Thanks to Nacole for a great haircut! I especially like Sports Clips for use of their app to check in ahead and its ease of use. So much better than the days of going in and then finding out there is an hour wait.

This is the BEST Sports Clips. The manager Stephanie is amazing. They had been out of a certain shampoo for awhile. She drove to a store in Saint Charles to bring back some for my child. Absolutely the best service and called me to let me know she had it. It was such a surprise.

I have Been a loyal customer for over three years to this location. The website claims they open at 9 AM, and I arrived five minutes early to get my haircut before leaving town. The stylus came to the door and said that we don’t open until 10. Easily could’ve cut my hair in five minutes but sent me away. I will not return

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Just moved here and was looking for a salon and they left a very good impression. I will be returning to them for any services I need!

This was my first time ever trying hair cut and color in states and I am really happy with the final look.

While I did not know what to say when I was there. The stylist who cut my hair was not that competent. I had to go to another competitor to have it finished. I feel bad for the stylist as she told me her problems while cutting my hair. Not that that was a problem. She did a great job with the shampoo at the end, just did not know how to fade and was uneven. While I have never had a bad experience at sports clips, and have been going to sports clips every 2 weeks for years, I will find it hard to go back.

Have gotten good and okay haircuts there. The staff have always been very friendly and attentive. They have not made notes of the last haircut so I cannot request the same as last time if I liked it. Have not been able to get a haircut by the same person twice. Not sure if there is turnover or just bad luck on my part.

My eldest son has been a regular here. Best shop ever! Super nice and the cut on point! You get what you pay for here.

Just got a hair cut and the person giving me the hair cut messed up the side of my hair she put a point on the side and it looks terrible not to mention I have school pictures tomorrow. This is also not the first time they have messed up my hair. May not return.

Brought my son here, first time with a free hair cut coupon. She seemed annoyed I let my thirteen year old tell her what he wants and I didnt know the guard number. Didnt talk to him the entire time either and hes the kind of kid that would talk to a brick wall. But they got new computer systems so maybe just having a long day. Haircut looks great, hes happy except for the excessive itchiness from all the left over hair left on him.

A great place to get a haircut in a guy themed setting. The hot towel is the best and very relaxing.

DO NOT GO HEREBrought my son for a haircut. I asked for a crew cut. I specified short on the sides and longer on the top. The woman proceeded to shave my sons entire head. I stopped and said what are you doing!!!! She told me it was too late and she couldnt put it back. She was EXTREMELY rude. Very unprofessional and argued with me over what a crew cut is. Meanwhile my son was bawling in her chair and she could not have cared less. I demanded the owners number and she said she did not have it. I said yes you do and I want it now. And she said even if I had it I wouldnt give it to you. A girl who I assume is the manager gave me a card with the owners information. The woman needs to be fired. She is a disgusting soulless woman. What kind of monster is so rude when a child(5 years old) is bawling over what YOU did. I will NEVER come here and neither should you.

Best one in the area; great stylist, accurate waiting times, and clean. Stylist do good work, listen to what the customer wants, and are friendly; cant say that about other locations in the area.

Probably the worst haircut Ive ever had. This was my first time coming to this location. I always go to sport clips. But this location did such a horrible job. The manager cut my hair. She did such a bad job. She left it heavy on the top. Barely even cut my hair. It almost seemed like she was just trying to leave and was in a hurry to get somewhere else. She tried to style my hair. But somehow even failed to do just that. Was very disappointed by how my hair turned out. I didnt complain about it. I didnt tip her because of how it turned out. Im never going back to this location. I ended up going to the Balwin location and they did such a good job and fixed it up completely. My hair looks really good now and is ready for prom this week. Just a tip of advice dont go to the Ellisville location because they dont know what they are doing there. I for sure will never be going back!
