Caleb and the whole staff are awesome. Very friendly and greeting with a smile every time and call you by your name. Their professional services of detailing to include wax and ceramic coating is superb. I’m a huge fan of actually washing the vehicle by hand and drying off by hand with detailing. That said, Caleb has my complete trust and I’m comfortable leaving him and his staff my car for whatever time he needs it. I have Ceramic Pro Gold and it was time for it’s annual inspection. I needed paint correction and was nervous and additional Ceramic Pro application. My expectations were VERY met and further, exceeded. My car looks spectacular. If you need anything relative to cleaning a car…..take it to Autoworx! Make sure you ask for Caleb. You will never regret it.

What?? Im shocked at how amazing this place is! I called before going in to ask if they were available, the person on the phone was helpful and polite, a great sign. Came in and was seen immediately, and the guy that asked me what services I wanted explained everything properly and didnt push for upgrades. I sat down and worked on my computer for only about 15-20 minutes and then it was ready! I interacted with 4 different staff members and they were all super nice. The price was amazing, so I thought there was no way the service was good. But guess what? It was! Even though I only got the basic $18 package, the car was so clean it looked detailed and smelled lovely, and a woman walked me to it and asked if it was to my liking! I left so happy that I called back to increase the tip I left. Id recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone! Im moving away from Myrtle Beach, but Im definitely coming back one last time before I do.

Used these guys for restoring my headlights. The outcome was better than I even expected! I am so very pleased! Caleb was so quick with a text response and quote. Took about an hour and they brought car out to me washed and headlights so clear!

I never leave reviews but was so pleased i had to. This place is HANDS DOWN the best car wash I have ever been to. Something needs to be said for the 2 female employees who took care of my truck, maybe they were management, but I mean it looked better then when I bought it and I’m picky. They babied my baby and I appreciate that. Wish I had taken a pic but will do next time I’m there. Definitely hsve to sign up for loyalty card now!!

Highly recommend! My first time here and I went with a $25 package which was extremely reasonable especially for being 100% hand wash. I went ahead and added on getting my seats cleaned as they are upholstery and regularly take a beating. $50 and a $10 tip but I had it on myself. I do a great job and my truck smells amazing.Customer service is also on point. There were a couple small things that I noticed missed and the manager walks around regularly as quality control. The workers did not skip a beat and almost seemed to take satisfaction in getting to make the correction in order to bring happiness to a customer.

Did not do a good job, roof top was not wiped had to point this out when we left we noticed spotty cleaning on the inside.

Kaleb treated me like an old friend. Using the scale of 1 to 10 Id say the quality of workmanship was an 19 and the customer service was a 20. OFF the Scale. I could not have asked for more.

This place was awesome and the people were VERY professional!

We paid for the 25 dollar wash and vacuum. Let me just say I will so it myself before going to this place again. The vacuum job was pathetic they spent a total of 4 minutes on that. They dried the car ok but we paid for vanilla scent which doesnt seem to exist anywhere in the car. The staff seems nice but the quality isnt there at all. I hope other people get a better job done the we did.

We have been traveling cross country and heading back up the coast ... Truck really needed a wash .. they did a fantastic job .. cannot say enough of the staff and how clean this place really is... LOVE the professionalism of AutoWorx. I got the worx and the headlight restoration today. My headlights look brand new and my car looks amazing!! They pay very close attention to detail. There is a comfortable, clean waiting area. Prices are well worth every penny you pay. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Shannon was very kind and thorough with cleaning my car and kept me up to date on the process as I waited for it to get finished. I would consider this the best place in the Myrtle Beach area to go to if you truly want your vehicle taken care of!

Ceramic Pro Installed on my truck. They did a great job on my truck. I had some issues with coating from another vendor. These guys knocked it out and got everything right for me. Very responsive to my calls, text and email. Will continue to do business with them in the future

Wife and I just moved into Market Common area...got a membership with turbo jet until I found this place. We’ve both been several times now and I’m always so impressed. Both managers always busy and work right along-side staff, staff is so nice and friendly, and environment is spick and span! The best part - our vehicles have never looked better! The even better part - no scratches no swirls no heavy machinery and no hard brushes! Love this place will send everyone I know. Well worth the price.

Autoworx reapplied ceramic coating that was initially applied by a shop where I live.They had to strip what was left of the old coat off and start from scratch......literally. They repaired damage left on my car by the previous shop. They took the required steps and time to do the job right. The manager Caleb is very professional and knowledgeable. I will be driving the hour and a half to take the car for Autoworx to re-coat the interior as Im sure the previous shop in Wilmington did not do that right either. Its worth the drive for that level of quality and professionalism. As a former detail shop owner, collision repair and detailing instructor I was 100% satisfied with Autoworx quality. The facility is awesome and staff top notch!!!

Having driven from snowy midwest a few weeks ago with our furball of a dog sitting in the backseat of our SUV because he could not sit in cargo area where of the SUV where he normally sits....so even though there was a blanket on the back seat he still got his snowy salty paws on the leather seats and the inside of the SUV due to Covid had not been to a wash for interior cleaning. I Googled places in Wilmington, OIB and Myrtle Beach, some were expensive and some had bad reviews. I saw that Autoworkx had great reviews and interior/exterior cleaning was $17 for the basic to $24 for the next level up. Even though it was a 30 minute drive, I headed there and glad I did. Wow were they detailied. I chose the $24 option and I watched two of the employees take a long time to vacuum my vehicle, they were very detailied taking out floor mats to clean them, then the vehicle went into the bay for the exterior wash, it came out and the young blonde haired lady that was drying it and the young man cleaning the tires and rims again were very detailed. I watched as the blonde haired young lady was cleaning the inside of the vehicles dash, doors, seats, widows etc. She spent a long time on the interior. When they were done I was very happy with the result (only minor thing went wrong and I didnt notice it until I left, they did not wipe the interior rearview mirror). However, this place was excellent for the most part and I will be back

I took my 2013 Traverse which had not been well cleaned in years.Autoworx cleaned both the exterior and interior. I was pleasantly surprised with how good it turned out. It exceeded my expectations.I will definitely use them again.And recommend them to my friends.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This is a full blown 100% hand wash too and they are impossible to find around here anymore and the value for the price exceeded my expectations. These guys and gals did a fantastic job and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. Upon entrance, i was greeted by Mike who was great and I was also blown away by Erica, she was able to answer my numerous questions and was very patient in explaining different products, I even left feeling like I had made a friend. Awesome customer service too! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

These guys were incredible, I’ve never seen so much attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the hand wash being done inside the tunnel as well! They also offer much more than just car washes, they do Ceramic Pro installation too! I spoke with Erika in the front office at length about the product and process and she really surprised me, very knowledgeable and just fantastic! I’ve heard of such coatings prior but learned so much more. I was so impressed and pleased with my entire experience these guys were really just outstanding and I highly highly recommend stopping by

Staff seems pretty nice and looks like they take time to make sure everything is done right. Just got the basic wash for first time to check it out and was really happy with the results. Used the hand wash section the pressure is good on the nozzle I was able to get my jeep clean in about 15 minutes without using the wash brush

Wow this was a complete train wreck of a car wash. What should have been a 20 min stop turned into 1 hour.

Would have given 5 stars ⭐️ but 2 things. 1- There tire shine is very weak didn’t even look like any was applied. 2nd on the captain row seats wasn’t vacuum very well so i asked one of the employees to wipe the seat. He replied oh no i don’t do seats.. lol now I paid the $40 package and wasn’t very impressed. But overall the place is very nice etc. But a nice place doesn’t make a great business but great business makes a nice place.

I met the Manager, Caleb, when he had his truck at my place of work for service. That’s when I learned of Autoworx. I knew that there was a car wash there but had no idea it went under new ownership had had been completly redone. I’ve seen lots of ads for ceramic coating I installed but until I went and viewed the process that a vehicle undergoes I wasn’t sure yet. Caleb took the time to show me start to finish about the process and before I left I had made my appointment. We apply for membership before the pandemic. We just had carwash couple of times. Theyre okay. But not so satisfied with how our windows look like after we go there twice for our carwash, the windows always have soap water streaks and dont look clean at all. Our first time was incredible though. I think it depends on the people who works on the final touch. Ill just keep it though so long as we can have our tires wash and over all car body wash from time to time. You guys should put people with care in details on the end of the carwash before handing the cars back to the owner.
