I came in with 2 idea in mind. The first was a sunflower if they felt confident doing it, and the second was going to be just plain black nails. They insisted they could do the sunflower. It it so poorly done I want to cry. I kept asking if they really felt confident they could turn it around and they never did. They literally laughed at me when I asked if they could make the petals look more like a sunflower. I would not recommend coming here. They also mocked and yelled at a group of ladies who came in after me. Unprofessional and poor quality.

PSA - you need to go see John! He is hands down my favorite there. Ive been going here for a few months now and I am always happy when I leave. John takes his time to make sure my nails are done right and the way I want them. I feel completely pampered when Im there, and you dont even want me to get started on the AMAZING massages that he can give. I would go there DAILY just for that alone. I have gone to other local shops but nothing like what Ive found here at T2. There are plenty of color options, they have been able to do anything on my nails that Ive asked of them, the place is beautiful, and the staff has been nice.

I am new to the area and this place was right by my work I only get an hour lunch break further more they were fast and accurate with there work just what I need! Thank you to the ladies that took care of me you guys did such a great job!

John is my absolute favorite... He is neat and precise and suggest cool colors for me to try out. Most of all, during your pedicure, this man gives the best leg and foot massage hands down!!!!! Make your appt with him though because he books up really fast... and be sure to bring cash for tipping.

I’ve been serviced by almost everyone here, but John is my go to if he is open for No Chips and Pedicures. I have never had such an amazing pedicure and manicure done the way that he does he gets every single detail in all of his work, if your looking for someone good I recommend him.

Lovely place haven’t been here for quite some time they remodeled the entire store and have top of the line products and pedicure chairs. I only get manicure pedicures the young man that did them for me well exceeded my expectations and this shop is extremely well kept compared to many shops I’ve been to.

Honestly I have no idea why other review mention having issues. I have been coming here for at least a year now and have never had a single issue at all with customer service OR the quality of my services. The shop offers any type of nail service or design you could want including ombré dip which is my personal fav. I have had my nails done by probably everyone there and they all do great! John is my absolute FAVORITE! He is very detail oriented, understanding and thorough. He is friendly, warm and very open to listening to his customers and responds well to questions I have about my nails. My favorite thing is his ability to provide sound advice when it comes to my nails and toes. He is truly the best nail tech I have ever had. He has ruined me for all other nail shops!

I work down the street, and the first time I came in was on my lunch break a few months ago. I got a full acrylic set done. Not only did they finish with time to spare in my lunch break, but they did a FANTASTIC, flawless job! I have been going back ever since, and their work continues to impress me. They are professional, kind, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs. :)

This is my nail place to go and will not go anywhere else. The new owner Sonny is great and all the improvements they have made have made this place even better. I miss the previous owners! Both ladies rocked their work and made the experience fun and inviting! Now, the customer service sucks and I dont feel like they take pride in their work! I went there to get a new set of Pink and White Gel nails and didnt get to my car when I noticed that a nail was dark on one of the tips. I went back and a different lady began to fix it, she noticed that the rest were poorly done and asked me to come back the next day for her to redo them for me! I did and they were left thicker than Im used to having them. Then, I figured it was me just being picky and I went back again 3 weeks later for a fill, but decided to have them removed and try the no chip manicure.... this time, the main guy their did it for me and they looked like crap! Not 3 days later go by when they looked dirty and one chipped off! I go back to get them fixed and all he did was give them a buff with a fresh coat of polish and rather than remove the polish off of the one that chipped, he attempted to put a couple of coats on the section that chipped to try and match the rest of the nail!!! Low and behold, not only did that same nail chip a day later, but an additional 2 more were chipped off!! o.O Never did I have to go through this with the previous owners. I totally miss them and have no idea where they went!!

Extremely disappointed in this place because their professionalism was very poor. I came in today to receive my fill in and the owner was mad because I was 15 minutes late and said caused them to be backed up with other customers . he then proceeded to do my last design but didnt do it right, he started working on another customer and has another employee do it but she was very rude and told me that the sound of my voice is giving her a headache . And the owner told her she could stop working on my last design . I told him she needed to clean it up and both him and her got mad . I told him in a calm manner that he needs to watch whos hes talking to and hes acting unprofessional . He said I was stressing him out and got mad because they couldnt do a design that they had on their Ig page . Ultimately I wont be coming back very unprofessional and low staff .

I went about 1 year ago and did not have the best experience. However I went back to get a full set of acrylics for Christmas. I had Kim and she did a wonderful job, they looked super natural! I recently got a fill for that same set, and decided to get a non chip holo polish and Im in love!

I don’t like to post negative reviews. However, I am in the beauty industry and I came here last minute to have a full set put on. I left before my no chip was applied seeing as I still have acrylic on my skin around my nail, and glue under- and on my finger tips. I expressed that my skin was repeatedly being filed since the glue and acrylic were applied on to my actual nail along with the skin around my nail. The man doing my nails seemed to be irritated by my saying this and made an animated-mock-like gesture, insinuating that I did not know what was going on and indeed he “wasn’t” filing my skin. His thumb nails were very long and digging ever so firmly into my hands as I sat there wanting to run for the door. I also still had remaining acrylic on my thumb from the previous fill I had done 3 weeks prior. I was told that it was all off and a nail was applied on top of it regardless. He even went as far as to ask the nail tech next to him and she said it was all off as she was painting her clients nails-not to have even looked over at my nail. At this point Im thinking to myself-whyyyyyyy Last but not least........ I jerked about 5 times while my thumb was being worked on in fear that my knuckle was going to come out of its socket.Drum roll now please..........I was charged $30 for this. Um no. Boy bye.

If I could give 0 stars for this place I would!!!I have visited this salon because of the distance from my house and late hours.The owner of this salon Sunny is rude, unpleasant, stinks on cigaretes all the time and uses his yelling voice while talking to customers.He do not listen customer’s needs and concerns, no maners at all.Stay away from him. I almost called police once how uncomfortable experience I had there.On the other hand, Kim does good job on nails, but she is ignorant and hardly ever smiles. Horrible customer service.Eva is quiet and does amazing job on pedicures, and I would recommend to her to work somewhere else asap, not for Sunny.There are two more men and a younger woman who work at T2 nails. They are very similar to Sunny and Kim. I have never used their services.Also, all staff speak Viatnameese out loud all the time and lough. Very rude, uncomfortable and unprofessional.If you are looking for a great service, clean salon, and good quality manicure and pedicure in Naperville, AVOID T2 nails.

Came in for eyebrows and they told me five minutes. 20 minutes later and I was still waiting with no explanation or compensation. There are too many other places in town to accept that level of service

Been coming here for a year now and I drive the 35min just to get my nails done by them! Absolutely the best place Ive ever been to!!

Its been three weeks since i had my nails done and im in dish water everyday and they still look good. Going back today to get them done for mothers day.

Man I just left this place for the 2nd time this week!! I came in on Tuesday for some awesome nails!! I loved them!! But in a hour they started chipping!! I paid $50!!! I called and they told me to come back and they will fix! Fine its a inconvience but I came back today and asked after she fixed for a little stamp on my frequent customer card her and the man laughed and said no we fixed it and mentioned a tip!! What the!!! I got up and said nothing else Im not coming back here! They are ridiculous! I was wronged as a customer and its not like asked for money back! WORST SERVICE EVER!! Do not waste yo money!!

So disappointed in the service of this place. Their door clearly says Walk Ins Welcome. Decided to stop in for an eyebrow wax & one of the women, I assume a manager, started to tell me she was booked the next few hours (which I completely understand) however, she then walked away and just said, no, thanks without even offering me a time to come back. Customer Service at its lowest. Last time I walk in T2 Nails for anything. So disappointed, especially because Ive referred several people to this establishment because theyve done such a great job with nails. Well, last time I go there. So disappointed in how rudely I was dismissed.

The women who did my pedicure did decent, she clipped my nails and painted them perfectly, however the water was scalding, there was almost nothing of a massage and she didnt even use all the tools or clean my cuticles. When she realized I had no chip polish on my feet she got up like a bratty teenager, huffed over to get the aluminum foil, literally said ugghh on her way back across to me. The woman who did my acrylic set was THE WORST they had what looked like some lady that spent hard time in a womans prison do my set. She did not clean her utensils (i watched her give another woman a set as I was getting my pedi) she did not properly clean my cuticles, she over extended the white tip and made my nails gaudy, she pressed so hard that I could barely pick anything up for two days, my fingers were literally bruised, the kicker of it all, they were $15 dollars and more for the same basic services the salon not a mile down the road does. Now I know why they had open availability and the other salon didnt. Absolutely despicable, they obviously spent more morning on their furnishings them they do their employees.

Horrible. I got acrylics and refill. Nails started to fall off 3 days after I got them on. When I was getting refills, the person didn’t ask if I wanted them shorter or what shape. 3 of my nails are off and I got them done 3 days ago. I’m pissed

Now I want to be very clear Im giving this place five stars only because of the customer service I received from the One Nail Tech more importantly the only Nail Tech I will even consider seeing at this establishment the rest of the staff is extremely rude and dont put forth the effort that I feel needs to shine through and their work had been very disappointed with my full set that the lady did. But however John is an amazing nail technician very professional yep more importantly very laid-back and can carry on a casual conversation or an intellectual one which is a nice change from most nail shops Im used to going to. I wouldnt shut this place out before at least giving John a chance and oh my God ladies the massage he gives with it literally had me melting in my chair
