First time here and very pleased. Pricing was about average. Kim did my manicure and couldnt be happier. Was very thorough, took her time, and was very gentle. Would definitely recommend paying the little extra for the wax for the hands, incredible. Would definitely recommend and will most likely be a returning customer. Thank you!

My cousin told me about this place. It’s right next to this ramen place that I love. The staff is very very friendly. They are not constantly talking between one another. There is soft music playing. They take their sweet time massaging and getting the dead skin off of your feet. They literally use a bamboo stick to massage and a fan to help dry the polish on your toes. I will definitely be back. Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. And it is fairly priced. I paid the same price for like only 30 minutes. I’ve been here already 40 minutes and she hasn’t even painted my toes yet. They really care about doing a good. I’m getting the chills from how good this massage feels. The staff works together to help get supplies for eachother. It’s very clean and rich looking in here. I got gold for my 22nd golden bday:))

Its unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but I didnt have a good experience here at all. I booked an appointment for 6:30pm and I arrived at 6:31. When I went inside there were lots of people sitting in the front waiting. I went up to the front and one of the people doing nails got up and addressed me. I told them that I had a 6:30 appointment for a regular manicure and they told me to go wash my hands in the back. I then came back out and sat down in the front while I waited for a technician. I sat there for over an hour (ended up being an hour and 15 minutes total before I was serviced) . The lady doing my nails also stopped and was doing someone elses nails during my appointment. I didnt even get any discount off and the polish has already started to chip on several fingers even though my appointment was only two days ago. I will not be returning.

Of all the nail salons Ive tried in Wheaton, Naperville and Aurora, this is hands down my absolute favorite! Ive been coming here since Lilly opened. She and her whole staff are amazing. They are on time, friendly and super clean here. Highly recommend this salon.

I have been a customer from the day this salon was opened. This was in November of 2019. I have never had any complaints with the services I received when I went there. All the technicians are professionals and very good at their jobs. I have had Anna/Ryan/Lily and a few others work on my nails. I recommend this place for their continued quality of service and their smiling hospitality whenever I have gone to their salon. This is the longest time I have stayed with one nail salon.

I love this place so far. I used to go to Lia nails, but this place is much cleaner, friendlier, and my dip nails last longer for some reason. I’ve seen Lily and Melissa and They were both amazing! Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Bic at Nails Lux. Although shes new to this location shes been my manicurist for a few years. Bic is exceptional - gentle, pleasant and most importantly, offers excellent manicures and pedicures.

My schedule is always a bit crazy so both visits have been on a walk-in basis (I was courteous enough to call a bit before though) and they were kind enough to take me in both times.My first visit was a regular manicure (can’t remember the male tech’s name) and I received many compliments throughout the week! I’m back for a second week in a row for a regular mani/ pedi and yet again, very happy with my results!Dana’s pedicure was heavenly, she was very thorough from start to finish and it didn’t feel rushed like many other places I have been to in the past.She also did just as great of a job on my manicure!Happy to have found Nails Lux, they have gained a new regular customer!!

I have tried many nails salons and this by far is the BEST! Very clean!!!! You have your own individual lotions and scrub dishes. Other places dip in the same jar while they do your pedicure but not here. They do a great job and are very kind!!! I’ve been coming here for over a year! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic! I came in for a 6:30 apt. and they took me in promptly. I sat in the back lounge area where they have really stylish furniture, soothing music, and relaxing nature videos on the TV. By the time they started my mani/pedi I was basically half asleep because I was so relaxed! Everyone was so kind and you can tell they take special pride in keeping the place clean. I dont typically get my nails done that often, but this place has made me want to now! I think my total came to around $75 with gel mani, pedi, and tips for the two ladies that worked their magic on me. Very reasonable price especially considering quality of service. Cant wait to go back and bring friends and family!!!

I think I just found my permanent nail salon.Lia nails didnt answer the phone or my messages.Lily fixed the work done by another salon and my nails look so much better than before.They didnt have the foil that I wanted but we made it work with even better colors.Next time Im getting the pedicure.Thanks 😊Update-nothing stayed on for long.

It was a below average experince for me. The guy at the front desk makes everyone who walks in wash their hands (which is good) but the other employees dont follow the same protocol. There were customers who walked in and were handed the nail color books without hand wash! Diana who did my pedicure was pretty rough and didnt do a thorough job. I wasnt left impressed at all.

For over a year I have been going to this salon and I love them. Easy to get appointment; extremely nice staff; very clean; soft drinks or water offered and lots of color choices.

From the moment you walk in the door you will be wrapped in a relaxing and spa like experience. No glaring TV’s, no loud chatter or bright lights. Lilly and Tom follow very strict COVID protocols. You’re asked to wash your hands as soon as you walk in. All stations are separated by dividers to keep their guests safe. Nail services are so relaxing, so much so that you could fall asleep while getting a hand massage or leg massage! Lily and the entire team are so welcoming! Love this salon!!!

Cherry did an excellent job designing my nails. Anna gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had. The salon is spotless, had a nice layout, smells great, and has a beautiful zen/ meditation theme that combines both music and decorations. Nail Lux even has a rewards program with a little card that connects to my keychain. This salon is worth the 40 minute drive from my house and I see why the reviews are so great! This salon is awesome and is now my new nail spot.

I had been here once before during the week for a pedicure and had a really great experience, so I decided to come back. I called ahead and asked to make an appt. for my daughter to have her toenails and fingernails just painted and for me to have a pedicure. The person who answered and acknowledged the time and appt. but hung up before I could give her our names. My daughter and I showed up to the salon and I stated that I had called and made appt. There was no acknowledgment made that we had an appointment. We were told to wash our hands and then pick out a color from their nail deck of colors. We had our colors picked out and were ready close to 10 min. after we got there. We sat and waited another 15- 20 min. By then, my 3 year old daughter started getting antsy and no longer wanted to sit. Finally, one of the workers asked another if they were almost done with their client. The worker stated she was finishing up. She checked out her client about 5 min. later and then told us to come back to the pedicure station. The worker filled up the bowl with water for me and me daughter sat on my lap. The worker then went to the back to grab supplies and was gone for another 5 min. She came back and I stated that I wanted the pedicure with lavender scrub, paraffin wax, and massage (an upcharge from a reg. pedicure). I let the worker know that this was my daughters first time getting her nails done, and that I wanted my daughter to have her toenails and fingernails painted. The worker began cleaning and trimming my toe nails and my daughter kept asking when her turn was coming. I told her it was soon and she waited patiently. Finally, another worker came over and started painting my daughters toe nails and nails. My daughter was a little squirmy, but the other worker seemed fairly patient.While my daughter was getting her services, the lady working on me continued to clean and trim my nails and did a good job. She ended up doing an ok job on getting the dead skin off the bottom feet. The lavender scrub, paraffin wax, and message portion seemed very hurried compared to the last time when I had the pedicure done last in this salon. Last, the worker began painting my toe nails. She painted a clear coat, one color coat, and then another clear coat. After finishing I paid for my services and sat under the feet dryer for a few minutes.I was really disappointed that this was my daughters first nail salon experience. I called and made an appointment to avoid having to sit and wait for a long time with my young daughter and that was not honored by the salon. We ended up waiting 30-35 minutes before we were ever seen by anyone. There were no apologies offered during the wait time. The first time I came for a pedicure I was offered a beverage, and this time my daughter or I was not. I also felt like the workers were avoiding having to do our services, in hopes that we would get tired of waiting and leave. I felt like my service was very hurried and wasnt worth the amount I paid and tipped for. Every salon Ive been to has always painted 2 color coats.Im not sure why only 1 color coat was painted. Over all, I dont feel like I will be visiting this salon again.

Loved my experience here! Picking my color took no time at all because they have a book of color options. To me this is more helpful than staring at the daunting wall of bottles. I got the spa pedicure which had a fragrant scrub, massage, and paraffin wax treatment. All relaxing. I also got a manicure which turned out lovely. I followed them on IG and saw they do lots of fun, artistic designs. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Ryan is the best person for manicures. He really takes his time and you can tell that he is really mastered his craft. If you show him a pic of nails you want, he doesnt hesitate to perfect it. A very nice newly opened space for your beauty needs. I did my pedicure & manicure. They have so many color choices. Lily who did my pedicure did an excellent job by removing my ingrown toe nails. I had a great experience. Also, I got caramel flavored hot chocolate for free and a beautiful Christmas present. I will definitely go back. They also shape your eyebrows. I will definitely try that as well. The staff is friendly.

My mom and I have made this our go-to nail place, they are absolutely so sweet and accommodating here! Lily, as well as the rest of the staff here are so polite and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and happy :-) they offer so many quality services and a wide variety of options when it comes to nail polish and style. The interior is also very beautiful with a lot of attention to aesthetics and calming tones such as lighting and music and it makes your time here feel very warm and inviting! This is the only nail salon I will go to! I never had a set place to go for manis/pedis until I found Nails lux. Everyone here is kind, professional, and really takes their time with your nails to ensure quality and longevity. I trust them with any design that I want to try because they are very artistic and meticulous with their work. I’ve had Cherry and Anna do my dip/no-chips the most, and I always leave so happy with their work! The pedicures are so relaxing as well, there is no rush and you really get the spa experience.The salon is super clean and there is plexi glass between you and the technician. You also are advised to wash your hands before you get serviced. :)I recommend this place to everyone. The nails look amazing and they last a really long time!

I have been going to Nails Lux since they opened. They are the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everything is wonderful about the shop, they are on time. I have never had a better pedicure and the no chip manicure has never chipped, even after three weeks. The staff is outstanding and it is so clean. They use plastic inserts in the pedicure bowls. Which I love because this is the cleanest way to receive a pedicure. I love the place and cannot say anything negative about Nails Lux. So glad they opened in Naperville. I have had my nails at overpriced luxury salons and have never gotten the quality nor personal attention that I get at Nail Lux. So clean and well organized.... you feel good being there and everyone is sooo sweet! They have excellent English and have great caonversation and humor as well as the other customers chat together...it has become a very social time in our routine. Love the staff & love the customers. By far the best nail salon in the Naperville and surrounding area! Ryan is incredible! Customer service here is top notch! I had a Gel-Fill done then came back two days later with my fiancé to have pedicures done. Their tools are sterilized and in brand new packaging, they have 5 different pedicures to choose from and you can select a scent of your choice! Modern, luxury design and ambiance is the atmosphere here at Nail Lux. Highly recommend!

Im disappointed because Ryan did a phenomenal job on my fill, and the shape/thickness of nail so I was totally excited to have the potential of a more conveniently located nail salon to my home.Please note, the technicians, environment, and the overall service received were top notch, so Im only changing my rating by 1 star (from a 5 to a 4) strictly due to the polish quality. **
