I had Katie do my full set. She was very friendly and professional. Perfect amount of talking. She did a very good job and she has a very steady hand. I had lily do my pedicure, My toes didnt need much just a trim and a top coat. She was very sweet and did a great massage on my legs and feet. I also had Jimmy doing my friends pedicure and he did a great job as well. Will for sure be coming back here. They make you feel welcomed and get the job done quickly and efficiently but you still enjoy every bit. Very clean and well kept, beautiful decor too.

I was greeted right away. Checked in fairly quickly. After being given the large amount of dip colors to choose from, I was directed to a spa chair for my Pedicure. I did wait a while for my tech. Worth it though. He was great very thorough. Very caring.This is my second visit. I have loved it both times. Only concern is time management. We need realistic estimates of time for each service. Otherwise great services.

Absolutely phenomenal! Great service (went in just asking prices and ended up getting a set that hour) and the tech, Cindy, was perfect. She was patient and sweet and Ill definitely be requesting her in the future ☺️ This acrylic set w a gel coat and tip was $45

It’s slightly more expensive than other places but the prices are really reasonable and worth it for the quality job they do. Sometimes at other salons they shape the nail very weird but I love the way my nails turned out at luxia. They also make time for everyone here and are super nice!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! The staff are all friendly, professional, and take their time with each client. Nick has done my dip manicure 3 times now and has stayed late to make sure they looked perfect. He is extremely talented and very nice. They have any color you could want and are the best at unique designs. The salon is also very clean and organized. By far my favorite salon!

Luxia Nails & Spa is honestly the best nail salon in Naperville IL. I got a fill in no chip and as well as a pedicure and i had a sweet lady do my toes and then Annie did my hands, and they did them perfectly!!! Everyone needs to come here because these are super nice people and they take their time unlike other nail salons that ive been to where they go to fast on my nails and leave them not pretty at all. But this place left my nails amazing. The price to my isnt bad at all, it seems the right amount to pay

Just went in today to get a deluxe pedicure. I just moved in the area and I was looking for a new place to go to. Luckily I found it! I had an appointment at 12.15pm sat in the chair at 12.30pm, which was not bad considering how busy they were. My pedicure took about an hour with great exfoliation followed by super loong foot massage with warm candle wax. Yes, it was awesome.. The salon itself was very clean and brand new and I really liked that they uses disposable everything. My technician was great, he was neat and did an awesome job cleaning my toes. Unfortunately, the polish I picked out was little thick and gave him a hard time, but he made sure I left the place happy. Thanks Annie for stepping in quickly and fixed my polish. I will definitely be going back there! Highly recommend it.

I went to Luxia for the first time yesterday and i had the best experience! The salon is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. I was seated quickly and received the best pedicure and full set I’ve ever had. The nail artists really take their time to make sure the customers leave happy. I received great service at Luxia Nails & Spa. Nick did an excellent job on my dip manicure. My nail design is exactly what I asked for!

Before I booked I called to make sure that a full set of acrylics were within my budget. I explained what I wanted to the guy that answered my call and said it would be around $35-$40. I then proceeded to book the appointment and when I got there and showed the lady what I wanted, she said that she couldn’t do the 3D flowers and I was like okay whatever just add some rhinestones. She then proceeded to say that it was $75 dollars and I was in shock. I didn’t have time to argue because I had to be somewhere else. Today I called back to see if I could at least get $35 back since it was a mistake that one of the workers made by telling me it would around $35-$40. The lady that I was on the phone with said that if I wanted some many back I had to go back into the salon and get the nails removed. That is completely unaceptable and I said that it was the guys fault not mine. They are over priced and other salons that charge cheaper do a better job. Not bashing the lady that did my nails because they turned out alright. It’s the fact that they guy said a price and they ended up charging me double. Never going back.

Went to Luxia Nails for first time ever. Best experience I have had in years. Everyone is friendly, place is clean and decor is beautiful. Dan helped me today with dip nails. He listened and asked questions to make sure he is doing my nails just how I would like. They turned out SO NICE. I will definitely be a regular at Luxia Nail Salon. You cannot go wrong coming here for devices. Also, they will tell you if your nails don’t last 2 weeks.. to come back and they will fix. Tons of color choices, presented in an organized way and all with matching no chip color too. Deluxe pedicure by Dan was amazing. Beautiful presentation of products in lovely little dishes and even a flower. The massages with the scrub and wax were excellent and super relaxing.This was my first visit and I have now found my new nail salon in the area; just loved all the detail in everything they did. I’ve been using this business since they first opened. I absolutely love their services. The facilities are very clean and neat.. Everyone who works here Is bery meticulous In delivery of services. I recently moved to another state, but come back to Illinois every couple weeks and the first thing I do is come back and get my nails done. I have not found a nail salon in Indiana that lives up to the caliber of this salon. I give them 10 stars!!!!

My bridal party and I booked an appointment well in advance for us all to get our nails done a few days prior to my wedding. There were 10 of us, which is why the appointment was made well in advance. We originally tried to make the appointment for 6:30 to give everyone some time to travel and get home from work. They told us we needed to come at 6 because they close at 7:30, no big deal we would make it work. The day before we confirmed the services that everyone would be getting and then they asked us to push it to 6:30 and said they close 8, the first bit of inconsistency. When we arrived every seat was full and they were not able to start anyone until about 30 minutes after our arrival time. We tried to be understanding given that it was a big group, but then we were told that only certain employees can provide certain services (only certain ones could do acrylic, certain ones knew how to do dip). This caused people to need to change what they had planned on getting because their staff wasn’t equipped to accommodate what they needed because the staff that could were busy. Most of us were worked on by different people so the nail work was very inconsistent. One of my bridesmaids sat with foil and acetone on her nails for 40 minutes and had to be the one to say something because it was burning her fingers. Also, there was no mention that a basic manicure of pushing back your cuticles and clipping hang nails, etc. was separate and something that has to be asked for in addition to your mail service. Maybe this is normal other places, but never have I ever had to ask someone to prep my nail and make it look clean prior to getting a service done. Two girls got the exact same thing and we later realized that one was charged more than the other. There was no apologizing or accommodations that helped make the experience a little better. A simple I’m sorry and admitting that they were just no prepared to take on a large group on a Wednesday night would have been suffice. In return they said it was our fault because some people changed from dip to acrylic… but it was because the employees that they were given told them that they could not do dip.. so who would want to wait any longer to get it done? It took just under 3.5 hours and we were there until 9:15pm. I am an extremely understanding person, but there is no way to justify the customer service that occurred yesterday and the blame that was shifted due to their lack of planning and trained staff available.

This place is amazing!! They definitely want you to leave happy and will pretty much do whatever you ask!! 10 out of 10 recommend! Katie and Annie the just the best! If it’s you’re first time there, no worries you’re in good hands. EVERYONE there is so nice and so talented!!

Fantastic! I have been looking for a great nail salon and I found it! Its a little drive for me, but worth it! Both my daughter and I were absolutely satisfied with their work! We had the powder dip nails and I had a pedicure. Professional, clean, thorough, friendly, and very talented. This is our new place!

I go to Dan now every time I come here and he does such an amazing job! This is the only place I’ve been to were they will actually cut my nails short the way I want it. I really like going to Dan because he takes his time, even using a tool to clean underneath my nails. My favorite part is they provide a hand massage after. Definitely my new favorite nail place.

Went in today at 12:30 for them to say because I don’t have an appointment they can’t do me I got this place from my sister who said they were great but to walk in and then to say they don’t do walk in was I thought unprofessional to be this type of establishment. So they basically just turned me away to find another shop to go to. I guess I will let the people know that recommended me here that it was not great for me

Dan did a great job on my nails! Ive been looking for a nail salon in the area but kept finding salons with terrible reviews or high prices, then saw Luxias very positive reviews and decided to try them out. I couldnt find prices on Luxias website, but I easily got a quote when I called. My full set with dip powder was $55, which I think is very well-priced for the service I experienced. The salon itself seems very spacious, modern, and most importantly clean. I will definitely be returning!

I have been here 3 times with pre-booked appointments and arrived on time. The first time my person just started someone else’s service so I was given someone else after 25 minutes. The second time I had to wait 20 minutes. My 3rd visit they could not find my appointment and I had to wait 45 minutes.

Did a great job on my nails and my eyebrows! The staff are great. They sanitize everything and wear masks. The establishment is very clean. Wld definitely go bck if I lived out here.

First time at this business. Took two young girls for mani/pedi polish change and the staff was SO good with them! I got a pedicure at the same time and was impressed with my service as well. Total price was incredibly reasonable, to the point that I thought they forgot to charge me for both kids. Lastly, the place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

When I walked into their facility, all the employees looked at me and not one person greeted me or instructed me to take a seat. So I waited to see if someone would say anything. I decided to leave, why give them business when I didnt feel welcomed. I found another salon down the road and they were friendly!

This place is AMAZING! I have been searching for a place for a long time where I can consistently go to get my dip manicures done & I have found the place. Annie was the best! Very detailed & did my nails exactly how I like them. I can be extremely picky when it comes to my manicures & she did the best dip manicure Ive had so far & that is saying a lot because I’ve been doing dip manicures for over 3 years. The nail salon was very relaxing & comforting. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. I will be back for sure!

Love this place! i get my manicure & pedicure done every two week and im very loyal to the places i go to, but unfortunately i had a bad experience with my usual nail place and was very disappointed considering ive been going for two years, my friend recommended luxia & ive never been happier! nick & annie were absolutely amazing, friendly & very good at there work, i left absolutely relaxed & happy, will definitely be returning!

My sister went in a day or two gave her different pricing from what they told her over the phone and then they contacted her for them to give her 35$ back but she had to go in for them to take the nails off not worth the price yall stay away and save yall money or go somewhere else.
