Went in for a rounded pink acrylic nail full set & the lady said coffin would be better, I agreed because she did one nail & it looks good but the rest did not. The pink is super see through, the nails are not straight or coffin shape in any way. The middle finger has little to no nails in it and I was charged $50 for this. Probably not going back.

We went for a pedicure and they kept pushing the gel polish. We wanted regular so we stuck with that. No joke, 1.5 hours later my polish completely wipes off! It was like they put oil on first and then painted them. Ive never even seen anything like it!To top it off, we paid for the deluxe (they said it was extra massage) and it was so quick we were done in around 30 minutes- a regular pedicure usually takes longer than that! So disappointing!

Ive been to this location twice so far and I absolutely love it. Both times Tyson did my nails and he was super attentive. Also made sure to ask me how I wanted it and always checked in to see how I liked the look of my nails. And I placed an appointment the same day and they managed to squeeze me in, so that was awesome

I love coming in here. Always quick with little wait time and always give me the product and outcome I wanted. No gel nails I have received from anywhere else have lasted as long as they do from Lux Nails!

These people are so genuine, funny kind and sweet! This is my second time here now, and it’s so relaxing. They run the business very well. They know how to make you feel comfortable and accepted. They do a great job on acrylic nails and again, the freaking SWEETEST! I highly suggest you go here! :)

Every time we go to Lux they are amazing! Actually its the only place that my daughter and I go because they are clean and sanitary and we appreciate that. They always take their time and do a great job even when they are super busy. We appreciate their care and great attitude!

My Daughter and I came in as a walk-In client about noon and it was pretty busy. The gentleman greeted us and and asked what service we were coming in for. I let him know it was a full set for my daughter he said a 45 min wait, I dont think we waited that long it may have been 25-30 mins. They are quick and all very nice people, my Daughter loved her set! I know where to go for a last minute nail service.

Walked in had to sign in and as I was doing that 3 people came in and were signed up on the waiting list before me? When I finally was asked what I was there for they told me it was over an hour wait! So by then I was disappointed that no one noticed I was there first so I turned around and walked out. Im sure its a nice place as there are women that are rude to cut in front to get served.

Ive been here once before and, and I enjoyed it. I thought the prices was reasonable. They did a great job. Today I went in and a tech did my toes and she took longer than the techs next to me, but wow. She paid attention to detail. I never even mentioned that I had an ingrown toe nail. Ive tried to get it out, but just lived with it and she got it out with ease. Without me even bringing it up. She made sure to be very detailed. I will request her thr next time I go in. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name.

My sister and I went there wanting a pedicure and acrylic nails- both with regular paint. The pedicure was alright. With the finger nails, my sister told them she wanted acrylic with regular paint. She told them more than once. They just painted her nails with gel paint. When it was my turn, I also told them I wanted acrylic with regular paint. They gave me gel powdered acrylic nails. This was my first time getting my nails done so I just assumed the powder she was putting on my nails was part of the process. Before my sister and I went, we looked on the website and figured out we would pay $55 each. We ended up paying- me; $70 and her; $65- for a $25 pedicure and &40 to just paint her nails! She could have done that at home! We told the lady more than once we wanted regular paint but she didn’t listen. She cheated us out of our money!

Visited this nail salon during a horrible busy time. School is headed back in and there was tons of young girls waiting to get a manicure. I walked in to get a pedicure. If I would have known how long I would be waiting I would have left and gone somewhere else. I waited about 20 minutes to be taken back to a chair to put my feet in the water. Then I waited over an hour to even start the pedicure. By that time the water was cold and the pedicurist made his way over. I got the regular pedicure with gel polish. He was rushing so fast that he clipped my nails crooked and at a weird angle. Lots of flies all over the back area.While waiting to go back the manager and an employee started arguing about pricing. Confrontation turned ugly as manager threatened to call the cops after asking her to leave. Super unprofessional.Won’t be back

Really disappointed!! My sister, & I and one of our friends went in today to get a full set on the three of us well! The lady that did my friends nails DID NOT do what she wanted she kept telling her no that she can’t do those nails an blah blah blah. They had attitudes. Never going there again!! & I didn’t get what I wanted done because they couldn’t do it apparently! They also kept switching the prices. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I do not recommend if you feel like spending your whole bank account on that place!

Get my nails done here every 2 weeks for 5 years. It used to be a school and students worked on your nails. It is now privately owned and they have the best pedicures in town.

I love this place! They’re super awesome and clean, and fun! Ive loved everything I’ve had done here. The only reason I’m 4 stars is because one lady took almost two hours to do a set on me because she was talking so much.

If I could give no stars I would. I called to ask some questions about the way they do certain things (ex. Acrylic nail removal) because I had a horrible experience at my last salon. When I was asking my question, the guy I was talking to said we do it the same way, bye. And hung up on me before I even finished talking. Very unprofessional and very rude. Will not even consider using this company and will absolutely not be recommending them either.

I had a simple pedicure done. I ask the guys doing my pedicure to scrub my feet well. He then ask me if I wanted a deluxe pedicure. I told him, no I just wanted the regular treatment pedicure with a regular polish. What I got literary was a 2 second scub on each of my heals of my feet to take off the calluses, and the rest of the procedure of the pedicure. In the past, Ive purchased the same pedicure for $30 and have always gotten my calluses scrubbed off throughly. This employee did not scrub my feet properly. I was disappointed with the results of the pedicure treatment.

Such an amazing environment. Had a horrid experience at another salon with my sister and they made up for it 10 fold for both of us!

The nail technicians we had were nice. We had to wait a long time to get a spot, then further wait for the nail technician to help us. Very poorly managed and one of the nail technician in the room got up and disappeared without telling the other employees. They didnt work on our cuticles like with our past services. Would not go back in the future.

I received one of the worst manicures ever here today. I wanted art on my nails and I inquired about what the additional charge would be-my nail tech said 5 dollars. Which I thought was perfectly reasonable. So I agreed. When we got done, he told me my full set would be $60! I asked for a breakdown in the price, and apparently they charge $15 for additional length. This is perfectly understandable however the acrylics they did are not even an inch longer than my normal nails. This charge may have applied to some people but my nails absolutely do not qualify as additional length at all whatsoever. They are misshapen, the art is not as well done as I would have liked, and I personally feel that the nail tech was making up prices just to see if I’d argue or question it, after the work had already been done. I will not be returning and I will be going elsewhere to get my nails fixed.

After moving to the area, it was tough to find a good place for a nice set of nails and quality pedicure (ladies and gentlemen, YOU KNOW what I mean!)! But Ive found it!! This place is clean and professional and best of all, beautiful nails!! Tyson is the best!! 👍😁

First time going here. I will not go back. The gal that did my nails was not professional. She was more interested in talking and poking fun of another employee. She kept burning my fingers while doing my nails. I have had my nails done for months and aftwr I went here my polish did not stay on they were unevenly cut and one is broke.

I am not sure who did my nails, but I came in here with an absolute mess of an acrylic set from New Attitudes in Caldwell. The woman who did my nails fixed them right up and did an amazing job. Based on her ability to fix someone else’s ugly mistake, I will 100% be returning to this location in the future.

The staff was very friendly and I am grateful for that. However, the edges on my nails are not straight and the paint doesnt cover the whole nail. My friend who came with me was cut twice! There was no maintenance done to our nails before putting the acrylics on, my old nail polish wasnt even completely taken off.They were super busy and I felt like we were being rushed through:/

I went in with 4 other people in my group i felt kind of rushed. The employees were nice. But i felt like the pedi was rushed and my full set was also. My cuticles werent cut or pushed back, the just glued on the nail laid the acrylic and painted them fast. They almost cut my finger when they were trimming the nails to the length i wanted. Some of my nails were crooked. The other girls were not happy with their streaky nails either. Made us all not ever want to go get our nails done again. Also at no point when i called to make an appointment was i told that they only accept cash which we all thought was ridiculous.

I was so impressed! I got a gel mani and a classic pedicure and it looks amazing! This place has an incredible staff! Its a clean, welcoming place. The only negative I have is they dont have OPI gel. The only reason I care is because I have a few go to OPI colors I know the name of, so I dont have to look through the colors. HOWEVER, the way they have the gel displayed is so dreamy! It would be worth go back again and again to not have to fumble through the stupid ring of colors.

The massage chairs while getting a pedi was a major plus for me and I loved my pedi so I will be returning.👍😊Although I didnt like the fact that they dont accept anything but cash, that was a bother for me.

The people that helped me were very rude and the guy that did my nails was stabbing me with his finger nails and they refused to do what I wanted and I wanted a design but they wo uh old only use little stickers from the dollar store and would even do a tree design with 2 little lines and the nail were very over priced and all they did was paint my nails with get polish.

I am not sure why this came up in my husbands name, but my name is Melissa Orozco. The staff was wonderful and fun! I took my daughter in with me and we both got pedicures and manicures. We were able to sit side by side and our toes are painted with the same color. Our nails are different though. The two gals that did our pedicures and manicures were a lot of fun to talk to and we all laughed and had a great time! I love how clean and beautiful the salon is as well!!! I would highly recommend this location to everyone. I also appreciate the new reward program they have!

An is the most amazing nail technician. She does my French manicure fills every two weeks and they are perfection. She also does my pedicures when I get those done and again, perfection. The gel polish lasts a long time on my toenails and my French manicures never break.

This was my second time into this spa. The first time was great, that’s why we went back. I had an older lady that rushed my manicure and had me done within 15 min. I had skin that she didn’t nip on the sides of my fingers also it was literally a 10 second massage and within a day my gel polish was snagging on everything. Totally disappointed! I also referred my mom and my daughter and they both went. My mom also had an older lady and didn’t polish her nails correctly as she left the sides of her nails unpolished. For a $35 manicure, it was a waste of money!

Decided to get my nails done here on a whim and Im so glad I did. The space is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. Tyson did a phenomenal job and was quick and efficient while making me comfortable in a new environment. I will be going back for sure!

So thank you Lux Nails for your response.Although Im too embarrassed to return I do feel most people are doing their best so Im adjusting my review from 2 stars to 4.I still suggest adjusting your policy about cash only... I would suggest allowing the costumer to pay the credit card fee. I would have been much happier with having an option. Being trapped into one way, that I wasnt ok with, was very frustrating.Walked in today and guy at the desk directed us to pick a gel color for our pedicure.We didnt want gel but he didnt give us another option so we thought we were just selecting the color.When I sat down in my chair the lady was friendly but then started trying to up sale me in everything. Asked several times if I wanted Mani pedis combo and also tried to get me to do higher than a regular pedicure.Then because we didnt understand what color we were picking at the beginning I had to ask her about what she was doing on my toes and all 5 of the other ladies with me had to all go pick out a polish color since all had selected gel by mistake.So then after being pressured again I agreed to have my nails done as well but didnt want polish. I thought she could just make them look even and nice but they looked horrible so I asked her to put the polish on to cover it up at least.The part that Im most upset about is that they only take cash. No one told us this. We saw no sign. No one told us on the phone. They knew it was our first time and no one said anything.They also dont take check! It was so embarrassing to be sitting there with no way to pay them. They have a creepy looking ATM in their shop that I wouldnt trust with my card.I was so ticked by this point that instead of giving them the 20% tip I was planning and giving them all the benefit of the doubt I didnt give them any tip. Losing the 3% from the cc card transaction would have still left a 17% tip... So... I just personally think its silly to work that way. And if youre going to do this at least let people know!So they basically forced one in my group to use their ATM to get cash for everyone since only she had her debit card. I dont trust random ATM machines to have great security.If they had told us on the phone it would have been a non issue.I go to get my nails done to relax. I dont like being pressure sold into doing something I didnt want. And I dont like being put on the spot to do something Im not comfortable with( using their random ATM)My lady seemed to really be trying to be pleasant but she seemed put off.Its much more pleasant when you feel like the person working with you enjoys being at work.

DONT GO HERE. The quality is terrible, they don’t listen to what you want, and they con you into paying more for things you SPECIFICALLY said you don’t want. Not only did she continue doing my nails when I said that is not what I wanted she hurried me out of the salon. Not worth your time or money !!

1st time I went for a full set and pedicure was there 2 hrs total. Sat down for a pedicure for 25 mins before anyone approached me. By that time I knew in didnt have time to get a pedicure. I wanted a simple French tip toe. . When I expressed my time was up but willing to just have my toes painted. They still wanted me to pay 50. I said 2nd visit was 3/27 this time I was told an hour wait. So I ran to a store in the strip mall and returned guessing I had 30 mins to wait which was OK. Well I sat another hour. I asked for an obre nail and they expressed they couldnt do that with gel.polish. they were clearly aBothered. So she paints my nails anyways with gel and charges me an extra 10 dollars.. they talked bad about me the entire time. At the end the gal Lynn asks if I liked them. So bothered by the complete experience both times I said nothing. My nails look a week old and my cuticles are hammered (I cant seem to find away to attach a photo unfortunately) Wont be back!

I asked for coffin nails and they did not give me coffin nails all of my nails are different shapes and lengths

I had an older Asian man work on my little girl nails felt rushed/uncomfortable from the beginning. She got gel nails cause it last longer, three days later 4 gel nails came off I called them to make an compliant and so I went back to the nail spa they got her in 20 min. Later and they were rough on her when she was getting it done... not even 5 min later this front desk tried to rush us out and saying it’s dry when it’s not. I wasted money on a little girl nails that is not worth the money. The old lady also rushed me and try to have me pay again. Will not be returning to this establishment.

I got acrylics there and the paint was soft and lumpy. Not even an hour later they started peeling off. I went back to have them fixed. I thought they were fine but the guy cut my finger. Oh then not even a day later my nails started peeling off again.

Terrible do not recommend. It been one day and my nails are lifting.

Pedicure was awesome, lady was awesome. it was up until I went to get my manicure that the lady at chair 4 was literally arguing with the boss in their language to take me and was telling me to go to another chair and when I went to go to another chair her boss made her take me and she was then super nice and then spoke english to me saying “hiiii nice to meet you” like no it’s not obviously! this is NOT how you treat your customers! I got up and just walked away, I literally wanted to cry and having to sit on the waiting chairs while your best friend gets her nails done with another awesome lady is probably the most embarrassing thing ever as no one has even said or done anything to make this right... I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

I had to pay Someone to redo my nails after I paid 70.00 there.. they were horrible.Id post a before and after picture. But it doesnt appear I canI live 40 minutes away otherwise Id have them re-done there.

Have been going to many different place to do my acrylic nails, every place I went to my nails fell out. This is the first place that does my nails and they stay on forever ! I fill them every 2-3 weeks and none of them come off. The lovely ladies took their time and were so detailed. They have great variety of colors and reasonable prices. The pedicure with the massage is amazing as well!

Super hood service by one of the male nail technician. Got a pedicure and he helped me pick the exact colors I wanted and have a good conversation its was my first time going there and it was memorable I do recommend this place 🙌🏽 they have an atm too! Really nice place and having masks on didnt change the environment everyone was talkative and super nice 👍🏼 absolutely going again
