorry to say the no chip nail polish on my left 5th nail is peeling off 24 hours later. It was OPI bubble bath. A brand I trust and have not had problems with in the past.I leave for vacation Friday, work full time, and now have to find a salon open later than 8pm to fix a problem that should not have occurred.The nail technician was soft spoken and quite, however nice. She worked fast with a very short hand massage. Pretty disappointed in the quality of service. Will not go back.

Okay where do I start! I dont normally get pedicures but my feet have felt worn and looked worn on the bottom so decided to treat myself. I found TK Nails on Google when searching for somewhere near and had good ratings. I also liked how they had their prices online so it wasnt a big surprise when I got there. I got their honey pedicure ($10 more then their regular pedicure) for that little extra time on my feet since again I maybe treat myself to a pedicure once a year. The service the gentleman provided was just okay in my eyes. He never said a word to me, nor asked if I wanted anything to drink, or if everything looked good. Now let me go back a little...When I first got there I told him I had a broken nail and he said no worries Ill fix it. OKAY AWESOME. NOT! I will be attaching pictures of this so called fix. My toe nail now looks like there is some type of growth on it. Plus youll see the paint job is just messy. On another note when I got home to show my husband my 35$ pedicure I noticed he didnt clean up the bottom of my feet like I was expecting, the whole reason i got a pedicure to begin with. To be honest you wouldnt even be able to tell I got one, which is super disappointing. Now lets talk about checkout. The price was as expected, BUT when I gave cash he asked if I needed change back. Im sorry, dont assume your getting all that extra money. I hate when nail salons do that, its just like give me the change back and then Ill figure out how much I want to tip. For that and my whole experience overall, his tip was lowered because of his service and customer service. I should have just gone to my regular nail salon who cares more about the customers experience then how much tip they are going to get. #dissappointed But hey that was my experience others may have a better one.

I have been going to TK Nails for the past three years. The staff is so polite, remember a familiar face, and always honor appointments first. Even though I live 25 minutes away now, it is still my go to for a mani, gel polish, gel nails and of course pedis. A real south Naperville gem. I had gone to this salon based on the reviews. My experience was not pleasant at all. The guy that did my nails was very rude and was making inappropriate comments about my age. Like I came to get my nails done. I also said something about a nail pulling my skin and he just said you will live like excuse me ? I would def do not go back to this place. Go somewhere else and save your self a horrible experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!I have been getting SNS Dip Powder manicures for at least the last two years. So I know what to expect not to mention that I am also a fully qualified nail technician with credentials from Florida (although not practicing as it was a hobby!)On 01/09/2018 I walked in and asked if anyone was available for a no chip pedi and an SNS dip powder mani. Of course they were quick to usher me in and get started on the pedi. Everything was ok until she pulled out what resembled a bloody cheese grater. Every nail technician knows that by using one of those, you are not helping your client, all you are doing is scraping off skin, and whilst it may seem smooth for a couple of days, you will quickly notice you go back to square one soon after the pedi. The reason for this is they are scraping off living skin/tissue that has hardened only to expose fresh skin in the form of scar tissue as they do this every time - your skin doesn’t really heal. A foot scrub/stone/file should be used only to gently exfoliate your foot, not to mention you’re less likely to catch an infection!! Needless to say I declined, and we moved on.I had asked for a relatively simple design for the big toe, and another guy came over and tried for a couple of minutes, and it wasn’t really working. I tried to explain how it’s done, but 1) he wasn’t willing to take a minute to actively listen and 2) he just couldn’t be bothered. He got so frustrated as was evident by his facial expressions and the fact that he then kept talking in Vietnamese to the pedi lady and would laugh....so I asked him to leave it and again, to move on (that’s pretty rude and one of my biggest pet peeves is when these nail techs basically talk behind your back in another language, it’s very unprofessional and shows zero etiquette) But in those 5 minutes the pedi lady had taken a walk in and now I’m told to get up and go to the mani station with this guy. They hadn’t even finished the pedicure, ie massage with lotion etc. and said they would do it later.Obviously I’m already slightly irritated because it was clear that all they want is as many clients as possible rather than focusing on the ones that were actually there first and in the middle of a service. That’s just greedy and completely unprofessional if you ask me.We’re now working through the SNS dip process, and usually what is supposed to be done, is the nail tech will smooth out the base layer with an electric file - which was not done. Then he applied a few layers of the chosen color - and again does not use a file to smooth it out and make it look even. He pulls out the buffer next, as he starts to prepare the nails for the top coat. At this point I had to ask for the nails to be filed so they’re smooth and look natural, and he clearly did not like that request. After that was done, the nails were discolored because some parts were uneven there was more of a color concentration in some places than in others. And again, in his language starts mumbling to the woman next to him that was seemingly in charge, and starts saying ‘that’s the way this color comes out, it’s supposed to look like marbles’ so at that point I made it clear I’m a nail tech and that was a load of nonsense and it’s because he didn’t follow specific procedures, she then explains that ‘it’s that color, I showed her closely, and then said, all it needs is one more coat and that should cover the issue. He proceeds and then pulls out a regular gel clear top coat that he was planning to cure with the LED light system. I specifically requested the original SNS top coat for a reason. Gel top coats are not designed chemically to cure the SNS dip powers as they physically cannot bond. What happens here is that the gel coat will start to become discolored as it has become porous, and starts staining and looking dirty, it then starts to peel within days. They kept banging on about it looking more shiny, but it doesn’t last!!Worst experience ever, rude, unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place. They never did finish the pedi either!!

I’m waiting to sterilized tools that the pouches should to be opened in front of me just before my service is about to begin but the women who did my nails just used not clean tools.. so it was the first and the last time when I did my nails in this salon!
