I have been using a local competitor for years but today they were down and I had wanted to try Turbo Jet. I normally just go for the basic wash, which was a dollar more here. As soon as I was going through I knew it wasnt going to do as good and it did not...not even close. The vacuums were not very powerful and the glass cleaner left a horrible amount of residue. Finally the wheels did not even look washed at all. The competitor gets them spotless, almost showroom looking. No I will not be going back.

I have had a membership for several months. One of the best. I did have one issue with a rude employee who closed the wash early and refused my visit. But after speaking with management I was even happier with my decision to use these guys. Membership is the best option.

Nice wash,didnt dry completely but thats not unusual. Good amenities such as vacuum, towels,window cleaner and floor mat wash.

Was excited to get to try them as I am considering switching from a competitor due to location and my new travel since moving and received a free coupon on Facebook. The wash didnt clean my windshield well at all and got at most 50% of the few bugs, one of the brushes inside wasnt functional, and tire shine was barely applied to my front tires and so caked onto the rear wheels and rocker panels I had to hand scrub after since it left them dirtier than they went in. I go through a car wash approximately every 2-3 days so my car should be an easy clean. I know they dont always get it perfect but I ended up having to clean a lot more than I should. Leaving 2 stars since it was free but I would be asking for a refund if it wasnt.

My first time at Turbo wash. I was impressed. It has all of your car cleaning needs. The attendant was very nice and welcoming. I will be back.

Paid 15 bucks for a touch less wash. Watched the guy working spray down every car going through the touch wash while I waited. Guy just stared at me and never sprayed my car with pre wash. He just kept walking back into the building and coming out when someone came to the touch wash. Would have taken him 3 seconds to spray prewash while I waited.

Got a free coupon code for $20 wash, the code is 6 numbers, machine only accepts 4 numbers and tells you invalid. complete trash, waste of time and driving over here

Rude attendant. Lead my car into the bay at the etong angle lifting the back half of my car at the end of the wash. Closed the entire line of vaccune cleaners early i guess to get off earlier. Whack

Went a couple weeks ago and they had more cars than vacuums so had no option but to drive away, go to a competitor, pay for another wash to use their vacuums. Tonight was able to vacuum one half of my car but then vacuums turned off for no reason and didnt turn back on.Over it.

I like to do my own car, but this was a good place while traveling and prices were fair.

When I clean my car I clean my car. Its nice he having everything I need and no one to bug me. Just spent about 2 hours.

I have the monthly membership and it is the best $25 i spend!!

Washing is great but vacuum dont work half of the time and have no suction

Employee directing the car into the wash was not very friendly or energetic, made us feel like we were keeping him from doing something more important. Also there was not very many spray bottles of cleaner available at the vacuum station and vacuums had little suction ( I know its a free service but it was just sub par)

Great price for full service. Provided vacuum and micro cloth for cleaning. Great!!!

I have purchased the monthly pass for 2 years now. I have used all 4 of your locations. And this particular location (International Dr) is by far the worse. And unfortunately the most convenient for me. The attendant that works there the majority of time is lazy. Yesterday the attendant spent 2 seconds spraying off the front of my car & that was it. When I was done the car was completely wet & there was barely any tire shine used. This is the norm at this location !!!

I am a member of this carwash stopped here to try the touchless wash. I didnt like it. The ones with the brushes do a much better job. Overall I love this place. Best money I ever spent. I get a lot of compliments on how clean my car is.

Does a good job, has towels and sprays for the interior.

I liked it but the wait time is too long.

At the end the blowers dont dry ur car good and soap/bubbles will still be left on ur car

I remember the $12 wash being much more significant as to what you get so spend the extra$2 if you are gonna invest away the $10 in your Automobile(Sexy Girlfriend will like)😎The place has free vacuuming once you wash, a floor mat cleaner and towels and Chems. during business hrs. Well kempt establishment.

It clean my car good but it also scratched my car up. My paint is chipped in some spots and it left black streaks. Its a new car also. I will not be using this service again.

Did not do a great job cleaning my car, which just needed a good wash from road rime & salt.

Some of the product didnt spray the car and the dryer didnt dry the back of the car.

Great convenient location at a good price. I have a membership here for both of my cars. Completely worth it just to keep the salt and sand off my cars.

Nice car wash, but for a $20 car wash you wouldnt expect to have streaks of dirt on the back of your crossover vehicle with a mostly flat back

I switched from Tidal Wave to Turbo Jet. The latter is more expensive, but there are more locations in Horry County. I hoped that my car would be cleaner, since I got the mid-priced plan with the bug blaster, but nothing seems to bust the bugs off my white car. The other amenities are nice.

Awsum service and no time limit with the vacuums. I have never been to a place without time limits, yet every employee made our experience enjoyable. Thanks PD for the chance to serve God and clean the church van. Someone has to be Turbo, that just means thats the best car wash in Myrtle Beach. Its only 8 bucks so get there when this pollen has you sneezing.

Was great yesterday when I bought a membership.

Mechanism stopped when going around the truck. Then light came on to move forward. We left with soap on the vehicle. Place should specify length for automatic car wash.

This place is great. They have good prices and excellent service. Vacuums work great and they also have a mat cleaning machine!

Great place to get in and out

It was a few weeks ago. I used the $12 touchless car wash. I went to Golden Corral after the wash. When I got out of the car at the restaurant, I noticed a lot of mud from the wash all over the car. It was a sunny dry day that day. The car went through the car wash almost clean and came out with a light muddy appearance. I went back to talk with somebody. The worker just smiled and reccomended me to purchase a different more expensive wash. I then pointed out the fact that he has presented a scam to me and warned him that I would publicize this online. He smiled bigger and just walked away.

Carwash was great, but the vacuum pressure was low.

I like this car wash for it’s convenient to my home. I have the monthly plan so I can wash my car as often as I want. The positives are good strong vacuums, Car mat shampoo machine, Clean rags and sprays. The negatives- my car is never actually as clean as I would like. Car is also wet coming out of dryer and I have to hand dry. I doubt any car wash is as good as a hand wash so I would recommend.

This car wash is great and in a great location. My first visit here was with a friend. But after that I returned on my own. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Tommy. He was very helpful and informative about the membership packages. He went above and beyond. He polite demeanor and great social skills left me with no choice but to come back and sign up for the membership. Tommy you are the greatest. Wish there were more people in customer service like you.

It was great it clean my car super good.

It’s says will close at 8 online, however the employees have different opinions I got in 5 minutes to 7 purchase the car wash I want, got out to vacuum area I start use the vacuum for minutes ( letterly I did Under the driver seat only ) the vacuum cut off, I went to ask the employee he told me they close at 7, I had to use my own towel, and there was no cleaner.. but there’s car still going through the wash and it was after 7.. what kind of service they will get...

My vehicle was delivered yesterday from Florida. It was filthy. Went to turbo jet for the $20 wash then out to eat. I checked out my vehicle at this time and it was still so dirty. Next time I will get the $8 dollar wash for sure. Not worth the $20 price.. disappointed for sure!

Where Im from, $20 bucks gets you a much better wash, the interior vacuumed and they dry your car.

Attendant half way sprayed the driverside. Didnt use the brush at all. Bug off spray wasnt used either

Did a really AWESOME job! Particularly amazed at how many of the bugs it got off (drove from PA to SC) of my car’s grille, bumper, headlights and mirrors! Finished product was very shiny and clean! Will visit again!

Its a great place friendly staff the only thing that I found negative about it was there were screws on the ground and the cleaners for the car were empty or almost empty.

Not the best wash Ive ever had. I had to go over the car after the wash.

Dont go without cash damn new machine want even take card and you will sit in line and it will be one of the biggest waste of time cause they too good to put a sign up credit card reader down so your not stuck with cars behind you and then have to pull through cause you didnt bring cash. So they just let you waste your time settin in line making them look busy. If I had cash on me I would have just pulled up to a self wash and spend my money there.

Ran my car through and I had to wipe it down to get all the spots the automated process missed. I attempted to explain the issue to one of the attendants who offered no solution or basic customer service. Vacuum seemed like an old coin op vacuum with hardly any suction. We ended up going to Dietricks Car Wash to rewash our car and vacuum it out.

They are awesome there they have the best price for a package for washing your car there is on the beach free vacuum you can use their microfiber towels and their cleaning supplies they got a mat cleaner theyre awesome

Excellent location to detail your car yourself. Vacuums could be stronger, was difficult to suck up the sand in car.

Great car wash! Theres always someone there to spray off your tires and any dirt before you go in, and its literally the best wash Ive ever gone through. Free vacuum and they even have bottles of cleaner and clean towels. Most expensive wash is $18.

Jets were weak, by car did not come out nearly as clean as I expect having been to brushless washes my whole life. Went home and washed the entire thing by hand the following day

I got the $10 touch free. Im not from around this area but had a bird poop on my car so decided to run it thru. Even tho the bird droppings were not baked on the paint it still didnt wash it off. But the workers was nice and free vacuums was a plus.

Good place to get a complete car wash. There are options you can choose from. When your done pull up to a vacuum area and you can vacuum your car. Roll out looking brand new.
