Kym does a great job on my nails. She takes her time and is gentle. The prices are great too.

Ive only gone to Kym twice, but shes the first nail tech Ive ever returned to. After she did my acrylics a couple weeks ago, I was eager to return for a fill. Got designs that I adore both times! Cant wait to go back in a couple weeks :)

Im a frequent customer here, but I just had to brag about my last experience. I got my nails done in 4/12 and none of them have chipped. Theyre all in perfect condition! I cant believe theyve lasted longer than a month.

I ran into her at the store next to it and we talked for a minute while in line. Super cool staff. Bring cash for a tip for sure so these wonderful ladies can get what they deserve. The area for you pedicure is beautiful and so relaxing. They really take the time to make you feel good. I will recommend this place to all my friends. Great location right by my home at the Ponds.

Initially I was annoyed with the pricing. I paid $28 for a gel polish change, not a manicure. I usually pay about $15. However, two weeks later and my nails still look great.

I tried this place because it was close to home and the reviews were good. I had a Pedi and a Nail Fill. I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. My nails turned out fantastic! I was very impressed and glad I have a new nail place close to home.

The salon looks new and very clean. I went to get a basic manicure but was persuaded by Kym to upgrade to the organic package since my skin is very sensitive. I would definitely come back for the service and reasonable prices.

When I walked in, I expected a warm greeting.. didn’t receive a greeting at all. The lady who took me to my chair was unprofessional and rude. I only came here because it was so close to the DMV which I was leaving. Definitely won’t be returning.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but wanted to share my experience here. It’s not my normal spot, but stopped in after going to the Sec. of State. Someone took me immediately, not the most friendly but ok.The girl who did my nails didn’t say much, only asked me to pick a color. The number of coats were few and you could still almost see through them (this was no chip). Anyway, long story short she did a sloppy job, and had to repeat a few nails because of smear marks, two of which she would have ignored had I not said anything.I politely and quietly asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to share my experience. She (the owner Kym) was very loud, and invited the opinions of the rest of her customers, by saying” all of my customers been with me a long time.”It became a Show, and I was uncomfortable, so I paid and left and will not revisit, unless they get some customer service training.So, there’s a hundred nail salons in the area. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Went in for a “nail take off”. Price for this service was not listed, which is unprofessional. The nail tech I had was rude, and once the job was done I assumed all the arcrlyic was removed. WRONG. I’m home now still trying to get arcrylic off my nails AFTER paying for this to be done. Terrible service!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. No chip didn’t last but 8 days. Full set had to be redone twice. Went back to have the full set reshaped and was treated very poorly. Press on grocery store nails look 1000x better than what we both got.

They arent clear about prices and kept upcharging everything. There shoukd be a price board, not random pricing. And if its busy theyll rush through your service.

Clean and comfortable with new massage chairs. If you are going for a manicure, as for Tu- he does the best shellac in Naperville!
